Collette Waddell (00:00) hi, Colette. How are you? Great. How are you? I am doing well.
Destiny Golden (00:07) Very, very good. I’m.
Collette Waddell (00:09) glad it’s Friday.
Destiny Golden (00:10) So, am I? So, am I? Yeah, how.
Collette Waddell (00:13) have things been? I know you’ve been busy.
Destiny Golden (00:18) So busy. I don’t just oversee our credentialing and licensing team or credentialing team. Yeah. But our scheduling also, and just having a hard time filling that schedule. I’m struggling. I’ve actually got an opening at five P. M today from five to seven. And so the pressure’s on the pressure is on. Yeah.
Collette Waddell (00:45) Oh, I’m so sorry, so.
Destiny Golden (00:48) Am I like, how do I get stuck with the two most challenging departments, two most challenging departments?
Collette Waddell (00:55) And I think what I have found is, if you haven’t been in these spaces?
Destiny Golden (01:02) There’s.
Collette Waddell (01:04) the illusion that it’s not that like.
Destiny Golden (01:08) Not that difficult.
Collette Waddell (01:09) Yeah, or like and stressful. And it’s like, you don’t know.
Destiny Golden (01:17) It’s, very, stressful. Very, very, stressful. I hope you’re.
Collette Waddell (01:22) able to relax this weekend and unplug for a bit.
Destiny Golden (01:29) I’ll be working this weekend. Yeah, I know only because I get, I have openings on Saturday also from one to three. So, you know, it’s just, it is what it is. It’s that time right now, we’re hiring more providers, so it will get better. But, good. I just got to hang in here in the meantime.
Collette Waddell (01:46) I remember from our last call you had mentioned that you were likely going to be trying to get licenses, additional licenses. I think for some of your providers in like other.
Destiny Golden (01:57) Yeah. Marilyn, Becker. We did, we started requesting additional licenses for her and a few have come in. Okay, good.
Collette Waddell (02:05) And I… was just trying to jump in there to see what we have in flight. If there’s anything in there that I can maybe help unblock or flag to the team.
Destiny Golden (02:19) George vandenberg’s Connecticut RN and NP? Renewal?
Destiny Golden (02:30) I’ve already sent a ticket to support. I think Tanisha may have sent a ticket to support asking them to move forward with that renewal, but I don’t know why they hadn’t started working on that one.
Collette Waddell (02:46) Okay. So, George vandenberg, which states were they again?
Destiny Golden (02:49) Connecticut because RN and nurse practitioner? Renewal?
Collette Waddell (02:58) Yeah, I’m just like jumping in there.
Collette Waddell (03:05) If it says anything on like my end?
Collette Waddell (03:18) So, for.
Collette Waddell (03:23) looks like there’s a, for… the RN, Connecticut, it says needs client attention. Yeah.
Destiny Golden (03:33) But I couldn’t see what they would need. Are they looking for a login? I didn’t even check to see that.
Collette Waddell (03:40) No, you’re fine. I kind of wanted to just take advantage of our time together. Okay? So, there’s a couple of tasks that were, oh, maybe.
Destiny Golden (03:53) Not cancel the ones that require George to have an RN compact license that his RN compact license is still in process. So, I canceled those renewals because medallion can’t process them without the RN compact. Yeah, just.
Collette Waddell (04:13) This week and this might just be an internal note.
Collette Waddell (04:23) They have sent outreach to the board to check if the provider is part of the NLC?
Destiny Golden (04:31) Yeah. His imlc license… for he’s moving to Florida. So he has to get a Florida RN imlc that’s why they can’t renew any of his licenses that I requested. The Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri. I had to cancel all of these, North Carolina, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas, and Virginia. His RN imlc application was submitted in Florida because he’s moved to Florida. We’re moving to Florida and Florida is still processing it. It’s not complete yet. That’s.
Collette Waddell (05:16) why? So?
Destiny Golden (05:19) That’s the hang up. So that’s fine for the states that I called out that are dependent on that imlc license.
Destiny Golden (05:28) However for Connecticut, he has a single state RN license for Connecticut. So they should be able to process the Connecticut RN renewal and the Connecticut nurse practitioner renewal, it’s not dependent on an imlc license.
