Janette (00:03) hi, Amy. How?
Amy Barfield (00:04) Are you doing? Oh.
Janette (00:06) I’m hanging in there?
Amy Barfield (00:09) I know. I’m sure you have a lot on your plate right now. Did you have somebody who replaced your position or are you doing both right now?
Janette (00:16) I’m doing both. Oh.
Amy Barfield (00:18) My gosh.
Janette (00:19) Yeah. So I’m doing actually three, I’m doing Danielle and matt’s and mine.
Amy Barfield (00:25) Are you going to get someone in here?
Janette (00:28) I think vicka said he was going to hire someone for the onboarding part of it. Okay, good, which really, I think that my portion still needs probably additional support. So, I’m using Kristen and Dana right now. Yeah. Well.
Amy Barfield (00:46) I hope that relief comes soon for you. Me too. Is Kristen going to join us today?
Janette (00:54) She’s going to be a few minutes late, I think, okay?
Amy Barfield (00:57) Okay. So a couple things with.
Janette (01:02) Oh, she will not be joining us no.
Amy Barfield (01:04) Oh, okay. Okay. Tomorrow. I have a dentist… appointment, so I will not be able to make my afternoon meeting with Sheena. So let me see if I need to extend time today a little bit longer. I know I can’t do it today, but if I need to meet, I sent her a message or I sent a message out saying I can’t make the time on Thursday.
Janette (01:39) But she.
Amy Barfield (01:41) Didn’t respond. So, yeah.
Janette (01:43) She actually asked me to request that if, until we get all these BH providers on board that we can meet twice a week, maybe 20 minutes. I told her I would ask you, but.
Amy Barfield (01:55) I mean, there’s I mean, what do we need to do twice a week? Not much is going to change in a two day period. Do you know what I mean? Yeah, true. And honestly, like the behavioral health calls that we have, we’re just repeating information week to week? Yeah.
Janette (02:14) I think that she just wants reassurance. I just sent you an email on one that she had me follow up on a medicaid provider. One, they were on a previous thread. One. The medicaid one I just sent was she’s notarizing the documents and sending it today, but the second one, it looks… like support didn’t finish. I don’t know the application was done the first time. The social security number was missing. The second time they used an older version of a medicaid application and it was rejected when I called for follow up today. So we’ve been trying to get this provider credentialed since November, and now we have to start all over again.
Amy Barfield (03:01) Is this for New York?
Janette (03:03) Yeah, this is for Jessica, not. Jessica williams is the one I did Jamie?
Amy Barfield (03:09) Marzetski?
Janette (03:10) Yes. So, I put a little note in medallion. I know the notes are not seen. So, I did a support help for it to see if they can expedite the application. Yeah, I’ll push it. Yeah, if you can push it through please, I beg you, because all these providers… she just wants me to make sure that all of, the… ones that we’re expanding on, I know you sent me a link and that’s kind of what I want to focus on today. If you can look at the lcsws to see if all of them… the medicaid applications, she wants all of them credentialed. And then the location one that you sent me a picture of, I was trying to figure out that’s the one I had asked you to look at to see if I needed to do anything different, but then they were all in clients needs client attention, but I couldn’t understand what it was that needs client attention. As I was looking at it. It didn’t make any sense to me.
Amy Barfield (04:15) Okay. Which one are you talking about? Which payer?
Janette (04:18) The one that’s PM, pediatric care of New York that’s BH. So we submit it for all the new locations, but then it’s asking me for new information, but I don’t know what it’s asking me for.
Amy Barfield (04:32) Okay. Did you go into your overview? Yeah, hold on. Let me bring it up. I’ll let me log in and share my screen here.
Amy Barfield (04:50) Can you see my screen?
Janette (04:54) Yes.
Amy Barfield (04:55) Okay. So, if you go into overview for your task and filter here by task type, for group practice profile.
Amy Barfield (05:12) And it doesn’t say anything. So, it looks like those have been addressed.
Amy Barfield (05:19) The ones that I shared the screenshot with you. So let me see it?
Janette (05:27) Was for BH, that I didn’t know what?
Amy Barfield (05:33) Let’s see here, give me a second while it spins.
Amy Barfield (05:42) I don’t know why it’s being so slow… for I’m not that would explain it. I’m in the wrong thing. Hold on… apologies.
Amy Barfield (06:17) Okay. Let’s try this again. Task… group practice profile. Okay. Here we go. So, these are all the things that are missing on these profiles.
