Nic Schisler (00:00) hey, Melissa. How are you?
Melissa Turransky (00:01) Hey, Nick doing good.
Nic Schisler (00:04) Good, good. Do you know if Bob will join us this afternoon? Let me ping him and see. I didn’t see that he accepted. I think we can keep this a bit brief… anyhow but thanks so much for helping push… on the sso testing piece for us.
Melissa Turransky (00:27) I saw that you were trying to schedule that, so I was hoping that was still moving forward.
Nic Schisler (00:30) Yeah, we appreciate that. I think it’s I’m actually not on the call. So I need to reach out to Jim to see if Jim can invite me to it and I can just dial into it, but I believe it’s scheduled for tomorrow at 11 30 PST, which is like what two 30 our time or something like that? Two 30? Yeah. So we’re close. I think if that’s successful, I think it’s probably going to be really just a matter of us coming back to you and saying, when can we enable in shift essentially? Yeah, cool. Can.
Melissa Turransky (01:10) we find out information about like, is it called an API feed or am I mixing that up with our reporting tool, but like to get a feed from medallion into facets with like some key, you know, like dates, license information, that kind of thing license education?
Nic Schisler (01:30) Are you asking if that stuff will come over in the migration or are you asking if we have an API that can? Yeah.
Melissa Turransky (01:37) Like we want to discuss setting up an API?
Nic Schisler (01:39) If you can send that to me and Ray, I will loop in Sammy, who I think we’ve previously had some correspondence with. Yeah, he heads up our technical solutions team. We have lots of API capabilities, but I think we would need, excuse me, his expertise to kind of lean on there. So if you want to send me kind of what you’re looking for to Ray and I, I’ll circle up with Ray and Sammy in house and then see what he says. And then I’ll just likely loop him back into the thread. And then if we need to set up a call, Ray or excuse me, Sammy is generally more than welcome to get on the call essentially. Okay. So, okay. All right. The only big thing I had for?
Melissa Turransky (02:33) Yeah, he didn’t have the invite he said, and he’s on another meeting.
Nic Schisler (02:36) Oh, that’s okay. The only big thing I had for Bob was to see if he ever heard back from Sharon about the provider trust thing. I want to make sure that we continue to keep those conversations going or we can help there if it’s something more. So we can offer employee monitoring. So, you know, I believe that’s what provider trust is doing today. I think they’re offering monitoring for everybody that’s not a, that… is a non provider is my understanding.
Melissa Turransky (03:09) We can.
Nic Schisler (03:11) only offer oig and Sam from an employee monitoring standpoint. I don’t know what provider trust is doing specifically. So I think that’s just where I’m hoping that Bob can uncover some more of that for me with Sharon and seeing if it’s worth us having a large conversation. Obviously as I know we work towards the end of April. We kind of still want to do the QBR with Caleb, but, you know, for a little bit of time there, I think there was some talks about… PE privileging and I don’t know how much of that is like we need to continue going down that path and having that conversation and how serious it is or if it’s something that’s like a mute point at this point. And so, I think those are some of the things I just want to kind of clarify with Bob a little bit.
Melissa Turransky (04:00) But Bob can like confirm, I think that’s like backrunner at the moment.
Nic Schisler (04:04) Okay. Do you think you could maybe try and connect with Bob for me and just see if he might have some time to connect next week? Like maybe towards the later half of next week if we can, yes and just put a little 15 minute sync on the calendar and talk through some of this as we get into like early Q2. Essentially, I have some good flexibility on Wednesday just so, you know, so I can move some things around, but let me know maybe what availability looks like for the both of you. And then we can schedule around that essentially. Okay. Yep. Okay. Thank you. And any new news from your end?
Nic Schisler (04:47) Sorry about audit when you might want to do that. So we loop in merit at the right time or no news there?
Melissa Turransky (04:53) Okay. Let me follow up with her again. Okay. Yeah, it was shifting from me over to, I can’t even remember her name. I don’t know where she was in the process. So I’ll follow up with Nancy. Okay?
Nic Schisler (05:09) Sounds good. Just keep us posted. You know, if we… you just had a call this past week with Ray on Monday, right? So then your next one probably isn’t until the thirteenth, I imagine or. Sorry, maybe I misspoke maybe it’s the sixth? Yeah, that.
Melissa Turransky (05:25) Would be next week, right? No, no, no, that isn’t next week. Yeah, you’re right?
Nic Schisler (05:29) It’s not next week. I’m ahead. I’m actually out the week of the sixth. It’s finally our girls’ spring break that week. So I took the week off. I’m not going anywhere. I’ll be around, so I might check in here and there. But what I’m thinking, is if we’re going to, if… and when you want to do this, if you want to use the already scheduled call to talk about some of that, we can pull merit into that call or otherwise, we can just find an async time to catch up if it’s easier and just talk audit.
Nic Schisler (05:59) So it’s separate stuff that’s all. Yeah. Okay. Yeah.
Melissa Turransky (06:03) Because we’ll have to have it. I mean, we’re through most of our audits now that we’re asking for that pre dell we should have done. So now it’s just a matter of most… of them are going to get combined for us through the heist audit. So it would be like we could even like delay it into like the second quarter, you know?
Nic Schisler (06:24) Okay.
Melissa Turransky (06:24) We’re kind of thinking like we needed to rush it. And then it was kind of like, okay, they’re not going to really ding us for it. They’re kind of they’ve all they all were like you should have done it and that was it.
Nic Schisler (06:34) Okay. That sounds good. All right. Keep us posted there. And then we’ll just loop in merit where appropriate. Are you going to join the sso test call this week? Or are you not planning to be there? I?
Melissa Turransky (06:47) Can, if they want me to be, I will make myself available. Okay?
Nic Schisler (06:51) Let me ask. Let me ask Jim. The only reason why I would see if you could join is I just think you’re kind of our, you do a great job of helping us on your end of keeping track, moving things forward. And we’re really close to having Tony and his team sign their separate agreement that we’ve been trying to get into place.
Nic Schisler (07:14) So, I think we’re just trying to work diligently now just to get everyone out essentially. So I just want to try and keep it moving and not lose much headway. So if you’re able to join, I would greatly appreciate it. If you don’t have the invite, let me know. I will have it forwarded to you. Okay? I’ll call, I’ll send Jim a note and have him add both you and I and Ray. Okay?
Melissa Turransky (07:34) Sounds good.
Nic Schisler (07:35) Thanks, Melissa. Let me know what Bob says and we’ll try and catch up with more of him next week. Okay? Thanks. Let me know if anything else this week. Okay, talk to you soon. Bye.
