Naomi Denson (00:00) hi, Victor.
Naomi Denson (00:11) Hey, ma am. How are you?
Vxt001 (00:14) Hey, Jacqueline. Good.
Naomi Denson (00:17) Hello there. How are you? Victor? Good, good. We’re almost done with the day.
Vxt001 (00:23) I know almost the weekend, right?
Naomi Denson (00:26) Yes. So, tell me about where you’re getting stuck. What I can help with?
Vxt001 (00:31) Yeah… I don’t know if it’d be easy. Is there a way to share my screen? It’s been a while since I, yeah. Okay. Oh, there I see it. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (00:39) You go ahead and share your screen so you can get used to the flow.
Vxt001 (00:49) Let’s see.
Vxt001 (00:57) Okay. You don’t see anything yet? Do you?
Naomi Denson (01:04) Not yet. When you hit share, it should pop up and ask you. There it goes. Yeah.
Vxt001 (01:11) There we go.
Naomi Denson (01:14) There it comes. Okay, extra.
Vxt001 (01:16) Button, there we go. And I appreciate this. I just want to make sure that I’m doing everything, right? Yeah. And some of the things that I’ve kind of had questions about, I was hoping maybe it might be easier for me if you just talk me through it. Oops, let’s see. I was trying to, there we go, let me move. Y all off. There. We go. All right. So, for example, like the notification thing here?
Vxt001 (01:48) I’ve made some, I thought I went in and changed some things and I was just wondering, does that ever update? Because it seems like those things are still notifications. For example, this one right here, this is wellmed, which I sent an email went into the app or went into the portal, changed it for the group to cancel that request. But… when I click on it… oh, do I need to mark complete?
Naomi Denson (02:26) So, on the right hand side, you see that little panel like thing?
Vxt001 (02:31) Yeah, that.
Naomi Denson (02:32) Oh,
Vxt001 (02:33) okay. So.
Naomi Denson (02:35) They’re asking, can we stop this line? So, if you respond?
Vxt001 (02:40) Oh, okay.
Naomi Denson (02:43) So, you can add a note there and say yes or no… and then you mark it complete, and that’s what triggers them?
Vxt001 (02:52) Oh, okay. Okay. Yeah, I wasn’t doing.
Naomi Denson (02:54) That with these tasks, you have to mark them complete to keep things moving forward?
Vxt001 (02:58) Okay.
Vxt001 (03:08) And then once that’s posted, then I can mark complete, yes. Okay. Gotcha. Making more sense now? Okay? And then I just close it out, right? Yep.
Naomi Denson (03:23) And then, and then now you see it move to, in review. So then our team, will that in review bucket right under where it says admin tasks up towards the top. Yes. So it moves there. And then our team will review it, close it out, and then it moves to completed? All right?
Vxt001 (03:45) So.
Naomi Denson (03:46) This is their request for surrogacy access that they’ve tasked to the provider. So they need to log into their Ina account and approve the surrogacy request so that we can work on their behalf.
Vxt001 (03:57) Okay. But this isn’t me.
Naomi Denson (04:00) No, that’s for the provider, but.
Vxt001 (04:02) That’s for the, okay. Yeah. Okay. But they’re getting emails, not? Okay.
Naomi Denson (04:08) Yes, they should be getting an email notification.
Vxt001 (04:10) Okay. So I just leave that one alone. Yeah, yeah.
Naomi Denson (04:14) Unless it’s something that you can work for them like or want to like if you are planning to, you know, work anything that you can for the providers to keep things moving, like adding the Texas license, if you have that, you can go ahead and do that for them and close it out so that things keep moving if the providers are not responding timely?
Vxt001 (04:35) Okay. So, I guess this is the key thing, right? Like I’m looking for anything payer enrollment related?
Naomi Denson (04:41) No. So the way the process goes, you submit a request for enrollment, it goes through our intake team first to review their profile. So the provider profile tasks are still related to the request. They’re just related to the request from our intake team. Anything with a task type of payer enrollment means it’s already been assigned out to our payer enrollment team and they need action to complete the application, okay?
Vxt001 (05:08) I see.
Vxt001 (05:13) So, probably.
Naomi Denson (05:14) So, anything, so that assignee column, that first one?
Vxt001 (05:20) This one, yeah.
Naomi Denson (05:21) So, where it says the provider’s name, that means that the task is sent directly to the provider. If it says org admin, that is an admin level task that they’re needing response to, and you can toggle between those. So you can just look at the admin tasks at the top.
