Jacqueline Jones (00:00) hello there, hey.
Sandhya Kapila (00:01) How are you?
Jacqueline Jones (00:02) I’m doing well. How are you? I’m.
Sandhya Kapila (00:04) good. Thank you there… go… jethlyn. Where are you based? I’m.
Jacqueline Jones (00:15) in Atlanta, how long have you been with the company?
Sandhya Kapila (00:18) January?
Jacqueline Jones (00:19) Oh, since January. Okay. You’re okay, kind of sort of you just got here. You’re new like me, you?
Sandhya Kapila (00:26) As well, right? What do you call it? Tko?
Jacqueline Jones (00:30) When I was at tko, that was like my second day with the company, I started Monday in California the next day.
Sandhya Kapila (00:38) That’s it. There you go. Time to roll. Yeah.
Jacqueline Jones (00:41) Yeah.
Sandhya Kapila (00:47) Hey, Naomi.
Jacqueline Jones (00:48) Hi, Naomi.
Naomi Denson (00:50) Hi.
Sandhya Kapila (01:10) Naomi. I’m going to hand it over to you at that point when we talk through hospital application stuff. Is that okay? Because I need clarity?
Naomi Denson (01:19) Me too. Okay, great. We’ll take it as it comes because after the conversation I had yesterday, I don’t know what’s what anymore.
Sandhya Kapila (01:27) Okay.
Kelley Gear (03:27) Kelly, how are you… hello?
Sandhya Kapila (03:32) How are you today?
Kelley Gear (03:34) Oh, pretty good. You.
Sandhya Kapila (03:35) Good. Thank you. All right. Thank you for being accommodating of our changing our call time. Appreciate that.
Kelley Gear (03:44) Oh, yeah. I know. I had to change too. Sorry. I appreciate that too. It’s.
Sandhya Kapila (03:49) all good. We made it work. All right. I’m going to share my screen. All right. We can just go through the agenda and then we can talk through the data in part as well or the data template. Did you have a chance to take a look at the provider announcement, email samples that I had sent over?
Kelley Gear (04:13) I did. Yeah, I mean, I can, yeah, that’s definitely something that, I can modify and send out whenever we get ready.
Sandhya Kapila (04:21) Okay. That sounds good. Great. Yep. And then I had also sent out samples of, the invites that we would send out to providers when they’re ready to, you know, be invited into medallion.
Sandhya Kapila (04:37) So that is something that you can customize as well if you so choose or we have like the default language in there too. So I sent that out as well. So, whenever you have a chance to take a look at it, let us know how you want us to proceed, and that’s going to be, you know, when we’re ready to invite them to medallion.
Kelley Gear (04:54) Okay. Yep.
Sandhya Kapila (04:57) Thank you for sharing the list of users. Once the data is added into the platform, I’ll go ahead and add all of you guys as admins to medallion and you’ll get invited as well. In terms of the data import template, we can take a look at that too. We actually ran data validation against that template. So, for those provider practice and group tabs that you sent over, and there were a couple of things that we just needed verification on from you. So we can just go through those real quick. If we’ll start with, the provider tab, this provider here. Peachy. It looks like they have an extra digit in the caqh number.
Kelley Gear (05:50) Okay. Let me take a peek here. Sure.
Kelley Gear (05:57) It’s probably me being that finger in that. Mostly… it happens.
Kelley Gear (06:08) Peter, she, right? Yeah. Oh lord. Okay.
Kelley Gear (06:20) We’re almost there.
Kelley Gear (06:34) Yeah, absolutely. We must have pulled that from a, we must have copied or pasted the wrong. It’s completely wrong. You ready?
Sandhya Kapila (06:47) Okay. Well, what is it?
Kelley Gear (06:51) One, one, four, seven, six, one, six, five. Okay.
Sandhya Kapila (06:57) One, one, four, seven, six, one six five. Yeah, perfect. There we go. I cleared it. It’s true. Okay.
