Kyle Rice (00:00) hey, Amanda, how are you doing? I think you’re on mute.
Amanda Lewis (00:06) Always, it just pops up on mute.
Kyle Rice (00:09) I don’t know how to change it. So I’ll have to look into that.
Amanda Lewis (00:12) No, it’s okay. You just always have to remind me.
Kyle Rice (00:16) No worries. How are you doing?
Amanda Lewis (00:17) I’m doing alright, staying extremely busy but trying… to get caught up. I’ve actually gotten a few requested today on licenses. I’ve got more to do. I’m waiting on the NPS to… I’ve got to let them know. I’m going to be licensing some of them up and that way they go okay and know that they need to start looking more and focusing on what y’all need for that. But the ones I put in there already today are managers. So I know that they’ll get it done quick.
Kyle Rice (00:56) Yeah, I see. It looks like a couple for New York, for Cameron, New York, and California for Brian. And yeah, it looks like we have a couple in here.
Amanda Lewis (01:08) Yeah. And then I’ve got more to come. I’m doing a complete like revamp of trying to figure out who I need in New York and New Jersey and because we should be opening them soon, but we’ve got to, I mean, I’ve got some providers that already have New York and New Jersey. So I’m trying to figure out some lead, you know, who’s going to be my strong partner group there and, you know, that kind of thing. Yeah. So, and then I’m kind of revamping some of the other so past… couple days and tomorrow will be hopefully that will be finalized and I can start just popping them in here because, we have a bunch that we need to request. Our numbers are down. You know, we haven’t used what we need to use especially on new ones. So, I’m like they’re coming. I promise, I just got to get them together and I’ve… got… I don’t know how this got passed, sure or… I should know better than to even say this. But I guess mocingbird didn’t catch this and I ran into an issue and I want to know, is there a way to look it up here? Okay? So when Zahara went in to do her stuff her, what is it called? Aanp or aanc or something like that? Her board certification? Yes, had expired… a year and so she had to react to that and they almost made her retest and do all that, right? So, I guess she, oh.
Kyle Rice (03:00) My goodness. Yeah. I know there are some boards that will directly link to your board certification. So like if it’s not renewed timely or sent or if the provider does not send verification, there is some potential that like an offhand like Kentucky, West Virginia won’t activate it like immediately with the expiration of the board certification.
Amanda Lewis (03:20) Yeah. And so I don’t want that to happen to anybody. And that’s not anything I’ve ever looked at if they’re board certified, you know, and it’s only every five years. And so I didn’t know if there was because I know she had to get that for y’all before y’all could get her, you know, license renewed or whatever. So I didn’t know. Does everybody have, is… there a way to pull everybody, aanpc… whatever it is that, yes, sure. Those are good. Okay. Let.
Kyle Rice (03:58) Me show you. And then I can, what I can do additionally is we can, if you want, this is a little bit that’s kind of difficult to view. I can enable some additional reporting, but let me know. Okay, let me just turn my screen over so I can show you how to get there.
Amanda Lewis (04:11) Okay.
Kyle Rice (04:13) So if you go to, did this pop up? Okay? Can you see? Yeah. All right. So if you go to overview it’ll, show you all the tasks. So provider tasks, admin tasks, if you go to the expirable section here, and if you go to category, let me just hide this real quick. If you go to category and then you can sort by board certification. Okay? You can see. So like we see like czars expired in 20 22. Now, this is not a live field. So if they did not update this, we’re not going to be able to flag anything for you. But if you filter this, you can filter it by upcoming expired within 30 or 60 days. And then you can export all this information as well onto a spreadsheet.
Amanda Lewis (05:05) I have one, two three four five people expired.
Kyle Rice (05:13) It’s possible that, they did not, they renewed it and just did not update it. So that’s a possibility. I know in czar’s case, she’s been, I think you said she’s been lapped since 20 22, but there’s a possibility if they do renew their board certification, I would recommend they put it into medallion just for, so you have visibility into that for tracking.
Amanda Lewis (05:32) Yeah, because I’m fixing to contact every one of these and go, I need your updated board certifications and I need you to put them in medallion, yes, and.
Kyle Rice (05:42) then it looks like the next set of expirable board certifications. Kelsey rau is up in June. And then it does not look like we have anybody coming up until August for how?
Amanda Lewis (05:52) Does she have two of them?
Kyle Rice (05:54) She might be dual? Let me just take a look. She might be dual certified. Oh, okay. Let’s take a look. So it looks like she has the fnp cert, and then it looks like she has the nurse practitioner certification in gerontology.
