Shannon Costine (00:00) Ange, how are you?
GuadalupeRengifo (00:02) Good afternoon. I’m good. How are you?
Shannon Costine (00:05) Good.
GuadalupeRengifo (00:08) It’s almost Friday.
Shannon Costine (00:10) Oh, amen, I’m ready.
GuadalupeRengifo (00:14) Definitely can hear the Friday bells.
Shannon Costine (00:16) Yes, for sure.
GuadalupeRengifo (00:19) They’re calling my name, hi.
Shannon Costine (00:25) Hey, Francesco, how are you doing good. How about you? Good?
Shannon Costine (01:01) Hey, Lupe, how are you? Good?
GuadalupeRengifo (01:02) Afternoon?
Shannon Costine (01:04) Good afternoon.
GuadalupeRengifo (01:12) Frank, are you in the office today?
Shannon Costine (01:15) Yes, is.
GuadalupeRengifo (01:16) Moni, there today?
Shannon Costine (01:18) No.
GuadalupeRengifo (01:19) Okay. I think she’s going to join the meeting?
Shannon Costine (01:22) Okay.
Shannon Costine (01:33) Okay. So, we want to wait on Monica. Okay?
GuadalupeRengifo (02:16) What are we going to review today? Chanu?
Shannon Costine (02:20) I have the process tracker the issues tracker. Okay?
GuadalupeRengifo (02:27) So, she’s not responding. Do you want to start? So we don’t run out of time, yep.
Shannon Costine (02:35) Michelle is here now. Okay? So I’m going to start with the first item. Can you see the spreadsheet? Yeah. Okay. I was able to confirm that all cois will need to be updated by you all through caqh, and then we can pull it into medallion. Medallion can complete this for you, but it would be for a fee. Okay? So, you guys just let me know which way you want to go on that?
GuadalupeRengifo (03:12) So, just to clarify that that’s not included in the caqh in the caqh managed fee that medallion is charging, correct? Correct?
Shannon Costine (03:22) That’s correct. Okay. On the report, let’s see… document data import error. Can you explain this one to me? Lupe?
GuadalupeRengifo (03:37) Is you, is… you have access to medallion? Huh. Okay. So, I don’t know if I copy you in the email… basically, what is the ticket number eight?
Shannon Costine (03:57) Four, four, seven, two nine, seven, six.
GuadalupeRengifo (04:00) Seven two nine seven six. All… right. So.
GuadalupeRengifo (04:10) Alright. So forward to Shannon.
GuadalupeRengifo (04:21) Okay. I just, I forward you, the ticket request if you want to open your email.
Shannon Costine (04:29) Okay. Let me one second.
Shannon Costine (04:51) While we wait for that to come in, let me go to this one. Okay. On the committees are updated, we’re just trying to figure out how to delete we can’t delete committees. So, what we need to do is archive those extra committees, but that shouldn’t be affecting anything that you all are doing. I think it’s just that it’s.
GuadalupeRengifo (05:13) I got a, sorry to interrupt. I got out of office reply… from your email saying that you will be out of the office.
Shannon Costine (05:23) Yeah, that was yesterday… from.
GuadalupeRengifo (05:26) The 26 returning on the 20 25 to the 26. So not sure, if you got it or not, but I got that reply.
Shannon Costine (05:36) Yes. Okay. So a specific issue encountered while updating Adrian’s profile?
Shannon Costine (05:48) The actual document, okay?
GuadalupeRengifo (05:55) So, we did what you mentioned, going to caqh, updated, and then imported into medallion, and the document didn’t transfer, oh, whatever transfer was in blank. And if you scroll down, there is a picture, there is a picture of, what it was transferred. Now, if you go now to the profile, it will be updated because I manually uploaded into medallion.
Shannon Costine (06:24) Into medallion. Okay. I will.
Shannon Costine (06:38) And a message to that.
Shannon Costine (06:45) Alright. Like I said, on the committees, they’ve been updated, we just need to remove the extra committees, I believe there’s two or three that we need to remove for you. So we will do that. Can?
GuadalupeRengifo (07:01) You, instead of having Florida or Texas because I, we are working all together. Now, yesterday, we had a committee. Can you just do sanitas peer review committee and remove Florida from it? So it will be only one for all. Yep?
Shannon Costine (07:17) And then just have you and Monica as well, correct?
GuadalupeRengifo (07:21) Yeah. And, and so the one that says Florida, you can add all the providers and remove FL and delete, you can archive the FL, filipina, FL, Cristina Perez and Texas sanitas peer review committee because we’re only going to have one for the entire organization.
Shannon Costine (07:40) So archive the, so… do you want? I can change the name on one?
