Angela Traweek (00:00) miss Angela.

Jaz Kemp (00:01) Hey, Angela. This is Jocelyn medallion. How’s your day going?

Angela Traweek (00:05) Fine. I’m sorry, who did you say you were with?

Jaz Kemp (00:09) Medallion. Does medallion winged ballet send over an email to you?

Angela Traweek (00:17) Still didn’t understand what you said?

Jaz Kemp (00:19) I sent over an email, but I figured it went straight to spam. I was actually speaking to Cindy. I know she retired four years ago and noticed that friendship community care is hiring that HR credentialing specialist and wanted to reach out because we typically partner with, you know, C suite, medallion is an AI company and we drive value by reducing opex by eliminating that manual credentialing workflow. So we’re able to have faster provide onboarding time to revenue.

Angela Traweek (00:27) Huh.

Jaz Kemp (00:50) Fewer claims and stronger compliance. So, I was curious if that’s something that you guys are looking into for reducing your guys’ opex, especially since you’re hiring that credentialing role?

Angela Traweek (01:00) Can you send me an email again and maybe… put in the subject… line credentialing and give me a brochure or some information on what the cost is?

Jaz Kemp (01:14) Yeah, I absolutely can.

Jaz Kemp (01:21) Okay. So, one of the things that would be helpful, probably would have just an initial like 15 minute conversation because cost obviously depends on, you know, what you end up going with, given that you guys are hiring a role for the credentialing, historically our software, you know, completely drives a lot more revenue because we’re able to automate the whole process. So you won’t need to fulfill that role with our software.

Angela Traweek (01:50) Yeah, we just were a nonprofit, so.

Jaz Kemp (01:50) Would you be open to just like a quick?

Angela Traweek (01:53) It’s the cost factor that ends up getting us every time because we’re trying to look into things like that, but being a nonprofit, it’s like, and when it’s an ongoing cost, it’s like my, gosh, we had done this with our ehr because we have electronic health record and talked to them about credentialing and it was going to cost us 130,000 dollars a year, but we can hire a credentialing specialist for 30,000. So it’s like,

Jaz Kemp (01:58) I know.

Jaz Kemp (02:10) Yeah.

Angela Traweek (02:17) We have to, you know, use the labor instead because of the cost.

Jaz Kemp (02:23) Yeah, because I, no, I hear you and you guys are doing such meaningful work. So, thank you for that. It’s incredible to see. I mean, I know cost is a huge factor especially with a nonprofit, if you would be open to just even a quick call to kind of do a cost analysis of like, hey, this is how many credentialing people you have, the salary that you’re paying them?

Jaz Kemp (02:42) Doesn’t make sense to go with medallion because I really do believe like the value and time to revenue would be greatly increased with our software. And so, you know, just be a quick call discovery to see if it makes sense. And if not, you know, we can part ways as friends and you guys can hire the credentialing person that you guys are looking for.

Jaz Kemp (02:59) How does that sound?

Angela Traweek (02:59) Right, right. Well, we’ll see, I mean, send me an email and we’ll see if we can set up a time, you know, send me something to tell me because right now, my calendar is like booked out for the next two weeks, so.

Jaz Kemp (03:16) Okay. Yeah. We could send something up for April.

Angela Traweek (03:16) Send me some for April. Yeah, just send me an email. That way I can get with the others and kind of collaborate.

Jaz Kemp (03:22) Okay. I will. Yeah. No, that makes sense. I’ll send that over and if you could just do me a favor and just respond once you received it because my email, I think has been going to spam, that would be really helpful.

Angela Traweek (03:35) Okay.

Jaz Kemp (03:36) Okay.

Angela Traweek (03:36) All right. I’ll watch for it.

Jaz Kemp (03:37) Yeah.

Angela Traweek (03:39) Okay. Thank you.

Jaz Kemp (03:39) Sounds good. Yeah, we can set up some time in April and again, no pressure. We just see if it makes sense. If not, then that’s you know, we can part ways, you know, you guys are a non profit doing good work.

Angela Traweek (03:46) Well, sure. Sure. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate it. Okay? Bye.

Jaz Kemp (03:51) Thanks, Angela. No, I wish.
