Grace Blue (00:00) good morning, Kyle. How are you? Or? Good afternoon rather?

Kyle Rice (00:03) Good afternoon. Hey, grace. How are you doing well. Thanks. Hey, Catherine. How are you doing today?

Catherine (00:07) I’m good. Good morning.

Grace Blue (00:09) I was going to.

Kyle Rice (00:10) Say, grace, don’t backtrack.

Grace Blue (00:13) It’s one o’clock in Ohio. So, you know, I didn’t say backtrack like say it’s morning. I got you, Catherine’s still in the morning?

Catherine (00:21) Yeah, it’s 10 o’clock here.

Grace Blue (00:23) We’ll.

Kyle Rice (00:23) get there. It’s been a bit of a gloomy rainy morning here in New Jersey. So, I hope you guys are staying well today and had a great weekend and hopefully get some spring temperatures into effect here shortly?

Grace Blue (00:35) Yes, please.

Kyle Rice (00:37) What’s new in the cadence world for this week?

Grace Blue (00:40) One of the only things that we have, we were just actually talking about it like, you know, everything’s been going pretty well, like just as far as you updating us, keeping us in the loop, being responsive. So we don’t necessarily think that this meeting, we need it every week, we can go back to the biweekly cadence. And then as needed, like if something comes up, you know, just having that open if we do need to switch back, you know, we’ll obviously let you know, but I think we’re good on the weekly that we can switch to biweekly?

Kyle Rice (01:11) Okay. Yeah, awesome.

Grace Blue (01:12) For you.

Kyle Rice (01:13) Yeah, that works for me. Do you just want to keep the same time on Mondays and we’ll just skip the following week?

Grace Blue (01:17) I’m good with that. Catherine? Is that good with you?

Catherine (01:20) Yeah. Let me check on Christina’s calendar right now?

Grace Blue (01:24) What was the time before? Or was this always the time that you guys met? Was there a different time or was this always the time?

Kyle Rice (01:32) Let me double check. I don’t recall. Was it?

Grace Blue (01:34) On a Wednesday? I think before it was on a Wednesday, I don’t.

Catherine (01:36) know, grace, I feel like every day I’m just trying to survive, I feel like it.

Grace Blue (01:40) Was a Wednesday about?

Catherine (01:41) A meeting that was, I?

Grace Blue (01:43) Feel like it was a Wednesday when I first started. I was like, I feel like you guys met like,

Catherine (01:48) Wednesday, I think it was always Mondays. I.

Kyle Rice (01:50) Think it was Monday. Yeah, I was just checking my calendar. It looks like it was.

Grace Blue (01:52) Always, I made that up then.

Kyle Rice (01:54) It looks like we’ve been always historically meeting at one PM eastern on Monday. So, happy to keep that time if that works for you. If you guys want to find a new time slot, we can do that as well. And then I’ll get us updated to bi weekly moving forward.

Catherine (02:05) So right now, I see that it does, Christina’s time always conflicts grace, I.

Kyle Rice (02:14) Think she’s in focus time because I think I got a few bounce backs from her during that time. Do you want me to update this to a little bit later so she can attend as well?

Catherine (02:21) Actually, no, because her.

Grace Blue (02:24) Schedule on.

Catherine (02:26) Mondays is crazy. So maybe just keep it. And then if she, grace, if she flags it that she wants to change it or she needs to join, then she can let us know. I guess I don’t know. I don’t know that we need to.

Grace Blue (02:40) Yeah, I agree. And she did mention the meeting she has on her calendar is short term. It’s not long term. So it may not always be that way. So I think we can just keep it. And then if she, if we need to move it for that particular week because she wants to come, we can do that. We can kind of be flexible I.

Kyle Rice (02:56) think perfect. That works. Just let me know if we need to make any timing changes for Christina to join. And then I will update us too bi weekly moving forward. So we’ll skip next week if that’s cool with you guys. And then I believe go into April.

Grace Blue (03:09) Sounds good to me.

Kyle Rice (03:10) Perfect. Let me share my screen over today. I did see a comment for Candice Carmichael for her mentor information. Was that you Catherine by chance?

Catherine (03:21) Yeah. So grace, Candice is flagging, this other task that she has for a license that’s like asking for a mentor information. And I think I just was confused about the wording for that and whether that means like it can just be her supervisor or is it like what does that mean? Because it looks like it’s for a specific application? Okay?

Kyle Rice (03:46) Yeah. Let me take a look on that. I did dig through her tasking prior to, but I didn’t see anything regarding that, but I will double check on there and give you guys a little bit more additional information to move forward.

Catherine (03:55) Yeah, it’s the, she had, I think she has two tasks outstanding and it’s not, the task name is additional profile information, but when you click on it, it’s for the Maryland license.

Grace Blue (04:10) It’s asking isn’t it a provider task?

Catherine (04:14) Yeah, I.

Grace Blue (04:16) don’t see it. It’s.

Catherine (04:18) like if you go to, it says additional profile information on her task, and then it’s not outstanding yet. It’s due today, but it’s asking, please provide mentor’s name and license number. Do they mean a collaborator for Maryland?

Grace Blue (04:38) For this, that sounds like to me more than.

Catherine (04:44) Yeah.

Kyle Rice (04:44) It sounds like the collaborative, the collaborating physicians or supervisors information that we need. I just saw the task actually pop open. So it looks like this was bundled. Let me take a look at that. And then, I can get you guys some confirmation on that with our follow up email.

Catherine (04:58) Okay. Sounds good. Thank you so much.

Kyle Rice (05:00) No worries.

Catherine (05:02) Okay. That was all I had.

