I sent a report. Everything in green is what is fully approved. And then the ones that were in yellow are partially approved. So, maybe one or two locations were approved, but still pending a couple others.

Amy Barfield (01:24) I did want to show you because I don’t know if you noticed or not, let me get in your, I think I’m in your account right now. Still, let me share my screen. This might be helpful for you because it’s… been helpful for some other clients. Can you see my screen? Yes. Okay. So if you go into payers and go into enrollment requests, we have a new status… that is wait. I’m not used to seeing your view. Hold on.
Aiden (02:01) You’re good?
Amy Barfield (02:03) Partially completed. This will show up if it’s partially completed, whatever’s partially completed, will generate in your existing enrollment. So, if you’re pulling reports for Austin to release claims for certain locations, these will show approved in enrollment. Okay?
Aiden (02:23) Well, that’s actually pretty helpful. So, it’s like certain, it shows how many are like locations are actually approved while the others are being like weighted on essentially.
Amy Barfield (02:30) Yeah. So that’s.
Aiden (02:31) pretty good. Yeah.
Amy Barfield (02:33) So, if we open here’s, another… call out on that. So if I open up this view, anything in green is approved and the yellow is what is pending. So, these green are what were partially completed. And then these are the ones that we’re waiting on in yellow. And then you can see more of a visual here that an effective date was issued for these locations. We can show progress for the others. And you can see they’re still in progress. Okay? So just a little more visibility. So you don’t have to like dig through the line notes and find out what’s going on.

Aiden (03:57) I’m just still seeing a lot of like tasks come in for like medicare ids. And just overall, I’ve seen several duplicate tasks be created like, I guess one agent puts it in and another one puts in the exact same thing. I’m seeing that a lot and I don’t know the tasks have just been kind of crazy. I would believe. So, let me look up. I remember one was Lamar quisinger. I think it was earlier they put in Lamar.
Amy Barfield (04:27) Quisinger here.
Aiden (04:30) Yeah, it would have been probably both are completed. Yeah, the first two and completed it’s like provide medicare id and then provide medicare and they’re both for medicaid. I don’t know. There was like, I think two, two more duplicates like that. So not like a ton, but it’s I don’t know.
Amy Barfield (04:51) Okay. I’ll flag this. I’ve… I had another client complain about this too, and flagged it as well. So, I’m not sure what’s happening and why they’re not looking in the existing enrollment and especially when we have access to Pecos… so do we have updated? I just want to look real quick. I reckon they’re not let’s see.
Aiden (06:12) Yeah, I think that’s really, it just some issue with the tasks… but I’m trying to think if there’s anything else but not really just trying to get those under control, I think.
Amy Barfield (06:24) Medicaid Alabama numbers are there, wait? And then medicare, I just want to make sure before I tell a lie… so it doesn’t look like your provider ids are… on medicare, but I see here they have a payer id not provider.
Aiden (06:48) Id? Yeah.
Amy Barfield (06:50) Okay. I’ll flag this. We may, if it continues happening, we may need to do like a cleanup to shift this payer id to the provider id column.
Aiden (07:00) Okay. That should be relatively easy because I can just like pull those big id reports from Pecos, yeah, outline everything. So.
Amy Barfield (07:08) Yeah. So I may send you, I think what I’ll do is send you at least the medicare report, and if you want to update those, I can send that through our tech support to update medallion in a bulk instead of having to go one by one and add those… and you can do that on your own time.
Amy Barfield (07:33) It’s you know, as quick as you want it to happen. So.