Vxt001 (05:38) See where it says, oh, there we go. Okay, gotcha.
Naomi Denson (05:49) So, the prerequisite enrollment, let’s look at one of those. So the group must be enrolled in medicare. So this was what I was saying when we were working on getting these started, was that you had said that you were enrolled in medicare, but we didn’t get the import template for the existing medicare information. So if you go to the payers tab?
Vxt001 (06:18) Okay. Yeah. I’m still in south Texas?
Naomi Denson (06:23) Under enrollments at the top, go to the top… enrollments right there. So this is wanting you to, so you’d add the existing enrollment for the group for medicare if it’s not already in there.
Vxt001 (06:40) Oh, okay. So.
Naomi Denson (06:44) We need to know the group’s medicare information that we’re tying them to… that’s what all the existing enrollment stuff. Is that? Okay?
Vxt001 (06:56) What I think I did is I went in here this way.
Naomi Denson (07:03) And you made a new group enrollment?
Vxt001 (07:05) Yes. Okay. That’s not because you can see it right here.
Naomi Denson (07:11) So click into the medicare.
Naomi Denson (07:19) And.
Vxt001 (07:19) probably because it was only, so.
Naomi Denson (07:21) You don’t need that. So I’m going to stop it.
Vxt001 (07:24) Okay. For.
Naomi Denson (07:25) You, so you don’t get charged for it?
Vxt001 (07:28) Oh, okay.
Naomi Denson (07:51) Okay. So I’m stopping that… group enrollment, I’m sure. Okay. Stopping the group enrollment for medicare. So I stopped that. So what you need to do is go to the existing enrollments back up at the top, the enrollments tab and click add enrollment.
Vxt001 (08:13) Okay. And,
Naomi Denson (08:15) then you’re going to select group, and then you’re going to choose the group, the state… and you can just type into those boxes. Oops, you can just type TX.
Vxt001 (08:28) Okay. And,
Naomi Denson (08:29) then you’re going to type medicare. Okay? And then it’s that first one… and then line of business. So the practice location there, you select the practice locations associated with that group, which I think we only have one. So you’re just going to select that there to show that’s the practice location that you linked to the group.
Naomi Denson (08:51) When you did the group contract or enrollment. Huh. And then billing status would be active provider id that’d be your group ptan, so you would have to pull that from Pecos.
Vxt001 (09:06) Oh, okay.
Naomi Denson (09:08) Or from your approval letter, okay? And then par status, par, effective date and then revalidation date. They typically don’t give those with medicare until it’s due. So you can check that. Wait. Yeah, par, it would be par if you’re in network with medicare. Yeah. And then whatever the effective date was… okay? Or you can just check, no effective date, no revalidation date. And then if you have the approval letter or confirmation from Pecos, you can upload that down at the bottom there or check did not provide document just to be able to save it.
Vxt001 (09:52) Oh, okay. I see what you’re saying. Okay, yeah.
Naomi Denson (09:55) So, you either have to provide the values or you have to check the box to say that you don’t have the information in order to save the enrollment and you can always go back in and edit later. Okay?
Naomi Denson (10:11) I know I sent, so you have to, if you don’t have the effective date, you have to check that box next to it. Yeah… I don’t know. I.
Vxt001 (10:21) Can’t remember if I have the ptan or not? It?
Naomi Denson (10:24) Would be on the welcome letter approval or in the Pecos account?
Vxt001 (10:34) Shoot, I don’t know if Zach has that.
Naomi Denson (10:39) It’s optional, so you can still save it without it.
Vxt001 (10:42) Okay.
Naomi Denson (10:44) And then come back and add it.
Vxt001 (10:45) And then come back, okay?
Naomi Denson (10:47) Yeah, but I’m trying to remember… if they gave us the… Pecos access. I know I had sent the instructions over.
Naomi Denson (11:09) It was Zach. Let’s see. Yeah. So they sent the connection request. Okay? So they did give us the access.
Naomi Denson (11:37) Yeah. I was just looking through his email to see if the ptan was shared at all, but I don’t see that. So, yeah, you can add that in, but we do have the Pecos access. So we’ll just want to get that. Let me see if one of the team members can pull the ptan. Okay? And while I’m doing that, we can move on to any other questions. And then once I get the ptan confirmed, then we’ll close out the task for those. Okay?
Vxt001 (12:15) This was one. So like if I’m checking just the status, this is where I go to look at the status of everything, right? Like.
Naomi Denson (12:24) Yeah. So you can see it there as a general status. But if you click into the enrollment requests.
