Nate Sigler (00:00) stay safe.

Delaney Crowe (00:05) Hey, Nate. It’s Delaney.

Nate Sigler (00:06) I’m sorry, I missed that.

Delaney Crowe (00:12) You can hear me now?

Delaney Crowe (00:20) Weird. I can hear you better now. I don’t know if maybe it’s off speaker or what happened? I can hear you better if you can hear me.

Nate Sigler (00:28) Yeah. Now, I think I can hear you. Yeah, who’s calling?

Delaney Crowe (00:33) Yeah. My name’s Delaney. I’m calling from medallion. We’ve actually been in touch with the team in the past around credentialing and provider enrollment. Does that kind of ring a bell?

Nate Sigler (00:48) It doesn’t really, but that’s fine.

Delaney Crowe (00:51) Okay. Yeah, no, totally makes sense. Yeah, I think we were talking to someone on your revenue cycle team, which would make sense. But often we chat with, you know, leadership teams as well because all these things kind of bubble up when it comes to, you know, getting providers billable, faster, cutting down, claims, denials, and whatnot, so we’re just kind of curious, you know, if it made sense for us to connect and chat a little bit further about, you know, what we’re doing at medallion, and if it aligns with your goals at montage?

Nate Sigler (01:24) Yeah, it sounds like you’re selling payer credentialing services. Is that pretty much what you’re talking about?

Delaney Crowe (01:33) Yeah. So we basically like to give you like a high level like in a nutshell, we do all things provider enrollment. So it’s just a really like a centralized platform for all things provider network management. So that’s going to be your onboarding, credentialing, your payer enrollment. So we often chat with organizations who, you know, either are growing quickly or it’s just like a complex process that can really weigh down how quickly you guys get paid. So usually having conversations around turnaround times, getting those cut down. So that kind of.

Nate Sigler (02:11) Yeah. Where’s your, and where’s your workforce?

Delaney Crowe (02:19) Thing? Yeah. So actually starting in San Francisco, we don’t have like a brick and mortar role. We’re all over the place, but starting in San Francisco. So, a lot of the teams there, are you still based out of there as well?

Nate Sigler (02:33) I mean, I work in monterey.

Delaney Crowe (02:38) Okay. Yeah. I know montage is based in monterey, but I saw on LinkedIn that maybe you were in San Francisco in the city?

Nate Sigler (02:45) Oh, no, I think that’s just kind of like a summary area. So, who?

Delaney Crowe (02:50) Yeah, makes sense.

Nate Sigler (02:54) Medallion.

Delaney Crowe (02:57) the CEO is Derek Lowe.

Delaney Crowe (03:02) Been around for about six years now. I can send you like a brief overview if you’d like if you’re curious.

Nate Sigler (03:14) I hear what you said, I think, but who actually owns the firm?

Delaney Crowe (03:23) Oh, we’re backed by different investors.

Nate Sigler (03:29) So you’re like venture capital or private equity?

Delaney Crowe (03:35) Let me actually pull up. I can show you. I can give you a list of who we’re backed by to drop a few names, if you’re curious.

Nate Sigler (03:42) Do you use like AI software to conduct all of your file management and payer communications and stuff?

Delaney Crowe (03:52) Yeah. So AI, and that’s how we automate it.

Delaney Crowe (03:55) That’s how we’re able, we’re contracted to slas, so basically, we’ll agree to a timeline and we’re able to do so with AI automation. But then of course, we do need, you know, a human component to some of this. And so we have a team of people who are doing that as well, too. So that’s often, you know, the conversations we’re having is really how to speed up this process that has typically been, you know, could take months depending on the provider and the payers. And so those are really the conversations I’m having with people… to answer your question, AI, with the human component. And we are, we do contract to agreement to make sure that… you know, we are owning our services.

Nate Sigler (04:50) Do you have any physician group clients that you can tell me that are in the bay area?

Delaney Crowe (04:57) Ooh, in the bay area… I don’t let me, I know we have confluent health carebridge, I don’t know if those are in the bay though… I might have to gather a list to make sure, but happy to, you know, find a time to kind of chat further and show you some examples of other groups that we’re working with. And so you can kind of get a better idea. And then if it makes sense, it makes sense if it doesn’t we can part ways, but sounds like, you know, there may be a low level of interest.

Nate Sigler (05:33) What’s your pricing structure as related to physicians and PTS.

Delaney Crowe (05:41) Honestly, I would have to, I would have to get one of my colleagues looped in when it came to pricing. I have these conversations at a pretty high level, so I wouldn’t want to promise one thing or another but, I could figure out and send an email over if that helps, but happy.

Nate Sigler (05:56) Yeah, you can email me. You can just email me your stuff at it’s at Nathan sigler. Org.

Delaney Crowe (06:07) Okay, Nathan, N a TH a N. Okay, perfect. Yeah, happy to do that right now, and we can kind of take it from there.

Nate Sigler (06:19) Okay. Thanks.

Delaney Crowe (06:22) All right. Thanks, Nathan. Have a good one.

Nate Sigler (06:24) You too mate.
