Kiley Lowry (00:00) hello?
Seth Weidle (00:00) Hello? Hi, Kylie. This is Seth calling from medallion. How are you doing today? I’m good. I am doing great. Thank you. Hey, I’m reaching out because I spoke with Jeff lasko, I think last week as well as somebody else on the team and they mentioned that you would be the right person to talk to when it comes to provider credentialing and payer enrollment, and that, that’s something that you’re kind of focusing on right now.
Kiley Lowry (00:05) I’m doing well. Seth. How are you?
Kiley Lowry (00:27) I mean, we have outside vendors that do that, but I can put you in touch with them if it’s something specific.
Seth Weidle (00:31) Okay.
Seth Weidle (00:36) Well, actually, the reason I’m calling is I noticed, you know, you guys have moved into the acmh network. And the one thing Jeff mentioned was that getting providers onboarded and billable could be faster and that’s where medallion kind of specializes in and where we can get turnaround times shortened down to what you might be seeing now. And I was curious if that’s something that you’d be interested in and having a conversation about.
Kiley Lowry (01:05) Well, I mean, I’m happy to have the conversation but I am by no means a decision maker where that comes into play. So I can give you the contact information for that individual if you prefer to speak with him?
Seth Weidle (01:10) No.
Seth Weidle (01:19) Yeah, absolutely. I guess my question then would be, is that something that, this person, you know, the decision maker is looking to improve based off of what you know?
Kiley Lowry (01:31) I believe there is an active RFP for you know, vendors to replace the current that we have, correct? Yes.
Seth Weidle (01:38) Yeah. Well, let me ask you this. Let me see what you think because obviously, you know your system better than I do. Would it make sense for me to reach out or would it be worthwhile to connect, give you information so that you could maybe take it back to them and present it or even invite that decision maker on a conversation just to see if it is worth a deeper conversation?
Kiley Lowry (02:04) Well, I would say yes, any other time but I believe all the rfps are due today or tomorrow.
Seth Weidle (02:11) Oh, man. Coming in at the last second, huh?
Kiley Lowry (02:15) Yeah, yeah, I don’t know why Jeff would give you my contact information and not Robin’s because yeah, Robin meter is who you would need to speak with.
Seth Weidle (02:23) Robin.
Seth Weidle (02:28) And is that R o B y N?
Kiley Lowry (02:30) IN.
Seth Weidle (02:31) IN. Okay. And the last name you said was meter like METEER?
Kiley Lowry (02:40) Correct.
Seth Weidle (02:42) Yeah, Jeff mentioned, and then I had called somebody and I think I reached their secretary and they mentioned your name as well. So you’re very popular over there.
Kiley Lowry (02:52) Oh… okay.
Kiley Lowry (02:56) Well, I think they give me more credit than what it’s worth to be honest with you because I mean, I deal with our current vendor and kind of coordinating getting information to that vendor, but I am by no means a decision maker for that piece.
Seth Weidle (03:05) Yeah. Maybe that’s why.
Seth Weidle (03:14) I gotcha. Well, I would love to just at least present what medallion does, I know, you know, rfps are kind of the first stepping point, so I don’t know how far along in the decision making process they are, but it would be nice to just share how we might differ from some of the vendors that they may be looking at. Are you aware of what they’re specifically looking for? Like, is it delegation that they’re looking to improve or obtain?
Kiley Lowry (03:46) To be honest with you, I don’t know how the RFP is written. I know that there are no internal staff members who are familiar with the process of payer credentialing. So it is everything from, you know, the initial enrollment, to the re, attestations, the reappointments, the rosters for the payers, those are the things that our current vendor is doing, albeit not well, which is why we are looking for a different option for that.
Seth Weidle (03:50) Okay.
Seth Weidle (03:58) Thanks.
Seth Weidle (04:09) Yep.
Seth Weidle (04:22) Yeah, that, I mean, those are all, those are all the things that medallion works to do. We are a end to end service agreement, we take on the outcomes, we have contracted slas to hold us accountable. And when it comes to, and when it comes to like credentialing and primary source verification like that, we’re looking at like one to three days.