Vxt001 (12:29) This right here?
Naomi Denson (12:32) At the top, that’s if you want to look at just one specific payer, but the enrollment requests tab shows you all of them. And then at the top there, you can see them broken out into buckets. So 55 total requested 24 processing, there’s 11 that are being blocked by tasks and three have already been completed, 15 are on hold pinning dependency. So that just means that there’s a prerequisite to that enrollment request, maybe it’s medicaid or medicare approval for a specific payer?
Vxt001 (13:05) So.
Naomi Denson (13:05) That would be that’s what would be blocking that, but you can see on this thing. If you scroll all the way to the like, start scrolling to the right, you can see all of the information for the enrollment request, the status of the enrollment request. If you go back just a little bit. So stop, right? Go a little bit further, a little bit more back to the right. I’m trying to get to the next column. Okay? So these dependencies. So if you scroll down in there and let’s see. So you can see this one is that request is blocking his va community care. So that’s probably, I don’t know which payer that is maybe medicaid or medicare or both.
Vxt001 (13:51) Blue cross, oh.
Naomi Denson (13:52) Blue cross? Okay. So you can see that, that’s what’s blocking that. If you continue to scroll, you can see other like all of, or if you click, go back to the top and click in that on hold box… these are all of the ones that are blocked. So if you hover over that blocked section right there. Nope. Yeah. This one, yeah. So it shows you what’s blocking that enrollment. So it’s on hold until the blue cross blue shield is approved because you have to have that first before you can apply for this payer.
Vxt001 (14:26) Okay. How do I go in to see what’s actually?
Naomi Denson (14:32) Being, so the processing?
Vxt001 (14:35) Yeah, or what’s causing that? Oh, did I, oh.
Naomi Denson (14:41) Man. Yeah. So it’s.
Vxt001 (14:44) go back, where did I go? What happened? So?
Naomi Denson (14:49) That’s the va community care network being blocked by the blue cross blue shield enrollment. So, if you go into… the processing bucket… those are all the ones that are currently in process that are either blocking other enrollments and are needing to be processed to get complete or in… intake. So they could be… it’s hard to see your screen’s zoomed in so much. Oh.
Vxt001 (15:21) Here, hold on, I’m going.
Naomi Denson (15:23) To zoom out? Yeah. Oh, other way? Yeah, there we go. Oh, there.
Vxt001 (15:27) We go. OK. Can you see that?
Naomi Denson (15:29) Yes, that’s better. OK. So you can see the payer name, the provider’s name here, the group that it’s requested in, if you scroll to the right, you’ll start seeing other statuses. So you can see these right here. They’re in application, submitted, the payer’s processing, or there’s one there that you completed the task on. So now the team will go in and flip that and push it forward. So you can see all of the ones that are applications submitted here. Any notes from the team will be in that notes column. So it’ll show you… it was back to the right. Okay?
Vxt001 (16:07) Yeah. I was just looking at. Sorry. Okay.
Naomi Denson (16:09) You’re fine. So.
Vxt001 (16:10) That one was the one we just did with the well med, that’s why it’s okay. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (16:17) So, those are all submitted. And then in the notes section, you can see that it was submitted, you can see what was submitted to, where tracking numbers, reference numbers. So those are payr processing. So standard process is they submit the application and then follow up every two weeks. So if you scroll all the way to the right, you can see the date that the application was submitted to. So app submission date. So you can see that they’re in process. Okay. Another thing about this screen is if you scroll all the way to the top… within any of these filters, there’s that arrow button on the right next to where it says stopped.
Naomi Denson (17:10) Yeah. So that you can export this into a report. Okay? If you want to look at it externally or you also have your analytics report tab on the left that has a payr enrollment request report within it, that outlines all of the outstanding and completed requests. Okay?
Naomi Denson (17:37) So, yeah, really the only thing that you would need to monitor once you’ve submitted the request to us in medallion is for tasks? Okay? And just, yeah, making sure that the tasks are being resolved and marked complete. So it’s not holding up any work, but you can track the statuses directly in the platform or in the analytics tabs. Okay?
Vxt001 (18:06) There was something though that I saw for… it was bluecrossblueshield… when I clicked on it… maybe it was this one?
Vxt001 (19:03) I think it was, this looks kind of different now probably because other things have happened that I didn’t notice.
Vxt001 (19:12) It was saying something about medicare requiring for bluecrossblueshield, medicare medicaid… enrollment is required. But I know we didn’t want to do medicaid for this particular physician group. Did?
