Cole Proctor (00:00) hey, good afternoon, Jason.

Jason Zednick (00:04) Hey, Cole. How are you? Good. How are you? I’m doing alright, doing okay?

Jason Zednick (00:17) Okay. Yeah. Let’s jump into it. What do you, what’s top of mind for you?

Cole Proctor (00:23) I guess though I don’t really have too much to cover today, the one big thing would be, I saw that we finally had our doctor in Georgia. Dr del mazzo added to like credential or it said he was approved for medicaid Georgia. I was wondering if that meant like we’re good for the group or here. Let me see if I can pull that up.

Cole Proctor (01:07) Let’s see… can you see my screen?

Jason Zednick (01:13) Yes.

Cole Proctor (01:24) Yeah. Here we go. Since he was linked in part and linked to group, but I don’t know so, and I know this is the one doctor we were waiting on for the group enrollment. So now, I know we have multiple doctors enrolled with medicaid. So I don’t know if maybe they’re still working on like your team’s working on the group enrollment. But if I go to that group enrollment, it looks like this.

Cole Proctor (02:15) Yeah, it still says, I guess.

Jason Zednick (02:27) So, if we have delmezo, and we know that one’s good. Let me just check that real quick.

Cole Proctor (02:38) But I guess, yeah, just to give you a heads up that this was, I finally got the notification. This was completed. I think maybe Monday or Friday. So hopefully that means we’ll be good for the group.

Jason Zednick (02:51) So, just… one second.

Jason Zednick (03:39) Do you remember we needed two? Is that right?

Cole Proctor (03:43) Yeah, we need two, but another one who’s already on file. I believe it’s under Wilson, like, let me double check. I think it’s under Alvin Wilson.

Cole Proctor (04:01) Nope. Wrong one. It’s under Wayne Morris.

Cole Proctor (04:23) Oh, let me see. Let me add, like if I go to edit this?

Jason Zednick (04:28) I see a,

Cole Proctor (04:33) oh, I thought there was more information in here, but yeah, our provider, Wayne morris’ credential is inactive. I don’t know why it’s not, I thought it was showing and.

Jason Zednick (04:44) You know that?

Cole Proctor (04:45) Yeah.

Jason Zednick (04:47) Okay. So here, let me do this. Let me.

Jason Zednick (04:55) Flag it to my team lead and confirm with her that Morris and mazzo are not… on the group enrollment because I think you’re right? I think that should be it.

Cole Proctor (05:13) Okay. Yeah. And I’ll add the… I’ll add the other like the other information like the effective date and maybe like, I have a picture of the proof of enrollment for dr Morris, just in there in the system. Yes, that would be.

Jason Zednick (05:29) Super helpful. Yeah. Do you know what happened with naismith? Do you know? Because?

Cole Proctor (05:40) No, I believe it was like with her enrollment or what? Yeah.

Jason Zednick (05:44) With her enrollment? Because I remember we submitted it and I can see that, but for some reason, it was put on hold for the group, but that was, it wasn’t supposed to be on hold for the group and we did submit it like I have that.

Cole Proctor (06:00) Yeah, I don’t know. So I,

Jason Zednick (06:01) wonder if they ever confirmed it.

Cole Proctor (06:04) Oh, it starred. Yeah, I did that. Yeah, I don’t know. I don’t think it ever got approved the group line. So I don’t know.

Jason Zednick (06:14) Yeah, but we shouldn’t have needed to, but.

Cole Proctor (06:18) Yeah, between dalmazo, and then Morris, and then whatever is going on with naismith, I think that should be good for the actual group part.

Jason Zednick (06:33) Looks like we’ve got an email.

Jason Zednick (06:39) Okay. Yeah. So, okay. Hopefully, I agree. Hopefully having those should be enough and that should open up these other, we have all these on hold for the group, but we can’t get the group until two go through it’s. A weird, I don’t like this system. I don’t like that, but I’ll flag both of these to my lead and ask her to sounds.

Cole Proctor (07:09) Good. And then, I mean, outside of that, like we’re doing pretty good on the, like, we have a pretty short outstanding task list and our providers are working on that stuff. And I don’t know we’ve been in a bit of a old period of kind of, we haven’t had too much provider like providers coming on or providers leaving. Yeah. So we haven’t had too many like, I guess different pending things outside of the stuff. Like, yeah, the few enrollments we’ve had going for a little while with like medicare, Georgia or medicaid, Georgia and Texas and a few random payers.

Jason Zednick (07:48) Yeah. I mean, I know Texas right now is really slow.

Cole Proctor (07:52) Yeah, that’s everybody’s and then, I know I’ve been going back and forth with Stephanie about meeting in early April to discuss some of the contract stuff. So, but outside of that, I really don’t have, I really honestly don’t have too many other updates.

Jason Zednick (08:07) Yeah, that’s good. That’s good. Are you good with meeting… with… Stephanie? Is there anything that you need for that? I?

Cole Proctor (08:21) Think so. Yeah, probably in like mid April would be good. Okay.

Jason Zednick (08:28) All right. Okay, great. I just want to make sure you didn’t need anything.

Cole Proctor (08:32) Yeah, we have a few things to discuss internally, but yeah, should be fine for mid April. Okay. We’ve been trying to get a grasp of what like how many enrollments we would like will need and what our like kind of what our internal goals are for this upcoming year with adding offices and stuff like that. So we’re just trying to have a bit of an idea of how many units we would need.

Jason Zednick (08:54) That makes perfect sense. Yeah. All right. Well, cool. Well, I’m going to flag dalmazo… and Morris to my lead, see if that pushes us over the line on Georgia medicaid for the group, which should then open up the rest of the five or so providers and anything else. No that.

Cole Proctor (09:19) Sounds great. Yeah. And I’ll drop in that other information here right after this meeting.

Jason Zednick (09:25) Yeah, perfect. Please do.

Cole Proctor (09:27) For dr morris’, enrollment?

Jason Zednick (09:29) Yeah, to fill that out. Yeah, that’s great. Okay. Anything else? No?

Cole Proctor (09:37) That’s all I have. I guess we can just, yeah, maybe hope I have a little bit more for, yeah, next meeting in two weeks.

Jason Zednick (09:44) Yeah. No worries at all. Cool. All right. Well, I’ll follow up on that. If something comes up, you know, you can always shoot me an email that’s always good.

Cole Proctor (09:55) All right. Sounds good.

Jason Zednick (09:57) All right. Well, thank you Cole.

Cole Proctor (10:00) All right. Thanks, Jason. Have a good one. Yeah.

Jason Zednick (10:01) Yeah. Take care.