Janette (06:37) Well, I think the ones we were referring to was the PM pediatric care New York, PC, one… the ones in the middle, the three in the middle, huh.
Amy Barfield (06:51) Right here?
Janette (06:52) Yeah.
Amy Barfield (06:53) Bank letter needed with current date, practice… location, information, practice location information.
Janette (07:01) So, wouldn’t the bank letter be pulled from it or it has to be like a current bank letter or something?
Amy Barfield (07:07) Yeah, it’s probably just a dated one. So they want one that’s… not a current bank letter. Please upload current one in your copy of the bank letter, please ensure.
Amy Barfield (07:26) Okay. So for let’s see what you have in here right now?
Amy Barfield (07:42) It says you’re 100 percent complete, but it must be for a certain payer that they’re needing it for… documents. There we go. So it says they’re all uploaded. Let me just make sure.
Amy Barfield (08:12) May 30 first 20 24. So the most current one we have is from 20 24 or 20 23.
Janette (08:19) But you need an updated version?
Amy Barfield (08:21) Yeah.
Amy Barfield (08:31) And then let’s see what else?
Amy Barfield (08:38) This one… all fields marked required have been completed. So, these are the things that are missing for each of these groups that they need completed. So these are new, I think areas. I think this is a new area where they’re asking is the telehealth practice, brick and mortar at both an average time it takes to schedule a new appointment?
Janette (09:08) Yeah, these are going to be in visit at the clinic.
Amy Barfield (09:14) Okay. So then you would come in here?
Amy Barfield (09:20) And select brick and mortar only. And then this is optional. So you don’t have to fill this out. But if you want to, you can put, I think behavioral health is on here.
Janette (09:38) It was on the top… as soon as you went in.
Janette (09:48) There it is this.
Amy Barfield (09:50) One right here. Okay. And then the other question was let’s see, let’s save this… go back to task, average time it takes to schedule an appointment?
Amy Barfield (10:10) Where’s that? It just says, na… so 24?
Janette (10:17) Hours?
Amy Barfield (10:27) And is that, it’s going to be the same for all three? All right. Let’s just do it now. Knock it out. Thank you. Oh, let’s see 24 hours… brick and mortar, behavioral health… save and finish. And then this one.
Amy Barfield (11:09) Okay. So we can say mark complete… and that should go into review. So if we refresh this.
Amy Barfield (11:22) You just have this one. Let’s see what’s this one. Oh, these are a different one. But does that make sense to pull the group practice profile task type? I know you have a lot of tasks that come through here, so that’s a way that you can sort… through those. If it’s payer, enrollment related, you can sort through those or if it’s provider profile related. So there’s different ways that you can sort through here. If you have someone managing certain areas of the platform… for.
Janette (11:58) Tasks, there’s so much I need to learn about medallion. I.
Amy Barfield (12:01) know, well, hopefully I can answer some questions on our visit and if… you want, we can just start. We can do some training sessions like ad hoc meetings of training and just do like a general platform training from the start if that would be helpful.
Janette (12:22) I think that’ll help.
Amy Barfield (12:23) Okay. We’ll schedule something like that way and then you can just add whoever you want. And if you want to wait until you have your new hire to do that, we can do that too, or I can schedule separate with your new hire.
Janette (12:38) No, because I don’t know when they’re going to bring anybody on board. That can take a long time. And I’m just this BH thing is just driving me nuts because so it’s like, you know, when… we were doing the contract for optum, I thought it was a group contract that we were trying to do. So evidently, they’re just wanting to link providers, which is totally different language. Was that your understanding of the whole thing? Yeah.
Amy Barfield (13:06) That was my understanding too. Yeah, I was just like Janet keeps saying, it’s just a link of providers and I thought they offered group contracts, but they’re saying that they’re not offering like they’re saying to us like the network’s closed for group contracts, but providers can enroll as individuals. So I don’t know if it’s the same thing… or because no, we.
Janette (13:31) Can definitely link that’s. Not a problem. Like more important for us is to make sure that these providers become contracted and then we can just link them.
Amy Barfield (13:41) Yeah. The thing, is I think they do offer group contracts because why would they tell us? You have to have five or more well?
