Melissa Turransky (00:00) so, anyway, I seem to have been signed in too. I’m like whoa.
Melissa Turransky (00:17) Rachel should be coming. We were caught on the same call.
Rae Tompkins (00:19) Oh, that’s okay. Don’t worry.
Melissa Turransky (00:27) So, we did have one. So we have a provider that we’ve got to get a license, but we can’t get them loaded to the license side. Well, for one darwin’s not answering, is there a way to get that one loaded? Because you guys can’t either, right? It’s like a like was originally set up on the licensing side that our administrators would be the one to load. So, I think you guys can’t even do it. I might just have my team manually do her license when.
Rae Tompkins (00:56) You say you can’t do it? Is it not letting you, my?
Melissa Turransky (00:59) Team has never had access to load a profile to the license side. Like we can’t add a provider. If we get a new provider. Darwin has always had to do it.
Rae Tompkins (01:08) Oh, okay.
Melissa Turransky (01:09) And I was, when I was talking that out, I’m like you guys can’t either, I think that’s how the account was set up. It’s darwin only. So.
Rae Tompkins (01:16) That’s interesting. I didn’t realize that, yeah, no. Speaking of darwin, do we have possibly an update on the testing for single sign on? Have you heard anything?
Melissa Turransky (01:27) Nothing but let me ping Vikram. I think he was involved, right?
Rae Tompkins (01:30) Yes.
Rae Tompkins (01:41) Because I think, the sooner we’re able to get that split… I think it’ll be much easier for both teams because I think what’s happening right now. And one of the biggest pain points we’ve identified is admin task, are team like assigned? So they’re just being sent to both admins currently. Yeah. So the carelon team because we’re referring to you guys now as the caremore team, they’re responding to tasks saying these aren’t my providers, but obviously, we don’t want those tasks to be closed because they need to be addressed by your team.
Melissa Turransky (02:15) Our team. Yeah. And I kind of did that at first too. I was kind of like, hey, this isn’t ours, you know, but it’s like, okay, yeah, they’ve got to send to both Christina and me.
Rae Tompkins (02:23) Because there’s no way to determine. So I have a call with them this afternoon. I’m just going to remind them like obviously this is temporary. Once we get the caremore, we’ve named them. Obviously with your, we caremore licensing. Yeah, caremore, mosaic licensing will be the new instance that you guys switch over to. Once we get you guys pushed over, obviously tasks will only be assigned to you because they’ll be your providers, but I’m going to let them know in the interim, you may see admin tasks for providers that aren’t necessarily carelon, but to just ignore to allow your team the, you know, ability to answer? Yeah.
Melissa Turransky (03:02) Okay. Oh, okay. He’s looking at it. Let me see if he hears that.
Rae Tompkins (03:12) It looks like it was Vikram Suresh. Banda, were the two that our team reached out to?
Melissa Turransky (03:31) Yeah. And hopefully, so when they set that up, I think someone from my team should be an admin to be able to load because we’ve I don’t want to get, I know like Vikram and their team is always extremely busy unless there’s like an automatic way that they’re doing it cause I think Darvin had something where you loaded it to a spreadsheet. He had it. So it was automatically downloading. So maybe Vikram would be doing the same thing. I don’t know, but.
Rae Tompkins (03:56) Okay. Yeah. We can, I think as soon as we get single sign on tested, we’re able to get, you know, everyone in platform, then we can, you know, switch all the data over. And what we’ll do is we’ll probably have to stop if any new requests were submitted that haven’t reached a point past intake, we’ll probably pause them and then just have them re, requested under the new instance and platform. But once we get to that point, I can embed a report. That way you have visibility into any that were stopped that need to be re, requested. Okay. Yeah.
Melissa Turransky (04:36) He’s not responding. He looked at it. He could be pinging. Suresh.
Rae Tompkins (04:45) Are there any?
Melissa Turransky (04:47) Specific, I didn’t have any, Caitlin. Did you have any? I don’t let me ping Rachel. I didn’t have any specific.
Caitlin (04:54) Ones for me? Yeah, I think Rachel would be somebody who would have something to ask and.
Melissa Turransky (05:02) You already answered mine Ray with the dos?
Rae Tompkins (05:05) Yep. I just checked on that. Our team was reviewing it this morning. So we should have all those pushed forward if it’s just the Dea. If not, I can share what else is holding them back? Okay?
Caitlin (05:18) Virginia might have a question too or, oh.
Melissa Turransky (05:21) Yeah, Virginia’s not on.
Melissa Turransky (05:45) Give me a couple minutes and then if they don’t I’ll just have them email you. Yeah, no worries.
Melissa Turransky (06:34) I assume they stepped away. I forgot about dating.
Rae Tompkins (06:37) That’s okay. It’s hard to miss when it’s bi weekly like this. Yeah, all.
Melissa Turransky (06:41) Right. Well, yeah, I’ll have them just email you if there’s any issue. And I think we’re good. Okay?
Rae Tompkins (06:46) Perfect. All righty. Thanks so much.
Melissa Turransky (06:48) Have a good one. Bye bye.
