Mary Pedican (00:00) thank you.

Kyle Rice (00:03) Hey, Mary. Hey, how are you guys doing this week? Hi, how’s everything going? What’s new in the world of rho?

Mary Pedican (00:12) Can you hear me without Healthstream?

Kyle Rice (00:14) I can hear you. Can you hear me?

Mary Pedican (00:15) Okay. It was Healthstream. It was going to drive me crazy. Things are going good. Sorry, we were a few minutes late. I was just working away and then I was like, no, it’s after 12 o’clock let me go join the call. So I apologize.

Kyle Rice (00:27) No worries. I have a, I just have a couple updates for you guys. So that’s pretty light in terms of the agenda for today. I just had some, I know we were talking Michigan imlc last week and I want to let you guys know. I think I said in the email on Friday too that Michigan is tentative to remain in the compact and I believe the bill’s on the governor’s desk for re signing today. So as soon as that goes through, I’ll send you guys confirmation of that. But I believe there should be no impact to any of the imlc providers. So there should be no action required from them. They should be in good standing with either compact or SPL licenses, which I think is great. Yeah.

Mary Pedican (01:06) They didn’t want the riots that I was about to cause if they just went ahead with this because it was not a good idea. So I’m glad that they, that it’s moving forward. I only have a few things as well for today. I just wanted to see if you received Erica’s emails with her questions around the data and… just trying to find some time to set up for us to all kind of touch bases to get the questions that remain open answered. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (01:38) I believe, I sent her a follow up on Friday. If you guys want to set up some additional time. I’m happy to, we can pull her in and then I can pull in one of our nursing subject matter expertise as well, which she’s a great resource. She’s really nailed down with the prescriptive authority requirements, autonomous registration, essentially all things nursing. So if we want to set up some separate time, happy to arrange that and get Erica what she needs as well.

Mary Pedican (02:06) Okay. All right. Sounds good because I know she had some questions and I don’t she didn’t let me know that you got that, you have follow up. So I’ll follow up with her and see what is it, what it is that she needs? And when she would like to set up time to meet. And then the only other update I have is that this will be our, do we have a call next?

Kyle Rice (02:30) Tuesday? I think we do. Yeah, I think we’re on weekly on Tuesdays. Does that still work for you guys or do you guys want to change the cadence at all?

Mary Pedican (02:38) No, it worked. I just wanted to let you know that Haley’s going to be leaving us. So, and you probably don’t even have to join next Tuesday, Haley, because it’ll be. So this will probably be her last call with you. Well?

Kyle Rice (02:50) Haley, it’s been great working with you and such a pleasure. And I wish you the best of luck with, your next ventures.

Haley Miller (02:57) Thank you too.

Kyle Rice (03:00) Awesome. Well, cool. Yeah, we talked to Michigan. Haley, super sad to see you go. I did see. We had a couple additional providers adding to the credentialing process.

Kyle Rice (03:13) I did just want to flag. I know you guys are tracking Beth Rosenberg and Deborah englund, pretty well that they’re required to complete their attestations. I just wanted to flag for Jennifer aguila, we’re just cutting her addition of her existing state licenses, same with Kathleen Benoit as well as her Dea certification and agreements section. And then Jessica Ramos, we’re just pending her profile completion. She’s currently at 38 percent. We just need to get her to 85 percent. She’s just pending some basic info, confirmation of prescribing CDS, existing licenses at her board certification, a couple documents we need, and then completion of disclosure questions and agreements as well.

Haley Miller (03:55) Okay. And Deborah, england, she was one that a new hire for us, but we’re trying to confirm if she still wants to move forward with onboarding at this time.

Kyle Rice (04:03) Or not. Okay, perfect. Yeah, just let me know and we can get her moved forward or deactivated whatever we need to accommodate her in terms of onboarding. Yeah, for sure. Cool. Anything else for this afternoon? That was top of mind?

Mary Pedican (04:21) Nothing for me?

Haley Miller (04:22) No, I’m good.

Kyle Rice (04:23) Mary, I recognize your background, but I am just not putting it to the correct disney movie.

Mary Pedican (04:29) Oh, inside out.

Kyle Rice (04:30) Inside out that’s the one I just watched that last week that’s an awesome movie. I love that’s one of my favorites. I love, the back and forth with all the emotions and the feelings. It’s one of the better ones that came out recently. Have you seen the new one?

Mary Pedican (04:43) Yeah, I love inside out. My kids, I’m like a disney movie person though. So, my favorite thing we have is a disney subscription and I watch everything over and over again. So I love inside out.

Kyle Rice (04:57) We are the same. My kiddo, we just watched. I think it was the new one that came out zootopia ii.

Mary Pedican (05:02) Yeah, we went to the movies to see that. I love that. Yeah.

Kyle Rice (05:05) You can’t go wrong with that. I’m excited for the new toy story that’s coming out. I think this summer, I want to say, yeah.

Mary Pedican (05:10) Yeah, I’m excited for toy story and super Mario is coming out with another one that’s not disney. But I like all the kids’ movies you just can’t go wrong. When you watch a kid’s movie, it’s not going to be wrong. It’s going to be right? So.

Kyle Rice (05:23) You couldn’t put it any better. I know I was going to say I was looking forward to in toy story. I heard one of the new toys is actually going to be like an iPad that comes live or like, I think that’s kind of funny that’s going.

Mary Pedican (05:33) To be so creepy to my son, he is never going to let that one go because he believes everything he sees on TV. So maybe he’ll stop playing with his iPad and we’ll be in, we’ll win. So.

Kyle Rice (05:44) I think that’s so current for just today’s. Today’s, day and age. My daughter’s always asking me, dad, can I get some tablet time or all that stuff? So I just think that’s like so ironic and like up to date.

Mary Pedican (05:54) Yeah, definitely.

Kyle Rice (05:56) I love it. I love it. Well, awesome. Yeah, just let me know when Erica wants to get some time on the books. I’ll pull some iron for that as well. And then if you guys have anything else, just let me know and I will send a confirmation to you all as soon as I get any additional updates from the Michigan compact.

Mary Pedican (06:13) All right. Sounds good.

Kyle Rice (06:15) Perfect. Well, I hope you guys have a fabulous day and let me know if there’s anything else in the meantime.

Mary Pedican (06:19) Will do. Thank you.

Kyle Rice (06:21) Thanks, guys. Take care. Bye.
