David Ezeobinwa (00:20) Yeah. I was just following up with a message I had sent you the other day, just regarding like credentialing. I had noticed that you guys were kind of increasing the footprint essentially here at medallion. We just help healthcare organizations who are growing and expanding some of their health sites, improve some of their provider onboarding and help speed up the time that a provider is able to start billing by 30 to 45 days, which overall just helps increase revenue, reduce a lot of the claims and denials that we’ve seen.

David Ezeobinwa (00:49) Across the organization. So, I was just curious like how you guys are currently handling that now? And if potentially in a conversation around how we, you know, use our automation and some of our AI features to help make that streamlined across.

Phone Caller #1 (01:02) We recently just entered into an agreement with someone else and so we are working with them with the implementation part of it. We just signed the contract. So I do apologize.
David Ezeobinwa (01:19) Okay. No worries. And is this other person, do you mind mentioning or being able to tell me the name of this other group?

David Ezeobinwa (01:28) Healthstream. Okay. And is that like a two year or something? A three year agreement?
Phone Caller #1 (01:29) Yes… it’s a four year agreement?
David Ezeobinwa (01:36) Four year? Okay. Well, yeah, I guess it’s old timey. I wish I caught you a little sooner.
Phone Caller #1 (01:37) Yes… yes.

David Ezeobinwa (01:44) Yeah, I will say the capabilities of medallion. Definitely. We’ve had a lot of customers come over from credstream.
Phone Caller #1 (01:48) Yeah. I used to use medallion years ago when I worked in Virginia. So, I know the capabilities of medallion. I wish I would have known much sooner, but like I said, we had.
Phone Caller #1 (02:05) We had three others, and collectively, they all decided to move forward with Healthstream.
David Ezeobinwa (02:17) Yeah. No, that’s completely fair. Patrice, and I guess, I mean, obviously, you guys are moving forward with implementation, but I will say if there’s something along the way that’s you know, maybe it’s not working or it’s not feeling right? Then definitely open to at least having a conversation seeing maybe if medallion would be a better fit.
