DeWayne Hiebert (00:00) good morning. Good.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:02) Morning. Hello morning.

Jason Zednick (00:07) How are you?

Tanisha Roebuck (00:08) Pretty good. How are you?

Jason Zednick (00:10) Pretty good. It’s rainy here. Is it?

DeWayne Hiebert (00:14) Yes, yeah, it.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:17) Started. I don’t know what last like late last night, I guess.

Jason Zednick (00:20) Yeah, same. Yeah.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:22) I don’t think we’re too far away from each other.

Jason Zednick (00:25) Yeah, I don’t think so. Unless bothered by the rain and the fact that the temperature dropped, it was.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:33) Really nice this weekend.

Jason Zednick (00:35) Yeah, yeah, Saturday, especially, yes.

DeWayne Hiebert (00:38) Yes. Yeah.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:45) It could stay like that. I’d be okay with that.

Jason Zednick (00:48) Yeah, me too. Yeah, I mean, it’s in like the eighties… hundreds and other parts of the country. Oh, I know that’s too much like that’s too.

Tanisha Roebuck (00:59) Far too much. Yes, too much, too fast. Way too fast. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (01:10) All right. Let’s jump into it. What do we have for today?

DeWayne Hiebert (01:19) So, so one thing I had Jason and it probably doesn’t have to happen this week, maybe not even next week, but in… the next couple of weeks. So our.

DeWayne Hiebert (01:36) contract with Aetna better health. So, a new medicaid plan. So they’re not even in the, I don’t even know if they’re in the medallion at all as a payer today, but.

DeWayne Hiebert (01:53) They, they agreed for the most part for.

Jason Zednick (01:56) all.

DeWayne Hiebert (01:57) except 14 providers to use the Aetna credentialing that’s already in place for our medicaid contract. So, Lisa put together a whole roster of all the information that they needed and submitted it to them. So they’re loading it into their system. So we’ll probably, I guess need to take that information, put it into one of the upload templates, so hopefully Greg can upload all of the enrollments into the platform for Aetna better health… just to reflect that they’re that they are participating. Yeah, and that they are enrolled.

Jason Zednick (02:50) Let, me, let me take that back. Let me work on that and then when we’re I can sort of let you know what next steps are, and we’ll be ready for it when.

DeWayne Hiebert (03:01) Okay. Yeah.

DeWayne Hiebert (03:07) Yeah. And I think probably, you know, if it’s just the same template, right? That we used before… we can populate that because we have all… the data in the roster. It’s pretty comprehensive.

Jason Zednick (03:46) All right. How are we Dwayne on the 20 first century cares act signature?

DeWayne Hiebert (03:57) Oh, shoot, I will get that signed. I haven’t really done that, but I don’t I haven’t.

Jason Zednick (04:06) and how are we doing on the delegated agreement review?

DeWayne Hiebert (04:12) Haven’t, looked at it yet. Okay?

Jason Zednick (04:21) And then on that same sort of like train of thought like where are we with?

Jason Zednick (04:30) Sort of the first batch of providers we’re going to put onto the system, maybe not credential quite yet, but start the profile process, so.

DeWayne Hiebert (04:42) We’re we’re actually starting with the first group today. So, meeting… with the folks who are sending all that stuff out this afternoon, okay? To go through it. I think the first group is eight, eight care centers and I don’t know about 50 providers. So hopefully.

DeWayne Hiebert (05:10) That first group will be, you know, done within two weeks. Okay? And then we can start and the,

DeWayne Hiebert (05:25) second group then would go out, you know, a week from today. So probably try and make that one a little bit larger.

Jason Zednick (05:34) Yeah, especially as you sort of like get used to, the process of it. I have identified because it’s going to start getting more, slightly more difficult to do this. I’ve identified… current providers who have enrollment requests that their profile is below 85 percent. I have that list. I’m going to email it. It’s about 40 providers because.