Amanda Lewis (06:10) Okay. How do we look? I need to see if I put Julie’s in there. I don’t think I put Julie’s in here.
Kyle Rice (06:19) We could take a look.
Amanda Lewis (06:21) Her name’s not in here, Julie Kelly, great gift. Yeah, dude. Ah, good. She asked me. She goes, when does mine expire? I don’t know, 20 29. OK. Yeah.
Kyle Rice (06:35) They should be good. They should also be receiving notices, I believe from the specific agency renewal notices from the board up to their particular board up to the renewal date. So it should not be for the most part, like it’s new news that they know they need to renew those.
Amanda Lewis (06:53) Yeah. Well, Zahara ended up having to do hers on her own because she timed out on you guys doing it and she did it over the weekend and she was able to get it before Monday. Otherwise, she probably wouldn’t have a job right now.
Kyle Rice (07:12) Oh, wonderful.
Amanda Lewis (07:14) Yeah, because she would have been expired on everything. And the two licenses that she holds that she sees patients in would.
Kyle Rice (07:21) Have been, would have been.
Amanda Lewis (07:23) Yeah, she wouldn’t be able to see patients if they wouldn’t have updated her, whichever one she has, then she wouldn’t have, she wouldn’t have a job. So she’s very lucky. Yeah.
Kyle Rice (07:37) Super important with the board certifications for sure, especially around especially for the NPS with their licensure too, if you want. I can send you a list of states that do require verification of it. And then for the most part, it’s I believe it’s a free send as well through their board certification. So, if they need to send to any state boards as part of like the renewal or anything like that, I can provide that information over to you. I.
Amanda Lewis (08:02) Wouldn’t even worry about it, that’s their responsibility to keep up with that. So, they, I’m going to put a big note in here. You have to update your boards and put them in medallion. It’s it’s not an option.
Kyle Rice (08:17) Absolutely. And.
Amanda Lewis (08:18) it’s not going to be, I can’t take any more on. I,
Kyle Rice (08:23) know, I talked with, I talked with Jack this week, he said you got, you were wearing many hats.
Amanda Lewis (08:27) This.
Kyle Rice (08:28) week and you’re extremely busy. So, however I can help, I’m happy to do so.
Amanda Lewis (08:32) I appreciate that. He, he probably saw me all. I don’t even know if I showed my face, I’ve been pretty stressed. My blood pressure’s been pretty high. I’ve been pretty stressed lately. We’ve got a lot going on right now at work, and I’m… Julie’s you know, compliant and go to, so it’s been long hours, yes. Well.
Kyle Rice (08:56) Hang in there. Hopefully, it gets a little bit easier. I know the quarter’s about up. So hopefully you guys get a little reprieve and get a vacation in or something like that.
Amanda Lewis (09:04) I think end of may end of may, we’re both off a week. There you go. When we take off, that doesn’t mean we’re off.
Kyle Rice (09:13) You still bring the computer with you?
Amanda Lewis (09:15) You have to yeah.
Kyle Rice (09:17) I know. Good.
Amanda Lewis (09:17) Job. Yep.
Kyle Rice (09:19) Everyone’s just so connected in this day and age and never stops.
Amanda Lewis (09:23) Never, and people will message us even if they know that we’re on vacation, they don’t they do not care. There’s. Certain people, I will answer and certain people, I don’t I get that if the president of the company calls, I’m answering.
Kyle Rice (09:40) Exactly. Yeah.
Amanda Lewis (09:42) She called yesterday. I’m like, hey, hi. That’s Julie’s boss. I used to work closer with her before she was the president. Now, she’s president of the company and I’m like, hey, I hardly ever see you anymore.
Kyle Rice (09:55) Busy busy. Yeah.
Amanda Lewis (09:57) So… I have some more people that have started but they haven’t made it past like two weeks. So I want to get the okay to put those in just… to make sure they’re going to stay because the people we’ve had lately when we bring them in, hire them, train them, they stay, but we had a round that we’re just thinking, I guess this was like a, it’s a telehealth and I’ll work whenever I want how I want and, you know, that kind of stuff. And so there for a while, it was like we couldn’t keep anybody because we, they wouldn’t work it and you’re like, how do you not, you know, work? This is a eight to five job. You’re in front of a computer all day and they just didn’t catch that. So we went through a big group that would come and go come and go. And now, I think we’ve got a bunch of that haven’t done that lately, but I’m still skittish if that makes sense on putting anybody in before a month. Yeah. Well.
