Naomi Denson (00:00) hey, team. Thank you.

Naomi Denson (00:11) See. Just Dawn is here so far?

Naomi Denson (00:25) There’s Andrew?

Naomi Denson (00:37) Hello? Hi. How are you? All right. It’s just Andrew and Dawn right now. Do we know Barrett, is anyone else supposed to be joining us? We want to give them a few minutes.

Andrew Herman (00:56) Yeah, yeah, they should be joining.

Naomi Denson (00:57) Okay.

Naomi Denson (01:06) Give them a minute.

Naomi Denson (01:18) There’s Clint.

Naomi Denson (01:45) Let’s see. Do we know is gab joining? Do we have any updates on the group and practice import template corrections that she was working on?

ClintAnderson (02:20) I do not.

Naomi Denson (02:21) Okay. We’ll give them a few more minutes.

Naomi Denson (03:29) See them here. But while we’re waiting, Clint, I did have an update on the village providers. Greg did, was able to import and transfer all of their provider practice group associations and their existing enrollment data. Great for all of those providers. So I just wanted to see if you have any idea on the initial volume or need for the enrollments for the new providers?

ClintAnderson (03:59) Are you talking about the?

Naomi Denson (04:00) For the payers?

ClintAnderson (04:03) I don’t yet. Okay. I do not… we have brought over Dalton Dunn who was previously working the Arizona market with village. So we hired him away from village. So he’s getting ramped up. His first day was yesterday, so that will probably be a helpful thing for us to, for.

Naomi Denson (04:30) Him. Yeah, that would take a look. Seems like a good.

ClintAnderson (04:33) move. Yeah.

Naomi Denson (04:37) Because I know we had talked yesterday a little bit about, you know, how it was going to work with their, any delegated rosters that they have that they’re currently managing that are separate from the reviewer agreements. So, and you guys had asked if there was any way that we could connect you with the medallion village contact. And then their rep from village. I had talked with Amy about that this morning. Amy, I don’t know if you have any information… on if we can make that happen or what the steps… forward should be to make sure that we align with them on their current setup. Yeah. And.

Amy Walsh (05:22) this is for the credentialing piece, the policies and procedures.

Naomi Denson (05:26) Or am I getting ahead of myself? Well, the delegated rosters and the credentialing policies and procedures for ncqa, credentialing? We had already talked about the enrollment custom processes for village. But as far as the credentialing and the delegated roster piece goes, I think we just need some clarification on the net new providers that would go through credentialing if they, if and when they need to. Would they follow revere’s policies and procedures going forward? And would that match up with the delegated agreement requirements for the agreements already in place for village?

Amy Walsh (06:10) Yep. So yeah, I think Clint, Andrew, Don, this is a question for the revere team. Just understanding as you’re bringing on these physicians whether they should be following revere’s policies and procedures, or if there needs to be an adoption of villages into revere. We just need some clarification on, you know, what your organization wants to do for that.

ClintAnderson (06:35) I would think they would follow the village, you know, delegated credentialing, whatever sort of processes because Andrew, correct me if I’m wrong, but we inherited, you know, we bought the 10, we bought everything. So the payer agreement should still just be in place as the same as before. But Andrew, correct me if I’m wrong there.

Andrew Herman (06:59) Yeah, I think that makes sense. The objective is for this to be as seamless as possible in the transition. The only, I guess the only hang up I could see is to the extent there’s a delegation agreement that was at the national village level, and therefore we didn’t assume as part of the transaction. And maybe that’s what’s still being figured out, but if at all possible, we can maintain those delegated agreements and maintain the policies and procedures that were under village. We’d like to do that. Yeah.

Naomi Denson (07:39) We would just have to figure out how that would flow into revere, since he would be submitting the credentialing requests on our end. And then like they wouldn’t be going back to village’s committee for review. So they would go through your committee. So their policies and procedures would vary. Yeah, on the committee workflows, the requirements that you guys identified that you’re verifying, making sure that the verifications and the policies and procedures match what the delegated agreements require. Yeah, that makes sense… because there’s going to be the committees built in revere, for your committee members to vote on the files and approve or reject them and taking back to your committee. So you’re not going to be taking them back to village’s committees per their processes, right? Right. Yeah. So we just want to make sure that we encompass everything to cover both the village side and the revere side for the delegated agreement purposes.

Andrew Herman (08:42) I think too, I don’t know is that the only thing is it just the credential committee that’s the issue that we’d have to modify or?

Naomi Denson (08:54) No, it would be so different delegated agreements for different payers can have different requirements or PSD requirements that maybe your current delegated agreements don’t require. So we would just need to review that and make sure that we’re including everything in the packets or the credentialing files that needs to be to meet both their delegated agreement requirements and yours, if there is any differentiation.

Naomi Denson (09:26) And then their roster templates, we would need their, we should have their roster templates but we just need to know which ones are coming over from Arizona or even if there is a national level that we wouldn’t be able to identify as just Arizona. Greg, do you see any, can you see any delegated rosters in there for village? Can you take a look at that when you have time?

Gregory Campbell (09:51) Yeah, that’s something I, can, I’ll get it in contact with the TSM that’s responsible for those, and just see, are we looking for just quantity or are you looking to see the actual roster template itself?

Naomi Denson (10:04) Definitely, you want to see how many they have for that meet or fit the Arizona market providers. And then, because currently revere is contracted for six rosters and they already have four of their own. So just want to make sure that we’re aligned there. And then we would, I don’t know if we would need to transfer the templates over or copy them over so that they’re utilized for revere’s providers in their instance too.

