Rae Tompkins (00:50) I don’t have too much today. I just wanted to share with the viva team that I’m pending a response on our last investigation on the provider that was flagged, where they had, the dates, the verification date was after the verification was reviewed… our operations team is looking into the medicare enrollment. This is just something that we’re not currently running. So we want to make sure we have all the details and our ops team has an opportunity to kind of investigate that, but I will follow up as soon as possible. I am configured. I’m working with our technical team to configure the deas that were flagged by Felicia. So thank you for sending those over. That was super helpful to have the table of yes and no’s so as soon as those are set, I’ll make sure that I share that back with the team so that we can make sure files are not being held up for those deas. Thank you. And I just with other clients and some zoom issues. Would it be better if we switched this call to teams or does the viva team prefer to use? Zoom definitely want to make we?
Alyssa Lawler (01:53) Actually have some issues with teams every time across the company. I’m not sure why I think it’s related to our latest update that we had company wide. And now anytime we try to log into teams, we do not have audio.
Rae Tompkins (02:07) Oh, no. Okay. Perfect. We’ll stick with zoom now.
Alyssa Lawler (02:11) We can do teams if it would work better for you, if you give us the option to be able to dial in by phone.
Rae Tompkins (02:17) Yeah. No, it’s totally a preference of the team. I’m good. Either way. Zoom is our primary conferencing app. So we, yeah.
Alyssa Lawler (02:25) Us too. Perfect.
Rae Tompkins (02:27) We’ll stick there. Just wanted to flag if that was something we wanted to look into, but it seems like every team has a preference of zooms and teams. Well, we.
Alyssa Lawler (02:37) Usually would do we’ll sign with either one. But the last update we had corporate, I don’t know what happened. I had one follow up question for you. Yeah, back at the beginning of the month, I had sent you or we had talked about and I sent you an email about partial packets being delivered through a separate Json. And I think we never circled back around to that. Okay? Is that something that we can follow up on?
Rae Tompkins (03:07) Absolutely. Yeah. Let me connect with Nico. He was on our call a couple weeks ago. Whenever we met with symplr, he’s our technical solutions rep here. So I’ll circle back with him to see if that’s possible. And I can definitely provide an update as soon as possible.

Rae Tompkins (03:37) And I wanted to also ask, yeah, I love it if we wanted to possibly switch these calls to bi weekly, happy to give everyone some time back on a Friday or we can keep the calls connect for five minutes. I’m totally happy either way, but wanted to at least flag that here to see if that was something.
Alyssa Lawler (03:56) Yeah, I think we would be fine for bi weekly. I think we’re at a pretty good place right now. And you are also really good about getting back with us by email. So I don’t have an issue with that.
Rae Tompkins (04:06) Perfect. Well, I will make that update. I did want to flag that. I will be out of the office on Friday April. So I’ll configure it bi weekly, and if that’s one of the weeks where we are meeting, I’ll probably push us up to either Monday or Thursday just so we can still connect that week, but I’ll definitely be in touch via email.