Kyle Rice (11:06) If you need to deactivate any users that should free up a platform, see, I believe that goes back into the consumption bucket.
Amanda Lewis (11:12) Oh, it does I.
Kyle Rice (11:14) Believe. So, so, yeah, if you guys are deactivating anyone that’s like leaving terming, that’s not active with ways to, well, you can certainly remove their profile and that should hopefully free up some space for you.
Amanda Lewis (11:24) Nice. That helps too. Okay. Yeah, I haven’t I had one on here that I’ll let go too long that I forgot about, but she had some stuff to do and I was like, oops, turn her off. She left or we made her leave. So let’s… see. Okay. So with New York and Florida in California, I think all three of those had to have an RN before they could have an NP… Florida.
Kyle Rice (11:57) I think if they hold an active compact license, so Florida is super nuanced if they hold a compact license or an active RN license in good standing, you can bypass the RN in Florida and go directly into NP for New York and California. I believe those are not. I believe New York is in legislation right now to join the RN compact, so that’s not passed as of yet. So if you need any aprn licensure in either New York or California need both the RN and the aprn license as prerequisites on.
Amanda Lewis (12:29) Florida, I believe it popped up that he needed it there too. So let me look at request… I requested today. So it’s not really showing. I don’t think yet. Ron baba, California. Nope. Florida didn’t okay. I’m… making stuff up. California… needed, that. Okay? And he needs Florida the RX was included.
Amanda Lewis (12:59) I think he has enough hours to make him autonomous. And I think… yeah. Okay. He had, I think I requested him to be autonomous if he had the hours. I know Cameron doesn’t but… Brian should active… expired licenses. Okay? I’ll tell Brian to get on his. He’s one of my managers. So he’s got a bunch of tasks that just came up today because I put him in there to do that. So… that’s good. I’m I had a, Kyle… was telling me I had people that weren’t doing stuff near as fast and that our numbers looked like went from like 10 days, 12 days to like 121 days. And so he was showing me where to look that up and I was gonna go over it with, but it’s on provider task. Yeah.
Kyle Rice (14:06) I connected with Jack on that. I think there’s an open task from something we moved to an active that was skewing that. So hopefully that should be fixed. Now, let me take a look. Okay? I did connect with Jack earlier this week on our like we do like a weekly account sync and he, we kind of talk all things waste well and our other accounts as well. But that should be, it should be rectified. Let me take a look here. Okay?
Amanda Lewis (14:31) I got Julie stuff that’s 30 days out and I, that’s my, I mean that’s all me. So I will work on that she… needs CE.
Kyle Rice (14:46) Yeah. It looks like this, it was at 41 days and then it moved back down to eight days since we closed those out. So it should be good to go. Okay?
Amanda Lewis (14:53) Good, good. That makes me feel better. I was like, I don’t know what my people are doing. I had such my, I had a good I’m… at the beginning don’t let them slack now. Okay? I do have Samantha may toast and some stuff out on Julie that’s over 30 days old that I need to get to perfect. But that’s I’ll get with Julie and make sure she’s got her ces and all that kind of stuff. Perfect.
Kyle Rice (15:27) And that looks like the team already moved Brian’s New York and California requests. In the process. New York asks for everything and you’re like from like educate like elementary school to present because they’re just a weird state. So, it looks like there’s a couple tasks out for him. And then it looks like there’s also some fingerprint tasks out for him for his new requests.
Amanda Lewis (15:48) As well.
Kyle Rice (15:48) Perfect.
Amanda Lewis (15:49) Now he’ll stay on it. He’s one of, my lead guys. He’s… the one that couldn’t meet with the group and he met with you that one time, just me.
Kyle Rice (16:03) Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Amanda Lewis (16:06) He’s he’s pretty on top of it and he’s off tomorrow. He’s like I might be able to go get some stuff done tomorrow. Okay? Rosa… has one thing in, okay. CE needed for New Jersey apn renewal application. May 30 first. Okay, good. Okay. I feel a lot better good. I’m just gonna keep on keeping on. I need to look at, I did some… searches on csrs and stuff like that. So I might, I need to get back in, and request those. I was gonna do that and then got pulled into something else. And so that got put on the back runner, but I’ll try to do licenses and csrs, probably I’ll block my day tomorrow just to work on just schedules and stuff like that and work on compliance. I’m gonna have to every Friday. I’m gonna start blocking my schedule just to work on compliance stuff. So I’ve gotta do something that.
Kyle Rice (17:13) Sounds good to me. Let me know how I can help there all.
Amanda Lewis (17:16) Right. Thank you so much. No.
