Nicholas Carr (00:00) have a good night.

Jeremy Walker (00:02) Hey, Nick, Jeremy walker calling from medallion. Do you have 15 seconds? So I can explain why I’m reaching out to you?

Nicholas Carr (00:08) Sure. I’ll give you 15 seconds.

Jeremy Walker (00:10) Okay. Sounds good. Yeah. Well, I was noticing the growth that Parker health group was experiencing specifically through adding providers and medallion uses AI and automation to get providers billable with payers 30 to 55 days sooner on average. And usually that translates to seven to eight figure revenue impacts. From an acceleration perspective. I was curious, you know, how you guys are currently leveraging credentialing vendors if at all, and if there’s any kind of struggles that you’re having there today?

Nicholas Carr (00:43) No struggles at this point right now, but if you want to email me some information,

Jeremy Walker (00:47) I already actually sent you an email on Monday. Really. The reason for my call today is I don’t want to steal too much of your time right now, but perhaps maybe schedule 15 minutes when we can have a little bit broader conversation and talk about your current process. And if there’s a fit, great, we continue conversations, if not, we part ways as friends, but that was really my reason for calling today.

Nicholas Carr (01:10) Got it. Let me check my spam for your email. Probably got caught up in there. Let me look through there and I’ll be honest at this time. We’re not looking to change any processes on the credentialing side. So maybe let’s check back in six months from that standpoint.

Jeremy Walker (01:15) Thank you.

Jeremy Walker (01:24) When you. And just so I’m aware, right? While I’ve got you here, credentialing is defined a little bit differently by people, right? Are you talking about specifically just primary source verification? Are you also talking about payer enrollment requests as well with payers? Both? Okay. Got you. And you just basically like just so I can have clean notes, right? Like essentially you’re just happy with the current process and don’t see a need to make a change at this moment.

Nicholas Carr (01:38) Both both of those pieces, yes.

Nicholas Carr (01:51) Correct. And always open to revisiting in the future. So let me look through all your information and then maybe make a note in six months at touch base.

Jeremy Walker (02:00) That sounds good. Yeah, I’ll forward the email I sent on Monday just so it’s the top of your mailbox for you too. All right. Thanks, sir. We’ll talk soon. Bye bye.

Nicholas Carr (02:06) Sounds good. Appreciate it.