Naomi Denson (19:31) You request to manage medicaid or medicare to manage line of business.
Vxt001 (19:36) I did the medicare, but then I saw that other note on just the general, medicare needed to be, which is what we just did… but I… which is what you helped me fix because I did it the other way because we did need medicare advantage from bluecrossblueshield but we didn’t want the medicaid. So, I don’t know.
Naomi Denson (20:04) All right. Let’s see. I’m.
Vxt001 (20:07) pretty sure it was under Joel, but I didn’t know if I did it for the group or… let me see. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (20:16) So, you can see the lines of business that were requested to the right, the far right, Ish… let’s see medicare?
Vxt001 (20:30) Oh, we’re here. Yeah, commercial… I’ve got to go back and find which bluecross… but now I’m not seeing it. I think, oh, wait here. Let’s see this last one. Come on. It’s a little slow here.
Vxt001 (20:53) Exchange marketplace.
Naomi Denson (20:56) Yeah, I’m not showing medicare. Is it maybe a Taft?
Naomi Denson (21:06) I can’t find it anymore.
Vxt001 (21:08) Because it was under this, but it was under hold on.
Vxt001 (21:38) I thought it was in this little section.
Vxt001 (21:50) Oops, no, that’s not what I wanted to do.
Naomi Denson (21:57) I thought it was on a bluecross line.
Vxt001 (22:03) Open up this, I was.
Naomi Denson (22:04) Just saying, are you sure it was on a bluecross?
Vxt001 (22:09) Let’s see. I’m pretty sure it was, what are you saying?
Naomi Denson (22:16) Oops, it was asking for medicaid?
Vxt001 (22:20) Yeah, it said, it was almost like it was saying Joel couldn’t be processed and it had it for each provider in the group. But when I clicked on his, it was saying something to the effect of cannot continue until enrollment for medicare and medicaid is provided for?
Naomi Denson (22:41) Okay. So, I’m Joel go over to his notes.
Vxt001 (22:47) Is that this?
Naomi Denson (22:49) No scroll to the right? The notes column?
Vxt001 (22:53) Oh, here?
Naomi Denson (22:54) Client task created to create medicare line. Is this provider already enrolled with medicare? Is that one of the ones that you already submitted and had approved? Or do they have a medicare request in process?
Vxt001 (23:10) Prior to this, medicare wasn’t on there. So I wonder if that’s I wonder if this changed because I did that yep.
Naomi Denson (23:18) So, now there’s a medicare request in there for him. So they tied it to it as a dependency. Okay. So it just didn’t but let’s see, so.
Vxt001 (23:28) I thought I would have my notes in there when I tried to.
Vxt001 (23:35) Or if, when I did the, came out, did the enrollment came back? It just.
Vxt001 (23:45) Automatically?
Naomi Denson (23:58) Yeah. So it’s back with our team. Now, it looks like let’s.
Vxt001 (24:04) See, I mean, do you see any notes that I did? Okay?
Naomi Denson (24:08) No. Okay. So on his line? Okay. So go to, okay. So click the plus sign to the far left of… that, where it says client input requested, or you can see the column that says outstanding tasks. It says one admin task. So it’s provider prerequisite enrollment needed. So you can click in that… it should take you, no, where it says one admin task. It should be a hyperlink that you can click on. Okay? And it opened that back up. So look down just below that. No, click it again. Oh, look down just below that, that’s the task that’s tied to it, this one right here.
Vxt001 (25:06) Yes.
Naomi Denson (25:06) So, it’s asking for that medicare line. Okay? If you click it, open it just like you would any other task on the overview tab?
Vxt001 (25:14) Oh, okay.
Naomi Denson (25:15) So, it’s asking you to submit to either add an existing medicare enrollment if they’re already enrolled or to request one, because we can’t submit to this payer without them being enrolled with medicare first.
Vxt001 (25:26) Okay. Which we just fixed. So that, okay, so, do I’m this?
Naomi Denson (25:34) Is asking for the individual provider?
Vxt001 (25:37) Oh, okay. So.
Naomi Denson (25:39) You can, and you can see to the right there where it says his name, Joel, well, med up just a little bit that’s a drop down. So you can see this task. If you click that this task is tied to all of these enrollments. So once even different providers, okay?
Vxt001 (25:57) For.
Naomi Denson (25:57) Diana, Liu, you want to make sure… that she has the medicare request in already, and then you can mark it complete. And then it’ll unblock all three of those requests.
Naomi Denson (26:24) Okay.
