Kandice’s IPhone (00:00) hello? Hey.
Kyle Rice (00:01) Candace. Happy Wednesday. How are you today?
Kandice’s IPhone (00:03) I’m good. How are you? We’re.
Kyle Rice (00:05) doing okay, week’s going by pretty fast. So no complaints there?
Kandice’s IPhone (00:09) Yes, can’t wait for it to be over? So, just wanted to address the Jana rogers thing. Yeah, absolutely. So after I emailed you, I found out later on, there was a bunch of states that she actually asked to remove the auto renew one because she doesn’t want them but we still had a problem because the renewal dates and they were wrong.
Kandice’s IPhone (00:36) So just to address those and just to kind of check through and make sure all of our states expiration dates are correct, because that’s scary.
Kyle Rice (00:46) Yeah. I did go through this morning and pulled a nurse’s report for her. I was showing that the impacted licensure from her board certification last were for Arkansas, West Virginia and Kentucky, but it did look like we were requiring. It looks like she can still send verification of her board certification. If she had renewed it. I’ll turn my screen over as well.
Kandice’s IPhone (01:06) Can you just send that like reply to that email and just send that in there? Sure. And then I’ll let her know if those states she chooses to renew that we can, that’s what we need to do that.
Kyle Rice (01:19) Yeah, absolutely. I can send that via email after we get off the call here.
Kandice’s IPhone (01:24) Yeah. And then for Margo, I know Lee just sent you an email that responded to your email to ask when were their credentials requested?
Kyle Rice (01:35) Let me take a look and, I can reply as well. I did not see that it must. Yeah, it looks like it just came.
Kandice’s IPhone (01:40) Through just came through right now. Yeah, let.
Kyle Rice (01:42) me take a look here and I’ll reply to him as well, but I can pull that date for us right now as we’re live here, if that’s okay?
Kandice’s IPhone (01:49) Yeah. That’s fine.
Kandice’s IPhone (02:01) Angela’s off on pto. So that’s why she’s not on.
Kyle Rice (02:04) Oh, is she, yeah, it looks like they were sent. It looks like the task was created on 313. Yeah. And then she got the automatic email afterwards, and then she completed this on 317.
Kandice’s IPhone (02:17) Yeah. So that’s the problem. It’s just way too little notice for them to get that done.
Kyle Rice (02:25) Yeah. Let me take a look here to see if there was, if I can investigate what the delay was, and I can provide some additional information here. Yeah… it’s a really good feature.
Kyle Rice (02:40) Sorry… it looks like request from Angela to renew that on 311… and that auto renewal was not enabled for that. Otherwise, we would have been able to pick that up with the renewal window. Okay?
Kyle Rice (03:07) And I’ll respond to Lee with, that information as.
Kandice’s IPhone (03:09) Well, yeah. Yeah. I didn’t do that. And then you took care of the reference thing for Rebecca. So we’re good. Yes. All right. Those are my complaints.
Kyle Rice (03:17) Yeah, nor is it Rebecca or is it Bethany?
Kandice’s IPhone (03:21) Bethany? Yeah.
Kyle Rice (03:22) Yeah. If she happens, I think two additional references will be needed if you guys just happen to have or she has any updates.
Kandice’s IPhone (03:28) Yeah. She said that she’s going to find out somebody else because I guess those two providers like called me all better and said, stop calling me. I got.
Kyle Rice (03:37) You, yeah, some of the, sometimes the references get the reference fatigue and burnout from us reaching out. So I apologize there.
Kandice’s IPhone (03:44) Yeah, he’s like I’m getting a call three times a day from these people.
Kyle Rice (03:50) Yes, I apologize there. Just let me know if there’s any updates needed and we can kind of run through that.
Kandice’s IPhone (03:55) Yeah, I just really needed for, so Massachusetts for all the providers, you know, what is needed for them. I know dr chavita, I think he needs like, you know, the 10 year malpractice. I want to say that’s what it is.
Kyle Rice (04:11) Dr chavita does need the malpractice for all providers. Let me pull the status of the current Massachusetts. We have a process. We can kind of run through this real quick if that’s okay. Yeah.
Kandice’s IPhone (04:19) I know Massachusetts and Michigan are now big thing for Michigan for still for Peterson, but Massachusetts they’re asking about for all providers.
Kyle Rice (04:29) Okay, perfect. And I did get a, we did get an update from the Michigan imlc, they’re going to be remaining in the compact. They actually just signed that as of yesterday.
Kandice’s IPhone (04:38) Yay. And.
