Dreama Hembree (00:13) No. Okay. I didn’t have a ton on my agenda from last week. Why, where is my share button? Oh, man. I think I need to restart my computer. It’s not loving me today.

Kiesha.Mitchell (00:34) It’d be stuff like that. I could be willing to take the rest of the day off then.

Dreama Hembree (00:38) Well, I have, you know, 100 tabs open and it’s angry at me. So, and then every time I share, it gets real wonky. So it shares the wrong screen or it freezes up on me. So I think it needs a little bit of a break. Okay? I have the agenda up. Okay? The only thing that I saw new from last time that we met was the buckeye health plan, the app for Savannah Charles, which is super odd to me because it’s already in process. I don’t know why they sent out a new application especially, to you guys, but I’m digging into the contact, the Nicole reader thing to be removed. I’m trying to figure out where that came in and where that’s listed at. So there’s a whole bunch of applications and history there that I’m trying to dig through to find out where that initially came into the picture at. And so long story short, I’m going to find it and make sure that it’s removed. So it doesn’t continue happening. Okay? But I did see that you sent back to remove it as well. So I will follow up and make sure that she’s not listed anywhere as a contact.

Kiesha.Mitchell (01:43) I don’t even know who she is that’s so funny.

Dreama Hembree (01:47) Oh, okay. Oh my gosh. I did not realize that. Okay.

Kiesha.Mitchell (01:51) She has sent it. I guess obviously Lisa used to be the credentialing person before me. So she had forwarded it to Lisa. She was like, I don’t know why I got this but, you know, I figured this may, and then Lisa sent it to me and I was like, I have no idea who she even is.

Dreama Hembree (02:06) That is strange. Okay. I didn’t realize that I thought she was kind of known or something to the group. Okay? So that makes the mystery.

Kiesha.Mitchell (02:13) She works with planned parenthood right? Right? When she does. I don’t know.

Dreama Hembree (02:16) Yeah, but she’d still, why is her contact popping up? Yeah, I’ll dig through there and make sure she’s not listed anywhere and try to get to the bottom of that. The only other things from last time was the uhc, Loi, did you need me to help with that or intervene?

Kiesha.Mitchell (02:34) Oh, did Lisa, ever, I think she said I can sign it?

Dreama Hembree (02:38) Okay. It’s still, I just looked at it. It’s still in there as a task. So you should be able to pop in there and sign it.

Kiesha.Mitchell (02:46) Okay. I’ll do get that done. As soon as we get off, I do have one thing though. Sure. Would, we are in the process of getting ready for our accreditation stuff. They would like to know if you could possibly find out when we signed the contract, like the initial contract with medallion.

Dreama Hembree (03:04) So, contract renewal, yeah.

Kiesha.Mitchell (03:07) Well, like when we first started working with you all the date, yeah, find out that date for me.

Dreama Hembree (03:12) Yep. With medallion. Yep. Let me loop in your am and the sales people on that, and I will get that information back to you.

Kiesha.Mitchell (03:21) Awesome. Thank you. I know I have quite a few tasks in medallion to tackle. I’ve been with this accreditation stuff has been all over the place and it’s just so much going on right now. I got a 1,000,000 projects. I’m doing all. No.

Kiesha.Mitchell (03:51) I did find out the information from medical mutual. Oh, wow. Because the, because the two providers have, because they have hospital privileging elsewhere. They now they have to get hospital privileging here because it’s I guess in their record or whatever. So now they, and we can’t use a hospitalist, they have to get privilege. So.

Dreama Hembree (04:13) Even though they’re not physically in the state, they have to get hospital privileges. Wow. Yeah. Okay.

Kiesha.Mitchell (04:22) So, I got that reply back maybe a couple days ago. So, yeah. So that’s on my to do list to see how they’re going to go about that. Well, I’ve kind of pushed it up the chain and I haven’t heard anything back from, you know, within vpgo. So.

Dreama Hembree (04:38) Okay.

Kiesha.Mitchell (04:39) Yep. So I will be updating you as I get updates for that. Still haven’t the billing is checking about the amerihealth caritas thing, to see if we have any like claims or anything pending that we can, you know, still get paid for Helen. I believe it was Helen hugeman, so, they’re checking on that for me. Okay?

Dreama Hembree (05:06) I’ll just leave that on there just as a standing item in case we need to circle back to that. So, okay, we know what we talked about. Other than that, I did not have anything else. I’ll get that information about, the contract dates for you. I should be able to get you that, you know, probably today, if not by tomorrow. So, okay, information number to you. All right. Anything else?
