James Donachie (00:00) hello? Everyone. Good morning. How’s everyone’s Friday going?
Leah Frantz (00:10) Good, good. Unfortunately, good.
James Donachie (00:13) Are you guys, is everyone here primarily based on the east coast? Yes. Okay. So you guys are two hours ahead of me. So you guys are further into your Friday than I am. It’s only nine 33 here. So I got two long, two extra hours to go before I get to my Friday.
Dawn Urbani (00:38) Sorry about that.
James Donachie (00:39) I know… Jim, are you there? Yes. Okay. Well, the big thing I had was the data for Jim and I just wanted to kind of open it up, see if there was an update. Any questions? Anything we can help out there because that’s an important initiative that we’re working on.
Leah Frantz (01:13) We are almost there. We’re cranking through. It was three tabs of a good amount of data. So we did the providers, the new providers tab. We have all of our new practice locations laid out and now we just need to do the providers practices tabs, which shows, you know, every location that each provider is linked to. Got it. Well, yeah, we’re moving along if there’s any questions, you know, I’ll be sure to reach out to you and Jim.
James Donachie (01:40) Okay. That sounds great. I know the.
Dawn Urbani (01:42) Team has been working very hard on this, Jim and James. Sorry?
James Donachie (01:47) Yeah, Jim and James. Yeah, Jim, James… no, that, I mean, you guys have made more progress.
James Donachie (01:55) I feel like with this data like you’ve done, this… takes people like several months that I’ve seen during their, when their implementations and you guys are chipping away at it. Yeah, very quickly. So I’m impressed and I know Jim… and I have this conversation all the time. The thing about data is if it was good yesterday, then you get, a provider goes. And then you’re like, okay, where do I make the cutoff on like making edits before we just get it in the platform?
Leah Frantz (02:29) Yes. Yeah. And then we also do have, I know Patty’s behavioral health providers are more second, you know, wave of actually doing enrollments but Janine advised that we should get her people in too. So I think her actual providers are in there, but we also added her locations to the locations tab, and that’ll all be clarified in the actual tab.
Patricia C McGonigle (02:51) Nice. Yeah. And I have a new, I have a list for you, Leah of all the new providers from.
Leah Frantz (02:56) The last drop. Yeah. Okay. Yep. So that’s all from our end. We’re just still working on that data. It’s a large data set. So just making our strides.
James Donachie (03:07) No, I’m impressed. I think, I know it’s a lot of work but, getting it all on the platform at once. Like this is the cleanest way to really have the start… the foundation for your platform. I have several accounts, that exist from before when Jim and I were here and their data was like piecemeal together. And then it’s like they have an excel doc that’s like a record of truth. And then it like doesn’t always match up to like what’s in the plot because like they didn’t do like a clean upload. So the way that you guys are going about it is really like, I think it’s a lot of work up front, but then you’re going to be confident in what, whatever’s in medallion is going to be there… Jim? I don’t know if you have any, anything, on the data, but it sounds like we’re doing a little bit of the we’re just going to, wait for this last little bit and then we’ll be able to jump into action.
Jim Espinoza (04:09) Yeah. I just have a quick question based on the data. It sounds like maybe you’re working on a local copy. Are we expecting the data from Loretta to also be included with the practices that’s coming over? Or do we expect like two separate sheets that need to be combined?
Leah Frantz (04:26) I can put it onto the one that Loretta sent, if that’s easier.
Jim Espinoza (04:31) Sure. Yeah, just so that like we can have one, I guess data set that comes over.
Leah Frantz (04:37) I’ll probably actually just copy that tab onto my spreadsheet since there’s more tabs on mine that I’m using. So yeah, yeah, I can do that. That’s.
Loretta Haythorn (04:45) what I was going to suggest if you want to just plug that and just keep in mind it’s only the payor information, right? Nothing there’s nothing. I only completed those limited fields. So just kind of copy and paste them over if you want.
Leah Frantz (05:02) Sure. Thank you.
