Sarah Melby (00:00) hello? Hello? Happy Monday. Happy.
Dreama Hembree (00:07) Monday, waiting on everybody else still?
Sandhya Kapila (00:23) Hello? Good afternoon.
Sarah Melby (00:25) Hello? How?
Sandhya Kapila (00:26) Are you doing?
Sarah Melby (00:27) Good. How about yourself?
Sandhya Kapila (00:29) Good. Thank you. How was your week? I feel like, yeah, we haven’t chatted in a week.
Sarah Melby (00:37) In a week. Yeah, it went good. I don’t think I have much for updates today. Okay. Cool. Really? It just, we are getting all the medallion emails, which is nice to see. So I just kind of need to know what I do with those emails because I know you’re in the middle of the imports as well. So do I just kind of ignore those until you tell me?
Sandhya Kapila (01:04) Yeah, and sorry, which medallion emails?
Sarah Melby (01:07) Like action required ones like the practices?
Sandhya Kapila (01:11) Oh, yes. Yeah, because I am going to run the caqh bulk import. Okay? And so that’s going to then fill in, you know, a lot of the data that’s probably, it’s probably asking you to complete. Yeah. So I’ll do that this week. So for now go ahead and ignore those. Okay?
Sarah Melby (01:31) I kind of figured that you would tell me if there was something I didn’t want to go in and mess with too much just knowing that you’re doing imports still. So perfect.
Sandhya Kapila (01:41) Okay. No, no, thank you for confirming that. Yep. Absolutely. That sounds good. The only thing actually that I had for you.
Sandhya Kapila (01:50) Oh, and sorry, just to confirm is rather are the requests that you’re getting or the emails that you’re getting referring to provider info, or group and practice profile information, both?
Sarah Melby (02:05) Group, and practice, and provider. Okay?
Sandhya Kapila (02:08) So, for the group and practice info, that is something that you will need to fill out. Caqh will not populate that. Caqh only populates the provider info.
Sarah Melby (02:18) Okay. So I’ll go in and do the groups and the practice email.
Sandhya Kapila (02:23) Perfect.
Hilke Riechardt-Martinez (02:31) So, on my end, we have communicated the change at our March nineteenth meeting and we sent out a follow up email to our supervisor managers. So they are aware of this change coming. And now we are working on a draft of the custom invite that will go out to providers.
Hilke Riechardt-Martinez (02:58) Like it says, one to two weeks before they… receive the invite to create an account. Perfect. That sounds great. Yeah. Yep. We don’t want to do it too soon because people forget. Yeah, and the closer we can do it before they get the actual email, the better. So it’s fresh in their minds. They know what to expect. And then we should have hopefully minimal problems. Perfect.
Sandhya Kapila (03:33) Yeah, that sounds great. That sounds like a good plan. Did you have any edits or updates that you wanted to make to the invites that come out from medallion to the providers asking them to log in… and I can follow up by sending you what that looks like. So you have a, yeah, yeah. Okay. I’ll do that.
Hilke Riechardt-Martinez (03:55) That’d be great. And then our team can edit as needed. Yeah.
Sandhya Kapila (04:07) Perfect. And then on the sso side that is in progress, Nico actually has that Nico, I don’t know if you have any updates or questions right now?
Niko Byron (04:18) No updates, but hoping to get that finished up today.
Sandhya Kapila (04:21) Great. Okay. Thank you. Of course, the other piece that I wanted to ask about was the provider enrollments tab. What did it do? Let me just go.
Sarah Melby (04:35) Look at that one quick.
Sandhya Kapila (04:37) Sure. And then I wanted to make sure because I know I sent you. Okay, I think you’re looking at this one. Perfect. I wanted to make sure that we were both looking at the same doc. So I’m going to close out of this one yep.
Sarah Melby (04:54) I am… still going through the revalidation dates for some of them, just waiting for a couple of responses from our payers so I can get those filled in. Okay? And then that will be complete. If you do. I mean, I… think it’s ready for import because I could always go in and do it if it’s one of your high priorities to get in there… because I can always add the revalidates actually in medallion as well if you wanted to get going on this. Otherwise, you can give me until Friday. I should have more in there, yeah.
Sandhya Kapila (05:35) That sounds good. We can wait until Friday. Actually, Naomi, is there anything that we should be aware of in terms of urgency? This is for the provider enrollment tab… and you’re on mute?
Naomi Denson (05:53) For the provider enrollments… usually only if like you have existing providers that you’re going to be requesting new enrollments for that would rely on medicare and medicaid enrollments to be completed.
Sarah Melby (06:12) If there is, I’m sorry, can you repeat that?
Naomi Denson (06:17) So, these are.
Hilke Riechardt-Martinez (06:17) Revalidations right? Revalidation date?
