Peter Bosworth (00:00) hi, Melissa.
Brandon Gross (00:00) Hi.
Melissa Holeczy (00:02) Good. How are you? How are you?
Tk Desai (00:05) I’m well, thanks. Good. Hi, guys.
Melissa Holeczy (00:10) How are.
Peter Bosworth (00:12) you?
Tk Desai (00:14) Good. Hopefully this is a short meeting, right? Yes, Peter.
Peter Bosworth (00:21) Yes. Yeah. I know today has been dense with meetings and hopefully I can make it a short one. And I think, yeah, Melissa, so just jumping off from where you provided, those volumes to me and I appreciate that.
Peter Bosworth (00:38) So 60 was the number. And so what I put together was that as a, you have in the platform right now? So it’s 60 providers and 60 credentialing files. So you have Justin cappos, 32 provider seats, left Justin cappos in your contract. And so I’ll pull up your, the proposed agreement.
Peter Bosworth (01:14) So, we’re talking here about just adding 28 additional to make a clean 60 to make room for a clean 60 additional providers.
Melissa Holeczy (01:24) Okay. And.
Peter Bosworth (01:25) Then the 60 credentialing files. So it’s pretty straightforward. These two are prorated. So because we’re only going from now until July twelfth. So it’s just the we’re prorating them for each day. So the total would be 8,733. And the idea here again is that this would bridge the gap between now and July twelfth. So, any questions on this?
Melissa Holeczy (02:01) I don’t think so. But I know Brandon, I messaged him to see if he was going to be able to join. I haven’t I think he was on the invite, right? Peter?
Peter Bosworth (02:10) Yes.
Melissa Holeczy (02:13) Yeah… so.
Tk Desai (02:15) Melissa, I was just talking with Brandon and I should be OK now, Peter, Brandon is the Guy who does our finance and stuff controller. So I need him in the mix.
Peter Bosworth (02:30) Yeah.
Tk Desai (02:35) Did you forward this calculation to Brandon and Melissa? Yeah.
Melissa Holeczy (02:39) Can you send that over? That would be great if you send it over to us, Peter, because if he can’t join, we need him to look at it.
Tk Desai (02:46) Yeah, and include me also. So we can just basically internally say, yeah, that’s good to go. I think he’s going to have to look at it without him. Both Melissa and I can say yes, but that doesn’t mean much because we need a controller in the mix.
Peter Bosworth (03:04) Yeah, absolutely. So the ask is just forward the agreement to you both. I mean, you three?
Tk Desai (03:10) Yes, please, yes, please. And,
Peter Bosworth (03:13) just really quick in order to do that, I would have to know who the signer is, just because that’s how the system. Oh, here’s, Brandon, would that be Brandon or dr Josiah?
Tk Desai (03:31) It could be Brandon, I think or, Jake can sign this, not Brandon. Hello. Okay. Hi, Brandon, I can sign it. It doesn’t matter but I think we’ll leave it up to Brandon to decide who’s going to sign it.
Brandon Gross (03:46) Jake will sign.
Tk Desai (03:49) Okay. Typically, we have either Jake or me. I signed something connected to health plans and stuff to the vendor relationship Jake signs them.
Peter Bosworth (04:02) Yeah, we have you listed here, dr, Josiah, but we can update it, but I’ll start from the top now that Brandon’s here. So really quick, Brandon, the number on our last call, we discussed basically adding credentialing… files that you would need between now and the end of the term in July.
Peter Bosworth (04:23) And so that number is going to include three SKUs, it’s going to be the provider seats necessary to host the incremental additional providers. And then just the ongoing monitoring, which always is tied to that number of provider seats, because that’s where we run the compliance checks, and then the credentialing file generation. So the number was 60.
Peter Bosworth (04:51) Providers. And so you have 32 seats available. So I reduced this to 28. So it’s 28 provider seats, and then ongoing monitoring for those providers, and then 60 additional credentialing files.
Brandon Gross (05:06) Is there any prorating since these are like when they were added or something like that? If they’re at the kind of the tail end of the year? Because we’re only got like three months left that’s.
