Janette (00:00) hello? Oh my God, you sound so do.

Amy Barfield (00:06) I sound far away. Give it a minute.

Janette (00:07) Yeah. Let me put up my volume.

Amy Barfield (00:15) I don’t know what’s going on.

Janette (00:16) Hi. Okay. I can hear you now. Okay. Good me. No, not you.

Kristen Hanly (00:21) No.

Janette (00:23) When I look back.

Amy Barfield (00:24) And forth between like zoom and Google meet and teams, depending on how I think it takes a minute for my system to be like which one are you on? And then it picks up the volume. I was able to reschedule my appointment today. So, sorry for the short notice. I just got notification early this morning that I could move it so that’s.

Kristen Hanly (00:48) alright. Hopefully they saw your email so they can join.

Amy Barfield (00:52) I mean, they accepted. So hopefully… they’ll join because I know they per vecas, they had a lot of questions. So, and… I… do have some updates for behavioral health. So, did you get my email, Jeanette? About cal optima? I sent you a couple this morning. You probably are bombarded.

Janette (01:21) Let me see. Hold on.

Janette (01:31) No, I have three unread from you. Okay? I got, la, was the last one I read?

Amy Barfield (01:38) Yes, yes.

Janette (01:43) Okay. I’m sure. Okay. Well, no, this is optum. You said optum?

Amy Barfield (01:47) Optima? Cal optima?

Janette (01:50) Oh, cal optima? Okay?

Amy Barfield (01:51) Yeah… Janet’s joining now?

Janette (02:05) Okay. Got that one. Okay?

Amy Barfield (02:10) Yeah. The la care plan. I know we had talked about earlier this month and I didn’t know if Kristen had gone anything. They’re not really responsive to be honest with you. It’s hard to get in touch with them.

Janette (02:22) For cal optima? No.

Amy Barfield (02:24) For la plan. Sorry, I just.

Janette (02:26) Oh, yeah. I’ve tried, I was on hold for a long time and I just asked… oh, the rep responsible for California to see if she can get a hold of them too. She told me the same thing. They just leave you on hold forever. I sent an email. Okay. So, the last question I had was if Kristen had any kind of outstanding claims or if we had, we.

Kristen Hanly (02:52) Don’t par with la care plan.

Janette (02:54) So, we’re not seeing any, right? No. Okay. So then Amy, I would, yeah.

Kristen Hanly (03:01) No, we’re not par with them. The only like we’re par with anthem medicaid, which is like la care. Sorry. I’m eating an apple. I apologize. It’s the anthem blue cross, la care, but it’s through anthem. We do not par with la care as a separate entity. No.

Amy Barfield (03:20) Okay. So, can we stop those?

Kristen Hanly (03:22) I would say, yes, okay.

Janette (03:27) I just seen your email on cal optima now. I know that we were trying to do a contract negotiation with bumont and I think that he went against cal optima because they were giving, I think they weren’t giving us the rates we needed. Let me just double check with my email with him here. Hold on, okay?

Amy Barfield (03:48) Janet, do you know if shino will be joining us today?

Janette (03:52) Well, we,

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (03:56) I don’t know we were both just on a call that ran long. So, yeah.

Janette (04:01) Okay. Well.

Amy Barfield (04:04) While you’re looking for that, Janet, I want to make sure or Janet, I want to, sorry guys, I want to make sure that we hit our behavioral health agenda.

Janette (04:12) Yeah, go ahead. I’m just going to look for the email.

Amy Barfield (04:16) So, Janet, I’ve been back and forth with Gwen and contracting with optima, and they do offer group contracts, but nationwide, they are closed network for group contracts right now. So they’re not accepting anyone. And, I did put on our agenda here. Let me share my screen in case you don’t have that up. Just what our communication I,

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (04:43) just want to, I just want to distinguish, we know they’re not offering group contracts right now, but you can have a group practice… yes, you can. So I can’t that’s what we’re trying to do, right?

Amy Barfield (04:58) But they’re individual contracts for providers… right?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (05:03) So, under… the group… there’s a bunch of us who are already credentialed, but we’re credentialed with the tax id and our own npis, not PM npi. And we need to join us, so that other people in the group who we supervise can see optum patients.