Gregory Campbell (10:33) Yeah, absolutely. I’ll get some more information on that and get back to you all. Thank you. Thanks Craig. Yep, of course.

Naomi Denson (10:44) And then let’s see. Yeah, I think that the rest of the questions that I had were about the data import template and the like the payr process scoping template that would be for gab or Barrett, which they have not joined yet. So.

ClintAnderson (11:04) I think Barrett is either off or on the road.

Andrew Herman (11:08) Okay. He’s here in the westwood office in Massachusetts. I think he’s in an all day session with Garen and Kate and.

Naomi Denson (11:17) I met with Barrett yesterday here’s. Jonathan, I did meet with Barrett in a group yesterday just to walk through the platform, but we didn’t really discuss any of the data or the payr processes or anything.

Naomi Denson (11:34) Hi, Jonathan. Do we know if gab’s available or if I should just reach out via email to get updates? I.

ClintAnderson (11:42) Pinged her and did not get a response.

Naomi Denson (11:45) Okay. Let me just see. Yeah, sorry, I’m late. Oh, it’s on a call understood. Yeah, no problem. Let’s see. And then Greg sent the API.

Andrew Herman (12:00) Key over last week, Naomi, just going back to the village piece. So where are we? Because I think we have a couple of these providers who are starting their start date’s. Six one. Can we move forward with those or are we still waiting on everything else? Yeah.

Naomi Denson (12:17) That’s what I was just trying to gauge the initial volumes needed there on how many providers and how many payers per provider we should expect to come in.

Andrew Herman (12:27) Huh. I don’t know the payer count. I think the provider count is… three. I want to say three or four. Okay?

Naomi Denson (12:37) Okay. So, yeah, because we met with Nicole yesterday, and she had added and created the net new village providers in medallion and was going to invite them to start completing their profiles.

Andrew Herman (12:48) Perfect. That’s what I wanted that’s what I was trying to figure out whether to have Nicole reach out to the providers and send the link. But it sounds like it already.

Naomi Denson (12:56) Happened, she said yesterday, she was going to do that to get them started so that they can complete their profiles, and we can move forward there because we invited all the existing village providers. But as she was adding the new ones, she wasn’t sending the invitations yet. She was holding off. But we do have the existing enrollments for the group and the existing providers loaded now. So we really just need to align on how… much is going to be coming in so that we can make sure, and for which payers so that we can make sure that those sops were transferred over with.

Andrew Herman (13:34) Drema, right? Yeah.

Naomi Denson (13:41) But I can reach out to Nicole and see if she can, give me an idea there. Yeah.

Andrew Herman (13:49) She can definitely help with the provider count. I don’t know who. I don’t know who has the payer info?

Naomi Denson (13:56) Maybe Barrett, would he have? No, not, Barrett? Maybe I don’t know who’s you?

ClintAnderson (14:04) Know what Dalton might Dalton?

Naomi Denson (14:08) So, Naomi.

ClintAnderson (14:11) If you want to send him that question… who is that Dalton Dunn? Do?

Naomi Denson (14:18) I have his information.

ClintAnderson (14:20) I’ll put it in the chat one second. I’ll give you his.

Naomi Denson (14:22) Email address.

ClintAnderson (14:25) Okay. Because you may have his.

Naomi Denson (14:26) Old, I have his village email information… and then do we need to add him to the weekly syncs here as well? Yeah.

ClintAnderson (14:36) Let’s go ahead and do that.

Naomi Denson (14:43) I know he’s still getting ramped up. So I’ll add him starting next week. All right. Yeah, I’ll send an email out to the team just to get an update on the data from gab, and then process for Nicole and Dalton on, you know, the need for the initial village enrollments for those new providers.

Naomi Denson (15:06) And then I’ll connect with Drema just to make sure we’re set and ready to go for the net new requests to come in. So we can go ahead and try to push to get those started ASAP… and can.

ClintAnderson (15:18) you send me just the like the latest of the list of the new ones that we’re trying to get brought on?

Naomi Denson (15:28) Of the newest providers for village? Yes, I’m not sure who those are. Nicole was adding them. Okay? We didn’t import those, the net, new ones, she was manually adding them in the platform? Okay? So just looking at the let’s see… let me just look and see if it tells me.

Naomi Denson (16:10) Yeah, there’s no like cutoff of to show me when who was created but it looks like maybe one, two three four, five providers were added most recently with the same. Let me show you what I’m looking at.

Naomi Denson (16:33) So, you can see there’s these five providers that were added the most recently and they’re all in caps.

Naomi Denson (16:37) So I’m wondering if those are the ones that Nicole added. Okay? And they’re new because they’re just a different format than these. Well, these are in all caps too. So it’s hard to tell.

ClintAnderson (16:50) All right. We’ll take a look who?

Naomi Denson (16:51) Those are okay. Perfect. All right. Yeah, I’ll reach out to the larger group and follow up there for those that weren’t able to join us… and I’ll reach out to include Dalton in those as well.

Naomi Denson (17:08) All right. Any questions from the revere side for today other than the village providers?

Naomi Denson (17:20) No… I know we met last Thursday and then I met with the group yesterday. So probably not too much to talk about, but we’re on the right track here.

Andrew Herman (17:34) All right. Sounds good. All right.

Naomi Denson (17:36) Thanks, everybody. Thank you. Have a good day. You have a good one, bye bye.
