Cheri (00:00) yeah.

Genevieve Seney (00:05) Yeah. So basically, what would happen is we essentially would need like a minimal amount of data from you then like it would just be like, you know, username password or it might just be birthday, I forget what minimal data we need to pull the caqh in. And then caqh profile typically satisfies, you know, I would say close to not if all the data needed for a cred profile to create. And then things like disclosure and attestations, they would just have to sign that in the medallion platform. So it’s basically just like inviting them to complete anything that we don’t get from caqh or you can also manually complete that if you have their data. So it’s kind of a it’s a mix depending on how much time you have, how much data you have. And then if we can get data from caqh to satisfy it, that obviously would reduces the amount of data we would manually need so to speak. But again, this is like a framework we can send you as Amy mentioned like a checklist of what that data would look like from those scenarios.

Cheri (01:08) Okay. This is helpful. Yeah.

Amy Walsh (01:10) Absolutely.

Amy Walsh (01:19) Okay, perfect. I think that was the main part of our presentation. I wanted to go through. I think just to, you know, talk through next steps here. Hold my screen share. Again. I think ideally to, you know, kick off the work. And again, since you’re in such a good spot right now with medallion fully being in implementation mode for surgery partners, sooner an addendum is signed, the sooner we can move forward with you all to get you on our credentialing software. I put a due date of having an addendum signed by end of this week, but would love to hear feedback if you feel that would be attainable if that’s you know, too soon would love to hear just feedback generally on your thoughts on that date put forth.

Carmen (02:10) We might need to push that back just a little bit.

Amy Walsh (02:15) Okay. Is it just due to like internal conversations or?

Carmen (02:21) Yeah, we, yeah, there’s just a lot of things going on right now. So yeah, if we could have just a little bit of time for us to kind of get our ducks in a row that would be great.

Amy Walsh (02:35) Yeah, no problem. I’m happy to resend you the addendum just so you have it. And then if we want to, you know, do a quick sync early next week, kind of see how you’re feeling that works for me. But Jen, I don’t know your thoughts on our next steps. Yeah.

Genevieve Seney (02:49) No, I think makes sense here. I mean, I think Amy kind of reiterated this. The only reason we’re sort of, you know, jumping at the bit to move quicker is because we have implementation live and a lot of the times, obviously, you can imagine our technical support resources as they’re doing a sort of one import. It’s nice to include everything we need in that import. And so like if we can optimize everyone’s time, that’s the only reason we’re sort of on that, you know, looking to see if we can move quicker than not. But obviously, everything is dependent on what’s going on internally and it sounds like there’s a lot of balls in the air, so we get that as well. But yeah, if anything changes, obviously, let us know and Amy will obviously be in contact.

Cheri (03:36) Carmen, I know we’ve got a lot going on next week. We’ve got some visitors from surgery partners coming that’s going to take. I think both Carmen and I’s time for most of next week. And then I think.

Carmen (03:50) We have Manisha the following week.

Cheri (03:52) Yeah. So I’m wondering if we like, can we push it back to maybe the second or third week of April? Do you think Carmen?

Carmen (04:02) I’m looking at the calendar now,

Amy Walsh (04:12) Yeah. And just to be sorry for that second week in April that you’re talking about, would that be because for the data import, if you need to take a few weeks to get your data together, that’s perfectly fine like that by no means is a rush. So I’m curious the second week of April, if that’s what you’re looking to discuss more or just like the addendum and the pricing in general? Yeah.

Carmen (04:39) I won’t have the addendum ready for this week. And again, next week, we’re… going to have people on site. And usually, that takes up all of my time. I will, I mean, I will try to… plus, we need to give notice to ncdo?

Carmen (05:13) Sorry, I’m just looking at the calendar here.

Amy Walsh (05:15) Yeah, take your time. Oh.

Carmen (05:20) And I’m out.

Genevieve Seney (05:20) I’m starting.

Carmen (05:22) The second. So let’s shoot for getting the addendum back the second week of April, somewhere, the sixth through the tenth, okay?

Amy Walsh (05:32) Yeah, that sounds perfectly fine. If you end up, you know, needing to hop on a quick call before then please let me know. Happy, to talk through anything. I’ll resend the pricing to the contract just so you have it all in front of you. But yeah, I’m excited to hear that you want to move forward. I think you’re gonna really be coming in at a great time and, you know, you’ll be able to come in as you’re giving notice to your other vendor. So, it’ll, be a good time to come in to make sure that you have a solution getting set up before you have to fully no longer be on your other solution. So, I think this will line up pretty well.

Carmen (06:08) Okay. Sounds good.

Cheri (06:09) Sounds good. Okay.

Amy Walsh (06:11) Well, it was so lovely to talk to you both.

Amy Walsh (06:14) And yeah, just feel free to shoot me an email if you need anything or if any other questions come up.

Carmen (06:19) Thank you so much.

Amy Walsh (06:20) Thank you. Okay, amazing. Thank you so much.

Genevieve Seney (06:23) Bye bye.
