Eric Dalton (00:00) hi, it’s Eric.

Kirsten Neville (00:02) Hey, Eric. Good morning. It’s Kirsten over at medallion. How are you?

Eric Dalton (00:05) I’m doing well.

Kirsten Neville (00:07) Good. I’ll keep it quick. I know I’m catching you kind of out of the blue here, but I saw that Tanner is hiring a bunch of new provider roles, and I know you guys are expanding a lot this year and I was just wondering, is it kind of on your mind to streamline that enrollment process and licensing and credentialing, that kind of thing for bringing on new providers?

Eric Dalton (00:23) We have not contemplated that we have a pretty robust medical staff office that has been able to kind of stay ahead of that.

Kirsten Neville (00:33) Yeah. Well, and I know you guys are such a big system. I would fully expect you to have a robust system in place. Of course, I’d be surprised if you didn’t honestly… but I’d love to show it to you if you had time to check it out and just kind of compare to what it looks like to your current process. And just to give you a little more context like that credentialing process can take up to a few months as I’m sure, you know, and we can cut it down to just a couple of days.

Eric Dalton (00:57) Yeah. It may be to the right people. I’m on more of the operations side, so that function reports up through our chief medical officer.

Kirsten Neville (01:09) Okay. So… would you recommend that I get in touch with them if that makes more sense?

Eric Dalton (01:15) Yeah, that’ll probably be a more productive conversation.

Kirsten Neville (01:19) All right. Thanks, Eric. I appreciate the intel. Hope you have a great day, all right?

Eric Dalton (01:22) You too, bye.