Naomi Denson (06:27) These are the revalidation dates. Yeah. So we know not all payers are going to give revalidation dates if you have it that’s great. Otherwise you can put in a, and then you can request it in the platform as they send out notices that they’re due. Okay. So yeah, those aren’t technically required because the payers sometimes they just won’t give them or we don’t know them until they send that.
Naomi Denson (07:00) Out, does that answer your question? Yep. Okay.
Sandhya Kapila (07:05) Great. Thank you.
Sandhya Kapila (07:10) And then for the caqh username and password for providers wanted to check in to confirm, I know that there were three on here that we were still waiting on.
Sarah Melby (07:23) I think, yes. So, Melissa Donahue is very part time. Okay? So we’re trying to get a hold of her, but I think we’re pretty good to upload. And Anne is the only other one missing her caqh, and she’s having issues getting into her caqh and getting her email changed from her previous provider to canvas. So she is working on that. But otherwise, we’re good to go on this.
Sandhya Kapila (07:53) That sounds great. Thank you. And then the last piece here was the payr process scoping and I’m actually going to hand that over to Dreama, because I believe she has a few questions for you. Okay? Hello?
Dreama Hembree (08:08) I think we were waiting on the most current roster for carelon, so we could review that in our payr directory. Our standard process is to use availability for this payr. Is that something that differs from your process? Or are you do know, so.
Sarah Melby (08:29) What we do with carelon. I think I sent this in an email as well. We literally just scoped send them a copy of the roster quarterly, I believe is what it was. I know there was one with Aetna and one with carelon. But since we’re listed as a facility, we only do it quarterly with a roster.
Dreama Hembree (08:49) So, what about new providers?
Sarah Melby (08:53) If we have a bunch of new providers, we just resend in the roster as often as we need to. Okay?
Dreama Hembree (09:00) So if you had a single provider enrolling next month and we needed to enroll them, you would use that same roster that you send in quarterly, correct? Okay. Because obviously, we wouldn’t want to wait quarterly to enroll a new provider, we’d want to do it right away. Okay? So I guess I need to take a look at that roster and make sure that we have it on file and compare it to what, you know, our payr directory says.
Sarah Melby (09:26) Of course, I know I sent you an empty one but I will send you our other one as well, one that we’ve actually filled out but it is older we are waiting. She can’t find the copy of the newest one that we just sent.
Dreama Hembree (09:41) In, yes, that’s the one we were waiting on is the newest one to make sure that, yeah. Okay. If it’s not different, we can obviously use the blank one.
Sarah Melby (09:50) Okay, right. Let me send you the older one since Caroline hasn’t responded to us yet sending because we can’t find the other one that we sent to them. So let me send you just the older one of what we have currently so you can look at it. Okay?
Dreama Hembree (10:09) And then while we’re talking about it, you mentioned Aetna using a roster, same process. You’re saying quarterly you send Aetna a roster? Is that right? Aetna?
Sarah Melby (10:21) Actually said that we can go ahead and use the regular credentialing process. Okay? So we’re.
Dreama Hembree (10:27) just going to follow payr directory on that, right? Exactly. I’m going to mark no on that then for roster eligible. Is that okay with you? Of course. Okay. All right. So we’ll just wait on the Caroline one. And then I’ll review that. Once I get it.
Sarah Melby (10:44) That sounds good.
Dreama Hembree (10:46) Okay. I think that was all the questions I had on the payr scoping Sandhya.
Sandhya Kapila (10:53) wonderful. Thank you. All right. And I think that is all that I have right now. I’ll follow up with any additional questions, but do you all have any questions for us?
Sarah Melby (11:06) I do not. I wanted.
Justin (11:08) To follow up on single, sign on. So I don’t want to re, implement as we’re bringing people in. And so I wondered where that might be or what levers we can pull to get me in the room with some technical, yeah.
Sandhya Kapila (11:22) So, Niko’s actually on this call and he’s mentioned that he’s working on it as we speak.
Niko Byron (11:34) Is there something you specifically wanted to ask about Justin today?
Justin (11:37) Oh, I’m just trying to figure out what our timeline is. I just am anxious, it’s the one task that is uniquely mine and I want to cross it off yeah.
Niko Byron (11:47) No worries. Yeah, I’ll follow up with you. I assume your email is on this meeting, if there’s any questions I have or if I need any additional info. But yeah, I’m hoping to get that done hopefully today, if not the next day or two as well. Okay?
Justin (11:59) Excellent. That works for me. Cool. Thanks.
Sandhya Kapila (12:05) Perfect. Thank you guys so much. I will follow up here with a summary of what we chatted about, and any other questions that come up.
Sarah Melby (12:15) That sounds great. Thank you guys. Thank.
Sandhya Kapila (12:18) You have a great day, guys. You too. Bye. Thank you bye.