Sandhya Kapila (07:12) Okay. And the other one was actually what was the other one on the primary specialty? Okay. So the primary specialty right now, what you have is infectious diseases that doesn’t exist on what’s on in our options library. So, the best matches are?
Kelley Gear (07:31) Primary care, infectious disease. Yeah, infectious disease. Yeah, they’re all certified internal medicine with infectious disease being their specialty.
Sandhya Kapila (07:44) Perfect. Okay, great. Thank you. All right. I’ll make those updates and then we’ll go ahead and load, that data in. And if any other questions come up, I’ll email you. Okay, cool. Wonderful. And how are you? How are you feeling about the rest of, the… rest of the template? Did you have questions? I see you’re still going through some of these?
Kelley Gear (08:19) I don’t think so. Right now, I think I’m working on, the… appointment entities list. I think that’s done. I feel like there might be, I feel like that’s done. I feel like that’s everything. And then I need to go. The next one I was going to do is the… one where I had to put all the providers in and then say where they’re.
Sandhya Kapila (08:50) yeah.
Kelley Gear (08:51) Where their appointments are. Yeah, that’s going to take a minute. Yeah.
Sandhya Kapila (08:56) Do you actually have the group enrollments one cause so this would be for the group, the different payers that you’re enrolled with. So that one may be easier… to fill out versus the provider enrollment one since you’d have to do it for each of your providers. So if you want to get started with the group enrollments, one, this will actually allow us as we start, you know, as we get closer to starting, those requests, those enrollment requests, we’ll have at least that group information to make sure that, you know, you’re enrolled, we have all the information for all the payers that you’re enrolled with, right?
Kelley Gear (09:36) Now, pretty much everything that you guys will be doing. I mean, all the providers are going to be enrolled in everything that I’m going to put in that group enrollment. So… perfect. Everybody, everybody will be in every, everything if that makes sense.
Sandhya Kapila (09:52) Okay. Yep. That totally makes sense. Okay. All right. Okay. Yep. So however you want to do it, I think that because the provider enrollment takes a little bit longer, having the group enrollments done first. And so we can get that in our system. It’s will probably be easier for on your end too. Okay. Cool.
Kelley Gear (10:22) Isn’t there? Which one of these tabs? Is it that I have to put in? Where the doctors are, like, which hospitals they’re in and all that? Oh.
Sandhya Kapila (10:32) I think you did that the provider practice?
Kelley Gear (10:36) Which one? Oh, which hospitals?
Sandhya Kapila (10:39) The provider practice, group one, which practice location they are?
Naomi Denson (10:44) Or are you talking about their existing appointments that they have privileges?
Kelley Gear (10:48) Yeah, that’s the one, yeah.
Sandhya Kapila (10:50) This one here, which?
Kelley Gear (10:52) One existing appointments?
Sandhya Kapila (10:54) Yeah.
Kelley Gear (10:55) Ah, yes. That one, that fun one. Yeah. Okay. So an entity, so if a doctor’s in three hospitals, let’s say they’ll have three lines and I’ll just where do I put the actual name of the place though?
Naomi Denson (11:15) Oh, there it is that’s going to be the entity name. So, the entity name in this column here on the existing appointments has to match the appointment entities tab. Is that on here? Sandhya? Yeah.
Sandhya Kapila (11:27) This one here? Yep. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (11:29) So, it has to match exactly to this name, so that it maps correctly to the correct entity.
Kelley Gear (11:35) Okay. Will do. Okay.
Sandhya Kapila (11:44) I’m going to move this closer to the other one?
Sandhya Kapila (12:03) Okay. So if you have any questions as you’re filling this out, let us know. Okay?
Kelley Gear (12:10) I might, as I get into it. Sure, great. I need to change my malpractice insurance. I just renewed all of those. They’re going to expire in 20 27. So I’ll have to change all those.
Sandhya Kapila (12:25) Okay. And are all of these providers covered by one single group insurance? Or do they each have separate malpractice… insurance?
Kelley Gear (12:35) They each have their own Coi, but they’re like there’s two of the providers, the first two on the list. Actually, they have their own policies, but everybody else is covered under our group policy.
