Naomi Denson (00:00) hey, Naomi. Hi. How are you? I’m.

Jacqueline Jones (00:03) good. How are you? I’m.

Naomi Denson (00:05) good. Sorry for the last minute invite. I was looking.

Jacqueline Jones (00:08) At it. No, it’s okay. It’s okay. Thanks for including me.

Naomi Denson (00:11) Yeah, they are not here yet, but give them a few minutes, okay?

Jacqueline Jones (00:21) You get all caught up from being out, I know.

Naomi Denson (00:25) No, but I have a hard time staying away, so, I was trying to stay in the loop while I was out anyway and Samia kept yelling at me to get off and I was like, I can’t like I have fomo, and I don’t want to come back to a bunch of stuff.

Jacqueline Jones (00:42) Don’t blame you at all?

Naomi Denson (00:46) We’ve got Lisa here.

Naomi Denson (00:55) Hi, Lisa.

Naomi Denson (01:02) Can you hear me? I can hear you. Okay, good. You’re the only one here so far, so, we’ll give everybody a few minutes to join. I thought I was going to walk in late. So, nope you win… you won the first one here. Oh, that’s good. Good to win something throughout the day. Yeah, I don’t see. We added Abby this morning and then Haley Harrison. Okay. I’ll respond there’s. Haley, is Angela on our list as well? Angela… I think. Okay, she’s not on my list, but I believe somebody had added her. Yes. Okay. Had added her at some point. Hi, Haley. Hello. I’ll send a text there’s. Abby. Okay?

Naomi Denson (02:21) Hey, everyone. Good afternoon. Hi, KP. Hello. All right. There’s, Sharonda.

Naomi Denson (02:35) Hi, Sharonda.

Sharonda Caceres (02:40) Hello. How are you? Good, good. How are you?

Naomi Denson (02:45) Good. Let’s see. Do we know? Are we going to wait for the, Angela, Bethany, Harrison, Bethany?

Sharonda Caceres (02:54) She’s on maternity leave. That’s right? So, yes.

Naomi Denson (02:58) That’s right. And then here’s, okay. There’s, Angela. What about Harrison?

Sharonda Caceres (03:03) He said he’s coming. He’s on his way.

Naomi Denson (03:06) Okay. Give him a minute, yeah.

Sharonda Caceres (03:10) Sure. Thank you.

Naomi Denson (03:13) Oh, yeah.

Naomi Denson (04:02) Do we want to go ahead and get started? We want to wait, yeah.

Sharonda Caceres (04:05) I was going to say, can we get started? Because I have another, I have a hard stop at two o clock.

Naomi Denson (04:09) Yes, absolutely. Okay. So first thing I wanted to do really quickly is I have an introduction to make. So Jacqueline jones is on the call. She is going to be your dedicated engagement manager after implementation. Okay? So she’ll be your operational partner with medallion. So I just wanted to give her a quick second to introduce herself and she’ll be joining calls here and there. And then she’ll take over once we wrap implementation.

Sharonda Caceres (04:39) Okay, perfect.

Jacqueline Jones (04:40) Hello, everyone. I’m looking forward to collaborating with you and ensuring that you have a smooth transition once Naomi has completed providing her expertise and it’s a pleasure to meet you all.

Sharonda Caceres (04:55) Nice meeting you.

Naomi Denson (04:56) Thanks. Nice meeting.

Sharonda Caceres (04:57) You.

Naomi Denson (05:00) Okay. Now, yes.

Sharonda Caceres (05:02) I’m sorry, go ahead. No, you go ahead Naomi.

Naomi Denson (05:04) Nope. You go right ahead.

Sharonda Caceres (05:06) Okay. So I have a question, right? So we’re trying to get these groups and practices up to, you know, the proper percentage, right? And it looks like for the groups, we did pretty good. Everybody’s pretty much over 90 percent, but the problem is right, for the individual practice locations, right? We’re all they’re all sitting at about 70 percent on average right now. I was going to ask you for the business licenses that you’re asking for those. Is that a requirement or is it something that we could bypass?

