Amy Walsh (00:00) hi, good morning. Good.
Jennifer Close (00:01) Morning, Amy. How are you?
Amy Walsh (00:03) I’m good. It’s nice to meet you, Jen. I know we haven’t met before.
Jennifer Close (00:06) Nice to meet you too.
Natacha Julien (00:08) Yeah, I was just going to introduce you guys but.
Amy Walsh (00:10) Oh, thanks, Natasha. I know Natasha, we’ve only known each other for like a month too, so Jennifer.
Natacha Julien (00:18) You look very spiky today.
Jennifer Close (00:22) Took shower and everything.
Amy Walsh (00:25) Love it.
Jennifer Close (00:27) Way.
Natacha Julien (00:27) Ahead than me, Jennifer. All right, Amy, do you want to take the lead?
Amy Walsh (00:34) Or, yeah, absolutely. And Jen won’t be on today. So, Jen, sini, so Jen close, I know you know, Jen, sini, but I’ve taken over the account.
Amy Walsh (00:43) I know that you guys are terminating those. So I’m bummed that we’re meeting these circumstances, but I’m glad we’re meeting at all. So, yeah, yeah, amazing. I have a deck I put together that will just kind of outline the addendum that we’ll need to put together based on the upcoming requests that are in our system and how they’re you know, extra beyond the addendum you signed in January, so we can talk about all of that together. Did you guys have a chance to review the email I sent on Friday with some more details? Yes. Okay. Any initial questions on that before I dive in? I’m sure it’ll all be connected honestly, but just wanted to leave it open to questions first, see if there’s anything top of mind for you?
Natacha Julien (01:26) Yeah, I’ll look and see for, you know, what you have. I do have some other questions regarding the specific term, but let’s go ahead and do the consumption and projections and then we’ll ask those questions.
Amy Walsh (01:44) Okay. Amazing. That sounds perfect. So I pulled the latest data yesterday to make sure we were fully up to date.
Amy Walsh (01:51) So based on your upcoming consumption, you have 23,000 dollars, 807, sorry, 23,000, 870 dollars in your upcoming consumption. Those are requests that are about to approach intake being completed. And then our team will fully work on them to get the licenses completed for your practitioners. Yeah, and you only, yeah, does?
Natacha Julien (02:16) That include what I don’t see. Does that include initial credentialing as well? Which is like 100? And I mean, it’s not a lot. It’s like 125 per.
Amy Walsh (02:27) file. I didn’t see any cred files outstanding. Let’s look together though, because.
Natacha Julien (02:32) Nothing is outstanding. I’m just saying that I just wanted to, so that’s one of the things we want to talk about because I know one of the questions you asked to have numbers ready for you on. Oh.
Amy Walsh (02:44) So, you’re going to be submitting credit requests? Is that what you’re saying?
Natacha Julien (02:47) Yes, but let’s talk about that after, because I also have a question on that as well.
Amy Walsh (02:52) Okay. Got it. So that sounds good. Let me just pull up your medallion dashboard too, just so like we have everything in one place, but let me put it back here. Sorry. So the data that I have now, this is in our system as upcoming lines for consumption. So the credit has not been put on medallion yet, then no, we don’t have that as part of your upcoming consumption. Okay. Sounds like we’re aligned there. So you have about 25 2,600. Sorry, Amy.
Jennifer Close (03:22) Can I just test one thing? Yeah. Natasha new state licensing is 650. I thought it was 450 per state.
Natacha Julien (03:32) That’s what I’m looking at as well. I thought it was like four, no, the new is which ones are 450? The 450 are the non compact, are the compact… imlc?
Jennifer Close (03:49) Okay. Is.
Natacha Julien (03:50) That correct? Amy?
Amy Walsh (03:52) Yeah. Let me pull up your contract really quickly. Let me come up together.
Natacha Julien (03:56) Yeah, that’s.
Amy Walsh (03:59) give me one sec. I’ll pull it up and you can review it.
Natacha Julien (04:43) I think it was 450 as well.
Amy Walsh (04:45) Okay. Yeah, I feel.
Jennifer Close (04:47) like I would have reacted before now if it was 650, but I could be wrong.
Amy Walsh (04:52) Yeah. So this is your latest contract that you signed and the state licensing new is 650 a unit. So that’s what was signed back in January and.
