Alex Lawrence (00:08) I am doing phenomenal. I saw you might have been on the website talking to the robot this morning and just wanted to follow up and see if there were any questions I could answer.
David McKenna (00:16) Oh, yeah. I was just wondering, I joined up with an ehr called simple practice and they’re doing, I’m doing two credentialing through medallion via simple practice. I guess we get two free ones for signing up, but I was wondering if you guys if I could do any more and pay for them. I still have four or five credentialing and was wondering if you offer that service?
Alex Lawrence (00:40) Yeah. So we’re an end to end solution that handles credentialing payer, enrollment, ongoing monitoring kind of that whole suite of business. So you’re only looking to get like two people enrolled with payers or I guess I’m trying to understand the context?
David McKenna (00:55) No, no, no, I have just a sole prop outpatient hand therapy clinic and I’m getting credentialed right now with the insurers and I have.
Alex Lawrence (00:57) There.
David McKenna (01:03) two done actually three. I did one myself, but I was wondering if that is a service that I can use medallion for, if that’s something you do?
Alex Lawrence (01:12) Yeah. It, yeah, it definitely is. We usually, how many like providers, I guess total do you have?
David McKenna (01:19) I’m Ed, I’m an outpatient hand therapist. I’m a sole prop and sole provider. So I’m a one man show.
Alex Lawrence (01:26) Gotcha. Yeah. So we’re usually set up for a more larger.
David McKenna (01:32) Yeah.
Alex Lawrence (01:33) Scale of people. Let me follow up. You said you said that you were sent over through simple practice?
David McKenna (01:35) Okay. Understood.
David McKenna (01:40) Yeah. I mean, I’m doing, I have an account with medallion that I’m getting two credentials, two credentialing things with payers through my relationship with ehr. So because I signed up with them, they included two for free that they gave me as part of my contract.
Alex Lawrence (01:53) Gotcha. Yeah.
Alex Lawrence (01:59) Understood. Yeah. So that would be, yeah, simple practice is one of our accounts that we just recently closed with. And so we’ve been taking on all of, I guess their providers, we don’t really work. We don’t really work individually.
David McKenna (02:11) Yes. Okay.
Alex Lawrence (02:16) With smaller, we’re kind of set up for like 20 provider and above orgs.
David McKenna (02:21) Oh, sure. No, that, I understand that’s fine. Yeah, no, I can do it myself. I just thought maybe it’d be a little bit a little bit quicker, but I appreciate the call.
Alex Lawrence (02:24) But we, but.
Alex Lawrence (02:29) Yeah. Let me, I’ll try to find, I’ll try to circle back and find out if there’s something, if you’re working through simple practice, if that is something that we would take on.
