I jumped on a zoom call this morning on our end and I was the only one on the call and was like messaging like what’s going on? I don’t know why the link changed mid call and never got a notification. So zoom really just has a mind of its own.

Rae Tompkins (00:32) Awesome. Well, I hope that report was helpful if that’s something that you want on a monthly basis. I’m happy to continue sending that. Have you been able to receive the reports? Like if you were to download it directly from the platform, is that still an issue? Okay? I just submitted a tech ticket for our team to investigate. I had another client flag it as well. So I threw your email address on there to investigate maybe what’s happening why you’re not getting those reports, but I’m happy to continue sending those until we can find a solution.
Jessica Redden (01:07) Yeah, I don’t want you to have to keep doing that, but, yeah, I’ve tried and it’s just like it says, I’ll get a link but I never do. Yeah.
Rae Tompkins (01:18) It may be a security thing permissioning thing, but I’ll have our team look into it. I don’t see where they’re coming through directly in our backend portal. So I think something is something’s preventing it, but I’m happy to continue sending them while we kind of figure out a more long term solution. No worries.

Rae Tompkins (01:55) Let’s see… Jessica Osborne. We got her caqh account to sync. And then it was the uhc vaccn issue and you had spoke with the rep and they said that there shouldn’t be any issue with onboarding. So I did go back to the PE team and they were able to confirm that we can push it forward and there shouldn’t be any further delays there.
Jessica Redden (02:23) Okay. Now that might have been like me just misunderstanding their notes but it… just didn’t make sense to me. Why anyway, that’s why I reached out to uhc, myself. It just didn’t make sense to me what was going on? But I’m glad that’s done. I guess really what just is on top of mine is just these old ones, you know, that we talked about before like the… those providers like Byrdie medesa, but I got my dirt, my dirty Byrd… that evernorth, I’m working on that. And then there’s the medesa, evernorth, Lomax, humana that’s just, you know, the old ones that just seem to just can’t get wrapped up. That’s just.
Rae Tompkins (03:23) Yeah, I just filtered in platform, just request date oldest to newest and want to filter out request status to payer… processing… like Alicia ford. I see magnolia health, zomatis, healthspring. Wellcare. Yeah, it’s just the same names, Randolph… Katasha, Taylor. It looks like follow… up has happened this week. Contacted Alison zomatis. We called on the phone for the… what line is this? Oh, truehealth or wellcare? And they said provider is still on a network, suggested more time to allow turnaround time is 30 days… called the payer. And reps stated the provider is out of network rep advised allow additional time for processing. So, I see that our team is making the phone calls reaching out directly to the contacts.
Rae Tompkins (04:40) Savannah Randolph. They picked up the phone and called for wellcare as well. That was last Friday… rep stated providers out of network advised 30 days for processing.
Rae Tompkins (05:00) Okay. I’ll just continue to flag these as we have been just expressing, you know, if there’s anything else that we can do to get these pushed forward as soon as possible. Understanding, you know, these have been submitted for quite some time and we want to get them wrapped up as soon as possible. But they do all appear to be payer processing issues. So we’ll just continue to flag. I’ll express the importance of, you know, making the additional phone calls… so that we can get these wrapped up.