Kyle Rice (17:18) Worries. Are you guys getting into any spring weather yet? Or still kind of like teetering on like the false fall back to, you know, secondary spring and all that?
Amanda Lewis (17:26) Fun. The pollen is horrid here.
Kyle Rice (17:30) Is that so you guys, are you guys are in the spring already? Yes?
Amanda Lewis (17:33) It is sunshine. Beautiful, beautiful outside but my husband was grilling last night and it was dark and he had, a flashlight because we got to it late. Some of our neighbors came down. We got to talking and it was like, God, we hadn’t even eaten. We hadn’t even cooked. So we went out there and he had the flashlight and he was like, do you see all that? And I was like, no, so I took the flashlight and I’m looking and he goes, that’s Paul and I was like great. I mean, it was just in the air, big, just sheets of it coming through and I’m like, no, the.
Kyle Rice (18:09) Worst is when it gets all over the cars and like everything and like you’re just breathing in while you’re driving and it’s just, I need to get some proactive claritin going or something like that because it’s coming.
Amanda Lewis (18:22) Yeah, it’s coming your way. Yes, mine, I’ve already had the migraine phase, hopefully knock on wood. It doesn’t do that again for when it first comes. But then it went back to winter. And now it’s back to spring. Again. My son is not teen and he’s in Switzerland right now. Oh, awesome. He’s on a trip, him and his girlfriend and then his girlfriend’s mom and her best friend. He was stupid to go there with them. I mean, he’s with three girls… needy girls at that. So I’m like you dumb. But okay. So they went to Italy. Well, they went to Rwanda first and then they went to different parts of Italy and then they flew over to Switzerland which was my son’s exciting that’s where that’s the only reason.
Kyle Rice (19:17) That was his special class. That was his part.
Amanda Lewis (19:18) Of it, it’s snowing.
Kyle Rice (19:21) Oh, is it? It’s?
Amanda Lewis (19:22) Beautiful. The mountains are gorgeous, but the mom is too scared to drive in it. And so everything is canceling. And so she went back to the hotel. And so he doesn’t get to skydive and he doesn’t get to do all the things the train ride and stuff that he wanted to do. He was like my trip got screwed and I don’t get any of my money back and I’m like, ouch. I.
Kyle Rice (19:48) Feel like they’re pretty inept because they get a lot of snow out there that they’d be used to driving out there with it and keep stuff open. So I.
Amanda Lewis (19:56) don’t know, oh, everything’s well, the railway wasn’t open because they up in the top of the mountain that they were wanting to go to. It’s. Like the top of Europe, I guess is what it’s called. I don’t know, but they were going to get three to four feet. Well, yeah, just at the top of the mountain. Well, they had planned on going to the top of the mountain. They knew it was going to snow over there, but not like that. And so, they had closed that railway down for a day or a couple days. And so, Joe’s mom’s like no peace out. We’re going back to the hotel. Oh, no, she’s like, no, this is the only part hunter wanted to do. Oh.
Kyle Rice (20:35) Man, that’s terrible. I feel bad. He didn’t get his bucket list items there, had to make another trip then or something. Yeah.
Amanda Lewis (20:41) But they won’t get the money back on any of it.
Amanda Lewis (20:43) Oh, that’s terrible. They’re having to spend more money, and if they wanted to come home a day early, the flight would cost another grand.
Kyle Rice (20:50) Oh, wow. And Switzerland’s expensive too. Yeah. So that’s unfortunate.
Amanda Lewis (20:57) They went to the lent chocolate factory. Ooh, he spent over 120, 100 francs or 120 francs. Just in chocolate.
Kyle Rice (21:07) That’s the current chocolate’s the currency over there, you know?
Amanda Lewis (21:10) Yeah, I’m like, my God… I was like, how much is that U. S, money? He was like, nah, probably about 150 bucks in chocolate. He’s like, I mean, mom, it is your favorite chocolate and I was like,
Kyle Rice (21:22) yeah, I was gonna say, at least you better bring some home for mom.
Amanda Lewis (21:25) Oh, yeah, it was, I was like, please don’t not all that for me. I don’t need all that. I’ll gain 500 pounds. So, I love.
Kyle Rice (21:37) It, I love it. I’m getting the travel bug. Now, it’s been a while since I’ve gone anywhere super exciting. So.
