Naomi Denson (00:00) hey girl.

Lia Hood (00:01) Hey, I’m just.

Niccole Russell (00:03) Trying to wait for you to join. It looks like Leah’s waiting on us.

Naomi Denson (00:07) Okay. Is this about the evolent?

Niccole Russell (00:09) This is about the evolent and it’s in regard to Brenda’s email that was sent on the sixteenth. And so I looked yesterday before I had responded, and on the sixteenth, Brenda said, can someone please respond? Thank you to… the paper?

Naomi Denson (00:27) Oh, okay. So.

Niccole Russell (00:29) I’m just going to let her know, you know, I do apologize, I will address and make sure that it’s business like in the future?

Naomi Denson (00:37) Is that what her concern is?

Niccole Russell (00:39) I think so that’s the only thing I see on the sixteenth. So, if that’s what it is, I’ll you know, I will apologize and ask that, you know, Brenda be very respectful to payers in the future. That sometimes it’s very hard to get in touch and we’re sending multiple emails and I’m sure that’s where the frustration come from, but I again apologize on her behalf.

Naomi Denson (01:01) Okay. Yeah.

Niccole Russell (01:02) All right. I’m going to go ahead and let her in.

Naomi Denson (01:04) All right.

Niccole Russell (01:13) Hey, Leah.

Naomi Denson (01:17) Good morning.

Lia Hood (01:19) Sorry, I was taking my second ticket off mute.

Naomi Denson (01:22) Flipping.

Lia Hood (01:23) Between teams and zoom now is things are in different places. And so it takes me a minute again.

Niccole Russell (01:30) I.

Lia Hood (01:30) miss zoom so much. You have no idea.

Naomi Denson (01:35) Oh, yeah. I hate when people when some people just like want to set up teams meetings. And I’m like, I don’t want to.

Lia Hood (01:41) We, we permanently switched out of zoom into teams. So we are out of as of the end of January, we are out of slack and into teams and we are out of zoom and into teams.

Naomi Denson (01:55) See, my last company that I worked for was all Microsoft all teams, everything. And then I came here and it was all slack, and zoom and I was like, I, what is all of this? I was like trying to message people through Gmail on the first day and I was like, okay, this isn’t how we communicate. No one’s answering me. Yeah, yeah.

Niccole Russell (02:15) Yeah, I’m used to both. But when I came here and it was slack and Google, I was like, okay, I like this better. I like this, yeah.

Naomi Denson (02:23) I like it a lot.

Lia Hood (02:23) Better. I miss slack. I, they’re like teams is the same. I’m like no teams is not the same, no, it is not the same. Well, thanks for meeting with me. I just, I’m trying to find something else because Shirley sent me something this morning just a little bit ago while I was in the middle of another meeting. So I’m trying to go find it real quick.

Naomi Denson (02:44) Okay.

Lia Hood (02:45) But I really what’s driving this call is I am just… a little bit concerned about, how about one of the follow up emails that I saw yesterday that I was included on in that thread? It’s and I’ll share my screen real quick just so that where you guys can see what I’m looking at too. So, I got looked into this thread because I got pulled in from Lauren, our contract manager.

Lia Hood (03:18) This is the one regarding evolent… and my concern. I have no problem. I, this first initial email here. But this email here that Brenda sent on March sixteenth on a follow up where she’s just flat out just says, can someone please respond? Thank you. There is no, I would if it were my team that is not appropriate correspondence with a payer.

Niccole Russell (03:45) Right, right.

Lia Hood (03:46) There’s no signature. There’s. No nicety to it. And my concern is that this is what’s going out and it’s representing… oneoncology and all of our partner practices. That’s my concern. Yeah, no.

Niccole Russell (04:00) I totally understand that I actually looked through the email and I thought that’s what you were talking about. I was waiting for you to confirm. I do apologize for that on her behalf. I will address it and make sure that it’s very professional going out. I would say she’s dealing with payers all day. And so she’s not getting a lot of responses not to excuse her behavior. But I’m sure that’s where that came from but I will let her know in the future. Hey you are representing our clients. So please respond or follow up in a professional manner. So I will take care of that Lia. Thank you. Yeah.

Lia Hood (04:35) And I appreciate that. I just, I mean that’s what we deal with all day every day too. And I still, you know, I, to me, that is, I will tell you. I have recently coached someone on a very similar situation on my team.

Niccole Russell (04:50) Right. Yeah. So.

Lia Hood (04:52) I just, I wanted to make sure that you guys saw this and were aware and that it’s addressed because, you know, I mean, you can see in that thread what that led to. Yeah. Well.

Niccole Russell (05:04) And I, thank you for pointing that out because when I had originally looked at the thread, I skimmed right over that and I went to the evolent request. And so then that was on my brain. I just did not, you know, so, I’m glad you pointed that out.

Lia Hood (05:19) Yeah, yeah. Yeah. I, and I, again, it’s, just, I wanted to make sure you guys were aware of it. Yeah, I am trying to find where she sent me this other message. So.

Niccole Russell (05:34) There.

Lia Hood (05:35) Was, and again, this is, I’m looking in teams and teams does is not nice. She sent me some because I saw the popups where there… was an incorrect. She said there was an incorrect npi loaded in mdstaff or not mdstaff in medallion. I’m bouncing between the two. I will call each other the other. I apologize for that. Where did it?

Niccole Russell (06:15) I think in team, you can do a control F, function and maybe type in incorrect npi, see if that populates for you.

Lia Hood (06:24) I’ve been well, but I’ve been having problems where it’s been getting, giving me notifications of chats and then I can never find the chat.

Niccole Russell (06:31) Oh, okay.

Lia Hood (06:32) Like, it’s not like it’s not gotcha. Like it’s not loading in my teams because I get the popups of the, and this is not the first time it’s happened. Let me, I can’t find it. So, let me go back to her and ask and I’ll just, I’ll let you guys know.

Niccole Russell (06:51) Okay.

Lia Hood (06:52) I apologize. I was going to have it for this call but now, it is literally nowhere in any of my… team’s chats. That is so bizarre.

Lia Hood (07:07) Okay. I apologize. I will get that back and, I will talk to her and find out where that is. Okay, because I can’t see it. Yeah.

Niccole Russell (07:17) No worries. You can just email us on that and we can.

Lia Hood (07:20) Okay, perfect. Yeah. All right. Well, that’s all I have. I just, I really appreciate the few minutes, to, just to address and to talk about that.

Niccole Russell (07:28) Yes, ma’am, absolutely. And I will address it on my side. So, thank you.

Lia Hood (07:32) Yeah, I appreciate it. Y’all, have a wonderful day.

Niccole Russell (07:35) Thank you as well. Thank you. Bye bye.
