Connor Morley (00:00) hey, Sheldon. Hey, how’s it going good? How you doing? All right? Did you get the mpdb information I sent?

Sheldon Kennedy (00:11) I did. It should be all good coming your way, okay? Sounds?

Connor Morley (00:17) Good. We should be all set with that. I’ll let you know when I hear back from our… contact that we’re all set should be shortly, okay?

Sheldon Kennedy (00:33) Yeah. I did request it and everything. So it should be good there. Perfect should be good to go.

Connor Morley (00:40) So, one thing I want to talk about as well. I know that in like some of our follow ups from last week, we did talk about like getting those facility enrollments in and I think Mirabelle or Maria brought it up this morning on the training. So there are two ways we can do it and I wanted to kind of talk to you about it offline first before kind of giving her the exact reason we can either load everything in via the data import template in this field where we just include the provider mpi, email and list the asc facility.

Sheldon Kennedy (01:21) It’s the,

Connor Morley (01:22) same in the appointment as it is this asc piece. So we just, all we need is the name and then you can just put in like I think they’re all surgery centers in this existing appointments tab or you can go in and add each of the facilities or each of the entities to providers, but, that… might… be a little time intensive depending on how many providers you want to do. And then on top of that, you don’t have to have any of the providers in the system in the asc housing group, right? Right?

Sheldon Kennedy (02:11) Yeah. Let’s run it by her. This is her wheelhouse. So I’d like to say, I think either one works, but I think her buy in on this would run would go well.

Connor Morley (02:24) Okay. Just let me know what you wanted me to do because I can just grant her access to update all those privileging pieces. If you want to go provider by provider. But for right now, I don’t like we don’t have those asc housing providers in the system so you can’t add them to anything, correct? I,

Sheldon Kennedy (02:46) think we’re just waiting on the validation on those first two. And then once we get that we should be good to start adding in what we know to be true.

Connor Morley (02:58) Okay. Do you have a timeline for that?

Sheldon Kennedy (03:04) I should.

Jijo.Mattamana (03:05) Sheldon, these are the ones that I’m waiting for from Leah, right? Is that the one you’re talking about? Yeah. Okay. I should have that here within the next day or so. I’m just going through my inbox. I think they sent me everything that they need to pull out. So I will send that across and then Amy, I will chat with Chris and we’ll find some time to connect with you.

Amy Walsh (03:26) Okay. Yeah, sounds great. I’m out of office Friday, but I’m happy to chat tomorrow if I want to get something on the books early next week.

Connor Morley (03:33) Okay, that.

Jijo.Mattamana (03:33) Sounds good. Okay?

Connor Morley (03:41) And then we talked about uploading all the information with the group practice… and facilities with the team today, along with the provider information and the provider invites were all sent out last week. Sheldon? Is there any issues or have you had any kind of concerns from the providers pop up?

Sheldon Kennedy (04:12) No, just a few of them stating they’re not interested in uploading you know, all their documentation and can we do that? So, I had a few of them reach out to me and say they’ll sign that, which was great. And then from there, they said that, you know, can you guys take care of that? So, yeah, I did tell them, yeah, which is what prompted the meeting this morning with the team. So now that they know how to update those things, they can go in and update for the providers. Yep. Perfect.

Connor Morley (04:43) When.

Jijo.Mattamana (04:43) do you think we can have all the providers like fully completed and in a good place? Do you think that’s like three to four weeks? Like how long do you think that should take? Yeah.

Sheldon Kennedy (04:55) Let me, so we just had the training this morning on how to do it. Let me get with the team and I can have an answer to you a little later, but I would say three to four weeks, I mean off the top of my head if that’s all we’re kind of focusing on. It could be that or sooner. But I need to just make sure that we’re not dropping anything else. Okay?

Connor Morley (05:19) Are you looking for a list of providers that have signed the attestation or just how… soon to complete the 195 provider profiles? I.

Sheldon Kennedy (05:30) think how soon to complete 195. I think for the ones, what we could do is I can filter the ones that have signed and we can start there. But I think ultimately we want to get them all done. I don’t think I want to piecemeal it where it’s like, oh, this one’s done. Let’s do the profile. I think we just do the profile. And then if the last piece is just them signing those releases, then, you know, that’s something we can kind of hound them on to get done. The heavier lift is going to be filling out the profiles. Yeah.

Connor Morley (06:01) If there is anything that you find in the profile that you say like, hey, like we just do not require this for PE for credentialing for anything, just let me know and I can make… that field optional rather than required. So it’s one thing that your team doesn’t have to go through.