GuadalupeRengifo (07:48) Yeah, the FL, if you want to remove FL and just keep it as sanitas peer review committee… and, that will be the committee for all providers. Okay? Including Texas, I can.
Shannon Costine (08:02) Only archive if there is any records tied to it. But as long as it’s you know, out of your way, that would be my goal. Yeah. Okay. So, I know I sent you the letter template, but since there was an error on the medicare, we have asked them to request the backdate during the correction of the error.
GuadalupeRengifo (08:25) Was this process already?
Shannon Costine (08:27) I’m sorry, was.
GuadalupeRengifo (08:29) this process already?
Shannon Costine (08:31) No, it has not been, I will follow up with Brandon to make sure that this gets processed.
GuadalupeRengifo (08:43) If it’s not processed by the end of the day, please let me know. So I can process myself.
Shannon Costine (08:48) Okay. Diane will request backdate during the correction.
Shannon Costine (09:07) Okay. On the taxonomy, do you know if that was a link to the specialty issue… on this specific instance that we don’t have the specialty listed?
GuadalupeRengifo (09:22) Right. You don’t have the specialty listed?
Shannon Costine (09:27) Okay. So we’re still waiting on that to be updated.
Shannon Costine (09:37) Okay. On these, we are not going to have a high alert notification. It’s just going to have a notification letting you know that there’s something that you need to look at. And then they’re also being sent through the weekly report that’s being emailed.
GuadalupeRengifo (09:54) And so we’re getting the reports with future expirations, but we’re not getting reports with documents that are expired.
Shannon Costine (10:05) What do you mean? Documents that are expired?
GuadalupeRengifo (10:08) Like right now, there is a document. So if you go to the overview, this is a manual process. We’ll have to manage on the overview expirable license. So is there a way to request medallion to send us on the daily basis, the documents that are expired?
Shannon Costine (10:31) My understanding is that should be in your weekly report. So let me check that and find out why it’s not being included. And if it’s not included, let me see if I can get a report sent over to you.
GuadalupeRengifo (10:45) Yeah. The weekly report is just telling us what is going to expire, but it doesn’t include expired… documents. Okay?
Shannon Costine (11:01) I’m going to complete this one out since… this was just for dr cohen… need sanitas HR advice and support, find out mpdb. Okay. This one also, we will complete out since we don’t control when mpdb reports this.
Shannon Costine (11:33) On the acns, we are still looking into how we can if an acn provider is selected that you should not be asked to upload this information, but it looks like they’re still moving on the profiles without the residency, are you seeing otherwise?
GuadalupeRengifo (11:53) When you say they’re moving on, what do you mean by that?
Shannon Costine (11:57) They’re taking action on those profiles, okay? Even though that information. So normally our intake department will not do any enrollments or move on any providers. If they don’t have everything. So residency would be one. My understanding is they’re still moving and taking action on that?
GuadalupeRengifo (12:17) If you want to give me an example of how they are moving with the acn providers because for what I know… Francesco and I are doing the enrollments, so I don’t know which enrollment they have processed for the acns?
Shannon Costine (12:37) Okay. Give me a name of one of your acns?
GuadalupeRengifo (12:41) You should have it there. Let me see, go to the left, go to the left a little bit.
Shannon Costine (12:47) Oh, you’re saying on here? Got it. Okay. So this is one.
Shannon Costine (13:03) So, see how this provider is at 96 percent. They will work on those profiles above 85. So that missing document is not stopping them from moving… even though the profile is not 100 percent that’s okay? Like this one has both enrollments completed, right?
Shannon Costine (13:33) Yep. Everything’s completed. It still needs to be corrected. They still need to fix it so that they’re not requesting that information. But the goal is to make sure that they are moving on those profiles. So we’ll leave this one up just to make sure that they complete this technical issue on the acn providers.
GuadalupeRengifo (13:56) Okay. And can you show me what exactly they did for dr? Rakiv? If you don’t mind, I just want to double check. I don’t what do you, can you go to the notes? What did I request for this provider? I can’t remember, I just want to.
Shannon Costine (14:12) You put in notes. They did not need residency or board certification.
GuadalupeRengifo (14:18) But what, exactly, what type of enrollment they completed? What type of enrollment you think?
Shannon Costine (14:22) Medicare, it looks like medicare because you’re doing the Florida blue. Is that correct?
GuadalupeRengifo (14:27) So, they did, so, is there an approval letter there?
Shannon Costine (14:33) You.
GuadalupeRengifo (14:34) should want to share your screen. So I can.
Shannon Costine (14:38) Yes, it says this enrollment was completed on 124 20 26.
Shannon Costine (14:50) So, he’s completed?