Kyle Rice (04:39) Then dr Peterson’s Michigan license. I think the Michigan board was holding that in limbo. They’re showing it as active, but they have not yet supplied the issuance and expiration date. Okay. So, having the team apply follow up there is the Massachusetts priority kind of for all providers we currently have.
Kandice’s IPhone (05:00) Yes, yes, we need to get all of them because it’s holding up us opening up a state that state for business.
Kyle Rice (05:06) Okay. So it looks like carry on. Do you want to start with Carolyn? Oh, no.
Kandice’s IPhone (05:12) We just need like the supervising. So, chadva Peterson Saxena because we have mid levels, we just need the supervising positions.
Kyle Rice (05:22) Gotcha. That makes sense. All right. So, perfect. Let me just put a filter on here. So, dr chavda looks like she is pending a provider task for her malpractice documents. It looks like the team is just needing the.
Kyle Rice (05:46) I’m just reading through here the certified copies from her liability character liability carrier. Excuse me, it looks like she?
Kandice’s IPhone (05:54) Just replied.
Kyle Rice (05:57) As of the seventeenth, it looks like that’s the process.
Kandice’s IPhone (06:00) You said I’m going to do it, right? Yeah.
Kyle Rice (06:01) Yeah. Oh, no. She just asked for the address to mail it in. So it looks like those are in process with her?
Kandice’s IPhone (06:07) Okay. Those are in process. Okay?
Kyle Rice (06:10) For dr saxana, it looks like we are just pending her completion of the supervisory that.
Kandice’s IPhone (06:18) Was for chadva.
Kyle Rice (06:19) That was for chadva. Yes. Okay. This is for saxana. We’re just pending her completion of the supervisory evaluation form and certificate of moral character form. It looks like the board who?
Kandice’s IPhone (06:33) Needs to complete that. Can I do it or does HR need to do that?
Kyle Rice (06:37) Take a look at the form here.
Kandice’s IPhone (06:39) She’s the actual MD.
Kyle Rice (06:42) It looks like she just needs a supervisory physician to complete that.
Kandice’s IPhone (06:47) I don’t think anybody supervises her.
Kyle Rice (06:50) Maybe. And then it looks like we could have the supervising physician or a colleague to evaluate her clinical performance.
Kyle Rice (06:58) So one of her colleagues may be able to complete that. Okay. And then the moral and certificate of moral and professional character form. Okay? We just need a physician other than a relative who is familiar with her for at least one year just to complete that as well.
Kandice’s IPhone (07:15) Okay.
Kyle Rice (07:17) And then for dr Peterson, it looks like we have him currently on hold right now because Massachusetts is requiring the fcvs release prior to getting the application out. We requested that as of the seventeenth, as soon as that goes through, we should be able to begin population with the application. And then Candace, what I’ll do is I’ll mark all these a priority as well. So, the team is following up on a priority cadence for the, yes.
Kandice’s IPhone (07:46) Please? Yeah, thank you. No problem. I’m going to put a note in here for them that we’re making a priority.
Kandice’s IPhone (08:02) I wish that medallion had like a space where you could put like notes of like our discussions.
Kyle Rice (08:09) Of our discussions.
Kandice’s IPhone (08:11) Yeah, you know, like on the license like a drop down of a note like this is pending this or that or, you know, this is priority. Does it show in there? Which ones are priority it?
Kyle Rice (08:22) Should show which ones are priority in there. I believe, okay on your side of the house. And then there’s a notes section, but I don’t believe it would relate anything that we talked about. So that should just give you like the latest update pertaining to like what has been submitted, what is outstanding, also indicate like any application timeframe?
Kandice’s IPhone (08:39) Okay. And then, actions.
Kyle Rice (08:40) That they’ve taken on the license as well. Yeah.
Kandice’s IPhone (08:44) Yeah. So the only thing I think maybe Lee is going to ask if we can have a little bit more notification for when things are needed because it’s, a lot of them are like within two weeks.
Kyle Rice (08:56) In terms of like renewal?
Kandice’s IPhone (08:59) Renewals, yeah, because like if there’s new things that are needed like cmes and stuff… it looks a lot of them are like this is due on the 30 first, but we just initiated on the thirteenth. So it’s like a two week period. You’re giving them, they also see patients so they can’t sometimes get to those right away. I.
