Heidi Patschke (00:00) hello? How’s it going?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:03) Good. How are you?
Heidi Patschke (00:04) It’s Friday?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:06) It is.
Heidi Patschke (00:07) We made it and,
Lyndsey Farmer (00:08) I can’t stand that about it. Yeah.
Heidi Patschke (00:11) Literally all week. I’m like it’s almost Friday. It’s almost Friday, it.
Lyndsey Farmer (00:15) Has been like a really rough week. I feel like it’s just,
Heidi Patschke (00:19) been like,
Lyndsey Farmer (00:19) one thing after another, and I can’t catch my breath.
Heidi Patschke (00:23) I know same, literally, same boat I’m like, so I’m like, can it just be done? Yes. Let’s bring it to life.
Lyndsey Farmer (00:30) Yep. Just need a couple days to breathe. Yeah.
Heidi Patschke (00:33) Literally, okay.
Lyndsey Farmer (00:37) Is Julia joining today?
Heidi Patschke (00:39) She’s off today? Oh, okay. Nice little date. Perfect. Just a little date on a Friday?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:47) Yeah, yeah. You’re in the Boston area, right? Yes. Yep. So, am I like anytime you want to like go get coffee or lunch or something? Yeah, love that. Where are you? I’m in Arlington? Oh.
Heidi Patschke (01:00) Perfect. I’m in Weymouth okay?
Lyndsey Farmer (01:03) So, south, not too far. Yeah. Somewhere in the middle. Yeah, love that. Yeah, cool. Awesome. All right. So, there were, let me share my screen.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:23) Okay. Can you see my screen now?
Heidi Patschke (01:26) It’s yep. Now I can. Okay.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:28) All right. So there was a couple things put on the agenda and I answered, I believe all but one I’m still pending a response from the credentialing team on that one because I do not know. Okay, but we’ll start from the top. So recredentialing all providers, I know that we had talked about this. I did submit the recredentialing for Garcia. Julia said she couldn’t get it to work and I don’t know if that, I’m still trying to figure out if that’s something that you guys can’t do on your end and only we can do. But anyway, I did get that updated and put in for her. So the question was when should we submit the request for the rest of them anytime whenever you’re ready? Just let me know what you want that recred date to be, and we can enter it into the system perfect for credentialing approvals. Yes, providers also will get the automatic approvals just like admins do. And then the credentialing committee question, if someone is like out on pto or something, how do we bypass that’s? The question I’m pending a response from the actual credentialing team because I do not know and I don’t even want to guess. So. Yeah. And then the credentialing application that I sent over that was a redacted application just to kind of show what it is that you should be looking at. So, do you guys have a completed cred file? Because it would be in that?
Heidi Patschke (02:58) That’s a good question. We should. Okay. Yeah, if.
Lyndsey Farmer (03:02) You have a credentialing one, you can use the redacted as kind of a guide of where you should be looking. It should be in that type of packet. Okay? If you can’t find it, I can take it back and we can see if we can get something put together but, okay.
Heidi Patschke (03:20) I think we’ve only done one… cred. I think we credentialed a locum, I think that’s the only one that we’ve done since we’ve gone live with you guys. Okay? So I’ll take a look.
Lyndsey Farmer (03:33) Yeah. Take a look. It should be in that redacted packet that I sent you that’s where the responsibilities and release sections are. But if you can’t find it, we can kind of try something else. Okay? And then ongoing monitoring reporting. So, how do we get here in the system? So I can show you… are you still able to see my screen? Yep? So you see your Eleanor health up here? Your medallion. Okay. All right. So you’re going to go into analytics… and then you go to ongoing monitoring?
Lyndsey Farmer (04:17) And you would see the oig here. Cool. And you can export this and everything. We also have a monthly report in your folder. I thought you all had access to the folder but you don’t so that’s something that we have access to. So if ever, you just need a quick poll or something, I can go in and just grab it. Okay? But this is where you would come to just view these and you can, like I said, you can export it to your own… that’s where it’s at. Cool. All right. Anything else?
Heidi Patschke (05:00) Didn’t put it on the agenda, but I think we asked this question like when we were talking back, probably before we even implemented, okay, do we have the ability in medallion to automate the enrollment process? So like say we onboard a provider in Louisiana licensing and go through you guys, that all comes out clear, right? Do we have something that can automatically trigger the enrollment process? So like let’s say provider in Louisiana, they need to be enrolled in all of the Louisiana plans. Can we trigger that work automatically? Does it have to be somebody?
Lyndsey Farmer (05:40) For right now, you actually have to request.
Heidi Patschke (05:42) Those, okay?
Lyndsey Farmer (05:44) I know that medallion as a whole, we’re working on obviously, that’s where we want to get is for everything to kind of be automated. So those are things that like we’re working on. We’re just not there yet. Okay. So yeah, for right now, it does you just have to go in and request cool.
Heidi Patschke (06:02) Okay. Sorry… it is what it is.
Lyndsey Farmer (06:07) We’re all trying to make our lives easier in some way. Yeah, hopefully one day sooner than later. We’ll have, you know, kind of all the automated things up and running, but it’s things that are being worked on. We just haven’t gotten there yet.
Heidi Patschke (06:26) Yeah. And I know there’s complexities to that too, right? It’s like if they come in and they don’t have medicare and medicaid. Like all of that has to happen first before they can be enrolled with all of our payers. So makes sense.
Lyndsey Farmer (06:38) Yep. So anything else any other?
Heidi Patschke (06:42) That’s it for right now? Okay?
Lyndsey Farmer (06:44) Cool. I didn’t have anything. I will follow up with you on this committee. So as soon as I get a response, I’ll just send you guys an email and let you know.
Heidi Patschke (06:51) Perfect. Yeah, we just, it just came up this week because we have someone we’re trying to push through the committee, and one of our providers is on pto, and he’s like trying to do this and not doing a great job at finding time. They were just like you shouldn’t have to you’re on vacation? Yeah. So we can just have like a backup. I don’t know if there’s like an opportunity to have just like someone as a backup that can do the vote in his absence. I don’t know. Yep.
Lyndsey Farmer (07:20) I will find out. And as soon as I get a response to that, I’ll just email it out to you guys. Perfect.
Heidi Patschke (07:26) Awesome. Cool.
Lyndsey Farmer (07:28) All right. Well, happy Friday.
Heidi Patschke (07:30) Happy Friday.
Lyndsey Farmer (07:32) Enjoy your weekend.
Heidi Patschke (07:33) You too. Have a great weekend. Bye.
Lyndsey Farmer (07:35) Heidi. Bye.