Jason Zednick (06:15) I mean, you know, here today, the list is going to get bigger, but not all of them will have active requests. And so, it’s a little bit of signal and noise on that regard. So I pulled that I will send it. And then, I have a report that… on the platform that makes it pretty easy. So I can walk you through that if that’s helpful. But so I do have that.

Jason Zednick (07:05) Dawn… I’m going to ask the question. I don’t expect anything to change since I spoke to you Friday. But the mapping for virtua.

Dawn Candia (07:18) No, no, I don’t have that yet. I’ll email her again today and see if I can get it.

Jason Zednick (07:23) Awesome. Thank you. Appreciate that.

Jason Zednick (07:31) I think that is.

DeWayne Hiebert (07:33) What is that? Just? A listing of all the providers that have virtua?

Jason Zednick (07:36) No. The, the way their application… their affiliation… application, they’re publishing… the way they list the locations, they just list it as like northwest south and something else, but that actually maps to like an address, but it’s not clearly indicated. So we’re not sure which.

DeWayne Hiebert (08:01) Is which, oh, which one of their facilities?

Jason Zednick (08:03) Yeah. Don got one of them for us, but we just need to know what the others map to so that we don’t have to ask and we can just,

DeWayne Hiebert (08:11) okay. Yeah.

Dawn Candia (08:12) And it’s funny. I asked her the question but she only responded to the one. So that’s.

Jason Zednick (08:18) the worst.

Dawn Candia (08:19) I’ll reach back out again.

Jason Zednick (08:22) And it’s like great. Thank you. The other three please. I.

Dawn Candia (08:26) Think that’s because that’s the one that was actually in process at the time. Yeah, she was working on it. So. Okay.

Jason Zednick (08:36) So, another thing I’m trying to do today… in addition to the… profile percentage list which I already have, I’m going to try to sort of identify… tasks that are out there for enrollments that are aging. I think if we can sort of like prioritize, sort of like oldest to newest to sort of work through some of that backlog, that might be helpful because there are a lot of tasks out there and I’m… afraid it’s only going to get worse. So I’m going to look at the open task list and see if I can’t sort of chop it up a little bit for you. And so, I’m going to shoot that over in an email. I’m not exactly sure what that’s going to look like. I’m going to take 30 45 minutes and work on that now. And then, well, Dawn, what is her name at amerihealth? Tammy? Yeah, maybe I should speak with Tammy if.

Dawn Candia (09:51) Okay. She’s happy to, yeah.

Jason Zednick (09:55) Because what I think is happening is two… things. One is some of our agents are not following the instructions being provided, but I actually don’t think that’s the main problem. I think the main problem is that the instructions are unclear. So, I think that the way I and my team have written them have just not been clear enough. And so if I can talk to her, I think it’s actually pretty simple. Yeah, it just hasn’t been documented well on my part. So I would be very happy to talk to her if she’s open to?

Dawn Candia (10:31) That, oh, yeah, she definitely said reach out to her and she’s.

Jason Zednick (10:34) yeah. Okay. So, it’s okay. I think her information’s in email that you forwarded to me. It’s okay. If I just reach out. Is that fine?

Dawn Candia (10:44) Yeah, I don’t know about the phone number. I don’t know how responsive to the phone number. Sure. She’s very responsive to email. So I’ll.

Jason Zednick (10:49) email her first. I’ll include.

Dawn Candia (10:50) You, and then, yeah.

Jason Zednick (10:53) And then that sounds fine. Okay. I’m very happy to do that. Yeah, we want to definitely want to make sure we get it right? Especially because she’s so responsive. Yeah. So, okay.

Jason Zednick (11:09) What else do I have?

Jason Zednick (11:22) Dwayne, have you… thought about or broached the topic with Bethany yet at all about meeting with my team to talk about the horizon P, cert submissions?

DeWayne Hiebert (11:46) No, not yet.

Jason Zednick (11:48) Is that something that well? A, let me ask like, do you agree that like it would be a good idea if my team can sit with her to understand what she’s doing. And if so, yeah, like… I guess, like when would you like to start trying to have that conversation?

DeWayne Hiebert (12:16) I kind of wanted to make sure we were caught up. Yeah, with horizon. Yeah. And, you… know.

