Rae Tompkins (00:42) Yes, I am heading down to disney in the last week of March, beginning of April. So, trying to do as much as I can because I know when you come back, it’s always need a vacation from the vacation.

Nicole Lasick (03:41) We had a really bad thunderstorm last night. I don’t know how long that lasted, but about… I don’t know maybe 39 o’clock it was a pretty bad thunderstorm. I,

Rae Tompkins (03:55) hate it when it rains like that and it’s dark.

Nicole Lasick (03:59) And then we, it’s 33 degrees right now. Yeah.

So, of course, I stopped doing what I was planning on doing today and I went to credential the providers. So I’m a good listener. And when I was doing it and the system’s not behaving the way, I guess I expect it. So maybe it’s something I’m doing or maybe it’s a learning opportunity for a medallion one or the other. So.

Rae Tompkins (05:16) Yeah. Look.

So number one, so this one here, so I, and I went through, and I did a, I went through, and moved everyone over to, credential. Okay. You know, who could well, well, well, people who had, what’s that, what do you call this category needs to be addressed or?

Dan Leamon (06:28) Attention. So I moved everyone over except one. Okay? Because I’m testing something that’s I’ve had trouble with in the past. Yeah. So, okay. And then I’m going to show you. So, okay. So right now, I have 44, right… total. So let’s say if I want to filter and, I don’t want in reality, this Guy can be credentialed. That’s why I don’t care that’s why this is a test. But, but in some cases that I’ve done this, and they, and I’ve left these people because I just don’t have time to get the new attention. Yeah, needs attention, people yet? Yeah. So I was like, I just want to do a quick credential. So I’ll go over here and hit clear… and then I get okay.

Dan Leamon (07:14) So instead of 44, I have 33. No. Sorry. So 44 out of 43. Okay. Gotcha. Right. Fair. So, okay. So I go. Okay, I want to credential all these people. There are my green shields. I can either do 30. Now, now, this is my test. I don’t know what’s really going to happen, but based on past experience,

Rae Tompkins (07:40) it’s going to give you an error message. Is it? Well?

Dan Leamon (07:43) Two things. One, it’s going to select all 44. I don’t want 44, you want? 43? I want, I selected 43. Okay. So it’s going to, so it’s going to send everyone over, you know, who’s you know, who’s in the ready, who’s in ready.

Dan Leamon (08:00) But I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to send people, who need quote, need attention because I didn’t get to it yet. So anyway, that’s like, so that’s the one thing I wanted to test today.

Rae Tompkins (08:12) Yeah. So when you filter, it should only allow you to select the ones that are filtered, not select all.

Dan Leamon (08:20) But that’s not what it does.

Rae Tompkins (08:21) That makes sense. Right? Yeah, let me,

Dan Leamon (08:24) Let me look into that. I’m going to send you some screenshots. So, you probably, I mean, unless you want to record this or something, I don’t know. My.

Rae Tompkins (08:31) little note taker Guy is listening. So he’ll, and, I do want to say if the next issue is, the error message you’re getting when you’re trying to move in bulk, that is something that I flagged to our tech support team and they escalated last Friday. So I’m going to follow up first thing this morning to see if there’s an update because the expectation is if you select multiple, you should be able to move multiple instead of having to do it one by one. Yeah.

Dan Leamon (08:56) I mean, and this has been hand, I mean, I’ll we’ll select it. Okay. So I’ll send you an email that this, yeah, this shares this information. Okay? So you can pass it on. So we’re going to hit ready even though I don’t want everyone done. But we were first testing this. So send to clear… right? 44, right? And… it should go boop. So now I get this error, an error occurred. So then I go. Okay. Well, it’s just me, I’m having a bad day. The system’s you know, it’s Monday system needs to wake up. So I’ll go, I’ll click on committee and I’ll go to ready. I’ll sometimes log off. I’ll log back on and then I go back to ready… and nothing changed. So, Dan, last.

Nicole Lasick (09:51) week, when you did this, I was on, you know, I was logged in as me and.

Dan Leamon (09:57) I was in.

Nicole Lasick (09:58) There doing something and kept getting pop ups in the top right hand corner that said one file moved to ready, one file moved to ready one. I mean, it just kept popping up and.

Dan Leamon (10:08) I thought, you know, that has to, yeah.

Nicole Lasick (10:11) That has to be you doing something and, you know, moving them over, but I don’t know why I was seeing it on my end.

Rae Tompkins (10:18) I see that on my end too. So it’s just an alert that they’re being moved, but I’m following up right now on the tech support ticket that I submitted last week. I gave your email, actually sent the screenshot Dan that you provided with the error message to our technical team. And I said, you know, the expectation is we should be able to move multiple at one time. So I’m going to follow up right now to get that. But if you’ll send me the details on whenever you filter and select all and I can track that as a different escalation.

Dan Leamon (10:47) Yeah. And this is not, you know, this is a new problem for you and I, okay, right? This has really been going on for, I mean, I don’t say day one, but it’s been going on for a while. I mean, the whole movement moving process as Nicole mentioned. I mean, sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t work. Sometimes it works. And then it gets some message over here like Nicole was mentioning like, pending. And I was like what, I’ve never got the pending before and I was like, okay. And then I would like do it again. And then it would be error because you’re trying to send one that’s pending. And I was like my God. So, so this whole movement thing is again has been going on really for a long time and I’ve never been able to show it to anybody because I was always under a crisis situation in terms of credentialing and I was like, okay, I’m just going to pause, send an email and go from there.

Rae Tompkins (11:45) Perfect. Well, I appreciate it. I will. Yeah, our tech support team is typing back right now. I’m hoping I can get an update to you as soon as possible. But then I’ll start a new one with the ability to filter and select all that way you can at least move who pertains to the right bucket? Yeah?

Dan Leamon (12:01) Yeah, I mean, it’s not a total crisis situation, but we, I mean, the other day I credentialed like 400 people I was.

Rae Tompkins (12:07) Like, oh, it’s definitely a convenience factor. If the ability works, it should be able to allow you to. So I totally understand.

Dan Leamon (12:13) Yeah. I mean, the system when it works, is pretty slick. I mean, it’s like, you know, like, wow, that’s pretty darn easy, you know. But when it doesn’t work, then it’s harder. And friends, there are a lot of plans that are bigger than ours and you’ll want it to work for everyone. So. Okay. Well, that’s it. I’ll let you do your thing and I’ll send it over to you shortly.