Shannon Costine (14:55) So that wasn’t holding back his enrollment? Okay?
Shannon Costine (15:09) Okay. So on this one, we discussed to use NP, on this moving forward?
GuadalupeRengifo (15:19) For all the aprns regardless autonomous or no, you want us to put NP, yes.
Shannon Costine (15:26) They’re still looking into the autonomous issue, but right now, yes, that was the request from our licensing manager. Okay? On.
Shannon Costine (15:42) This one, can you ask your it team how we can bypass the ucfmg, I sent a request.
Shannon Costine (15:55) I sent a request to our team. Let me add that. I sent a request to have this requirement removed. So we’ll leave this one open until tech support completes that. We discussed this one the last time. So, the only thing that we are pending is what you all need from us for the audits.
Shannon Costine (16:32) This was the only as far as the document duplication efforts. This was the only thing that I was given as a resolution which I get it’s not the best resolution, but this is what we have right now is to remove old documents or delete the old expiration date. You could leave it in there and just remove the expiration date. And that would prevent the automation from asking for the additional document.
GuadalupeRengifo (16:56) But I think the issue with the, so basically the providers, so what is causing the issues are the providers are uploading documents and not deleting the previous ones that’s why the alerts keep on going. Is that correct?
Shannon Costine (17:13) Correct. Yep.
Shannon Costine (17:21) It’s a better system to alert when a provider uploads a license or a Dea. We do not have a way to do this.
Shannon Costine (17:31) We do not have a way to alert when a provider uploads a license or a Dea. I.
GuadalupeRengifo (17:36) Saw something that was, maybe this is something new and I submitted a ticket on the left hand side of the bar menu for the menu bar for medallion, right below settings, accounts, members, support center. There is a button there that says, integration.
Shannon Costine (17:58) Okay.
GuadalupeRengifo (18:00) Have you noticed that? Yeah.
Shannon Costine (18:02) So integrations is when you are integrating your system with ours, but it doesn’t look like you guys have any… or if you have like an internal HR system, but I don’t see that you guys have any that would require an API and project to happen.
GuadalupeRengifo (18:23) Okay. So, it’s not basically the web hooks is not, it’s not a tool that is available. Basically what it says is receive real time notifications when credentialing events happen in medallion, we’ll let you know, automatically seen providers, status change, document, updates, license verifications, and more directly to your system. No pulling required. So that’s not. So the API docs is one, but the web hooks is not something that is available. All.
Shannon Costine (19:01) Right. No, no, it is not, it says coming soon. So it’s not something we currently have, what’s that for?
Francesco Bicchi (19:10) That one Lupe, for the ones that we don’t get notified when they’re going to upload a license or Dea. The only thing I can think of is if… they do upload it and it has an expiration date that they listed, then we could pull the report to see the most recent or… the latest expiration date because if they just renewed, it would be for a late expiration date, right? But that, I guess that’d be the only way.
GuadalupeRengifo (19:44) Okay. Well, we’ll think about best work to resolve this.
Francesco Bicchi (19:50) Yeah, yeah.
Shannon Costine (19:54) I just ask the team when this is coming and I’ll let you know if I hear anything. I don’t know if it’s like a second or a third quarter project, but I’ll let you know, yeah.
GuadalupeRengifo (20:07) Currently, none of the reports that we have tried include that information that we need the basic information that provided mpi, I mean requires us to… do… download from our system vlookup, much information. So, so if they can prepare a report with those filters, we save a lot of time yep.
Shannon Costine (20:36) So, I’ve requested an expirable report that has more information on it with the provider’s mpi specialty, I’m waiting for that for them to complete this. So that should help unless they can just add on to the current analytics report or something in the report builder.
Francesco Bicchi (20:54) Yeah, that would be perfect.
Shannon Costine (20:57) Perfect.
Shannon Costine (21:05) Okay. So this one is still pending, this is requesting the specialty, but we did tell PE to please move forward despite the specialty differences and they agreed and they are moving forward. So I will still keep this one in though, so that we can let you know when it’s completed… this one. I don’t know what this is for request to remove facilities, ucc and idtc?
GuadalupeRengifo (21:35) Okay. Ishiguroo. Medallion.
Shannon Costine (21:39) Huh. So there’s specific facilities that you do not need in here.
GuadalupeRengifo (21:47) Well, those are already duplicate as a practice location under the guide. Well, sanitas group, because if we keep it as facility, we won’t be able to assign providers. So that was the issue. Okay? So initially we created them, but since there is no way to work around, we were required to do it under practice group practice instead even though they are considered facilities. But so you can just remove them because I don’t have the option to delete them. Yeah.