Naomi Denson (05:41) It is technically a requirement, but we know that not all states require those and not all states like organizations have them or are required to have them. So if it’s not there and the profile is sitting at, you know, less… than 100 percent complete, it’s not going to hold up any work unless the payor state combination specifically requires that we submit those for group enrollments. Okay? What I can do is I have a checklist that I can share with you that’s like our intake checklist for the group and practice profiles and different request types. So you can see exactly what we need for… different scenarios. So like what do we need in the group and practice profiles to be done just to work individual provider requests or what do we need if that you were requesting a true group enrollment like a new group?

Sharonda Caceres (06:40) Gotcha. Okay. So.

Naomi Denson (06:41) I can share those checklists with you.

Sharonda Caceres (06:44) Okay. All right. So that was one of my issues. The other issue that I have is we put in requests to have blue cross blue shield. I mean, excuse me, our providers enrolled with blue cross blue shield. So we have about 10 requests there. And then I noticed that the request status says that it’s the client. I mean, they need our attention on it, right? So, I’m looking and I know that one of the issues was that we didn’t have the group’s.

Naomi Denson (07:12) Coi?

Sharonda Caceres (07:14) Attached to it, but I did, I was able to get it and include it, but I’m not sure why it’s still being held up. Okay?

Naomi Denson (07:26) I appreciate it. I didn’t know you guys had put in requests yet. So, but.

Sharonda Caceres (07:34) Remember, we said we put in requests in like at the end of February but then we were like God, we got to hold it because we didn’t have the Coi for the group for.

Naomi Denson (07:41) The, so is it for Illinois? Yes. Okay. Yeah. When we talked, last time we had said the target go live date was April seventh and that you were still waiting on the Coi. So I didn’t know that you would, you had gotten it and we’re I.

Sharonda Caceres (07:54) just got it this week. So it’s okay.

Naomi Denson (07:57) Okay. Let’s see.

Naomi Denson (08:03) All right. So, these are in need of attention. Let’s see.

Naomi Denson (08:17) Is there an intake pending provider? Let’s see. I’m just gonna look at one of these.

Sharonda Caceres (08:31) Now here’s the thing, this is another issue. I’m glad you actually chose this provider. They keep saying that this provider’s name is wrong. Her name is not wrong. She’s confirmed it. She’s just not using her middle name. And I guess the medallion team is asking for her to update her nepi’s account with this, but she doesn’t need to because she’s already been credentialed with payers out, in that market. So I was letting them know like, we don’t need to focus on that like they need to remove that from our task because there’s no issue there. But also, we are getting a lot, this is missing information for group profile. And then when we look at the practice, the only thing that I can think of is that, what do you call it that we don’t have the registration license?

Naomi Denson (09:27) Okay. Let’s see inpes is showing. Let me look at this one first on npi profile. Please update the current legal name.

Naomi Denson (09:44) Okay. I’ll handle this with them. I.

Sharonda Caceres (09:48) Appreciate that. Thank you so much. Thank.

Naomi Denson (09:50) you. Thank you because her middle name is in here in her profile in medallion and it’s on inpes so I don’t understand either. So I, I’ll handle that one with.

Sharonda Caceres (10:00) them. Okay. I appreciate that. Thank you so much.

Naomi Denson (10:02) And then the other one. So this is… please navigate the group file and complete the tasks created. So let’s see.

Naomi Denson (10:25) I just went away roundabout way to get there. But no, it’s.

Sharonda Caceres (10:28) okay. It’s okay.

Naomi Denson (10:30) Practice… location information needed?

Naomi Denson (10:40) All practice locations linked to the group… I’m.

Sharonda Caceres (10:45) just so confused on, I guess what they’re asking for because remember what we talked about when we first started, this is that one we’re going to have multiple markets under this one text group tax id. Now, for this specific provider, her, all of, her location is attached to her profile. So I’m again just confused on why this is being held up.

Naomi Denson (11:13) Okay. Let’s see. Let me look at the request. Okay? So this practice location was the one on the request. It’s at 66 percent complete. So they’re looking for, they need a practice email, contact, office manager contact… and then let’s see need to identify telehealth, brick and mortar. Yes?

Naomi Denson (11:50) It says you’re accredited. So it’s asking for the accreditation document. I.

Sharonda Caceres (11:58) Know if they’re accredited or not. Haley, would you know that I don’t know that?

