Jim Corum (00:00) and quorum.
Jaz Kemp (00:03) Hello?
Jim Corum (00:04) Hello?
Jaz Kemp (00:05) Hey, this is Jasmine medallion. Is this Jim at Diana health?
Jim Corum (00:10) It is Jim with diet health.
Jaz Kemp (00:12) Okay. Awesome. I sent over an email. I’m not sure. Does medallion ring a bell?
Jim Corum (00:19) Kind of, but not really.
Jaz Kemp (00:21) Okay. No worries. Is it okay if I kind of share why I’m calling you? I know you’re a busy man. All right. We are an AI solutions company and we deliver value by streamlining the onboarding process. And so I was kind of curious, I saw you guys are growing rapidly, which is very exciting. And I’m curious if you’re looking into reducing your opex by eliminating some of that manual credentialing workflow that’s currently in place?
Jim Corum (00:26) Yes.
Jim Corum (00:50) Okay. So medallion, yes, I know. Okay. So, you’re long time medallion is a long time provider credentialing system that now incorporates AI into your workflows? Is that fair to say? Okay, that’s why I remember you… what’s that now?
Jaz Kemp (01:02) Yeah, yeah, that’s exactly it. So, we’re an end to end solution. Yep, we’re an end to end solution. So, most of our competitors just do credentialing. We just do peer enrollment, we just do monitoring. We do absolutely everything, we leverage AI. So we can, you know, have faster onboarding and time to revenue, way fewer claims of denial, a lot stronger compliance if you can imagine.
Jim Corum (01:25) Yes. So, we do all that internally. Now, we don’t outsource at all. I am not the person who does that. I don’t know if you have on your list, Caitlin eisenbarth.
Jaz Kemp (01:39) All right.
Jim Corum (01:40) But if you, but she’s the one like, I am not that person. So, so Caitlin and her team does this and I would say that quite frankly, we probably want to keep a lot of that in house right now. It’s just they, we’ve made, we, meaning the company’s made a strategic decision to not outsource that to your all system or others. And I don’t know whether you’ve outreached or connected with Caitlin.
Jaz Kemp (02:06) Could you spell her name just so I have that correctly?
Jim Corum (02:10) Yeah, sure. It’s C a ITLIN dot eisenbarth… EISENB a RTH at Diana health.
Jaz Kemp (02:25) All right. Thank you. And do you know how much of your process is currently automated with your in house team?
Jim Corum (02:35) I don’t even know what system that they used. I used to run the reason why I was familiar. I used to run a credentialing enterprise, 20 years ago, 15 years ago, and, you know, so, I knew a little more about the process, but here, I don’t want to get involved in that because I’ve got my own, I’ve got my own. So, and I mean, as, you know, and you’re all solution like, it’s a bottomless pit, right? And so, yeah, so, so, yeah, so Caitlin and her team run that for us. So, so, yeah, she would be the one to understand how that would work.
Jaz Kemp (02:35) Okay.
Jaz Kemp (02:52) Fair enough. It is.
Jaz Kemp (03:10) Okay, perfect. I will reach out to her. Thanks for letting me know Jim.
Jim Corum (03:14) All righty. Thank you. Have a good one. Bye now.
Jaz Kemp (03:15) All right. You too. Bye bye.