Dawn Candia (12:26) Have.

DeWayne Hiebert (12:28) you guys start on things that would be like for, you know, at this point, probably like June. So, I… think I don’t remember exactly. I’ll have to check, but I thought she had pretty much submitted everything that was available. So maybe we could set something up for next week. Okay?

Jason Zednick (12:59) Yeah. Let me talk to my team. I meet with them today. I’ll pitch that. They are, very open to it. So, I don’t anticipate any issue… on my side. Okay? Great.

Jason Zednick (13:25) I think that’s it that’s top of mind for me. Anything else?

DeWayne Hiebert (13:34) No. Just one question you’d mentioned, you know, trying to, you… know, put the tasks together, right? For those who are aging. Is there a way to also sort of prioritize those based on… the target enrollment date for the provider, so that we can focus on those that are, you… know, most important from a timing standpoint, like somebody who’s you know, start date is June… task. Not important. Is somebody who’s start date is April if they have something outstanding?

Jason Zednick (14:41) Maybe, let me think about it. And as I’m putting it together, I’ll keep that top of mind and see what I can. Okay. Yeah. Okay. I’ll take that into consideration. Yeah, I haven’t started. So, I’m not even totally sure what I’m putting together yet, but I can definitely.

Jason Zednick (15:08) Keep that top of mind. OK, great. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (15:19) Oh, Don, Kai… the provider slash… office manager for… I just sent you.

Dawn Candia (15:32) Yes.

Jason Zednick (15:36) Can you do me a favor? I just sent this email maybe 30 minutes ago. Can you create a team for that practice… and… add… them to the team and let me know? Because I want to see. I just want to say there’s something I can do. I’m not sure if I can yet, but I want to try… and if so, if it works, it might, that might solve our problem. I’m just not positive yet.

Dawn Candia (16:07) Okay. I’ll do that.

Dawn Candia (16:18) All right. Oh, Jason. Yeah, Aubrey bogley, she is with who’s she with? I just had her up.

Jason Zednick (16:30) South jersey internal medicine?

Dawn Candia (16:33) No, I don’t think she’s with them. Yep south jersey internal medicine. Can you do a, can you have your team maybe do an interim follow up… for amerihealth? Yeah, because they’re really anxious about this one.

Jason Zednick (16:54) Hold on. Let me check.

Dawn Candia (17:04) This was one of, I thought it was supposed to be a priority. It’s got a little star beside it, but… she’s still not power yet.

Jason Zednick (17:35) So,

Jason Zednick (17:40) we email credit inquiries on the nineteenth. It does not look like we’ve heard back though.

Jason Zednick (17:52) Which I think is the cry inquiries box is pretty slow to… respond. Let me see.

Jason Zednick (18:27) So, we submitted on the sixth. So we’re sort of like coming up on 60 days.

Jason Zednick (18:40) Yeah. So unless there’s a phone number we can call that’s not Tammy because I know she doesn’t want us to follow up yet.

Dawn Candia (18:55) Yeah, I don’t have a phone number… but I know in the past life, if we email credit inquiries a couple of times, you know, I’m just saying if you email them again, it may respond depending on who’s working the box, you know, who’s getting what? So you may get a response.

Jason Zednick (19:15) Yeah. All right. I’ll flag up the team. I’ll ask?

Jason Zednick (19:29) Okay. Anything else?

Dawn Candia (19:35) Nope. Not for me, not for me. Nope. I don’t have anything all.

Jason Zednick (19:42) Right. Great. Well, thank you all. Appreciate your time. I’ll follow up with both the incomplete… profile list or providers with active requests and incomplete profiles… and I’m also going to spend some time to figure out how to package the tasks or some of the tasks. I’m not sure what that looks like yet, but I’ll try to get that out too. Have a great rest of your day. If anything comes up, please shoot me an email and I’ll talk to you all soon.

Dawn Candia (20:20) Okay. Thank you.

Jason Zednick (20:22) All right. Thanks bye.