Amy Barfield (05:30) They will not. And I got clarification today. They don’t do that. They don’t because you have to have a group contract for lmsws to be supervised, and they’re not offering group contracts. So, I like asked her in three different ways and she and, I put the optum billing guidelines… here, so you can click on that and see it that’s what she sent me. And she did specify that absolutely correct. There’s no supervisory billing for New York or New Jersey so they cannot see patients… under supervisory for an individual.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (06:11) Gina’s waiting to get in. She said, I don’t.

Amy Barfield (06:13) know, let me see. It’s. Not popping. I… don’t see anyone in my room. Oh… so I’m not sure what meeting she, maybe she is.

Kristen Hanly (06:27) The wrong one. Wait.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (06:28) I’m going to invite her? Okay?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (06:53) I don’t know if I just did it. I don’t know.

Amy Barfield (06:58) Okay. I will continue until she is… oh, I see Sheena. Okay, good. Okay.

Janette (07:18) Amy, you’re okay to close cal, optima? Okay?

Amy Barfield (07:24) Perfect.

Amy Barfield (07:32) Hi, Sheena.

Janette (07:36) Hello? Hey, okay.

Amy Barfield (07:38) So, we were just discussing optum. They will not accept lmsws for billing as a supervisory under individual contracts. So, you’ll only be able to bill for your other providers who are individually contracted. I’ve told the team to release all providers to be submitted for individual contracts that are eligible. So, that means we’ll be stopping any of the lmsw requests… in medallion. And here is a link that you can look at billing for, you know, that specifies when you can bill for lmsws, and I’ve shared that with Kristen and Jeanette as well. Right now, nationwide, they’re not offering group enrollment. It is something they do offer just right now that network is closed. So we can always check back in six months. That’s typically, what we do is just check back every six months and see if they’re reopened. So that’s where we’re at with optum. Do you have any questions about that?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (08:52) That’s very unfortunate, but no, yeah.

Amy Barfield (08:55) I mean, I pushed back, I was like we’re nationwide. We have a ton of lmsws. I mentioned the ghi, merge and how we had, you know, a lot of patients and it was just a hard no. So, I did push it.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:13) All right. Sheena, maybe when I’ll strategize about hiring, if this is what it’s going to be for the next six months or so.

Amy Barfield (09:22) Yeah, evernorth is kind of the same, except they will allow you to bill, lmsws, under the,

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:32) superficient provider.

Amy Barfield (09:34) So, any of those lmsw enrollment requests we have, we’re going to stop as well because there’s no credentialing or enrollment requirements for them. Okay. Anything, I think Vikas mentioned Janet that you had some questions for me?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (09:57) Yeah. New Jersey medicaid, I am either I just did or I will be signing a contract for New Jersey medicaid. Can we have our eligible? And I think all New Jersey, licensed providers, LM, Lc, NP, and all of them are eligible for their own medicaid number. Could we start credentialing them please?

Amy Barfield (10:22) Yeah. Do we have current requests for them? I,

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (10:25) I don’t know, Janet, is that on the list?

Janette (10:28) It’s on my to do list. Yeah. Okay.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (10:31) Perfect. I hope it’s not as terrible as New York medicaid, but if we can’t if we can’t do optum, let’s work on that a little bit,

Amy Barfield (10:43) Yeah, once you get approval for New Jersey medicaid, then we can submit for those providers to be linked.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (10:49) Okay. And, Aetna Texas and Aetna… Texas, I just signed.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (11:03) Is that on your list too? Jeanette? We?

Amy Barfield (11:05) Need to put.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (11:06) them on the provider list. Okay. There’s only two people. Yeah, it’s only dr lobel and daphina below. I think, that are Texas right now?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (11:25) Okay. Yeah, the medicaid New Jersey, is the big one. So appreciated. Yeah.

Amy Barfield (11:35) Is that something a request that we had in medallion? So, if it’s something you were handling in house, we will just need to put it in the existing enrollments here. But I wanted to see if you had a group contract request in here that we were managing.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (12:07) We have horizon commercial, and, I requested horizon medicaid as well as carillon medicaid in New Jersey, which is it’s under another name. I can’t remember what it’s called, but those two.

Amy Barfield (12:23) Oh, that are signed.

Amy Barfield (12:28) Carillon New Jersey.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (12:31) Carillon.

Amy Barfield (12:34) I’m sorry, you cut out. Can you?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (12:35) Say that one more time? Oh, only the medicaid product.

