Delaney Crowe (00:08) I’m doing well. Thanks for asking. I know I’m calling you out of the blue. Do you have a second to chat real quick?

Delaney Crowe (00:16) Yeah, no, totally fair. My name is Delaney. I’m calling from medallion. I sent over an email, but honestly figured, that probably just hit spam. So that’s why I was giving you a ring, medallion, the we’re a centralized platform for all things provider network management. So that’s onboarding credentialing payer, enrollment. So often, I chat with people in leadership like Cole health.

Jenny Eastridge (00:27) Huh.

Jenny Eastridge (00:40) Huh.

Delaney Crowe (00:40) Around getting their providers billable faster. Was just kind of curious if this was, you know, something that you were looking at for the year or if this falls under your scope or?

Jenny Eastridge (00:43) Okay.

Jenny Eastridge (00:52) Yeah. I mean, obviously, not my direct scope, but we have, you know, people within the team, that certainly do that and do our verifications and all those kinds of things. I don’t know where, I mean, I know we do have, we currently utilize a couple platforms that do that for us,

Delaney Crowe (01:12) Okay.

Jenny Eastridge (01:13) But I don’t know where we are in those agreements and those sorts of things to see if it’s a good time to explore alternate, you know, platforms and ideas and stuff like that,

Delaney Crowe (01:25) Me too.

Jenny Eastridge (01:26) So, I don’t know, I mean, I don’t to be honest, I don’t remember seeing an email come across from you, so it might have hit my spam. We have a pretty tough firewall.

Delaney Crowe (01:34) Oh,

Delaney Crowe (01:38) I know most people do, and that’s why I just, I, I’ll try to pick up the phone cause I’m like, I know if anything, it’s just an email in an inbox, but at least it’s a, like, I’m just, I’m a real human. Yeah. Well, and, I also noticed that Cole health that you guys are like actively hiring like, it sounds like you’re continuing to bring new providers as well, too.

Jenny Eastridge (01:46) Right, right.

Jenny Eastridge (01:58) Oh, for sure. Yes.

Delaney Crowe (01:59) Yeah, and especially in like it’s you’re all Aba, correct?

Jenny Eastridge (02:04) No, we do pediatric therapy as well. So, we have about 500 clinicians that work for us.

Delaney Crowe (02:09) Right. Oh, wow. Yeah. So honestly, I’m just having a lot of conversations with people who are in like these growth phases and, you know, when you’re bringing on new providers that’s typically where they feel like this abrasion with, you know, getting, the providers billable and like.

Jenny Eastridge (02:19) Huh.

Delaney Crowe (02:28) You know, reducing claims and all those sorts of things. They just kind of bubble up, you know?

Jenny Eastridge (02:30) Oh, for sure. Yeah.

Delaney Crowe (02:34) And so that’s honestly why I was giving you a ring because I just thought maybe it’d be relevant now more than ever. So happy. I mean, I know this may be maybe like your revenue cycle team kind of deals with this a little bit more in the weeds, but like I’m sure some of this does kind of bubble up to you. Does it make sense for us just to find some time just to like chat a little bit deeper, maybe in the coming weeks like next week or so?

Jenny Eastridge (02:46) Yeah.

Jenny Eastridge (02:53) For sure.

Jenny Eastridge (03:00) Yeah, potentially, I probably need to sync up with our revenue cycle manager and just see maybe if she has some availability as well. And maybe, you… know, check with, we have a couple folks on the team that actually do this, you know, do the work for it. And so I probably want to sync up with them and I’m actually in my car driving. So I’m not in front of my calendar… but.

Delaney Crowe (03:27) Okay. No worries. Is there a day that’s typically best? And I’ll just send an invite and we can just, move it to wherever you see fit with your schedule. Like are Tuesdays or Wednesdays typically best for you?

Jenny Eastridge (03:37) Okay, right. Know, this… is not potentially Wednesday, but… again, I’m probably gonna need to, I need to check, with a couple folks and scheduling a meeting that works for three or four of us kind of poses a little bit of a challenge.

Jenny Eastridge (04:06) So, let… me, I just don’t know. I was gonna say if I’m not getting your emails, I probably wouldn’t get the invite as well. So.

So whenever, you know, you get a chance, I know it’s like end of day too.
