Teresa Saulnier (00:12) I was wondering where those came from because I didn’t recognize your name.
Ellington Loy (00:15) Yeah, yes. Yeah. I sent over an email to you. I’m not sure if you got a chance to see it. I know sometimes it goes to spam.
Teresa Saulnier (00:25) It probably did. Yeah.
Ellington Loy (00:27) Yeah. Well, reason I was reaching out is I’ve noticed how much children’s hospital is growing and you guys are adding on a bunch of new providers. And so I work for medallion. We streamline credentialing and payer enrollment and privileging kind of everything really. And so I was wondering if you guys have looked into any potential efficiencies in this area or any initiatives to streamline the process?
Teresa Saulnier (00:59) We actually have, we were users of MD-Staff and we are in the process of rolling our practice.
Ellington Loy (01:04) Okay.
Teresa Saulnier (01:08) Groups onto MD-Staff as well. And we’ve been working with it and stuff. And so we have, we actually have lots of stuff going on with that right now. Yeah.
Ellington Loy (01:11) Okay.
Ellington Loy (01:18) Okay. Gotcha. So that’s like new? Okay?
Teresa Saulnier (01:22) Well, MD-Staff isn’t new, but the groups being part of that and enrolling payr enrollment onto it is new.
Ellington Loy (01:30) Okay. Are y’all, happy with MD-Staff? Like what are your turnaround times?
Teresa Saulnier (01:36) Yeah. So, we are very happy with what we have. Yeah.
Ellington Loy (01:40) Okay. Gotcha. Well, if it ever makes sense to, you know, see our platform and see what we have to offer. Just don’t hesitate to reach out and would love to set something up if it ever made sense.
Teresa Saulnier (01:49) Huh.
Teresa Saulnier (01:55) Okay. I’ll remember that. And I’m sure. Do you, do you all go to nams? Do you as a vendor? Okay?
Ellington Loy (02:00) Yes, we do. We actually, just, actually… I think it was himss that we just got back from, but yes, we do go to that one too. Yeah.
Teresa Saulnier (02:10) Okay. Well, I’m usually there, so I’m sure I will see you or one of your partners there. I know we’re in New Orleans in October. Well, thank you for the bundt cakes. I was like, where are they? And it said Teresa S, and I was like, I wonder if it’s for another Teresa S, and they just didn’t know who to call?
Ellington Loy (02:14) Okay. Yeah, awesome. Yeah, that’d be great. Yep. I know sometimes they, these emails just get put in spam, and then, yeah, no, no worries. But glad you got them and hope you enjoyed.
