The reason for the call is we work with several other PE backed msos dsos and a pattern keeps emerging around provider onboarding, becoming a silent drag on EBITDA during growth, given beacon’s growth through surgeon partnerships, and practice acquisitions. I was curious if that’s even remotely relevant on your side?
Lindsey Bunch (00:34) It’s not anything that I actively deal with that’s an HR function.
