Tammy Brewer (00:00) hello? Hello?

Delaney Crowe (00:05) Hi, hi, this is Tammy. Can you hear me okay?

Tammy Brewer (00:08) This is Tammy.

Delaney Crowe (00:09) Hi, Tammy. This is Dylan youth medallion. How are you doing?

Tammy Brewer (00:13) I’m sorry, who?

Delaney Crowe (00:14) Yeah, my name is Delaney. I’m calling with medallion. I sent over an email, but honestly, I know those often just go to spam, so I figured I’d give you a ring. Does that kind of ring a bell?

Tammy Brewer (00:27) No.

Delaney Crowe (00:28) No, totally. No, don’t be sorry. That is why I always ask.

Tammy Brewer (00:29) Sorry?

Delaney Crowe (00:34) I was reaching out because I’ve just been chatting with a lot of behavioral health organizations. I chat with health care organizations around credentialing and provider enrollment and really getting.

Tammy Brewer (00:45) Oh,

Delaney Crowe (00:46) yeah, really? Getting those providers in network and billable faster is what we do. We’re medallion’s like a modern scalable credentialing and provider enrollment platform. So, I was just kind of curious. I know, you know, being in finance, a lot of these things can bubble up to you. So, I was just wondering if that was, you know, kind of on your radar for this year?

Tammy Brewer (01:10) I know that we were looking at outsourcing our credentialing and the I’ve made a change in my role recently and I have to apologize. I, this is my cell phone and I do put it out there for people to.

Tammy Brewer (01:31) reach me on. So I shouldn’t answer it quite so casually, but I’m also on vacation, so I was not expecting it to be a work call, I apologize.

Delaney Crowe (01:38) Oh, my goodness. I am so sorry.

Tammy Brewer (01:44) No, no, don’t. You don’t have to be sorry. It’s that’s my doing… anyway. So that got passed off to Sarah mcdonald. And I know that they did talk to a company and get a quote, I believe. And I don’t remember exactly why that kind of fell through and they decided not to go that route. I don’t know who they were talking with, but it seems like I don’t remember if the biggest issue was around the rate or around something in the contract, but it did fall through but you might want to contact Sarah.

Delaney Crowe (02:30) Got it. Okay, Sarah mcdonald?

Tammy Brewer (02:35) Yeah, and it’s M a C.

Delaney Crowe (02:39) Okay.

Tammy Brewer (02:39) Donald.

Delaney Crowe (02:40) okay.

Tammy Brewer (02:41) Her email address if you want to email her is smcdonald at child focus org.

Delaney Crowe (02:42) Okay. Yeah.

Delaney Crowe (02:49) Okay. Perfect. Yeah, it sounds like it maybe will be the right time or kind of relevant at the right place.

Tammy Brewer (02:56) Do you guys deal… a lot with Ohio and are familiar with the PNM system?

Delaney Crowe (03:06) Yeah, definitely. I mean, we’re all over all states and, you know, we chat with people who are, you know, working with multi states or, you know, when it gets complicated like that’s, kind of like our bread and butter, we have a team who like we do that. So, yeah.

Tammy Brewer (03:25) The PNM is.

Delaney Crowe (03:25) I’ll definitely pmn. Is that what you said?

Tammy Brewer (03:28) PN and provider network management system that Ohio uses is a total pain in the ass. Pardon my language.

Delaney Crowe (03:35) Have a great day. Okay?

Tammy Brewer (03:44) So, you know, I mean, if we were going to work with somebody, it would definitely need to be somebody who has experience with that system.

Delaney Crowe (03:51) Got it. Okay.

Tammy Brewer (03:52) But you… might want to reach out to her and you could approach it, you know, from the… I don’t know, just reach out to her.

Delaney Crowe (04:05) Yeah, no, absolutely.

Tammy Brewer (04:05) She’ll, I don’t know if she will respond or, you know, do the typical sales? I don’t want to talk to anybody in sales, but.

Delaney Crowe (04:17) Yeah.

Tammy Brewer (04:19) But, so that’s why I started to say you might want to approach it from the fact that we spoke, I don’t care, and just, you, know that you were talking with somebody and it fell through and you’d be interested in maybe learning why or whatever. I don’t know.

Delaney Crowe (04:27) Okay. No, that’s.

Delaney Crowe (04:37) okay. No, no, I appreciate that. Thank you so much. And I appreciate you chatting while you’re on vacation. I hope you enjoy and hopefully we’ll be in touch.

Tammy Brewer (04:49) All right. Have a good day.

Delaney Crowe (04:51) Thanks, Tammy you as well. Bye bye.

Tammy Brewer (04:53) Bye.
