HansJenkins (00:00) hello, dr. Jenkins… Peter, you gotta call me Hans, man… please.

Peter Bosworth (00:11) How are you? Hans? Good?

HansJenkins (00:13) Good. Yeah, just excited to get this contract going. I think Nikki hope you’ll be joining soon.

Peter Bosworth (00:21) Yeah, yeah. I’ll keep an eye out for her. Get a little March madness in this weekend.

HansJenkins (00:29) Oh, man. I did, but I’m not doing good. I had two brackets and first one had Miami going all the way and they lost. So that… one’s done, second one got duke, but they’re not looking good. So, how about you?

Peter Bosworth (00:46) I, yeah, they’re not looking as good as I thought. And then Florida, I thought Florida looked like they were gonna be really good and, they lost last night.

HansJenkins (00:58) Yeah, dude. I, that surprised me. That’s what that’s the fun thing about it though, you can’t predict anything with March madness.

Peter Bosworth (01:06) No. And the, I think it was Wisconsin and Vanderbilt. That was a crazy game… with like a buzzer.

HansJenkins (01:14) Beater. Ah, almost. Yeah. And st John’s did the same thing too, that st John’s game.

Peter Bosworth (01:23) Oh, yeah. Yeah. I like, yeah, sorry, go ahead.

HansJenkins (01:28) Our CEO is we’re from Connecticut, right? So, our CEO is a die hard uconn fan, and st John’s is from their conference. So, they, he’s so funny because he’s just like so mad that st John’s beat him. And so, he was cheering against st John’s that game, and he was so mad when they won with that buzzer. Beater.

Peter Bosworth (01:50) But uconn’s alive, right?

HansJenkins (01:52) Yeah, they’re really good. Yeah, yeah.

Peter Bosworth (01:58) I’m not seeing Nikki quite yet.

HansJenkins (02:02) Oh, man. Let’s see if she’s got a problem. Sometimes zoom doesn’t work the best on our computers, so, we use teams, but it’s funny because two companies ago, we used zoom for everything. So, I got used to zoom and then teladoc and this company have all been at teams. Oh, man. Yeah.

HansJenkins (02:23) Why don’t you just join the teams link?

HansJenkins (02:37) I don’t care who she says.

Peter Bosworth (02:41) Typing. Yeah.

Peter Bosworth (03:02) That uconn team from like, I can’t remember if it was two years ago? Yeah, I think it was two years ago, but with like Stefan castle, it’s always crazy when the.

HansJenkins (03:11) oh, yeah.

Peter Bosworth (03:12) They’re like, you think they’re good. And then when they’re immediately good in the nba, you’re like, wow, they are, they must have been really good.

HansJenkins (03:19) No, like flag, man. Holy crap. That Guy was good.

Peter Bosworth (03:24) Yeah, he’s I can’t believe they didn’t win with him.

HansJenkins (03:28) Well, it’s funny how he’s from a small high school in like Maine, right? Right? He’s from this little tiny town, like with like 700 people in Maine. You just imagine him just playing ball in a small like two way high school, just dominating the crap out of everybody. You know, it’s like.

Peter Bosworth (03:45) Yeah, he had to recommit because he was just dominating people. Hi, Nikki. How are you, hello?

Nikki Goddard (03:52) Good. How are you?

Peter Bosworth (03:54) I’m well, thanks. Okay. So thanks for jumping on happy Monday here to talk about this contract renewal and yeah, hopefully make some headway here. And so.

HansJenkins (04:08) Can.

Peter Bosworth (04:09) definitely jump in wherever you’d prefer? I think the two questions that you had via email. So the enrollment software piece. So more than happy to remove that as a line item from the year two of the agreement, the, it is a fixed kind of annual software fee. And so for year one, that is what the line item would be, however happy to remove it from year two. So.

Nikki Goddard (04:42) Tell me this here’s. My concern is as soon as we deactivate a provider, we don’t see any of their enrollment information anymore. So, we’re deactivating 300 providers that we’re not going to see anything for after July third. So I have a hard time. I understand that it’s a fixed cost, but is there no negotiating room there because we’re not going to be using it even to view historical data because we have to reactivate somebody to be able to see them anywhere within medallion.

Peter Bosworth (05:20) So what we can do what you’re able to do is the report builder… has a field called deactivated providers. And if you are able to grab all of the providers who are deactivated, and then the payers in which they’re enrolled.

Nikki Goddard (05:43) Okay. I mean, I guess, but the point is like we’re still not going to be using it.

