Brendan Cherry (00:06) I’m doing really well. Thanks and listen, I know this is a cold call and I’m catching you out of the blue. Do you have a few seconds or is it best to try you another time?
Toren Mushovic (00:16) It depends on what this is regarding.
Brendan Cherry (00:19) Sure. I’d send a couple messages. Essentially, medallion is a platform that’s helping our customers with provider and facility credentialing and enrollment. We do this through leveraging AI. And because we’re helping with these aspects of back office automation, we have a lot of visibility into revalidations, re, enrollments, and ultimately helping with compliance. And I was looking at your scale. It seems like you have a lot of accreditations, a number of locations. I was curious how you’re measuring and managing this today? And if this topic was of interest to you in particular?
Toren Mushovic (00:51) We have a credentialing team that manages it. I switched roles. I’m now in legal, but the credentialing team does not report to legal or compliance.
Brendan Cherry (01:06) Sure. Okay. I appreciate the insight. So maybe this is you’re not the best person for the conversation, but that out… of curiosity, do you mind sharing maybe who I should reach out to on the credentialing team? Is there someone that oversees, that might be best for this conversation?
Toren Mushovic (01:24) I forward your email to those individuals. So I think they can, you know, they’ll I’m not sure what tools they are using but they can kind of make the call on whether they want to reach out to you or whether they already have a similar type vendor that they’re using.