Naomi Denson (12:05) I, I’m not sure all.

Sharonda Caceres (12:08) Right. I’ll take a look at. I’ll look at that. Yeah.

Naomi Denson (12:10) So, it’s asking. So this needs to, and, let me pull this up. Let’s see.

Naomi Denson (12:20) For individual provider enrollments, let me see. Hold on.

Naomi Denson (12:39) Are these okay. So you did request the new group enrollment? So it’s asking for these eight practice locations to be completed as well? So.

Sharonda Caceres (12:47) Let.

Naomi Denson (12:49) me see. So for the group enrollments, so this is that checklist that I was talking about. So this is what they’re looking for in the group profile to… be completed?

Sharonda Caceres (13:03) So, for do an irs letter, do we really need that though? I have never, I mean, as long as we have our W nines, I’ve never needed to provide any that the irs form at all to verify that our 10 words, I mean, that’s active like… a bank letter. We, I think we put in there, for that stuff. I think we did, I can double check for the group but, we shouldn’t need that.

Naomi Denson (13:36) Yeah. It’s not in there. I’ll have to check because I know that in my previous life when I was doing enrollments, there were times that they did payers did require that, but I’ll have to check with the intake team. Okay on that. But like the practice and then there’s the checklist for the practice profiles on what’s needed.

Sharonda Caceres (14:00) Okay. We can go back and we can take a look at that. Not a problem. Yeah.

Naomi Denson (14:04) So it’s just, it’s asking you to complete, the practice profiles to… meet the intake requirements. So most of the practices are still under that minimum 85 percent threshold, but there’s yeah, because, okay.

Sharonda Caceres (14:22) Abby, you want to call… is Abby on the call? Yes, I’m here. Oh, hey, Abby. Hi, can you give me? Hi, sweetheart, can you give me a solid and just go through the actual practices under the zp central group? Just to make sure that they have those key things. But again, I don’t know if that’s going to, well, maybe it will maybe it won’t but bring us over because as you can see, most of them are sitting at 70 Ish, if those other areas are not account it for, I wonder if it will push us over the limit. But if you can go check that, Abby, that would be great. Yeah, I can look at that just to make sure that the thank you that all the practice managers, emails and all that stuff is in there.

Naomi Denson (15:07) Yeah. And since we have requests in for Illinois, I would start with the Illinois practices under.

Sharonda Caceres (15:13) This group, okay? Illinois got it. So, so, which, yeah. So if you go to groups, Abby, and then just look up Illinois. I mean, zp central, then you can find that there. Okay? Thank you so much. Yeah.

Naomi Denson (15:28) And then when you make those updates and you’ve confirmed everything’s done, just don’t forget to mark these tasks complete. So it pushes it back through.

Sharonda Caceres (15:36) Okay. Got it. And.

Naomi Denson (15:38) If you ever have questions on any open tasks as well, like you don’t understand what they’re asking for or it doesn’t make sense as, you know, you can leave a note here. It’ll send that to our team to look into. Okay? That sounds good.

Sharonda Caceres (15:52) Thank you. No problem.

Naomi Denson (15:54) Let me go back and grab. Symrase, is not opening me up in different tabs now. So I’ve lost who that provider was that I need to go.

Sharonda Caceres (16:04) Aj, Reshma. Yeah, there we go. Perfect. I’m just going to copy this and put.

Naomi Denson (16:12) it in here… that’s really big. Okay. Yep. All right.

Naomi Denson (16:27) I gave up. Okay. All right. So, yes. So that is the issue there is with the task, the completion of the group and practice. So I’ll get these checklists sent over to you so you can see what they need. So like this is the group and practice checklist profile intake checklist for group enrollments. And then I have this other one that if there is no group enrollment need and it’s just individual providers being attached to an already existing group enrollment… then this is what they look for in the group and practice profiles to move individual requests, if that makes sense?

Sharonda Caceres (17:06) Okay. Also, I also noticed that you’re looking for an official’s name, right? So like sign stuff and do all of that. Now, is that more geared toward medicare?

