Charlotte Cowley (00:00) hey, Charlotte. Hey, Nicole. How are you? I’m.
Niccole Russell (00:02) good. How are you? I’m, good. Just working along and I was like you’re doing… oh, did you have a good weekend?
Charlotte Cowley (00:15) Yeah, it was good. Yeah. How about you? It was good it.
Niccole Russell (00:20) Started working out again. So this desk, it’s like I’m going to have to do.
Charlotte Cowley (00:25) Something, right? I know I had that too. I was like, why do I have joint pain? This is not, I know.
Niccole Russell (00:31) So, I went to, we have a Bj’s that opened up here. I don’t know if you know what that is, but costco or Sam’s but we have a Bj’s that opened up in our neighborhood or, you know, in our vicinity. And so I went and bought a bunch of healthy food and I’m like, okay, I’ve never looked at instructions like the ingredients of food. And so everything I picked out, I’ve looked at ingredients and I’m like, okay, I’m going to do this. Nice that’s awesome. Yeah. All… there’s Jackie and we’re just waiting on Sarah.
Charlotte Cowley (01:07) Yeah, she should be here any minute. Okay? The only like outstanding, sort of like question I have Nicole, is that email I sent you and Jack or like last week about just like being able to better differentiate by clinician about their task completion rate? I don’t know if you’ve heard back yet?
Niccole Russell (01:24) I sent a link. Did you look at that? Was that helpful at all?
Charlotte Cowley (01:30) Let me find it.
Niccole Russell (01:35) Because I actually reached out to Kyle on that one. I looked around and the information that I saw it was like, it did have, what was it last touch date for the task, but I’m like, well, we finished the task, so that’s not really accurate. So, I went to Kyle to see if he had any information on it. He was like, this may be helpful. So I’ve.
Charlotte Cowley (01:57) played around with that, but it doesn’t give me sort of like the.
Sarahfeldman (02:00) information.
Charlotte Cowley (02:02) Like, so to like give you more backstory just like outside of my email, basically, we want to look at like, okay, this month or in the past six months or like basically be able to like play with the timeframe and say, like for each clinician, how many tasks were they assigned? What was the assignment date of each task? What was the completion dates we couldn’t look at like average time to completion, if they are like, because like we are going to start sort of putting internal information harder deadlines on the clinician. So I need to then be able to like provide to my partners across the org. Like here’s who’s meeting this expectation here’s, who’s not. And then if someone’s not, we can look at like, well, did they have two tasks or did they have 100? Like is there more going on? So that’s sort of like the backstory of what I need. And just like the way that I was trying to play around in the analytics and like what I have readily available to me just like isn’t really serving up what we’re going to need in the future.
Sarahfeldman (02:58) Okay. Yeah.
Niccole Russell (02:59) I’ll see if I’ll get with our customer support team. It’s an internal team for us. I’ll see if maybe they can create a report or point me in the right direction to be able to do that. Okay. Several chats on our side. So it may not be the correct chat to ask, but they can at least send me in the correct direction.
Charlotte Cowley (03:17) Okay. No worries. And I’m happy to like meet with someone directly if that’s helpful. Yeah, let me know like how I can help. Yeah, we just want to like improve there, but we got to be able to like have the insight into who’s doing well, and who needs some extra support.
Niccole Russell (03:31) Yeah, I get that understandable. All right. Hey, Sarah. Hey, Jackie. Hope you had a good weekend. It’s never long enough.
Sarahfeldman (03:44) No, it never is. No, it never is. And we went from having, we had fool’s winter. It was 72 one day and then it was 36 the next day. So.
Niccole Russell (03:54) We went through that last week, the last couple of days, it’s been 85. So it’s been nice, but I feel a little blackberry winter coming on. So like it’s going to tease us for a second.
Sarahfeldman (04:08) Yeah, no, Chicago gets three seasons of weather in a day, ah right now. So, yeah.
Niccole Russell (04:16) Very bipolar as well.
Sarahfeldman (04:18) Yeah, no, I think we had last weekend. I think we had last weekend. I think we had all four seasons and a tornado. Oh my.
Niccole Russell (04:27) Goodness.
Sarahfeldman (04:28) Wow, spring is falling around here.
Charlotte Cowley (04:31) Yeah, all.