Vxt001 (26:26) So, do I mark this complete now? Or do? Because we already, or is that, once I had the PT, I can you?
Naomi Denson (26:34) Can mark that one complete? Yeah. Okay. I’m waiting on… I’ve got a girl internally that’s I’m asking to pull the ptn report for the group. So we can get that added. So all you do is mark it complete and it applies to all of those. So you don’t have to keep.
Vxt001 (26:51) Okay. Oh, okay.
Naomi Denson (26:53) Okay. I see it’s called task bundling. So if there’s the same task needed for multiple requests, they’ll bundle them in. So you only have to resolve one task.
Vxt001 (27:01) Oh, okay. Okay. Yeah, that’s what? Okay?
Naomi Denson (27:05) Yeah. So even in the payer screen where you’re seeing, you know, if you close that out… that needs attention bucket, if you were looking at all of your requests, like if click on the enrollment request tab up at the top real quick. This is all of your enrollment. So you can see there’s eight needing attention here, but you like up at the top. So, there’s eight that are eight request lines that are needing some sort of task or attention.
Naomi Denson (27:39) so, but maybe if you look in your overview tab, you might be like, why are there eight lines blocked? I only have one task, but it’s because they’re bundled together. Okay?
Vxt001 (27:55) Traditional.
Naomi Denson (27:57) so, you can see those. They all have admin tasks. So requested surrogacy.
Naomi Denson (28:07) They have other tasks open for questions.
Vxt001 (28:12) Oh, right here in the notes. Okay. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (28:14) They put notes in there, but there’s also a task that has to be resolved. Yep. So click that one and it’s going to pop up down below.
Naomi Denson (28:40) So, they’re saying there’s already a facility enrollment with this under the dba name, and I know you said this is a physician group practicing within the facility and it’s separate. Do they utilize the same tax id and npi or no?
Vxt001 (29:00) So, they utilize the same tax id, but when they check, they said, yes, that the npi that we’re doing now is not under that contract.
Naomi Denson (29:13) And that’s the one that’s in medallion, correct?
Vxt001 (29:16) Yeah, hold on, let.
Naomi Denson (29:17) Me because I.
Vxt001 (29:18) just talked to them today. Where did he go or who was that?
Vxt001 (29:40) So, here’s what?
Vxt001 (29:46) Because I was emailing them to see, you know, if he could send me a contract to review?
Vxt001 (30:01) Or Renee, sorry,
Naomi Denson (30:06) It’s currently contracted listed and listed as participating in our directory to add new providers.
Vxt001 (30:16) Okay. I got that. But then I said, well… this is a new physician group, and I basically told him I just didn’t I should have given him the mpi. So when I gave him the mpi for the group and asked him if it was already linked to that. He said no… the tin, but a different mpi. So, this mpi is actually the hospital.
Naomi Denson (30:41) Yeah, we don’t want them to amend the agreement because you don’t want a facility contract for the group… we have. Oh, it says they have a group agreement through the facility. It’s not a facility agreement.
Vxt001 (30:54) Yeah, it’s I’m sorry, it’s a group agreement with the same tin but it has the, this isn’t an mpi that is a group agreement, but it’s basically for, I want to say it’s like a hospitalist group. So it’s not linked to our mpi group physician group.
Naomi Denson (31:17) So, what it sounds like to me is there’s already an existing contract. So we would add that as an existing enrollment and then stop the new group enrollment request in medallion. And… I don’t know if I don’t know if the demographic updates work to adding mpis or if they can only have one mpi on file?
Vxt001 (31:41) Yeah, I.
Naomi Denson (31:43) would follow up with your contact there, but.
Naomi Denson (31:59) Okay. Yeah, it looks like they’re just asking for a W9 to begin the amendment process.
Vxt001 (32:05) Yeah. So it would be an amendment to basically add our group, right? So, does that change how I need to have this process through you all?
Naomi Denson (32:15) Yeah. I mean, if you’re already doing it, I wouldn’t request it in medallion because we would just be double working and you’re already, you’ve already taken care of it. So you don’t want to pay for it by requesting it in medallion, you would just… if you’re going to what… you can do is let’s see well.
Vxt001 (32:37) I mean, I would do the amendment, but as far as what they need for the credentialing stuff to.
Naomi Denson (32:42) For the providers?
Vxt001 (32:43) Yeah, for the providers for that group?
Naomi Denson (32:44) Yeah. But for the group enrollment, let’s see, we’re looking at cigna. So you put in a request for a new group enrollment under cigna. Let’s see, but you’re already working on that with them right now because it technically already exists. Let’s see.