Collette Waddell (05:46) Yeah, I am.
Collette Waddell (05:53) May I ask who Aiden?
Destiny Golden (05:57) Is he’s our coo?
Collette Waddell (06:01) Okay. That’s who the team sent an email to?
Destiny Golden (06:04) He forwards them to me. Okay? I.
Collette Waddell (06:07) was like, wait a minute. I don’t recognize this name. Like are we even contacting the right person?
Destiny Golden (06:14) So, Aiden, he’s our coo, but before fabric purchased virtual care medical group, Aiden was the only one getting licensed. He had the loan contract with medallion. He was the only provider. So since the company has grown, do you?
Collette Waddell (06:34) Want me to update, do you like in the platform? Like under our account tab under you all? Do you want me to change, swap out his email address and put yours or a different one or?
Destiny Golden (06:49) Mine would be great. Okay?
Collette Waddell (06:52) Yeah.
Destiny Golden (06:53) Because they don’t send me those emails, but Aiden does forward them to me and.
Collette Waddell (06:57) It’s because I’m looking at it now and it’s kind of listed on our like and I’m not sure if you see that account tab in your view on the left hand side. Actually, I see, I think you might… I’m actually going to pop in there right now. Yeah, it’s on the left hand side when you’re logged in.
Destiny Golden (07:24) Yeah. And yeah, I see it. Okay.
Collette Waddell (07:27) There’s so when you click account, so it lists Aiden Feng as the organizational contact invo, that’s what I want to change to you. Doesn’t mean that like and, you know, in like our Salesforce where it’s under the contract. He can still like live there, you know, with like a contact at the, you know, at a coo level, but I’m thinking our licensing team is because they’re referencing the contact like.
Destiny Golden (07:55) The admin contact. So.
Collette Waddell (07:57) This is where, if you’re okay with it, I’d like to go ahead. So that way you can, you don’t have to wait for it to be or like and hope that it does get forwarded, right?
Destiny Golden (08:06) Yeah. So.
Collette Waddell (08:08) That’ll be a takeaway after our call is I’ll go in and change this to you. So at least moving forward, they’re coming directly to you. Okay? All right?
Destiny Golden (08:21) So that’ll be very helpful. Yeah.
Collette Waddell (08:23) And I’m sorry, I never realized I didn’t realize that until I was opening up this PDF of an email that they sent. I just did not recognize that name.
Destiny Golden (08:36) So, anything that?
Collette Waddell (08:39) I can flag back today to our licensing team as it relates to, I want to make sure that.
Destiny Golden (08:47) Let me check to see if they’re looking for Georgia’s Connecticut logins, if not, I just need them to work on that license… external accounts. No?
Destiny Golden (09:10) No, no. They have everything they need for Connecticut. So I’m not sure just why they haven’t started working on that license renewal when the license both of them expire on the.
Destiny Golden (09:30) This month, March my.
Collette Waddell (09:31) Gosh, okay. Let me just, I’m gonna, okay, I’m gonna put a request into our licensing operations team where I can just flag to this provider, this state and just be like what’s going on and, okay.
Collette Waddell (09:50) Just making a note for myself. So I know exactly what to do. All right. And there, was this, is there a second provider that you?
Destiny Golden (10:00) Were, no, I, that’s just most important for now most.
Collette Waddell (10:04) Important for now? Okay. All right. And then, I know last time I connected, we were having issues getting dr pandia’s email address updated, but it looks like that got updated.
Destiny Golden (10:16) Updated. Yes. So.
Collette Waddell (10:17) Hopefully, no further issues there.
Destiny Golden (10:19) No issues there. Thankfully.
Collette Waddell (10:23) And then… any other concerns… or things that I need that would be good for me to flag back to either leadership or operate, you know, our operations team?
Destiny Golden (10:42) Nothing at this time. Okay, great. Yeah… nothing at this time. Yeah, I.
Collette Waddell (10:52) Was just taking a peek at the various tasks that are out there. I mean, some of our pretty, you know, we need CE and please review the application and it’s like it’s okay. All right. I noticed that, and I don’t know if you had.
Destiny Golden (11:14) Just had.