Sheldon Kennedy (06:24) That’s helpful. Okay. Thank you. Yeah.

Connor Morley (06:28) I might just ask a couple follow up questions if there’s a field that pops up to my team just to make sure that we don’t need it for any kind of requests that may come in. But if… there’s something that is absolutely not needed, we can definitely make that optional.

Connor Morley (06:47) Okay. Perfect. Okay. I saw your email today. We have the mpdb set up and medallion set up as a registered agent. I’ll let you know later today. If we’ve received confirmation from mpdb about that because we should have gotten like an email letting us know, and then you will be able to go in and view the continuous monitoring in the analytics tab and this ongoing monitoring tab, and it will be under… mpdb continuous, under mpdb verification at a high level. But if you want to go to individual providers, you can view their verification as well on their profile.

Jijo.Mattamana (07:36) Okay.

Connor Morley (07:44) And bear with me on this screen because it does take a little a minute to load.

Connor Morley (08:01) One other piece I wanted to call out for the privileging or for your tjc credentialing. We actually changed the name from appointments to privileging. So it is like an important call out there. Tjc credentialing is going to be privileging. Ncqa, credentialing is going to be under the credentialing tab. Okay? So I can change that on our sop document so that there isn’t confusion about that.

Sheldon Kennedy (08:38) Yeah, no, please do. Yeah… okay.

Connor Morley (08:47) Let me go through the rest of my agenda. We received your ncqa cred policies. Thanks for sending that over. And, yeah, the only other thing is, how does Maria want to enter those existing kind of facility… enrollments or facility credentialing whether it’s through the data import template or going one by one with the providers?

Sheldon Kennedy (09:23) Yeah, we can touch. I know she’s on another call today, but I’ll chat with her after this call.

Jijo.Mattamana (09:30) Yeah, yep. Just.

Connor Morley (09:31) Let me know if you go with adding them individually. I’ll grant her access to have that ability and add in the different appointments. Okay.

Connor Morley (09:50) All right.

Jijo.Mattamana (09:58) Connor. Quick.

Sheldon Kennedy (09:59) Question, do we know how the bar analysis is?

Connor Morley (10:01) Going, I think it’s still going on. I haven’t seen any come back yet, but I can get a better update for you on that.

Jijo.Mattamana (10:15) Okay. I’m just asking this if it asks the question of someone else. So I wanted to try and update.

Jijo.Mattamana (10:26) Nope. I’ll.

Connor Morley (10:27) take a look for you on that one.

Jijo.Mattamana (10:30) Okay. Thanks, Connor. I’m afraid you should, you know, yep.

Sheldon Kennedy (10:38) Okay.

Connor Morley (10:42) Honestly, that’s all I had for today. Did you guys have any questions for me?

Sheldon Kennedy (10:51) We’ve been in pretty regular contact, Connor. So I’m good on my side. I think you have all the deliverables for me. It’s just now I got to put together a timeline for the team to get in there and update the profiles. Gigi, already asked about the par analysis. So, I’m good.

Connor Morley (11:11) Okay. All right. So.

Amy Walsh (11:17) Gigi, sorry, real quick. We’ll connect on Monday during our exec sync about the provider ad and the, whether you want to add.

Connor Morley (11:23) Cqh?

Amy Walsh (11:24) Management. Oh, I can’t hear you. Oh, can you hear me? Yes. Okay.

Jijo.Mattamana (11:32) I said that’s a great use of time. Let’s find ourselves.

Amy Walsh (11:34) Okay. Perfect. Awesome. Sorry, Connor, just wanted to get that in there.

Connor Morley (11:41) You guys are adding cqh management or potentially talking about that as well? Yep. Okay. Would that be for all providers including those asc house providers or just the, I don’t know if Amy?

Sheldon Kennedy (11:56) I don’t know if.

Jijo.Mattamana (11:57) we’re actually interested in cqh?

Connor Morley (11:59) Management right now? Okay. Got it.

Sheldon Kennedy (12:00) Those.

Jijo.Mattamana (12:00) outside asc providers that we need to add to the platform? Okay?

Amy Walsh (12:05) Perfect. Good. To clarify. I know we had talked a little bit about it, so, I just wanted to make sure, so Connor disregard that. That was not something we’re going to pursue at this time, just the provider, add on, not the cqh management.

Jijo.Mattamana (12:16) Okay. All right.

Amy Walsh (12:19) Sounds good.

Jijo.Mattamana (12:21) Good job. Thanks all right.

Amy Walsh (12:23) Thanks all.

Connor Morley (12:24) Bye, thanks, everybody.