Janette (13:49) That, the one that sent the email this morning, she’s our network manager. Okay, one is New York, and the other one is New Jersey. And she’s the one that told me this morning that she was trying to get a hold of someone there and she couldn’t find anyone to sign the NDA. So when she called me today, I said, hey, do you guys, I was wondering if you could tell me status of our contract? If we’re doing a group contract, she goes, we’re not doing any group contracts. Yeah. So, you know, the linking is a lot easier to do because at least that can be done as soon as the provider’s enrolled. I mean, isn’t that, how medallion does it to begin with?
Amy Barfield (14:25) Well, they will be linked to the tax ids so that it’s paid through the group. But… the difference is they’re individually contracted under those locations, and the group receives payment rather than the providers getting payment on an individual contract. So they are linked in that sense. But you don’t have a group contract that has like streamlined fee schedules, if that makes sense?
Janette (14:54) Their fee schedules are probably all the same.
Amy Barfield (14:57) They could, but say a provider’s contracted this year and all the fee schedules are the same. But then next year they decide we’re not going to pay that amount. They can do one of two things. They can continue to honor the fee schedule of the historical providers that are enrolled or they’ll send an addendum saying your fee schedule’s changed.
Amy Barfield (15:22) Do you agree with this fee schedule change? And then the new enrolled providers will go under the new fee schedule that might be less or more.
Janette (15:32) I gotcha. So linking them, it’s you know, well.
Amy Barfield (15:37) And the other part of having a group contract is that you have the ability to add and remove providers. Whereas if an individual is contracted as an individual, then you don’t have that ability to remove your locations from their individual contract. They have to physically do it or have someone else do it for them.
Janette (16:02) Okay. So maybe we just need to create the list of providers that are currently linked to each of the locations. Can we get that?
Amy Barfield (16:14) A list of the providers that are linked to locations?
Janette (16:17) To the page for optum?
Amy Barfield (16:20) Oh, for optum? Yeah.
Janette (16:23) This is strictly optum that Janet is wanting, right?
Amy Barfield (16:26) I mean, you can go in here to your provider’s enrollment request and let’s see search providers. And then we can search optum?
Amy Barfield (16:44) Now here’s, the other part of that, we do have some providers that have open requests that are lmsws because the understanding was if we had a group contract, we could link them to the roster even though they can’t be enrolled or credentialed… they can still see patients, but you have to bill under the contracted supervising physician, right?
Janette (17:08) And that’s what I was telling her. And she was saying that we couldn’t unless we had a group contract. And that’s where all this came from. So, no.
Amy Barfield (17:18) I mean, I’ve had providers in the past that have contracts. And as you’re still billing under the contracted provider, but you would use, remember that form that communication I sent you that you would use like either a modifier or something with the supervising?
Janette (17:35) Yes, I have that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So.
Amy Barfield (17:37) I would do some test claims with some lmsws and see if they process through that way.
Janette (17:42) But she was saying that we couldn’t she was pretty adamant about it. Janet does?
Amy Barfield (17:49) Janet, do billing?
Janette (17:52) I don’t think so. Maybe because she works in the clinic, I honestly don’t know.
Amy Barfield (17:57) I would, I think Kristen handles your billing, right? Yeah.
Janette (18:01) She does. Yeah.
Amy Barfield (18:02) I would have her do some test claims because I know providers in the past who have done it that way. Okay? I know for sure, for other payers, I can’t remember specifically for optum, but… because even with a group, they can only be added to the roster with a group contract because, but they still don’t go through an enrollment or credentialing process. They just show in your directories that lmsw is practicing under pmps. So I think you can still bill. They just won’t show up in directories.
Janette (18:43) Yeah. I think I’ll generate a whole new email with this contact. Now that I have her email address, okay?
Amy Barfield (18:52) Let’s see. So right now, for behavioral health, New York and New Jersey, let me select these… where’s my New Jersey. Okay?
Amy Barfield (19:16) So you have 88 requests in here? Let me look at statuses here. A lot of these are stopped because they were lmsws and we’ll have to stop the other lmsws that are requested. We’ll keep the ones for the other states in case they issue a contract with the other states.
Amy Barfield (19:43) So, let’s see. Yours doesn’t show there.
Amy Barfield (19:55) Specialty on here… on my side, it’ll say their name and their license or their credentials next to it. So, any of the ones that are lmsws, we would have to stop those, but this is a full list of there’s… 19 total that are in processing of some sorts. And some of these are lmsws. So like Sarah Berman, I think is an lmsw. Nope. She’s an Lc.
Janette (20:29) You said 19? Yeah.