Naomi Denson (17:21) Yes. So, in the groups, yes. So there’s a group officials tab in here. So, yes. So authorized official would be for medicare. Okay, contract signatory would be, who can sign the group agreements when they come back? Who should we send those to? Who should we list as a signer? If the payor application asks for it? Like they’re going to send it over pre populated with whomever should sign. So that’s what that’s asking for? Yes?

Sharonda Caceres (17:53) Okay. All right. Abby. Sorry to bother you. If you can make sure that Robbie is listed for all the groups under director officer contract signatory. All of, that would be great. Okay. And then here’s the thing, I don’t see the need for him to have his social security number in there.

Naomi Denson (18:15) I tell this to everybody. Okay? I have this number with another customer. You can just put a bunch of zeros.

Sharonda Caceres (18:20) That’s what we did. Okay. Perfect. Okay?

Naomi Denson (18:22) What they do need is email address added.

Sharonda Caceres (18:25) Oh, Abby, could you get that? Yes?

Naomi Denson (18:28) Yeah, they need to mark this as required but if it’s not there, they’re going to ask for it anyway. So just proactively, you do need to put the email. So first name, last name, official type title, all zeros for social security number, and then just the email address, got it. Thank you, Abby. Thank you. Anything else, Sharonda that you wanted to, no?

Sharonda Caceres (18:54) I think once we figure this whole thing out, then we should be able to get those enrollments going correct? Huh. Who should I notify once we’re finished?

Naomi Denson (19:06) Just close the tasks out. You can let me know when you’re finished and I can go in and just take a look and make sure everything… was closed out and that we’re pushing those forward and I’ll even give our intake team a heads up that you guys are working on this, so they can keep an eye out for it. Okay?

Sharonda Caceres (19:27) Perfect. So, Abby, I think we should be able to get that done by the end of the day today, and then I can send that email out to you Naomi.

Naomi Denson (19:33) Okay. Sounds good. Just make sure you’re marking the tasks as complete when those are done.

Sharonda Caceres (19:40) We appreciate that. Thank you so much. Sounds good.

Naomi Denson (19:43) Absolutely. All right. And then let’s see… the DC practice information. Did you get that in Sharonda?

Sharonda Caceres (19:53) They are still wait, which one? I mean, which import are we talking about?

Naomi Denson (20:01) You were working on a new DC practice last week. You had said that the eta that you were going to get that was supposed to be Monday, right?

Sharonda Caceres (20:10) Oh, yes. Yes. So, I talked to the practice manager and he said that he could have it for me by this coming Monday. He got behind and so he needed more time and I was able to speak to the ops director, his boss in reference to that as well. So hopefully… I can get that to you on Monday.

Naomi Denson (20:31) Okay, perfect. And then just going to backtrack really quick and just see any, are we still working on mpdb? Is that just like off our radar right now?

Sharonda Caceres (20:41) I think it’s off the radar right now. Okay. All right.

Naomi Denson (20:46) And then there was, I was looking at the caqh bulk imports last week. There was just these two providers that had the mismatched social security number. I did look at Caitlin this morning, saw that she was invited. She’d already completed most of her profile. So I don’t know if we want to continue to track that because we don’t want to override anything that she’s already put in. Of course.

Sharonda Caceres (21:06) And then, Abby, I’m sorry, Abby, can you do me a solid yep? Can we connect with her with these two folks? I don’t know if maybe Haley may have it. If you can just confirm what Haley has without reaching, because I don’t know if the providers are going to be like, who are you?

Naomi Denson (21:23) The social security numbers were wrong in caqh maybe, and they were supposed to reach out to caqh to have them updated.

Sharonda Caceres (21:30) Yeah, we’re going to need, I’m.

AngelaMendenhall (21:32) sorry. So, at one point, I did verify for Emily and her social security was correct for what was in medallion. But then Naomi, let me know that it was incorrect in caqh. I believe she is the provider. I tried to log into her caqh, and I could not get in there to verify her social. So, I, but then I apologize this week. I’ve been trying to push through applications, so.

Sharonda Caceres (21:52) Yeah. Listen, give it to Abby. Let Abby take care of that. Okay, Abby’s on medallion right now. Let her take care.

AngelaMendenhall (22:00) of it go, Abby. Appreciate you, Abby.

Abby Meagher (22:03) Whatever you need, throw it over here to Minnesota.