Collette Waddell (11:15) seen my note on our agenda, but I noticed.
Destiny Golden (11:20) I’m sorry, I didn’t see it, no.
Collette Waddell (11:22) The only reason I say that is because earlier you declined our call that scheduled for April eight, yes. And so that was my, one item I added was I need to reschedule that because I’m out that week. And so I thought it was like you just looked at the, because that was the only bullet point that I added just so I wouldn’t forget to tell you, right right. Office that week, the kids, spring break and, I decided this year, I’m like taking off, I’m good for you.
Destiny Golden (11:53) Yeah, good for you. I’ll be out of office as well. I’m not taking the whole week but I’m taking Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, yeah.
Collette Waddell (12:04) Almost.
Destiny Golden (12:04) Yeah, close enough. Yeah, good Friday and then the days after Easter because Easter is a big to do with my family. So I need a break after that.
Collette Waddell (12:14) Yeah, I know I’m taking off that Friday as well. So that Friday and then the following week, but I’m gonna be at my sister has a house down there in the I.
Destiny Golden (12:24) Remember, you share in the page. Yeah. So.
Collette Waddell (12:26) We’re gonna be down there for the nice.
Destiny Golden (12:28) Good for you. Good for you.
Collette Waddell (12:30) I know the kids are excited. My husband can’t come. But now, that means I don’t have to bring our dog, so like look, you can stay with the dog so that it’s just like less to worry about.
Destiny Golden (12:43) It works out. Everything works out. Yeah, and I’m like,
Collette Waddell (12:46) sorry, you’re missing the family trip, but we’ll.
Destiny Golden (12:51) have we’re gonna have fun and you’ll be in our hearts?
Collette Waddell (12:54) I know… it’s like you can come down for a few days and just fly a one way ticket back. And he was like, I’m not doing that. He’s done it before where he hasn’t been able to stay the whole time. So, he’s driven down with us and then just flown back like mid trip, but, not this time, but maybe in the summer, we’ll go down there again in the summer. Yeah. Okay. Well, no, that was the only reason is because I also cannot meet that week, but do you want me to adjust it to, so that we, do you want to just move it to a different? Yeah.
Destiny Golden (13:28) You can move it since.
Collette Waddell (13:31) we’re here together. Let’s see. I mean, do you like… the week after or the week before? Yeah.
Destiny Golden (13:41) Let’s do the… week after?
Collette Waddell (13:55) Could you possibly do it on instead of the following Wednesday, the following Thursday, the sixteenth at the same time? No?
Destiny Golden (14:06) What time is that one? I?
Collette Waddell (14:08) Think it’s at two two.
Destiny Golden (14:10) Yeah.
Collette Waddell (14:12) It’s at from two to two 30. I.
Destiny Golden (14:15) can do… I can do two 30. I have a meeting at two on that Thursday. Okay?
Collette Waddell (14:22) I could also do two 30 on Wednesday. I just have two 30.
Destiny Golden (14:27) On Wednesday is fine. Also. It’s.
Collette Waddell (14:29) perfect. Okay. Let’s go ahead and just that way, it’s like the same day. I’m just going to go ahead and update it now. So we’re going to do April fifteenth from two 30 to three. That is what we just said. Right? Yes. Is this one?
Collette Waddell (14:53) Okay. And if anything changes, we’ll just adjust again.
Destiny Golden (14:55) We’ll reconvene. Yes, yeah.
Collette Waddell (14:58) Okay. Well, I’ll flag and I’ll ask about George’s med kit, and then just let me know if you need anything. We’ll.
Destiny Golden (15:10) do, thank you, Colette, you’re awesome. You’re.
Collette Waddell (15:12) so, welcome. Well, I hope you, good luck finding things scheduling.
Destiny Golden (15:16) Thank you. It’s gonna work out. I’m a firm. I’m an optimist, I believe everything works out. We’re gonna get it covered. We’re.
Collette Waddell (15:23) gonna get it covered. Yeah. All right. Have a great Easter. Have a good Easter will.
Destiny Golden (15:27) You too. Yeah, you too. Enjoy your trip.
Collette Waddell (15:30) I will. Thank you so much. All right. Bye.