Amy Barfield (20:31) There’s 19, but some of these will be changed and I noticed like somebody’s making a request for optum physical health and this should be optum?
Janette (20:41) Yeah. I already told her to stop it that it’s not the right one.
Amy Barfield (20:45) Okay. This one may need to be stopped. Hold on. Let me see. Trying to see how far it’s gone. Yeah, you have to stop, let’s see, oh, she’s an lmsw. So this one would have to be stopped anyways. So I’ll just stop this one altogether. We had another one pop up today, but we were able to change the name to optum.
Amy Barfield (21:22) Okay. So I can give you a summary of this and tag Sheena on it of just what’s happening with optum now since we want meeting tomorrow. Okay? And then let’s see.
Amy Barfield (22:00) Do you want me to make the suggestion in the email about billing lmsws?
Janette (22:04) You can, because the one that’s not agreeing with it is Janet.
Amy Barfield (22:10) Okay. I’ll try to find that communication we shared on our former meetings with the billing procedures. I.
Janette (22:18) Think I sent her the document. She has it. She’s just, you know, saying that maybe.
Amy Barfield (22:23) I’ll email Gwen.
Amy Barfield (22:28) And just get clarification from her. That might be better I.
Janette (22:32) think so. I agree.
Amy Barfield (22:33) Okay.
Janette (22:37) That’s a good idea. Yeah. Okay.
Amy Barfield (22:57) Okay. And then the other thing I wanted to call out, I got notification today from our team lead saying evernorth permits behavioral health to bill for services within their scope of practice, let’s see which are rendered by supervisees as permitted by the state licensing regulation. So basically, I think it’s saying lmsws… can’t be enrolled. Yeah, they won’t be able to enroll lmsws either, and I’ll share this guidance with you via email too.
Janette (23:35) That’s for everworth?
Amy Barfield (23:36) Evernorth, cigna.
Janette (23:38) Oh, evernorth. Yeah, I know that the lmsws can’t be enrolled. We have active enrollments.
Amy Barfield (23:49) Yeah, they’re making requests for them. Okay?
Janette (24:10) All right. I’ll reach out to them and then, did you want me to stop the other one or you said you were able to do it?
Amy Barfield (24:18) I can, I’ll stop it. So you don’t need to send anything to support. I’ll do this today. Yeah. Okay. What do you have?
Janette (24:36) For me, just Eaton and reval that I need to send to David. We can just start a new thread and then Kristen and I will forward it… to David Matheson to notarize again and print… optum start.
Amy Barfield (24:57) A new thread?
Janette (24:59) A new thread for the New York Eaton medicaid application? Can you possibly have the two apps separated just in case they try to deny it?
Janette (25:15) Do you think it’s worth doing so that we’re not having to struggle again? So.
Amy Barfield (25:21) You want two separate shipping labels?
Janette (25:24) Yes, one for the Eaton and one for the reval?
Amy Barfield (25:37) And then you want me to send in two separate email threads? No?
Janette (25:41) You can send it in one. Okay? He just has to mail them separately. And I think josh should just make sure that every way he, that David needed to sign it was labeled sign here to make sure that we.
Amy Barfield (25:53) Got it. Okay. Send in one email thread for Jeanette to forward to David for signature… okay?
Amy Barfield (26:10) Okay. What else?
Janette (26:12) I sent you something on fidelis that they want to see the mmis for fidelis to be listed as part of your policy and procedure. If you can put on there, what your policy is for verification? I forwarded you the email this.
Amy Barfield (26:30) Morning. I don’t the last email I have on that is on March nineteenth.
Janette (26:39) No, it’s right there. Fidelis verification. This one?
Amy Barfield (26:50) On March nineteenth.
Janette (26:52) No, I just sent it this morning. Hold on. Let me see what she labeled it.
Janette (27:10) Final review is called. I sent it at 1,155.
Amy Barfield (27:26) See if it went somewhere. It shouldn’t have. No. Can you, can you send it to me one more time? Yeah. Thanks. Let’s see, so you need to know?
Janette (27:41) She said I wanted to follow up regarding the mmis verification. It is essential for compliance and audit purposes? Would it be possible for mmis to be formally added to your policies and procedures? Noting that it is being completed with medallion. Alternatively, could medallion include mmis in their list of verifications? Either approach would help ensure everything is documented appropriately and align with our requirements?
Amy Barfield (28:11) Okay. Yeah. Once you send that to me, I can forward it to credentialing, to get, see if they can update that and send me the final policies and procedures.