Sharonda Caceres (22:08) So, so Abby, if you can run point on that for us, please, thank you.

Abby Meagher (22:13) Yes, I think Emily is one of our providers that’s leaving at the end of March?

Hailey Granlund (22:18) Oh, is she now? She is? Yes. Yeah.

Sharonda Caceres (22:20) Oh, so then, hey, then we can deactivate her.

Abby Meagher (22:24) Okay. Do you want me to reach out? Like, do I need to reach out to her at all? No, no.

Sharonda Caceres (22:28) If she’s leaving at the end of the month, we’re just going to deactivate her, you?

Naomi Denson (22:31) Want me to go ahead and do it?

Sharonda Caceres (22:33) Oh, please. Thank you. Let’s.

Naomi Denson (22:35) see Emily… this one, do you want? Do you have a termination date for her?

Sharonda Caceres (22:43) I think it’s the 30 first 30 eighth.

Abby Meagher (22:46) March 20 ninth.

Sharonda Caceres (22:47) 20 ninth? Okay?

Sharonda Caceres (22:59) All right.

Sharonda Caceres (23:07) There we go. All right. And then also, I don’t even really know what this is about Hailey. Forgive me. I was not paying attention to this thread at all about the CPR certs.

Naomi Denson (23:21) Yes, I think we got that. We resolved that I believe. Oh, okay. Yeah, the configurations to make CPR certifications and Dea licenses required for certain providers. KP handled that. Yeah.

Hailey Granlund (23:34) There’s been other developments Naomi recently. Oh, okay. In the last couple of days. So that’s what the threads Sharonda’s referring to. Oh, okay. And honestly, Harrison like us require, we chose to make it a required document for those providers. That was a decision that was made a couple weeks ago. So that’s why Naomi and team added it as a required document, but it was not historically a required document. So, I don’t know that it would actually prevent us from doing anything. The only.

HarrisonLamons (24:00) requirement is we want and we need updated CPR stuff… right?

Hailey Granlund (24:07) Yeah. But if the question that you wanted to address on this call was whether that’s a requirement for medallion it is not.

HarrisonLamons (24:13) Yeah. The question I’ll make it more specific is well, maybe not, is the lack of a CPR cert, updated… cert. Does that hold up any enrollment functions for that provider?

Sharonda Caceres (24:27) No. Oh, wait, CPR stuff. No… we don’t need any of that. Yeah.

Hailey Granlund (24:35) Potentially though with the hospital affiliations, right? Sharonda, that’s.

Sharonda Caceres (24:37) where?

Hailey Granlund (24:38) Oh, well.

Sharonda Caceres (24:38) Okay. Hold on one second. I don’t think we were asked that, Lisa, please correct me if I’m wrong. Did they ever ask us for that? I don’t think so. I’ve never seen it on any list.

Leisa Sommer (24:51) For CPR?

Sharonda Caceres (24:52) Yeah. For the hospital credentialing and stuff like that. I’ve never seen it on any docs. Okay. I thought so… well, I.

Leisa Sommer (25:03) Know on some applications but I have so many applications going through my head. They might ask for that, but I don’t ever believe it was a mandatory thing.

Sharonda Caceres (25:13) Yeah, I don’t recall anybody ever stopping anything, saying you missed your CPR search or something like that? I’ve never seen it.

HarrisonLamons (25:22) I think how I’m thinking about this for our team here, is, it’s not going to hold up any enrollment stuff. So, as long as we’re as long as that’s like the only thing left in their profile like let’s continue forward with enrollments. So we don’t delay that. If it’s a zarminali specific requirement, then yes, we still need to continue to follow up on the zarminali side to make sure that they get that certification updated and completed and we don’t you know, we don’t turn our back on that, but it’s not necessarily a medallion blocker… right there, yep.

Hailey Granlund (25:57) Okay. That’s my understanding as well. Okay.

Sharonda Caceres (26:00) Cool. Then I,

Naomi Denson (26:01) will.

Sharonda Caceres (26:01) Write back to that email thread with Katie and the team.

Hailey Granlund (26:06) Okay. Thanks, Harrison.

Sharonda Caceres (26:08) Yep. Thank you guys.