Vxt001 (33:06) See. And this happened with humana as well. So, humana. Well, humana actually told me I do have an actual contract. They just needed the… demographic… update, credentialing?
Naomi Denson (33:19) Oh, it looks like it looks like there’s a note in our system from March. It said… we already submitted the Loi and W9 to the payer to add the location.
Vxt001 (33:35) Oh, okay. On.
Naomi Denson (33:37) The group enrollment request?
Vxt001 (33:39) Huh.
Naomi Denson (33:40) So, yeah, it looks like we already submitted it. We did the discovery on it to confirm that it was already a contract.
Naomi Denson (33:53) And we sent the request to add the new npi. Yeah. So if you click into… let’s see… already recognized in the system under?
Naomi Denson (34:16) Yeah. So that’s confusing to me because the payer is telling them that it’s a facility contract, but your contact is telling them that it’s a group contract. So, I would take this task information and send it back to your contact and get clarification that you’re working with. Yeah, and then advise if we need to move forward with the providers, because typically with a group enrollment, you do have to add providers unless they’re which is what it sounds like it is.
Naomi Denson (34:53) Okay. It depends on how you’re billing, but since you’re operating as a separate group from the facility… did she send you a copy of the agreement in… that email?
Vxt001 (35:10) I might still have it up. Hold on. Yeah.
Vxt001 (35:20) So, it’s attached to the tin because it’s a hospital system.
Naomi Denson (35:27) Right. If you.
Vxt001 (35:28) See this, but this mpi, is that’s not, right. Yeah, our mpi? Yeah.
Naomi Denson (35:36) Can you scroll up to the very top? I just want to see if it calls it out as a facility contract or a group?
Vxt001 (35:46) Ancillary service, ancillary service agreement?
Naomi Denson (35:49) It says, yeah, it says provider group?
Vxt001 (35:52) Yeah, group type provider group. All right. So it must, they must be wanting a demographic update… yeah.
Naomi Denson (36:03) Which you, which our team already submitted and looks like you’re already in the process of yep provider services group agreement. So, on that task… I will just respond and say you can even attach a copy of that agreement and say this is a group agreement. There’s an amendment in process to add the mpi. So… we may need to pinned… the provider enrollments until the group enrollment is confirmed updated.
Naomi Denson (36:42) Give me just one second. My cat has locked himself in a room. I’ll be right back. Oh.
Vxt001 (36:46) No. Okay. Go ahead.
Naomi Denson (37:32) Okay. And then I would just say see the group line for this for updates… like that?
Vxt001 (37:54) Yes. And then mark complete, yes, and that would apply for any of the cigna providers, yep.
Naomi Denson (38:07) You can see them there in the dropdown yep.
Vxt001 (38:10) Oh, yeah. That’s right? That’s where you see it. Okay? And close that. Now one that’s very interesting, which I don’t know if, yeah, maybe it’s this one?
Naomi Denson (38:29) it sounds okay.
Naomi Denson (38:35) It’s asking for the prerequisite enrollment, okay, which is what you added?
Vxt001 (38:40) Which will we add a second mark?
Naomi Denson (38:43) Yes, let’s see what’s the address on this one.
Vxt001 (38:48) Where do I see that on?
Naomi Denson (38:50) The practice location for the group that we’re using. I’m just asking you if, you know, the, oh, the service location?
Vxt001 (39:01) It’s the,
Naomi Denson (39:04) six seven zero four.
Vxt001 (39:08) I have to open up the file that I’ve got. Where did I put that position? Templates? South Texas? What?
Naomi Denson (39:22) Does 18 626, hardy oak boulevard mean anything to you?
Vxt001 (39:29) Yeah, that’s the billing address. And I guess mailing as well. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (39:37) Okay. Because it’s showing, let me show you that’s.
Vxt001 (39:42) the billing address. And then the practice address is gouda… coma… right there. Is that yeah?
Naomi Denson (39:55) I just, I’m gonna? Okay. I’m gonna hijack your screen share, show you what gotcha. My team just pulled okay for the, I had them pull a ptan report. Okay?
Naomi Denson (40:16) So, I’m not seeing the, so it says practice location address, but it’s showing this eight. This is the most recent active one. I’m assuming that’s this one that we’re… that’s the newer one that you just enrolled… or?
Naomi Denson (40:40) She pulled this from the.
Vxt001 (40:45) Yeah, that would be the one I would have met right there.
Vxt001 (40:55) So, does that medicare id? The ptan? Yes. Okay.