Natacha Julien (05:04) that’s the.
Jennifer Close (05:05) Amendment, it looks like.
Amy Walsh (05:09) So, are you talking about your original contract there’s? A different price?
Jennifer Close (05:14) Well, I think that’s I’m just pulling up the original contract. I.
Natacha Julien (05:17) Thought it was 450, but I thought it was 650 for the non imlc, the non imlc, and then imlc was 450?
Amy Walsh (05:32) Let me look at your contract… that doesn’t include these line items. Are you planning on submitting that type of request? Is that why you’re asking because you want to know how much it’s going to cost?
Natacha Julien (05:43) Well, well.
Jennifer Close (05:45) I think we’re wanting to be sure that the calculation that you just showed us matches what we thought it should be. Okay?
Amy Walsh (06:02) Give me one sec.
Jennifer Close (06:13) It does look like our last two amendments were there. I’m just trying to go back to the master agreement though.
Amy Walsh (06:24) Yeah, I’m just pulling one from 20 25, July to December. You are also at 650 for now. OK? So.
Jennifer Close (06:36) I don’t want to beat this horse, but I’ll just share Amy so you can share with your team. This is exactly why we’re insourcing.
Natacha Julien (06:43) Yeah, this?
Jennifer Close (06:45) Is.
Amy Walsh (06:46) I mean,
Jennifer Close (06:48) amazingly expensive for new license, administrative fees. So, I don’t need you to respond to that. I don’t need you to do anything with that. But when I met with Derek, he was surprised that we felt the pricing was high. This is a really key example. Got, it. Makes sense. Yeah.
Amy Walsh (07:08) I know you already talked to Derek, but thank you for the feedback and we’ll definitely relay it back to our team internally question.
Natacha Julien (07:16) The one you’re showing right now, right? Amy? Yeah, I think that’s where some of the confusion came in. Don’t scroll. Yeah, keep it there.
Amy Walsh (07:23) Hands up.
Natacha Julien (07:24) Imlc licensing, yes, post loq, it’s 85 per unit, And imlc loq is 650. So that’s where I don’t as Jennifer said, I thought it was 450 for imlc. So I remember this. I know the 650 for non imlc ones, but, okay.
Amy Walsh (07:57) Got it. Yeah, it looks like you’re not submitting any loq requests. So I hear you, but it doesn’t seem like that would be super relevant just to your current consumption because you’re not submitting that type of request, but I definitely hear you. I apologize if that’s confusing. Yeah. Okay. All right. Let me just pivot back to the deck. Okay? Perfect.
Amy Walsh (08:32) Okay. Any other questions about these figures or numbers? I’m happy to resend, go ahead. Jen. I.
Jennifer Close (08:40) think the only other question I have is given the situation in Michigan with imlcc? What are you doing for most of your clients who are licensed through imlc?
Amy Walsh (08:51) Yeah. You know, I know we got an email about this. I have to refresh my memory on how we’re moving forward. There was an update sent to us late last week by our licensing team on what to communicate to clients. So let me take a look back at that to refresh my memory because I don’t want to misspeak, but I do know we have a plan in place for that, so I can certainly follow up via email. Could you?
Jennifer Close (09:11) Just let Natasha know because that’ll influence how we plan, I think depending on what you guys are… anticipating sure are.
Amy Walsh (09:21) You, so thank you. Quick question about those. So are those ones you will submit if you can through us. But if there’s depending on how we’ll be able to do that for, you may just do it in house.
Jennifer Close (09:32) I think that’s what we’re trying to figure out right now. I think my honest answer may be at 650 a pop. We’ve got some people in the house, but we need to have that conversation. Okay?
Amy Walsh (09:46) Sounds good. So, okay. And how many of those do you anticipate? Well?
Jennifer Close (09:54) I would expect you guys would know that, but I’m guessing it’s probably it’s.
Natacha Julien (09:59) at least 20 20, we have 25 clinicians in house, but some of those are 10 99. Amy. So the double that we license for it’s about 17 to 18.
Amy Walsh (10:12) Okay. Makes sense. Okay. Perfect. That makes total sense. I can follow up with what we can do for that. And then Natasha, I can send you a follow up email with details around our process.