Kyle Rice (09:20) know typically, we can pick up the CE attestations a little bit earlier if we enable auto renewal. I think in this instance, for Margo, since we got, it looks like Angela had manually requested it, the team was able to pick it up since she requested on the eleventh. They’re picking it up on the thirteenth typically with auto renewal. If you want to enable, that will pick up the renewal request and get it into process right? When the renewal window opens with the board. So I think Tennessee is about 60 days in advance as an example. Okay? So we would have been able to get that in process early February. And then I’m just taking a look here to see who has auto renewal currently enabled. And then we can, we,
Kandice’s IPhone (10:00) can, yeah. I think all the hhl ones should have the healthy, happy, healthy lean people should all have auto renewal. I think I should, we should go through and if there’s a way to both do that… yeah.
Kyle Rice (10:18) There is. Yeah, it looks, I’m seeing the happy healthy lean providers, looks like they do have auto renewal on there’s. A couple with forum health, clarkston, Candice. I can send you a report with everyone that has it enabled. If that’s helpful. Yeah.
Kandice’s IPhone (10:33) Yeah, that’ll be helpful. And then I can go through and see who we’re missing. Perfect.
Kandice’s IPhone (10:45) And even if it’s auto renewed, if once we get the alert and we don’t want to move forward, we can always just say, hey, we’re not moving forward in this license. I’d rather have it renewed than it lapse. And then they freak out on me at like three 30 in the afternoon right before I’m getting ready to leave.
Kyle Rice (11:04) Absolutely, absolutely. Awesome. Candice. Did you want to touch on any, anything additional for this afternoon or run through the priority providers at all? Or how can we, I just want to make best use of.
Kandice’s IPhone (11:18) Our time you can, if you want, you can just send me that, you know, the updates that you have. Okay, I mean, these are the things that this Massachusetts is. I’m being asked about it every day. So I’m going to go in and look at Saxena’s… those forms for her and then just keep me posted on dr Peterson and then chadva sending his mailing his in and then just give me that report. Yeah. And then as soon as we get update on Michigan for Peterson, like he’s active, let me know. So that way I can let them know because I know they’re patiently waiting. I get asked every day.
Kyle Rice (12:00) Absolutely. All right. Well, I will summarize everything in our agenda for today. I’m going to run through and just mark anything in Michigan and Massachusetts as a priority just outside of those providers we talked about. I’ll send you that authorial report and I’ll pass you any updates pertaining to dr Peterson. And then I’ll close the loop with Lee on Margo’s, Tennessee login as well.
Kandice’s IPhone (12:21) Yeah. And then I think maybe we should just turn all Margo’s on as auto renewal. Let me.
Kyle Rice (12:28) flip her on now so we can, yeah.
Kandice’s IPhone (12:31) Her and Alicia, those, Alicia, what was her name? I’d rather have it auto renewal and we get the alert, then it doesn’t get renewed because it’s the only two providers that are in that little group.
Kyle Rice (12:47) All right. She turned on and who’s the other provider that you want to?
Kandice’s IPhone (12:52) Alicia, I’m going to give you her last name. Hold on, Alicia… barkholtz… it’s for FH, virtual care.
Kyle Rice (13:06) All right. Perfect. Looks like she’s already auto?
Kandice’s IPhone (13:09) Renewed. Yeah. And then maybe just send the email to him, just state that we spoke and we, that I requested the auto renewal be put for Margo, so that going forward, all her licenses are renewed.
Kyle Rice (13:25) Perfect. I’m just making a quick note in our agenda. Yeah, awesome. Cool. I will send you a follow up after the call with all the information here. And then just let me know if there’s anything else in process. And then for Jaina rogers, I just wanted to double tap on her really quick. She should be able to send a free verification to any of these state boards that require it. And I will include that in the email as well for.
Kandice’s IPhone (13:51) You? Yeah, perfect. Yeah, because I know she did respond back after I was like after doing some digging, I found out that she didn’t want to renew some license. So why she sent the email and saying, why am I, why did I get expired the way she did? She kind of, you know, set that ball in motion. And then they kind of came at me like Cass, why did this happen? Explain it? So, I found out later on after I emailed you that she actually asked for some of those that are not full authority not to be renewed.
Kyle Rice (14:23) Gotcha. That makes sense that.
Kandice’s IPhone (14:24) Makes sense. So, she said that it’s just way too much time for her to get cmes and stuff like that because they’re not full authority. Perfect. So well.
Kyle Rice (14:34) I will contact you in the email along with all the priority providers updates. And then if there’s anything else in the meantime, just let me know and I will get you guys supported.
Kandice’s IPhone (14:42) No problem. Thank you very much. Thanks.
Kyle Rice (14:45) Kata, have a happy Wednesday you.
Kandice’s IPhone (14:46) Too. Thanks. Bye bye.