Francesco Bicchi (22:22) Previously, we were working with Amy for when we first moved those facilities.
Shannon Costine (22:30) Oh, okay. Got it.
Francesco Bicchi (22:36) Or what was it? Amy? I don’t remember, I guess so.
Shannon Costine (22:40) Was it Tracy? What?
GuadalupeRengifo (22:43) Is the ticket number for that?
Shannon Costine (22:47) On this one?
GuadalupeRengifo (22:49) It’s a four, four, one, two two seven three. So, yeah. So the ticket was created March, I think. And I’m going to forward you so that, you know, what exactly I asked for. So they don’t go into the practice and delete the wrong information. Shannon. Okay. So I sent the ticket request and put on a screenshot of what exactly I’m asking for them to delete?
Shannon Costine (23:23) Okay. Perfect. I will take a look at that.
Shannon Costine (23:33) Okay. This one has been corrected according to the.
Francesco Bicchi (23:35) License. Oh, sorry. It was Adalie that’s the name that I was remembering for the last thing.
GuadalupeRengifo (23:44) Shannon, is, you, can you go to the left? What is the provider name? Is there any provider name there? I’m not sure if I, oh… is you pull your?
Shannon Costine (24:02) On this one?
GuadalupeRengifo (24:04) Yeah, it doesn’t have name, right? For the wrong verification. Can you go to the profile for? Grisel Lopez on medallion, if you want a chair.
Shannon Costine (24:17) One second.
Shannon Costine (24:32) Okay. What are you wanting on her?
GuadalupeRengifo (24:35) Huh. So let’s go to license existing license… And now go to, on the three dots next to the license, the acn and then go to where it says view… verifications… and look at the exit that please. And if you want to look at the one on March thirteenth 612?
GuadalupeRengifo (25:07) So, the document is still there for all of the acns?
Shannon Costine (25:14) You want it deleted? Okay? I.
GuadalupeRengifo (25:18) mean, I’m not saying that I want to delete it. I’m saying that this is a compliance issue. I mean, that’s an error that shouldn’t be there. So I don’t know how your team will fix it, but obviously, it doesn’t belong to those providers. Yeah.
Shannon Costine (25:32) They re verified, which is why you have the new verification from this date for March sixteenth and this was done manually versus automatic, but I will ask them to please delete that.
GuadalupeRengifo (25:45) I know that’s not a, it’s not a glitch in the system. This is a human error from your team, no.
Shannon Costine (25:50) It is a glitch, it was automatically verified which is why that happened. And then they went in and manually verified that.
GuadalupeRengifo (25:57) Okay. So, so I’m possibly wrong. Can you go to crespo? Let’s double check crespo.
Shannon Costine (26:06) Let’s get through this issue first. And then we’ll look at that one, for unitedhealthcare, we can follow the instructions that Monica provided. The only thing that I need from you guys is to know what administrator you want us to select. I’m going to take a screenshot of this and show you on here.
Shannon Costine (26:32) These are the options that we have.
GuadalupeRengifo (26:37) Okay. Would you want to send that in a, in an email? Because I don’t have, I don’t know who will be the administrator? Do you know Francesco?
Francesco Bicchi (26:46) Yeah. I know some of these names. I don’t know who, I mean, they all have access to uac. I guess it could be any one of them, to be honest. I like, I’m the most in contact with can be with like Cristino. I don’t know if it matters who gives access to it, but.
Shannon Costine (27:02) It doesn’t it’s just as long as they all have access. If, if you think Cristino would be a good one.
Francesco Bicchi (27:09) Yeah. Let me double check if that’s the right one. Cristino, o, Cristino. O… yeah.
Francesco Bicchi (27:28) Let me send an email to you after to.
Shannon Costine (27:30) Double check. Okay. No problem. Yep, absolutely. Okay. On the last issue, which provider did you want me to look at? Yeah.
GuadalupeRengifo (27:39) So that would be, but before we move on, I think that ticket has ability also. Did you get a resolution on the ability access? I?
Shannon Costine (27:47) Do not have a resolution yet. But let me add in this note we can follow. I do know that we cannot give individual access. We’re just trying to determine next steps after that.
GuadalupeRengifo (28:03) Okay.
Shannon Costine (28:04) Instructions pending the administrator thing, so.
GuadalupeRengifo (28:10) I need to, I need to take a phone call, but I think that’s basically the other providers. You have it in the email. I’m going to forward it to you as the same issue. Basically, huh. And you have it in the email for March the sixteenth, just I guess a way for your team to clear, those wrong verifications from the files. All right?
Shannon Costine (28:32) Perfect. Thank you guys. Have a good day. Thank.
Francesco Bicchi (28:35) You.