Natacha Julien (10:26) Yes, you’re going to see in your system, you’re going to see 25, but again, some of them are 10 99. Just wanted to clarify that.
Amy Walsh (10:37) Okay, perfect. That sounds good. Any other questions or expected lines that you think you’ll be submitting to medallion to complete before the end of your contract, just so we can make sure we get you the pricing in front of you?
Natacha Julien (10:54) Sure. I’ll go through that first. Currently, right now, the last time we spoke?
Jennifer Close (11:01) You said any?
Natacha Julien (11:02) New request to medallion has to be submitted 30 days prior to the term of the contract? Yes, that would be April first or April fourth.
Amy Walsh (11:12) April fourth, yep.
Natacha Julien (11:13) That’s licenses what I wanted to ask for credentialing since those usually take you guys like, you know, three days. Sure. You guys done like an excellent job on credentialing. Never take you more than like five. I’ll say maximum seven days and I haven’t even seen that. Would you be willing to accept new credentialing up to maybe 10 days prior to contract term. Since those are not going to sit on your system. They’re going to be processed pretty quickly, yeah.
Amy Walsh (11:44) I can follow up internally. I think the only concern is if there was an issue, I know it’s very rare that there would be an issue that would extend that timeline to then have those requests, you know, kind of in this, you know, limbo period almost because if your contract ends on may fourth and we haven’t completed those, I’m not quite sure what we would do, but let me follow up.
Jennifer Close (12:09) Except, Amy, we would have paid you for them.
Natacha Julien (12:12) Yeah, sure.
Amy Walsh (12:14) Let me follow up with Jen because my understanding has to be the 30 days ahead of time. So I don’t want to misspeak, and I want to make sure that we have this done as cleanly as possible. So I’ll follow up internally about the cred piece and see if you submit them 10 days ahead of the term date, what we would do to ensure that those would be completed so I can follow up internally.
Natacha Julien (12:32) Yeah. And in terms of numbers, that can be like 20 right now is what we’re looking at.
Amy Walsh (12:39) 20 credentialing files. Yes. Okay. I can follow up internally about that. So about the cred and about the imlc licenses. So it sounds like those are the two pieces that are not currently in your upcoming consumption that you anticipate will be added to medallion before April fourth for the licenses and then potentially after April fourth for the cred files. Did I summarize that all?
Natacha Julien (13:04) Right, correct. By imlc, you mean the Michigan?
Amy Walsh (13:08) Yes, apologies. I misspoke, but yes, the Michigan piece?
Natacha Julien (13:11) Yes, Michigan piece… again based on the pricing and then the initial credentialing. Yeah.
Amy Walsh (13:19) And if you don’t mind, go ahead Joan.
Jennifer Close (13:22) No, I was just going to say, Amy, the other thing, I guess I just want to understand the numbers you just showed for renewals, take us through when.
Amy Walsh (13:30) These, so these are the number of outstanding requests in the system now. So we’re going to complete these for you because they were all submitted ahead of April, but are you asking, when is the last time?
Jennifer Close (13:43) I’m asking, are we going to have licenses expiring between? I don’t want expired licenses. Let me start there. So there needs to be a really clear understanding on, you know, my expectation would be since the contract is going to may fourth, you guys are handling any renewals due by may fourth. If it’s after may fourth, the renewal is due, I think then you and Natasha can figure that out. But I want to be really clear that since we’re paying for services until may fourth, I don’t want to have, you know, licenses due in April that lapse?
Amy Walsh (14:22) Yep, definitely hear you. So let’s look at your upcoming expirations in April. And my understanding is that any, you know, submitted requests to renew a license that’s done.
Amy Walsh (14:35) I’m sorry, do you have auto renewals turned on or doing it automatically in the background for you, Natasha? Are you submitting requests?
Natacha Julien (14:41) Yes. Okay. It’s automatic. Okay?
Amy Walsh (14:44) Great. That’s what I thought. So, any requests that it looks like you have 58 here. So I believe that it would be up to April fourth within those 58 that we would complete for you.
Amy Walsh (14:55) But I’ll follow up with Jen internally to see whether that’s the case. But my understanding has to be the 30 days ahead of time of your contract terminating, where we would be completing requests for you, that the submission’s coming into play. Okay? So.
