Victor Wong (00:11) Worries. We don’t really have too much. So that’s not too pressing. I think we just have one provider that is actively being assisted with. And it sounds like the team on the medallion side has been giving us updates pretty routinely. And so, you know, to my knowledge, they’re not like anything… concerning about that. Okay? And then, you know, I think we tried our first par analysis with dr Truong, and kind of ended with the same results like, you know, the context there is, we have, you know, we have a host of providers where we didn’t do their medicaid enrollment. And so some states, they don’t really tell us when we call and say, well, when’s the reval date, and they’re like, well, unless you’re the organization we’re not going to tell you. And so the original intent of the par analysis was to say, is there anything that medallion has or connections or ways of doing it where they’d be comfortable releasing that information? And it sounds like not really, they’re just going to have the same exact.
Niccole Russell (01:22) Yeah, they want to verify that you’re the actual company with which the provider was enrolled in. We did look for dr Kapoor as far as the reval information. So that is still in process with the payer. So I did want to let you know that, but yeah, as far as the par analysis, unless we are that specific employer, they’re not going to give us information. Okay?
Victor Wong (01:47) That sounds good. Yeah. So we’re probably not going to do much par analysis because that’s usually the one thing that we really need. So, and then could you just expand a little bit on the Kapoor reval?
Niccole Russell (01:59) Yeah. So I’ve been having the team continue to look at the notes in the system?

Niccole Russell (02:07) just kind of seeing in the portal where we currently stand. So as of now it’s still in process, the revalidation is. And then I have a ticket in with the payr enrollment team that once that has been completed for them to confirm if dr Kapoor can be retroed to minimize the disruption. And then also if not, what specific dates are lagging there for date of service coverage? Okay?
Victor Wong (02:35) That’s interesting because… we have access to dr Kapoor’s impact portal. So, on our side for like weeks and weeks now, we’ve seen that it’s done. So, we, you know, so we thought it was done and, you know, we called as well to verify just to be like, hey, Illinois, like, and they’re like, yep, it’s good. It has in this profile kind of the date. And, you know, I think the area that they were pretty stern on is we’re like, hey, that date that you have in there? Is there any retro? And they kept saying absolutely not like, you know, because of the fact that he missed his kind of original window. There’s no retro. So we’ve kind of in a way given up and just said, you know, if medallion can find something else or that they change their mind. Obviously that would be great. But short of that, we’re kind of like, well, it is what it is. So that’s what we see on our side on impact is that everything looks complete. The one thing is a modification checklist that says in review.

And then the screenshots that they sent, it… shows everything… it’s complete except for the modification, which is in review. So that one still has not been updated there.
Victor Wong (05:06) Yeah, that’s the one thing and they said that like how they phrase it, they’re like that doesn’t need to be completed like in order for it to be active. So like they’re kind of just ignoring it, the medicaid Illinois. They’re like whatever it doesn’t matter. Okay? Which is like, okay, sounds great. And then the one thing too, just to like confirm is we went on to the Illinois department of healthcare and family services, which you know, didn’t have Kapoor at all for a really long time. And then, you know, they did. In fact, he’s… now on there on the public website as a medicaid provider. And there’s usually a lag is our understanding for that. Okay? So, you know, our kind of view is, you know, it seems like he’s currently active. And again, we’ve kind of just given up hope on if they’re going to backtrack, it just sounds like they’re like absolutely. Not. So like, okay, cool. So, yeah, we’ve kind of put that to rest unless obviously, if there’s something else that comes up from your team’s side, happy to hear, but just know that it’s not really pressing on our end anymore. Okay? All right. Yeah, we.
Niccole Russell (06:29) still have that line out there. So I will let them know that you’re saying that it’s been completed with a participation date. Yeah.
Victor Wong (06:38) Or I don’t know if the team or your team calls medicaid Illinois, or if they just kind of look on websites or profiles, but, you know, when we call okay, that it would be interesting if like some of their reps are saying there’s still, it’s not done yet because I think every rep we’ve talked to and we’ve talked to like almost all of them because we just kept hoping to get the right one to say that they would backtrack. Yeah. And they’re all like, nope, nope. Nope. He’s active, leave us alone. He’s active, leave us alone. So, yeah, if you could connect to the team and say, are there agents telling you anything different? Because we’ve called a few times and they’ve all said, yeah, he’s good to go right now here’s, the active date. So, yeah, just let us know again if you hear something different and we just, we have another backup provider. So we can always use our other provider if we’re still kind of not confident about the status of that. So, yeah, that’s really about it. Okay?

Niccole Russell (07:38) So, everything else seems to be running pretty smooth. Yeah.
Victor Wong (07:40) I think we, you know, generally rely on the credentialing and recredentialing services and that’s been pretty smooth. No issues there. I think, you know, we’ve been kind of went through our foray into like enrollment and par, which has been, you know, a little bit more complicated. So, yeah, I think we’re good. All right.
Niccole Russell (08:04) Wonderful. Everything looks good as far as I can see as well. I do look over your account and it looks good. The only thing I was outstanding was that Kapoor, I’ve been following up with the team weekly.
Niccole Russell (08:20) So, yeah, I will have them dig in a little bit more if you’re saying that the provider’s participating and then at that point and still dig for that back date and then see where the gap is in the participation status, where.

Niccole Russell (08:39) Was not enrolled for that specific time. So we’ll see what that is.

Cassie Mendez (08:46) Sorry, the only one that I wanted to highlight is for the Indiana medicaid provider enrollment for dr patankar… that one, it looks like it was submitted. I think it was January. So it looks like every two weeks, the team is just checking in on the portal and there hasn’t been any update, but I’m wondering if it would be possible if they could like call and get an estimate of how long this might take because I think we’re coming up on two months here.