Dawn Urbani (05:06) James, have you identified anyone to do training yet? So.
James Donachie (05:11) I sent that over to them that I’m still waiting to hear back from our team. One of the things I was working on too is I really appreciate the questions because, but, I was kind of going through to find out, if I could get you guys tips, tricks and stuff that I can also write down to them. So that way I, if we get a trainer on here, there might be some stuff that, that’s self explanatory. I have a follow up after this call just, to try to get someone. This is… usually, this is like an atypical like situation where it was actually a role that Janine was in prior to me, which like, so there’s an implementation manager. So there’s a whole other team that does like implementations, and trainings. And they are, I would be doing you guys a disservice if I gave you my overview, of the platform because most of what I’ve learned is like in my client’s accounts to get in and get the data that I need. But by his, no means.
Dawn Urbani (06:17) The educationally.
James Donachie (06:19) The best way, okay. So I, I’m going to follow up with them. I, I’m happy to… and that’s why I’ll put it together. Like I’m putting together on that doc, like some of my tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way, but I want to make sure that you guys have the real thing and how to kind of tips.
Dawn Urbani (06:40) And tricks, tips and tricks would definitely be helpful.
James Donachie (06:44) Yeah, that I can help with because I, I’ve learned shortcuts also from my clients because they’re like, oh, did you know that? Like someone taught me the other day that… on like a search bar, you can actually even though it says name, you can actually do taxonomy or mpi.
James Donachie (07:04) And I was like that product release was never released. This is great. Yeah, I learned that too. Yeah, right? Jim, like, so we’re learning stuff like from people all the time, but yeah, it’s fantastic cause I love mpi so much better than typing in John smith and then being like, okay, which John smith, are they thinking about? But yeah, I should have an update shortly on that. And then I’m… excited cause I think that will kind of with that the data will be in like a really good spot, as well. And then the other thing I was going to say is everyone can delete that invite from Janine?
Dawn Urbani (07:45) Okay.
James Donachie (07:46) Cause I don’t know. Google works like 50 percent of the time on transferring meetings over. It looks like that one, she didn’t get transferred over to me and there’s not a zoom on it. So, after this meeting, I’m just going to make this reoccurring and get rid of new invite. Okay? And then we’ll have that with like a zoom link in there, to be able to kind of use.
Dawn Urbani (08:18) Sounds good.
James Donachie (08:20) But, that was it on, my end. So I will, I’ll have an email to you shortly. Oh, and then, Don, I just wanted to make sure… I, your email about that, the invoice I put that over to Molly. I have you met, have you met Molly yet? I forget if you were on?
Dawn Urbani (08:42) I don’t recall, I’ve met so many people in the past seven, eight weeks. I don’t think, I don’t I want to say, I don’t think I met Molly.
James Donachie (08:50) Okay. She’s your guys account manager. She works with. She, I know she meets with dr skull, kind of like probably like monthly, a bunch of other random finance, consumption, new products, kind of the, that contract questions. She’s really that’s what her like she does. So she’s going to be able to get the answer for us. So I tagged her in on that.
Dawn Urbani (09:16) Okay. Thanks. Yeah. I just thought it was odd because we haven’t started the credentialing yet. So to get it.
James Donachie (09:22) That is, I.
Dawn Urbani (09:23) Know it’s only for five dollars, but, you know, we just want to make sure we’re you know, no.
James Donachie (09:28) I mean, might as well make sure it’s right? Yeah, to start. Okay. Well, I’m happy to give everyone a couple of minutes back on this Friday here. Okay? And we’ll chat soon and don’t be afraid to reach out any questions about the data to Jim and I, we would, we know it’s a lot of work. So we’re happy to help. And then that way we can get the upload right the first time around.
Dawn Urbani (09:56) All right. Sounds good. Thank.
James Donachie (09:58) You all right. Bye.
Dawn Urbani (09:59) Thanks. Have a good weekend. Everyone. Bye.