Janette (28:32) Okay. All right. I just resent it. So you should have it and… you already reached out to Isa for a meeting with her.
Amy Barfield (28:46) Before, yeah, I haven’t heard anything back. Let me see. She.
Janette (28:52) Just sent the document with suggestions and stuff like that.
Amy Barfield (28:55) Yeah, that’s it. But she hasn’t responded to the meeting and.
Janette (28:59) Then blue cross blue shield of Massachusetts, was the other pair. That… was just kind of like a simple fix. We just need to make sure that, the email the right department. Yeah.
Amy Barfield (29:12) I flagged that to our team. So, they updated the project plan. And so that should be happening now, and.
Janette (29:22) Then the last one was amerihealth New Jersey. She… said the emails are being returned unanswered until they put all their questions in a spreadsheet listing the name mpi and case numbers of each of the providers.
Amy Barfield (29:42) Did you send that to me in an email? I did, I think I already flagged it, but let… me make sure.
Amy Barfield (29:58) This right here.
Janette (30:02) Yes, that’s her. Okay?
Amy Barfield (30:09) I’ll verify that that’s happening and.
Janette (30:11) Then the last question I had, is there any way that we, I know that right now we’re putting revalidation dates? I think that the biggest struggle we have is the annual etns that we continue to do versus the revalidation. There’s no place for us to put when the etns are up for renewal, other than just a group demographic update for the etn. Is there any way that can be identified differently to have etn versus revalidation date?
Amy Barfield (30:43) So, I was informed a few months ago that etn revalidations are not something that medallion typically manages, but we were managing four pmps.
Janette (30:57) Gotcha.
Amy Barfield (30:58) Yeah. And so, for that to be added in our system would only be beneficial to pmps. So it might be worth like… you and I, when we find out that when it’s due to like slap it on our calendar as a reminder yearly.
Janette (31:19) Yeah. And the thing is that, they send the correspondence, and then the correspondence, I think they’re giving us at least 30 days notice.
Janette (31:31) I don’t know how much more notice they’ll give us prior to that, but it’s either we get a notice in the mail or a notice goes to trizetto, which is the clearinghouse that we use.
Amy Barfield (31:42) Right? And.
Janette (31:43) Then it’s sent that way. But by the time trizetto sends it, it’s already expired and then we have to do it all over again.
Amy Barfield (31:49) Yeah, I think that’s what happened this last time too.
Amy Barfield (31:57) Yeah. So maybe.
Janette (31:59) For the next meeting, we could just try to brainstorm what you think is the easiest process to do it and, you know, to kind of flag it inside of, yeah.
Amy Barfield (32:09) Yeah. Let me see.
Janette (32:17) I think that’s all I have. So I uploaded the rosters for you. I’m doing them one by one.
Amy Barfield (32:26) Oh, good. Okay. So.
Janette (32:28) At least now, I know where to do them at, okay?
Amy Barfield (32:31) Yeah, just let me know when you do that because I have to physically go in and.
Amy Barfield (32:41) And pull them. Yeah.
Janette (32:43) There’s about 10 of them in there. Ready for you. Okay? If I did it, right? I,
Amy Barfield (32:46) hope. So, hold on. I’m new to this as well. So, let’s see. It doesn’t show that anything is in here. I,
Janette (32:59) know, I did it. Hold on.
Amy Barfield (33:04) Yeah, it’s not showing anything’s in here.
Janette (33:10) I wonder if I still have it open hold on.
Amy Barfield (33:16) The only other option is I can send you a Google drive to upload it. This is just more of a secure.
Janette (33:27) Yeah, because I signed in and I did a whole, created a username and password and everything for it.
Amy Barfield (33:33) Did it give you access to like I see it?
Janette (33:37) Lets me upload a document. I can’t drag it so I can only upload them, but I did do it.
Amy Barfield (33:45) That’s weird. Yeah, see.
Amy Barfield (33:53) Because it looks like file request roster upload, but it says zero.
Amy Barfield (34:06) Is there like a let’s see, let me see what it does if I upload one.
Amy Barfield (34:14) I think I have your roster from earlier today?
Janette (34:18) What’s the link you sent me again? So I can go in there really quick?
Amy Barfield (34:22) Let’s see shared link. Oh, darn hang on.
Janette (34:52) I put.
Amy Barfield (34:53) It in our chat, okay?
Amy Barfield (35:05) Let me see what it does and I, I’ll.