Jennifer Close (15:07) That doesn’t please check with her because that doesn’t make sense to me since we’re not taking this in until five four. Any… license that is expiring before five four. My expectation is you guys are handling the renewal?
Natacha Julien (15:23) Yes. And that’s what I was told. Yes, we can do new requests after April fourth, but anything that is due up to termination is medallions?
Amy Walsh (15:40) Yeah. Let me just triple check because I don’t want again, I don’t want any issues. So I’d rather follow up and be super thorough rather than misinform you. So I’ll follow up today, I.
Jennifer Close (15:50) Just think it’s a really important point. We all want to be on the same page.
Amy Walsh (15:53) John, yeah, I’m glad that you brought it up and I definitely understand. So I’ll certainly follow up with Jen today and get you an answer by end of day.
Jennifer Close (16:00) Thank you.
Amy Walsh (16:01) Yeah, absolutely. Totally understand. Want this to be as clean as possible. You guys were a customer for a while, so want to make sure that we get this done efficiently and make sure we’re all on the same page.
Jennifer Close (16:11) Yes, great. Thank you. A.
Natacha Julien (16:14) Couple more things, Amy, yes… Google… addresses for clinicians that’s actually one of the things, this can be a conversation with you or Kyle. And I think one other thing I’m going to ask, I’ll send you and Kyle an email. Yeah, it would be great for the three of us to meet together. Sure next coming week because I just want to make sure, you know, he’s aware. I mean, he’s actually, you know, very good, but I just want to make sure that he doesn’t have permission or not have permission to do something that he says, he’s going to do. So, I think it’s best that we meet together? Yeah, absolutely.
Amy Walsh (16:51) Right.
Natacha Julien (16:52) Now, the way the process works, clinicians get. So you guys create the Google addresses, right? To get notification from the boards for clinicians. So we just, you know, want to make sure that those, you know, those addresses are recreated with the clinician’s address. Sure. That way, right? Like after may fourth, we get those notifications. Yep. Okay.
Amy Walsh (17:20) Yeah, that sounds good. I think, yeah, to your point, it’d be best for you, me and Kyle to meet. I can pull up me and Kyle’s calendar right now. Okay? And we can find a time for next week if that sounds good to you?
Natacha Julien (17:31) Yes, because the other discussion I like to have during that meeting as well is access to files. Yes, because I know right after the clinicians after may fourth, we have until 30 days. I like to give you guys time to, to have all clinicians’ documents, sent to us because we’re not going to have access after 30 days. Yep. So we need to have, access to the, we need that report for the, for us to have access to all the clinicians’ documents.
Amy Walsh (18:07) Okay. Perfect. That sounds good. Let me, I’m happy to get something on the calendar. Now, I have Kyle’s calendar in front of me. It looks like Tuesday afternoon, it’s pretty free if you have time then.
Natacha Julien (18:19) Sure. Tuesday, the 20 fourth.
Amy Walsh (18:21) Yes.
Natacha Julien (18:22) What do, what time do you have?
Amy Walsh (18:25) Any time between two 30 to four, look eastern looks pretty good.
Natacha Julien (18:30) Okay. I can do, I can do three to three 30 Eastern Time.
Amy Walsh (18:35) Perfect. Okay. Perfect. Let me just get that on the calendar now.
Natacha Julien (18:41) Thank you for that, Amy. Yeah.
Amy Walsh (18:43) Of course. Absolutely.
Natacha Julien (18:46) And when we meet, I’ll, talk to Kyle about him and I, in the team meeting, like every other week until contract term date. Sure. Just for questions and stuff. Yeah.
Amy Walsh (19:00) Absolutely. Okay. I just put that on your calendar… so we’ll have that conversation next week. Okay, great. Awesome. Anything else… that’s all? I have? Okay, I’m meeting with Jen today at three o’clock I think our one on one is, so I’ll bring up these points to her. I’ll have an update for you by end of day. I’ll send via email. Terrific. And then once we get, you know, all that clarity, I can get an addendum put together and sent out for signature. So we’ll go from there. Cool. Okay. Sounds terrific. Okay. Amazing. I really appreciate both your time and feel free to shoot me an email if anything comes up. Okay. Thanks, baby. All right. Thanks. All. Bye, bye bye.