Peter Bosworth (05:51) Yeah. And I just, the feedback I got was that it’s a fixed annual cost?

HansJenkins (05:56) Okay. So you can’t prorate it or anything that?

Peter Bosworth (06:01) Was the feedback I’ve been given? Yeah, in terms of the pricing, okay?

HansJenkins (06:08) I appreciate you asking for it.

Peter Bosworth (06:11) Yeah… because obviously, we are doing that with the providers.

Nikki Goddard (06:18) But, and,

Peter Bosworth (06:20) then we can remove this entirely as a line item. So, do you want me to go ahead and do that from… year two? Yeah. Okay. Yes, please. Yeah.

Peter Bosworth (06:37) And then,

Peter Bosworth (06:44) what other? Let me just update that and then show it to you again.

Peter Bosworth (06:52) But what other questions do you have or can I help answer on this?

Nikki Goddard (07:00) I think that was really our main questions. I mean, if there’s not any wiggle room on that enrollment software, then that was the only change that I could see other than taking it off of year two. So.

Peter Bosworth (07:16) Okay. Yeah. Unfortunately manager… and revops lead or our revenue kind of the sales Guy wasn’t able to get that done there. And then in terms of the next steps, I have this sent, who is the signer on the tapestryhealth side?

HansJenkins (07:41) It’s either me or Abe, I can sign it. Yeah.

Peter Bosworth (07:46) Okay. I think I had, I can, I’m going to update that to make it you Hans?

Nikki Goddard (07:52) Yeah, I think Abe signed last year.

HansJenkins (07:58) It’ll make it easier. I can sign this year though. Okay. Give less stress to our CFO. He’s got enough going on. So.

Peter Bosworth (08:09) Let me really quickly update that. Okay?

Peter Bosworth (08:35) Hans, are you this chief medical officer? Yes. Yep. Okay.

Peter Bosworth (08:50) Okay. Sorry, I have to like delete Tresha, Benjamin. It’s making me do a bunch of.

HansJenkins (08:57) I’m sorry, is.

Peter Bosworth (08:58) Tresha, there?

Nikki Goddard (09:00) No. Tresha’s, no longer with us. Okay. Got it.

Peter Bosworth (09:24) All right. If you don’t mind, I’m just going to do this after the call. Oh, yeah.

Nikki Goddard (09:28) No, that’s fine.

Peter Bosworth (09:29) I’m in a loop.

HansJenkins (09:30) If you have questions, just let me know.

Peter Bosworth (09:32) Okay. So.

Peter Bosworth (09:39) The msa… is just the one that was governing the last agreement. So, there’s no real update there. Okay?

Nikki Goddard (09:51) I do know now, I don’t know, do we have, we had the 30 day net… payment terms, right? Yes. Net 30 day. Okay. Net 30, right? Okay. Correct. Yeah, that’s the only thing I need to worry about. Okay?

Peter Bosworth (10:12) Okay. Yeah. So, other than net 30. And then for the billing contact email, I have payables at tapestryhealth. Com. Yep. Okay. And then the billing info address, I have 1990, elm street, Stratford, Connecticut zero six, six, one five. I, this, I don’t really, is… that correct? It’s?

Nikki Goddard (10:39) A, no, that’s an old address?

Peter Bosworth (10:41) Okay. Do.

HansJenkins (10:41) You have, is that dr chest’s house that?

Nikki Goddard (10:44) Might be, I’m gonna put it in the chat just so you have it, Peter, but,

Peter Bosworth (10:48) okay.

Peter Bosworth (10:59) All right. Oh, right. I recognize that address.

Peter Bosworth (11:12) Stratford? Okay.

Peter Bosworth (11:18) Thank you for sending that 99 Holly Lane suite, 1,102 Stratford zero six, six, one four. Perfect.

Peter Bosworth (11:35) Okay. Let me pull it up one more time and then I just need to play around to make the signer correct… but this is what we’d be looking at. So, it’s… a two year term. The proposal. Yeah, obviously need signature before April fourth… removed the enrollment software. So it’s 49, 700 year one, 29, 700 year two.

Peter Bosworth (12:09) Perfect. Okay. Perfect. Well, thanks for jumping on. I, will you’ll receive you’ll. Both receive an email with the updated agreement in your inbox. And then, yeah, Hans, you’ll be the signer. Yep. Perfect. All right. Well, thank you both very much. I appreciate you jumping on.

HansJenkins (12:33) Yes, you’re awesome. Thanks Peter.

Peter Bosworth (12:35) All right. Take care. Bye.

HansJenkins (12:37) Thank you bye.