Janette (35:08) try and see what? Let me save that.
Amy Barfield (35:14) You sent me this one today. Let me put that in here.
Amy Barfield (35:24) All right. Yeah, it uploaded it did for me when I did it. Oh,
Janette (35:33) but now, it’s showing me something different though.
Amy Barfield (35:38) I changed your accessibility… to see if that would help.
Janette (36:08) Yeah, mine is showing on my end.
Amy Barfield (36:11) That’s so weird.
Janette (36:16) I see provider roster template, centara, Virginia, it’s uploading to us.
Amy Barfield (36:22) Yeah, I just uploaded the centara one.
Amy Barfield (36:31) I wonder if, but,
Janette (36:34) this one’s different because I don’t have an upload button, like I did with the other one?
Amy Barfield (36:54) That’s weird. I gave you manager access, so you should have all access.
Janette (37:01) Okay. Let me click on that first. Thank you Sandra.
Janette (37:10) Okay. So open.
Amy Barfield (37:17) Yeah, you have manager access, can read modify and share the content.
Janette (37:23) Give me an hourglass.
Amy Barfield (37:25) before, I just had you at viewer can read the content. So, I wonder if you have to re, upload, maybe that’s why?
Janette (37:33) So, yeah, I can see that one that you just did, sartara, but… it doesn’t give me like, let me show you what?
Amy Barfield (37:43) Yeah, you want to share your screen because.
Janette (37:45) there’s like no button for me to upload.
Amy Barfield (37:48) Do you want to share your screen?
Janette (38:05) Look at what I just sent you. Okay? I have a download button download all… but there’s no upload button.
Amy Barfield (38:23) And you’re… signed in… try signing out and signing back in… and see since I changed your status.
Janette (38:42) It’s having me log back in.
Amy Barfield (38:52) I see it download. Yeah, you can only download but not upload.
Janette (38:56) It is the same thing. Amy, there’s nothing in here. I can’t do anything. Okay?
Amy Barfield (39:01) That is so weird. Let me change the status back and see if it lets you. Are you there? Yeah, I’m here. Can you hear me? Can you hear me… hello?
Amy Barfield (39:39) You can’t hear me? I can hear you now. Can you hear me?
Amy Barfield (40:04) Can you hear me… hello?
Janette (40:09) Can you hear me now?
Amy Barfield (40:11) I can hear you? Can you hear me? Oh,
Janette (40:12) yeah. Put on my headphones. I don’t know. Okay?
Amy Barfield (40:14) I was like what’s to happen? That was so weird. Yeah.
Janette (40:19) That happens. Okay. So, I just sent you a link that’s all I, the picture there. That’s all I see. There’s nothing for me to upload.
Amy Barfield (40:29) Yeah. Have you tried logging back out and logging in?
Janette (40:32) I did. I just did that. Okay?
Amy Barfield (40:35) Sorry, let me change your status again and see if it gives you that… ability. Okay, refresh and see if that works.
Janette (40:48) That worked. Oh, look at all my files are there now?
Amy Barfield (40:53) That’s so weird why it would let.
Janette (40:55) Me show you what I see so you can see it, hold on.
Amy Barfield (41:02) It just says you can read the content though, but I’m not getting it. Okay. Let’s see what you got.
Janette (41:11) There’s all the ones I did.
Amy Barfield (41:13) Okay. Click on, hold on. Let me make my screen bigger… click on one of, yeah, hit share and see if it gives you an option. It’s off to the far right… where, oh, here. Yeah, it appears, yeah.
Janette (41:32) When you, oh, okay.
Amy Barfield (41:41) And then click on that arrow down that says, can access.
Amy Barfield (41:58) This is so weird link settings. Click link settings… open count, go to advanced settings on the right. Click that email notification. That way. I’ll at least get notified, save settings. Okay? I think this is in… your all folder. Let’s see, go to shared links on… the left hand side.
Amy Barfield (42:41) MVP roster, March 20 fifth.
Amy Barfield (42:48) I think this is not linking you to the pmps folder that I created for you because I’m not seeing that.
Janette (42:55) Let me see it’s in all files, but you’re probably right? I wonder if I can just drag it, put it in there, no?
Amy Barfield (43:03) Yeah. So you’ll have to put it in that folder. Yeah, you’ll have to put it in that folder. That’s probably why I’m not seeing it. So this is like in your private account basically.
