Angelica Soto (00:00) hi, Lindsay. Oh my God, I’m so sorry, I apologize. No.
Lyndsey Farmer (00:04) You’re fine. Not an.
Angelica Soto (00:06) Only problem. I was thinking that it was at 10 30 for some reason and then I was helping Sylvie anyways. I’m looking at her and I said, no, it’s not till 10 30 like I’m confident, hell, no, I’m not.
Lyndsey Farmer (00:18) No worries at all.
Angelica Soto (00:21) We’re going to make this short because we actually have a project. Okay? Honestly, thank you so much. So, the only thing I wanted to talk about real briefly was dr houdigy, I understand what you were telling me, but this is what I get it like I, you’re saying because of some compact thing which is irrelevant to me because I didn’t hit compact. So, so, and… I just, so when you look at when you look at the licenses, so I just kind of this is what my whole thing was and I kind of snapped a picture of it for you because what it said was different than what it anyway. So let me show you what I mean. I’m sorry, I’m taking up. So I snapped a picture and I showed you how it said letter of.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:08) Pulling it up to, yes. So it looks like they were looking for the, or you were looking for the loq to get started. Yeah, they came back and said, go ahead.
Angelica Soto (01:21) So, I understand what? So, let’s kind of back it up a little bit. I understand what you said and they’re working on it now.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:27) Yes, but you see.
Angelica Soto (01:29) We stopped.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:30) The compact?
Angelica Soto (01:32) Which whatever, I don’t yeah, I didn’t put whatever like Kyle was the one that did this for me. So you’re talking to someone that, you know, anyway. So for me, it’s you guys made a mistake and it’s just upsetting me because I’m getting kicked in the butt over here.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:45) Sure.
Angelica Soto (01:45) So, and then it’s so let’s kind of look. So, I guess when I was looking at each one, you can’t do Arizona because we’re doing Nevada first, totally get it totally get it. So then, when I looked at the letter of qualification… it… says we cannot start the controlled substance registry until the state license is issued. Is that something normal that’s on there? Or what? Because I didn’t request a controlled substance? So I’m just curious, is that something that’s just on there?
Lyndsey Farmer (02:15) Yeah. I think, I don’t think that. I think what they meant was we can’t start the loq until the state license is issued. Because what I, okay.
Angelica Soto (02:28) Okay. That makes sense. Yeah.
Lyndsey Farmer (02:31) Because when I went back to them with the same thing, their response to me was, it looks like I see a license request in there, but it’s for a compact license. So we can’t start this until we get the license. Do you still want the compact or should we move it to traditional? And I was like that’s when I came back to you and you said no, I never requested that. So went back to licensing and I was like, yeah, let’s just do traditional. Let’s start working on it right now and then we can move forward. So that’s where we’re at now. So I’m I don’t know how compact got checked. It sounds like maybe there was something between, I don’t know, but.
Angelica Soto (03:09) Yeah, dr, he lives in California. He’s not in a compact state. Okay? So you have to live in a compact state in order to start it. You guys told me that. So that way, right? So then when it said this, I just think well anyways, but I just need attention, I guess because they didn’t even delete this knowing that it’s a mistake. It’s still on here.
Lyndsey Farmer (03:26) Yeah. And I can go, yeah, I can go back to them with this. I’m not sure why, but.
Angelica Soto (03:31) Yeah, I’m going back and spinning and thinking what’s going on. I’m getting tagged, why isn’t dr howdy stuff done and I need his. So I see it’s getting done. I see it’s getting worked on, but I just think there has to be a better quality insurance plan or some sort of quality control at your site, to help me as who’s paying for this service, get this done. And sure, cause this was, I really have trouble with the licensing department. So I was just thrown off and I couldn’t figure it out and I was going back with your email and I just didn’t want to go back and forth. I just fix it, just fix it. I can’t even tell you what to do?
Lyndsey Farmer (04:04) Totally get it. And I think now I’ve gotten it on the right track. Okay? It’s moving. So, yeah.
Angelica Soto (04:11) Okay. Well, that’s about it cause I’m you know, we’re moving along, thank you. Thank you so much.
Lyndsey Farmer (04:16) You’re welcome. If you need anything else, let me know. Don’t hesitate to reach out. I know you guys are good about that, so have.
Angelica Soto (04:23) A good day. Thank you. Do you have anything I don’t have? I’m good. Thank.
Lyndsey Farmer (04:29) You so much. Have a good weekend, bye.