Amanda Lewis (21:42) Yeah, same. I need the trip. I, yeah, I would never jump out of a airplane though. He’s but he did it on his eighteenth birthday. And so his nineteenth birthday, he was over there and he was supposed to jump Friday. His birthday was Saturday last Saturday. So he’s close. He’s gonna jump on his first and nineteenth birthday but… and they only got 11 inches where they were supposed to get three feet. And so I’m like go back, yeah, go back, but people are telling him we can still jump. And so he’s dying to go back. And the mom’s like I’m not driving in it. He’s not enough to have a rental otherwise I’d get him one. Yeah. Well.
Kyle Rice (22:31) Hopefully he gets some other bucket list items while he can out there. And then hopefully he won’t need another trip.
Amanda Lewis (22:38) Oh, he’ll go again, this time, he’ll take his daddy. Yeah, my husband is like, I wish I had my passport. I’d fly over there now and we’d just have a week of just mountain climbing and stuff. I’m like whatever mountain.
Kyle Rice (22:50) Climbing and chocolate.
Amanda Lewis (22:51) Yeah, mountain climbing and chocolate.
Kyle Rice (22:53) There you go. That’s all you need.
Amanda Lewis (22:55) Yeah, I guess so well, it was great. Catching up. Is it warm? Is it cold? Is it freezing? It’s nice.
Kyle Rice (23:02) Today, it’s been up and down. It was like last week, it was in the thirties forties and then the week before that, it was in the eighties. So that’s like the fall, spring going back in like the fall, you know, secondary winter, it’s about eighties today. So it’s not too bad. And then we got some fifties coming up in the rain. I took off next week to my kids are on spring break. We’re taking them to a phillies game. And my youngest is just about two. He’ll be two in July and we were going to take him to the baseball game and they start like late, you know, like seven o’clock that’s his bedtime so like we’re he’ll never make it through any of that. Like he’ll just be, you know, overtired and whatnot, so we’re taking him to a one o’clock game next Wednesday to hopefully get through that. And I think it’ll be cool. They do like a little so much.
Amanda Lewis (23:47) Fun.
Kyle Rice (23:47) Yeah, they do like a little like phillies like first game. So it’s my daughter’s five, she’s never been yet and his game. So they’re going to, they’re going to and all of our neighbors are going to. So it’ll be a grand old time.
Amanda Lewis (23:58) Oh, that is going to be so much fun. Our, that’s my son’s girlfriend is still in high school. She graduates this year, he graduated last year. So this is her senior trip and she’s in break. Yeah, I love it. And so, yeah, he just took off with her. He’s like I didn’t go on my trip last. They’ve been together for five years. They didn’t go on a trip last year, but went to prom last year this year, they’re not going to prom, but they went on a trip. So all… in compromise.
Kyle Rice (24:30) I feel it always something with these kids.
Amanda Lewis (24:34) Oh, yeah. You got a long ways to go. At least mine are grown. I don’t know. I’ve lost more. I.
Kyle Rice (24:41) know, I’m just excited because my daughter’s like finally dressing herself. And the little one’s like a little bit more self sufficient where we don’t have to be on top of him where he’s like pulling pots and pans out of the cabinet and just like getting into everything. So we’re getting there.
Amanda Lewis (24:54) You’re getting there slowly?
Kyle Rice (24:56) But surely it’s a process and.
Amanda Lewis (24:58) Then teenage years.
Kyle Rice (25:00) Yes, I’m looking forward to that. My daughter’s already asking me about when can I drive? When can I do this? I’m like you can never drive and I need you to stay at home for the rest of your life.
Amanda Lewis (25:09) For the rest of your life. Yeah.
Kyle Rice (25:11) So that’s how it’s going. But yeah, great to catch up. Amanda. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help out with.
Amanda Lewis (25:19) Cancel next week’s, if you’re off next week, cancel it. We don’t need it.
Kyle Rice (25:23) I’m just gonna be off on the first. So, if you want to keep the, if you want to keep the second or I think we’re on weekly right now. Still, do we, we’re.
Amanda Lewis (25:30) on weekly, if you’ll be back on Thursday, let’s keep it just to make sure I got everything done and don’t have any questions.
Kyle Rice (25:38) Yeah, yeah, absolutely. I’ll be back on Thursday and then we can always revisit the cadence moving forward. Okay? Sounds great. Perfect. Well, happy to, happy Thursday. I’m getting my days all mixed up. Happy Thursday to you. Let me know if there’s anything else in the meantime.
Amanda Lewis (25:51) Have fun next week. Have fun with that game.
Kyle Rice (25:53) I will, I’m excited I.
Amanda Lewis (25:55) Would be too cool.
Kyle Rice (25:56) All right. Bye. See ya.