Sandhya Kapila (12:52) Okay. I think so. For the ones that are covered under, so these two that have their own policy, we would just need their info here. For the ones that are covered under the group policy, what we would just need is the Coi, the, yeah. So the insurance info for them, it doesn’t they don’t need to actually be listed out here. If you can just create like an addendum to let us know like who is covered in that group policy, then we can just use that single piece of that or?
Naomi Denson (13:25) We can, we can import it this way. If the providers have individual face sheets, but you would have to go in and load that document to each provider’s profile.
Kelley Gear (13:34) They do have individual face sheets. Yes.
Sandhya Kapila (13:37) Oh, they each, they all have individual face sheets.
Naomi Denson (13:39) Yes. Yeah. They all have their individual names on them. It’s just under the same policy.
Kelley Gear (13:43) Yes.
Kelley Gear (13:47) Okay. Yes. They all love me right now because I just sent those out last night and told them to go update their caqh. So they hate me. It’s fine. Okay?
Sandhya Kapila (14:02) Okay. So that sounds good. So then Naomi, for purposes of us, this is fine, right? It’s not, we don’t need to do since they each have their own base sheet, this is the right way to go about it. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (14:14) Yeah. If they’re not importing from caqh, then, yes, we would use this tab. Okay? Perfect.
Kelley Gear (14:20) Okay, cool.
Sandhya Kapila (14:21) That sounds good. All right. I think the other thing that Naomi, I would love for you to share your insight on is for hospital applications. What else does Kelly need to share with us?
Naomi Denson (14:39) If we have the.
Kelley Gear (14:41) appointment.
Naomi Denson (14:43) entities tab, complete with, you know, any contact names that we would need at the… different hospitals for the mso contacts or if you have any sops outlined on your end on your processes to request the applications and appointments initially, and what your process is for reappointments, if we want auto reappointments to be scheduled, or if you want to manually request, those are things that we would need to know.
Kelley Gear (15:18) So those reappointments, all the hospitals, like, they either use parlon or that MD app. And then whenever the reappointments and things come up, they, I get an email and tell us their provider, but I get emails as their, because I’m their delegate to complete those applications. So it’s not, it’s a, it’s just automatically comes to me, from those people.
Naomi Denson (15:47) Okay. And then, so there’s a portal that our team would need delegate access to log in…
Kelley Gear (15:55) It would be for, yeah, I sent, the parlon delegate form already. I can do it again though the, that’s for any of the eight Cas. And then the others, there’s not really a form. We would just have to notify. I guess we just have to notify each individual entity, you know, as to who to change to contact. Yeah.
Naomi Denson (16:23) I have that information.
Naomi Denson (16:32) I’ll forward this to you, Sandhya, and you can send it over.
Sandhya Kapila (16:37) Okay, perfect. Thank you. Yeah. And Kelly did send the parlon form over, to me.
Sandhya Kapila (16:48) Okay, perfect. I will send this over to you, Kelly, in my follow up email.
Naomi Denson (16:56) Yeah, it’s one of the bullets in that thread from Jennifer with, the email that they use for the cbo logins delegates?
Kelley Gear (17:06) Perfect.
Sandhya Kapila (17:13) Okay. And I think that is all that I have. Kelly, is there anything else that you have for us?
Kelley Gear (17:24) I don’t think so. Right now, whenever I get started in that other form, if I have any questions, I’ll just shoot you an email, but I think I’m I think I’m okay. I just need about 24 hours in a day more in a day to get everything done. If you can get that happen, that’d be great.
Sandhya Kapila (17:40) We hear you. I think we’re all in the same boat. We hear you. Okay. No, that sounds great. And we’ll load the data in and the data that we have, we’ll load that in and we’ll give you access, and then we can walk through it together at a later date.
Kelley Gear (17:58) Okay.
Sandhya Kapila (17:59) That sounds great. Thank you so much, all.
Kelley Gear (18:01) Right. Thanks, talk to you guys later. Yep. Bye. Thank you. Bye, thanks.