Kyle Rice (05:04) Awesome. Keeping it, keeping it short today. I did have a couple updates for you guys for today. All March renewals have been completed to date. We completed 12 for March. And it looks like we have just about, I think it’s 12 in process for April. It looks like we’re in good shape except for Alicia delpena. We have her an intake pending provider just to add her work history and add cadence as an active entity. Everything else looks like it’s in process. And we’re just pending a few CE attestations from Andrea and April Claren for her Texas. And then the only other thing I just wanted to flag for you guys was Brianna salter, we have her Florida RN application for renewal. We’re just pending her completion of the Florida preliminary questionnaire and CE attestation outside of that, everything, all applications have been populated and sent to the provider or that, or at the board for expiration updates for processing renewal application. And then I did want to let you guys know that for dr kernow, I know we are doing a big push to get physician, MD, renewals, MD, do renewals out 30 days prior to expiration. So I did see some renewal requests for dr kernow onto the system for Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Connecticut, D, C, and Washington for the expiration of may 30 first, I did ask our intake team to move those into process as a priority. So those should be underway now. And then in terms of priority providers, was there any providers or applications that we wanted to touch on high level or do you guys just want me to kind of go down the line here?

Grace Blue (06:46) I think we’re good. Yeah… I think we’re good on the.

Catherine (06:53) Line. Okay? I.

Grace Blue (06:55) did a check this morning for the people outstanding. So, I think I don’t have anything. Okay. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (07:05) And I’ll summarize the current status in my follow up email to you guys afterwards. So we don’t need to run through it. If that works for you guys just to give you good status. Then the only other thing I wanted to touch on for this afternoon, I did see a bunch of new requests for Michigan to enter the system and I asked our intake team to move those into process as well. So they should be picking up those requests and moving them into process. Okay? But if there’s anything else that you guys wanted to touch on or we can potentially give some time back for today?

Catherine (07:34) I guess during the follow up, Kyle, can we get an update on the Hawaii ones? I know that we, I think most of them are board processing and we highlighted those as priority, but I just like in the board processing stage that’s where I’m like I don’t really know what to do at this point and they have varying etas from like March to may. So, yeah, absolutely. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (07:58) I’ll include that in my follow up to see if you guys have some additional visibility. I believe those were all internally marked as a priority. I can pull up mostly the latest pertinent updates and provide those to you guys after the call this afternoon.

Catherine (08:11) Okay. Thanks so much.

Grace Blue (08:13) Are you going to be on the call with Mira or is that?

Kyle Rice (08:18) No, I am not going to be on the call with her this afternoon. She did give me a heads up that you guys were meeting today. So if there’s anything I can pass along to her, just let me know.

Grace Blue (08:26) Yeah, no, that’s why I felt like, you know, we’re meeting with Mira. We’re meeting with you. I think we’re pretty covered a little Magali Monday.

Kyle Rice (08:34) Overkill for today.

Grace Blue (08:35) Yeah, no, it’s all good. I just felt like we didn’t need to do both meetings every week. So that’s perfect. But no, there’s nothing to pass along. Okay?

Kyle Rice (08:44) Okay. Cool. I will update the calendar for us for bi weekly. We can always add anything additional for ad hoc if anything comes up if you guys have a change in priorities. So, happy to accommodate that. And then Catherine, I will get those Hawaii licenses included with all the agenda items for this morning.

Catherine (09:01) Great. And then just a quick question, Kyle, I feel like I asked you this months ago, but when someone quits and we deactivate, is there, I know that you mentioned that like you gave me the medallion co email to give to them to reach out to you guys to like give them the file of, I know grace and I, we talked about this. Is there a way for us to like have an archive version of that? Or is it just that we would need to request the files from you? Or what does that process look like? Usually, is it just that they do get removed and we don’t have access to it? Yeah.

Kyle Rice (09:37) So if you guys deactivate the provider, like any providers who, you know, are churning or, you know, moving on to a new organization that will cancel all their initial and new renewal license requests within the system. We do have a way that we can export their profile from our support team and I’ll give you guys that email as well. It’s support at medallion co, and you just need to let them know that you’re just requesting the copy of their profile. If you guys have any profiles, top of mind. I’m happy to kind of initiate that and get that in the process as well for anyone that you’re looking for.

Grace Blue (10:09) So I’m more as it relates to that. I’m glad you brought that up, Catherine. So perfect example, someone left but I still needed to see something in their file but it, Catherine already deactivated it. So there’s no way I could go in. So like I know some systems like you can see your archive people and go back and look at their file. So medallion does not have that option where I can look at all the deactivated people that were in here.

Kyle Rice (10:36) You can. So you can, so if you go to, let me just share my screen over really quick. So if you guys go to the members, can you see my platform screen? Okay? I just want to make sure if you go to members, if you filter by deactivated, we’ll just say Jocelyn warris, for example, if you go to these three tabs here, you can reactivate them, but then, and then pull any pertinent information you want on there. If they have any open requests, those are going to trigger back in the system. So I just recommend deactivating them as soon as you’re done. But you can kind of pull the archive providers as a backup that way. And then we have that additional ability to export their profiles if they want to keep any information or if you guys want to house that on record.

Grace Blue (11:20) Perfect. Thank you. That’s very helpful. That’s what I needed to know.

Kyle Rice (11:25) Perfect. Awesome. All right. Awesome. Well, hope you guys have a great rest of your Monday. Let me just pull these Hawaii updates for you real quick and you guys should be hearing from me in just a little bit with a follow up.

Grace Blue (11:35) Thank you so much. Thank you.

Kyle Rice (11:37) Have a good one. Take care. Bye, see ya.