Naomi Denson (26:12) And then just highlighting the provider invites, 137 providers were invited as of this morning. That’s 136. Now that we’ve deactivated, Emily, 88 had accepted and 55 had 100 percent complete profiles. So that’s just an overview of the current provider engagement. Haley, do you have any additional rounds of invites that you guys are planning? We will be doing Nevada?

Hailey Granlund (26:41) I think we’re like, I don’t know that we’ve locked down the timing that we will be doing Nevada.

Hailey Granlund (26:45) So that would be probably the remainder of the ones outside of the ones that I’m onboarding that are new hires. It.

Naomi Denson (26:58) Would just be the Nevada providers.

Hailey Granlund (27:02) The fall hill providers and the healing hearts providers. So Harrison Toronto, I’ll defer to you guys on the timeline in which we want to do that, you know?

Sharonda Caceres (27:12) What I gave that to, what is her name for healing hearts? I forget who, that wonderful lady girl? Yeah, Ellie. Yeah, I gave that to her and I held off because I was like, do we need to add them? Now? I have the information if we need to add them, I can give it to you today.

Hailey Granlund (27:28) Okay. I mean, I think it’s more of a matter of like cause we’re going to be following the same rollout process with we did. So it’s not a matter of just like sending it. It’s a, right? We got to have the communications teed up and all the, give Jodi a heads up and all of that. So I think we just need to plan for the timing of it with, but healing hearts did just complete their ukg implementation. They are going live as of Monday. So I think we could do healing hearts, at any time all.

Sharonda Caceres (28:02) Right. So what I’ll do is.

Hailey Granlund (28:04) to like, settle into the change and then with those providers, we can roll them out with Nevada.

Sharonda Caceres (28:11) Okay. So… Naomi, do you think that I should just hand you the spreadsheet right now or no? Not to invite them, but just to get them into the system?

Naomi Denson (28:25) The, the import template, so they’re not in the platform yet?

Sharonda Caceres (28:28) No, they’re not, no, vegas folks, are that the vegas folks are already there, but it’s not, but not these folks not Virginia.

Naomi Denson (28:40) Okay. Yeah, you can, send it on over so we can work on importing them to get the, their profiles created.

Sharonda Caceres (28:47) Okay, cool. I’ll send that over. I’m so sorry, guys, I have to drop for another call, but overall, from our ends, things are okay. Is there anything else that we need? I just.

Naomi Denson (29:01) Wanted to check in with you really quick, Sharonda on that the payer processes you were going to share documents and apps that you had. I.

Sharonda Caceres (29:08) Yeah. Okay. So, Illinois has been, really bad. And so I can’t share it with you now because it’s not 100 percent accurate. It’s a long story, but I mean, I can send you, give me one second. I can send you what they gave us. So, hold on one second and this is supposed to cover all the process for advocate, but you guys are already advocate is already bedded in your system already… but this is what they gave me, hold on one second.

Sharonda Caceres (29:56) Lisa, can you do me a favor? Lisa? Yes. Can you do me a favor? Can you reach out to our contacts at? I mean, cause we already put this information down for, on the last spreadsheet for them, but can you reach out to our contacts, at the different markets and see if they can give us like a credentialing process? Like how advocate gave us?

Naomi Denson (30:21) A process is like what payers they’re going to credential us with, no, the.

Sharonda Caceres (30:27) Process for their credentialing? Like, you know, what advocate gave us? Yes. I need something like that from all those other markets if they have it. Okay. Thank you so much. You’re.

Naomi Denson (30:38) welcome. Okay. All right. Sharonda. I know you need to drop. Yes. Anything else from… Haley, Angela Harrison?

Hailey Granlund (30:53) Nope. Nothing for me.

Naomi Denson (30:55) Lisa. No, no, nope. I’m good. Thank you. Okay. If anything does come up, just let me know. And I’ll check in on those tasks with the intake team and just shoot me an email when you’ve completed the practice profile, so I can give them a heads up.

Sharonda Caceres (31:14) Okay. Sounds good to me. Thank you so much.

Naomi Denson (31:17) Thank you. You guys have a good weekend all.

Sharonda Caceres (31:19) Right. You too. Bye bye.