Naomi Denson (41:12) You can add that to the existing enrollment for the group? Okay? And then it looks like maybe Joel is already enrolled too.
Vxt001 (41:29) That’s his individual though not.
Naomi Denson (41:31) His, yeah. So, this shows the group’s enrollments under the tax id. Okay?
Vxt001 (41:36) And.
Naomi Denson (41:37) then the providers associated, he’s the only one that doesn’t have a termination date, effective eight one. Does… that sound right? I feel like that was, I feel like it’s already March. I don’t remember exactly when?
Vxt001 (41:56) I don’t yeah, I don’t know. Zach, would, I’d have to, yeah.
Naomi Denson (42:01) I would connect with Zach and have him check just to make sure we have access to the right one, the right Pecos, and two, the… right that it’s this is the correct one for the group and not a facility. Let me check with Taylor.
Vxt001 (42:25) You know what? Hold on I might have, I… just a second. I might have.
Naomi Denson (42:49) South Texas surgical specialty group.
Vxt001 (43:18) And our ptan is the 13… six, six, eight, five, four, one, six, eight, right?
Naomi Denson (43:31) That’s the npi, right? And the ptan was the seven W5 zero one three is the active one. Okay?
Naomi Denson (43:49) Okay. So, yep. Okay. So that’s the, okay. So she sent me another screenshot. So the 855 B enrollment type, which is the group enrollment, that is the correct ptan. And then there’s a separate one for the facility enrollment that has a different ptan that we don’t need. Okay? So.
Vxt001 (44:11) If I go back.
Naomi Denson (44:17) But it does look like that 18, 626 hardy oak boulevard is listed as the practice location instead of the actual like instead of the practice location that we have a medallion, which could possibly cause some questions to come up because we have six seven, zero four guadacoma drive? Yeah.
Vxt001 (44:35) So,
Naomi Denson (44:37) I don’t know if an amendment is going to change demographic update is going to be needed to change that practice address, the group or why it was done that way. Yeah. But I would definitely connect with Zach to see, you know, because we don’t want to be, yeah, submitting under the incorrect practice locations on our end. But when they see that they will probably task out and ask, okay?
Vxt001 (45:06) I’ll ask about that… because I think they haven’t even settled on that. That’s why I think they were trying to just go with what a place in the hospital till. Okay? Because.
Naomi Denson (45:18) One is in one is in shirts Texas is the one in medallion. And then the one on the enrollment is San Antonio, I think. Okay.
Vxt001 (45:27) So, I don’t want to mark complete on this humana one just yet, right?
Naomi Denson (45:38) I mean, did you update the existing enrollment for the medicare? Yes… you added the ptn in there?
Vxt001 (45:49) No, no, no, no, okay.
Naomi Denson (45:50) Yeah, don’t mark it complete until you’ve added the ptn. And then confirmed with sac. Okay?
Vxt001 (45:58) So, wait on the medicare one.
Naomi Denson (46:04) I mean, that is the ptn. But it’s just when we added the existing enrollment, we added it as being tied to the practice location and medallion and it’s not.
Vxt001 (46:19) Shoot, help me out. Where was I to go back to the, add the ptn? Okay?
Naomi Denson (46:26) So, enrollments… okay. And then search right right there. This one nope down. It says group enrollment, medicare.
Vxt001 (46:42) That’s right? It has to be group one.
Naomi Denson (46:43) More down where your mouse is, right?
Vxt001 (46:46) This one? Yep.
Naomi Denson (46:47) So, go to the far right and click.
Vxt001 (46:49) Sorry, don’t, that’s not the right spot you’re.
Naomi Denson (46:52) in the right, it opened up a new tab. So just go back up to the top and nope. All the way up. It’s.
Vxt001 (47:00) like a delay and it’s messing me all up. Sorry that’s.
Naomi Denson (47:04) okay. So go up. I’m trying to find my,
Vxt001 (47:13) go back to payers. I’ll just go here. I,
Naomi Denson (47:18) don’t like how do people draw on it? Okay? See right here?
Vxt001 (47:23) You say go all the way to the right, right?
Naomi Denson (47:26) Here? Yeah, right there edit.
Naomi Denson (47:38) And, yeah. And then that’s the ptn that?
Vxt001 (47:42) Was it, right?
Naomi Denson (47:43) Let’s see seven… W5, zero one, three. Yes. But I would, I don’t know if it’s yeah… you can, it’s just that practice location throw me off because we have it linked to the practice location in platform. But let me see.