Seth Weidle (04:42) And then for payor enrollment, it’s usually about half of the industry standard, which is we noticed being about 120 days for payor enrollment, and we’re seeing areas of 60 days. So we would love to at least entertain the conversation just to kind of throw our hat if that, would you at least be interested in maybe like a 20 to 30 minute informational session just to gather data for, what medallion can help with?
Kiley Lowry (04:56) Yeah, that… sure.
Kiley Lowry (05:15) I mean, yeah, that’s fine. Although, do you want to try to get all of this information to Robin before tomorrow’s deadline?
Seth Weidle (05:23) We could absolutely try. And I mean, do you, have, I know it’s short time? Do you have time later today?
Kiley Lowry (05:32) I’m actually out of the office. I don’t know how I’m out of the office until Monday. I’m actually at home here. So I must have my phone forwarded and it rang to my cell phone. So I apologize. I was caught a little off guard.
Seth Weidle (05:35) Okay. Oh, I got this.
Seth Weidle (05:47) Oh, no worries. I’m sorry. Hey, I’m the one that called you out. I should be the one apologizing.
Kiley Lowry (05:49) no, no, no, it’s… no, no, no, it’s okay. It’s not a problem at all. I just was a little caught off guard that it was work related for a second. So, but I can certainly give you Robin’s email address. He’s very good at getting back an email even if you send a meeting request to him with the information.
Seth Weidle (06:00) Sorry, sorry.
Kiley Lowry (06:15) I think that he would get back in touch with you almost immediately.
Seth Weidle (06:19) Okay. Yeah. Let me, if you wouldn’t mind sharing his email, I’m right? I can write it down.
Kiley Lowry (06:25) Yeah. So, it’s first initial… R and last name meter METER at?
Seth Weidle (06:34) Okay.
Kiley Lowry (06:36) Indianarmc… org.
Seth Weidle (06:41) Indiana RMC?
Kiley Lowry (06:43) Yes. Yeah. And I can give you his office phone number as well.
Seth Weidle (06:47) That would be… great. Yeah… three three six.
Kiley Lowry (06:55) Four, zero six.
Seth Weidle (06:57) Four, zero six.
Kiley Lowry (06:59) Six, four, two three.
Seth Weidle (07:02) Six, four, two, three. Okay. And that’s his office number?
Kiley Lowry (07:06) Yes, I think it’s his mobile as well because he works remotely as well as on campus. So, but yeah, if you want to give him an email or a phone call, I’m sure that I know he’s the more appropriate person for you to give everything to and pitch to. I just don’t want to waste your time because I’m not the decision maker.
Seth Weidle (07:08) Wonderful. Okay.
Seth Weidle (07:16) Okay. I will.
Seth Weidle (07:27) Okay.
Seth Weidle (07:32) No, no, no, totally understand this. This has been incredibly helpful. And even if I don’t get a hold of him, I appreciate everything, all the information you shared, I will give him a call as well. Shoot him over an email today in hopes to kind of throw our, like I said, throw our hat in the ring and at least see what else is out there. We, we were in the area of using automation and AI to do a lot of this. And so a lot of organizations when they’re looking to want to expand and grow, they, look at this, look at medallion as a way to do that without increasing headcount. So, yeah, I’ll give Robin a call and just out of just for my records, what is Robin’s title?
Kiley Lowry (08:08) Okay.
Kiley Lowry (08:14) He is the executive operations director. Let me look here real quick on my phone, chief operating officer. I’m sorry?
Seth Weidle (08:27) Awesome.
Kiley Lowry (08:28) Yeah, sorry.
Seth Weidle (08:31) Wonderful. Well, I appreciate it. I will give him a call, and hopefully get in here before the deadline.
Kiley Lowry (08:39) Yeah, absolutely. All right. All about timing. All about timing. So well.
Seth Weidle (08:40) All about timing, right?
Seth Weidle (08:46) All right, Kiley. Well, I appreciate it. And sorry to bother you, on your day off and hope you have a great rest of your day.
Kiley Lowry (08:52) Thank you so much. Good luck with everything.
Seth Weidle (08:54) Thank you. Appreciate it. Bye.
Kiley Lowry (08:56) You’re welcome. Bye bye.