Peter Bosworth (05:17) exactly correct. So you’ll notice this is prorated to the day. Yeah. And I’ll update this… to say March 20 fifth actually. So it’ll be actually an even smaller number once I do that.
Peter Bosworth (05:41) Yeah. So… fairly straightforward here. But happy to answer any questions you might have.
Brandon Gross (05:50) No, I don’t have any questions on that. The only thing I can’t recall what the, where the original, do I have a copy of the original contract? Let me check really quickly if I do.
Peter Bosworth (06:11) I can, send… it to you?
Tk Desai (06:15) Yeah.
Brandon Gross (06:17) Would you mind doing that? I don’t have a copy here in my, my book, yeah.
Brandon Gross (06:34) Sorry. Oh, you know what? I got it. Okay. I just, or I saw, the slide deck that you had shared. Okay. So we basically had… yeah, the 14. So we had 34. We needed 20. We need 26, right? On medallion core and compliant monitoring.
Peter Bosworth (07:03) 28. Because like… so the numbers in the platform are gonna, are like, they fluctuate just depending on who you’re keeping active and who you’re deactivating. But right? As of this writing, you have 32 seats available. And so that’s why I’m making this number 28 in the contract to get to 60.
Brandon Gross (07:27) Okay. Does that make sense? Okay. Gotcha. Yeah, it does. I just, I was going off of the, consumed column and what you had shared with us last week?
Peter Bosworth (07:36) Okay. Gotcha. Yeah, because you.
Brandon Gross (07:39) You had shared that we consumed 186 out of 220. So that would be 34 available. And then 26 additional, but maybe that’s changed since we spoke last.
Peter Bosworth (07:53) Yeah. And now it’s just 188. So two providers were added. Okay?
Brandon Gross (07:58) Okay. Well, I think we could just keep it then at the 24, or whatever, keep it at 186 because when we, we’re talking about our needs, of an additional 60, I think that contemplated any, you know, any new ads in between?
Peter Bosworth (08:19) Wait, sorry, say that again.
Brandon Gross (08:24) So at the time that we had discussed last week, there was 186 used, So our projections were based off of, from that 186, we’ll we need an additional 60, not from 188. We need an additional 60, not like, it’s a big difference, but just to keep it consistent, oh,
Peter Bosworth (08:42) I see what you’re saying. Okay, yeah, that makes sense. Yeah.
Brandon Gross (08:49) And you don’t have to make that. Now, you can just make that change when you send it to, for, for signature.
Peter Bosworth (08:55) Got it. Okay. That makes sense. Perfect. Well, then I’ll update that. And then I’ll update, the… service period to begin March 20 fifth. So the proration is… doing that, and then I’ll… send the order form, to all of you via a link in the email, but, I have dr Desai as the signer, I can change it if you prefer to, someone else. Yeah.
Brandon Gross (09:32) If you don’t mind? Yeah, sure. It’s it’ll just be Jake at easyhealth. Com, okay. Easy.
Peter Bosworth (09:39) And it asks me to put in a, title. What is Jake’s title?
Brandon Gross (09:44) Coo?
Peter Bosworth (09:46) Okay.
Peter Bosworth (09:50) Perfect.
Peter Bosworth (09:56) Well, I will do that. My system is loading on this end. I’m updating it to Jake at easy health. And then I’ll follow up to all three of you with, the agreement so you can see it as well.
Brandon Gross (10:13) Okay. Yeah, for sure. That, that sounds good to me. Okay? Pretty easy, pretty easy any.
Peter Bosworth (10:23) Final questions. None from me. Oh, sorry. Actually, what is Jake’s last name? I have to put that in there too. It’s.
Brandon Gross (10:32) ksenzov, which is KSENDZ o V… Jake K?
Peter Bosworth (10:44) SENDZ o V. Yep. See you all.
Peter Bosworth (10:55) Great. All right. I just need to push it through to get approved, and then you’ll see an email come through to me. I mean, come through for me.
Brandon Gross (11:04) Okay. All right, perfect. That sounds good all.
Tk Desai (11:07) Right. Thank you so much. Thank you guys.
Brandon Gross (11:09) Thanks, Peter.
Peter Bosworth (11:10) Thank you. Bye bye.
