Alex Cohen (00:10) Sure. Jeremy, go ahead.
Jeremy Walker (00:10) Sure. Okay. Sounds good. Well, yeah, I just was noticing enhanced therapy’s growth over the last couple months specifically, you know, adding providers, medallion uses automation to get providers billable with payers, usually 30 to 55 days sooner and was curious if you guys are running into any struggles regarding credentialing or payer enrollment.
Alex Cohen (00:33) No, we really don’t do much direct bill. We’re mostly full of contract Rehab. So, not really something in your wheelhouse.
Jeremy Walker (00:38) Oh, interesting. So, you have no commercial payers then if I’m hearing correctly?
Alex Cohen (00:46) Very few. I mean, I only, have, I think like, I don’t know 20 direct bill sites. So I think, probably, I don’t know. Yeah, no, my, the 880 of my contracts are full service. The direct bill is really the smallest piece of it.
Jeremy Walker (00:58) Interesting. And that’s.
Jeremy Walker (01:05) interesting. Okay.
Alex Cohen (01:07) It’s a, it’s a loss. It’s a loss lead for me.
Jeremy Walker (01:09) So, there’s definitely a small portion obviously that we could potentially impact. But, I mean, usually, even with just, you know, say it is 20 contracts, like there’s usually a pretty significant revenue acceleration impact if we are able to do it. Like I said, you know, a little bit faster. And so we’d love to show you or like walk through what that might look like again.
Jeremy Walker (01:30) I don’t want to steal too much of your time, but we could probably have that conversation in like 10, 15 minutes to see if there would be a fit, but, help me out.