Naomi Denson (48:26) All right. Go ahead and save that. I’m having Taylor check to see if there, if you can see any other practice locations on there.
Naomi Denson (48:42) Oh, it’s asking for here. Let me, oh.
Vxt001 (48:46) Right here. I got to check that. Yeah… sorry.
Vxt001 (49:04) Okay.
Vxt001 (49:13) Yeah. I see what you’re saying about the location that’s got me worried because when hold on, I got this when I pull this up… through the registry, right? This is there’s the mpi… yeah. And then the, which is matches what our group enrollments has. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (49:37) So, I’m wondering, is the practice location wrong in medallion that we should be using? Should we be listing this as the practice location or is it wrong, in pez? And with medicare needs to be added for a new service location?
Vxt001 (49:51) Yeah, I don’t I’ll have to ask because I don’t know.
Naomi Denson (49:55) Because right now, our team when they’re processing applications, they’re submitting with that practice location in the practice profile. And if it’s not wrong, they’re gonna reject them back because they’re not linked to the group. So… it might, they’re.
Vxt001 (50:10) using this one, the six seven.
Naomi Denson (50:12) Yeah, that’s the only practice address that we have. Okay? And,
Vxt001 (50:17) if that is the case… then you’re saying we need to go in and… oh, shoot… I need to go into the, have them update that through medicare, right?
Naomi Denson (50:34) Yeah. If that’s if the address, if this is the correct practice location address, they will need to make sure that it’s added to the medicare enrollment. But if it’s supposed to be the other one, then we’re going to have to rework all of these that have already been submitted. Shoot. Okay. So, Jacqueline… I don’t know if you’re still on. Are you still on Jacqueline?
Vxt001 (51:01) Yes, ma, am. We.
Naomi Denson (51:03) May need to reach out to the PE team and ask them to hold work until Victor can confirm the right practice location that needs to be used. And if it’s just the medicare update or if we need to update all of the requests in medallion?
Vxt001 (51:18) Okay.
Naomi Denson (51:26) Yeah. So I’ll let you take that back to Zach and let me know as soon as you find out. Okay. Yeah. And I just confirmed on our end, it’s only showing that 18 six, 26 hardy oak boulevard as a registered practice location for the group. So there’s no additional practices that are tied to it in the medicare enrollment. Okay?
Vxt001 (51:52) But for, with medicare, it’s you can add more than one, right? Locations.
Naomi Denson (51:58) For medicare, I believe so. Okay, it’s been a while since I, I’ve done one myself but I believe you can have, yeah, I’m pretty sure you can have multiple practice locations. You might just need to add the other one. Yeah. And if.
Vxt001 (52:15) that’s the location, change it to, yeah, they may need to change it to primary if that’s not the one. Okay? Yeah.
Naomi Denson (52:22) So connect with Zach, verify what the practice location should be, and hopefully it’s just an update with medicare and not every enrollment, not enrollments. Okay? But we’ll just put a flag out to the team to hold work while we’re confirming. Okay, sorry.
Vxt001 (52:39) About that, but thank you.
Naomi Denson (52:40) That’s okay. Yeah, I just want to make sure they go out, right?
Vxt001 (52:43) Yeah. And thanks.
Naomi Denson (52:44) I think.
Vxt001 (52:46) That really helped me. I think the biggest thing was.
Vxt001 (52:53) When I was looking at the enrollments… where was that? And it had that little… dang. It.
Naomi Denson (53:05) What was that? Yeah. So the enrollment request is where you want to be, yeah?
Vxt001 (53:12) And you had me go to the to… here. Yeah, I think this was closed that’s I gotta, yeah, I gotta remember, to open that up if it’s.
Naomi Denson (53:25) not, it should, if you have it open. Now, when you default like open anything else, it should stay open unless you close it again. Okay?
Vxt001 (53:35) Yeah, I think, I didn’t see that before and I just didn’t know not to look there to add comments or whatever. So that, that’s, that really helps me, I think and walking through the other stuff and then understanding the bundle task. Okay? I will confirm that with Zach, let y all know when I can, when he gets back to me, and then hopefully we can move forward and then get all these others added. I appreciate it. Thank you all for your help and sorry, it was a little bit later on a Friday afternoon for everybody.
Naomi Denson (54:13) That’s all right. I hope you have a good weekend, Victor? Okay?
Vxt001 (54:15) I hope y all do too. Thank you, Victor. We’ll talk to you later. Okay? Bye, bye bye.
Naomi Denson (54:19) Bye bye.