Janette (43:18) See where’s the upload? See that’s? Why I did it here on the all files because there I was able to upload. Can you?
Amy Barfield (43:32) Click all those files and then let’s… see if it’ll let you share in a folder… or just can create a link and share the link with me… and I’m going to see if there’s an easier way to do this for next time.
Janette (43:53) Okay. Now, what?
Amy Barfield (43:58) Let’s see, download a zip up at the top.
Janette (44:22) A second. Maybe I can just copy and paste it, maybe try that.
Janette (44:42) No, no. Okay. See.
Amy Barfield (44:45) That all zip file download complete. Click on the zip file.
Amy Barfield (44:54) You may have to scroll down or it might be in your download folder on your computer, and then you can probably send me the zip file and it’ll send all those rosters… because it condenses it down.
Janette (45:12) This one here, right? Yep?
Amy Barfield (45:14) So, that is all of them. We don’t want to extract it. I just need you to send me that zip file. So go back to where’s the zip, let’s see, go to manual install.
Janette (45:30) Downloads was over here.
Amy Barfield (45:32) Okay. Yeah, I… don’t see a current one that you just… that’s so weird.
Janette (45:41) I.
Amy Barfield (45:41) know… go to that three dots next to extract all… where it says like sort view, extract all.
Janette (45:58) I don’t see where you are.
Amy Barfield (46:01) Here.
Janette (46:02) Yeah. See, it says sort, oh, yeah, I see it. I got it. The.
Amy Barfield (46:05) Three dots… click on the three dots. I wonder if there’s a way for you to like share this?
Janette (46:12) That’s extract.
Amy Barfield (46:13) If you extract it, it’ll extract all those files that are in the zip file. Same thing. Yeah. So click those three dots and see what your options are. No, it… doesn’t okay. Let me give you a Google drive folder, and then I will find out how I can get you to download into the secure portal, but I think I’ve given a Google drive folder before, and you might have had trouble, but let’s try it while we’re in call here.
Amy Barfield (47:00) Let’s see.
Janette (47:19) That’s so weird.
Amy Barfield (47:25) That’s really weird. Okay. I’m going to share this with you… Shana?
Amy Barfield (47:46) Okay. See if you can access that folder I just sent you?
Janette (48:00) You sent the email?
Amy Barfield (48:02) Yeah, you’ll get an email notification.
Janette (48:34) Nothing yet, Amy? Okay.
Amy Barfield (48:36) Let me send you the link in our chat, then share link and.
Janette (48:51) Okay. Try that. Oh, I just got it.
Amy Barfield (48:57) It’s a little slow on it.
Janette (49:08) And a cold.
Janette (49:18) Jeez. Louise.
Janette (49:32) Okay. So, I’m in.
Amy Barfield (49:36) Okay. So, you think you can download him there?
Janette (49:41) Well, let me share with you so you can show me what to do here.
Janette (49:55) Where do I go here? New? Yes… it’s all grayed out. Are you kidding me?
Amy Barfield (50:07) Oh, my gosh. Okay. Let me see what I can do because I’ve given you full access to both. I’m not understanding what’s happening here. So, let me get some clarification from maybe Mitch or Genevieve.
Janette (50:24) Okay.
Amy Barfield (50:25) And then I’ll give you some more detailed instructions.
Janette (50:30) All right. No problem. Let me see if I can drag it here. Nope, can’t drag. All right. I was trying to drag, but no, I didn’t do it because it said drop files here. I wonder.
Amy Barfield (50:40) If you have something blocked where you can’t use Google… on your side because it worked before, because Danielle used to upload them this way.
Janette (50:55) Yeah, it’s just grayed out, it says you don’t have permission to edit rosters. I’m not trying to edit. I’m just trying to upload right? All right. Well, just let me know in the meantime, maybe you can just log into mine and just get them from there, but I guess the files were too big to send.
Amy Barfield (51:15) okay. All right. What does it mean? I don’t have your password or your, I guess your username is your email? Yeah.
Janette (51:24) It’s PMP’s 20 26 exclamation. Okay. And PM is a capital, okay. The rest is lower. Okay?
Amy Barfield (51:37) Pmppediatrics. No.
Janette (51:39) Pmpeds.
Amy Barfield (51:40) Oh, PP.
Janette (51:42) EDS 20 26 exclamation, 20 26. Okay. All right. Thank you.
Amy Barfield (51:52) Huh. Have a good one.
Janette (51:53) You too. Bye.