Amy Barfield (12:43) Okay. Carillon medicaid line of business was signed for… New Jersey,

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (12:52) I’m waiting for it to be signed back to me. Yep. And horizon medicaid.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:05) New Jersey? Okay? New Jersey. Yeah, New York, New Jersey, but it’s New Jersey, oh, New York and New Jersey. I think the name is New York, New Jersey, but it’s New Jersey, medicaid. Okay?

Sheena (13:31) When are those agreements in effect?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:35) I won’t. I didn’t get it back yet. I didn’t get it signed back yet. So, usually, it’s 30 days from whenever.

Amy Barfield (13:43) Yeah, horizon, I think usually takes at least 30 days because they have to transfer it to the contracting to upload and all that.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (13:52) Jazz, oh, indeed. I know.

Amy Barfield (13:55) They’re in no hurry to make us happy, you know, Amy in.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:00) General, if I get a new lcsw or two on board. Do you know how long it’s been taking them to credential through optum individual?

Amy Barfield (14:12) I don’t but I can check, okay?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:14) Because that’s my other strategy is just to get somebody on board or two people on board to see these people. We have so many hundreds.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:33) Whatever, whatever, I’m gonna do my part and get on it. And as soon as I hire them, then we’ll get them as credentialed as fast as possible, right?

Amy Barfield (14:43) Yeah, even if their start date isn’t until 30?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:47) Days?

Amy Barfield (14:48) Out, like we can go ahead and start the process, I,

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (14:51) appreciate it.

Amy Barfield (14:53) Yeah, just push for that onboarding to be done quickly so that when they’re ready to start, they’re at least a month closer, you know?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (15:03) Okay. Anything else on your mind? No, I don’t have anything else. Oh, I’m sorry, is there is?

Sheena (15:10) There an update on my report? I think you said you submitted a ticket? I have to put in the same filters the same fields. Yeah, I did.

Amy Barfield (15:22) Send a ticket. I will look for an update. Okay. What?

Sheena (15:30) And then, I don’t know Jeanette, do you still want to review the gap analysis of that, in accurate application? Because I know we don’t have a lot of lcsws, but there are people that’ll be taking the exams that’ll need medicaid applications? And these errors are pretty costly to us?

Janette (15:56) I did discuss it with, Amy yesterday,

Amy Barfield (16:00) So, she?

Janette (16:01) Was Amy, you said you were going to expedite getting that other application reprocessed for us for which one, the one that we talked about yesterday, that there was two mistakes?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:12) Yes.

Sheena (16:13) Oh, yeah.

Amy Barfield (16:14) I pushed that through this morning. So they should be working that today, okay?

Sheena (16:19) And then,

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (16:21) Amy?

Sheena (16:23) Can you, just for my own peace of mind check in medallion that we tied in these uc locations properly?

Amy Barfield (16:35) Yeah, I already confirmed with Jeanette that she added those locations correctly, and.

Sheena (16:39) Then the supervisors, I think Jeanette were added, those were done too… and the enrollments are underway for them for the locations for.

Janette (16:50) The four providers that we talked about,

Sheena (16:54) Five, right? Jen, Janet, Seandra. So, Judy, Alexa?

Janette (17:00) Yeah, I’ll open my BH list. Hold on.

Sheena (17:04) I have,

Janette (17:06) Jen, Janet, Alexa, sujiti, and Seandra. Yep.

Amy Barfield (17:18) Can you remind me what those practice locations are?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (17:24) So, you can?

Sheena (17:25) Do forest hills, oh,

Janette (17:32) don’t see that. BH, you gotta put BH, in front. Okay… Kristen, did you add the last one for me? I thought it was there already. The new one. Rockville, it was already.

Kristen Hanly (17:45) There, I’m pretty sure rockville center is in there already.

Janette (17:48) Yeah, it was already there and it had a lot of providers already linked to it too. You want to?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (17:53) Make sure that it’s not 100 north village avenue, rockville center, that it’s the uc that we’re hooking to, right? Because there’s two different sites.

Kristen Hanly (18:01) Oh, then we’re gonna have to ask another, oh, ask, we’re gonna have to add another one.

Janette (18:07) Maybe.

Kristen Hanly (18:08) But I don’t know how you’re we’re gonna name that Jeanette. Maybe BH, rockville center too. I don’t know if that’s a possible.

Janette (18:14) But, so.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (18:17) You could call it by the street in which it names, if you want like sunrise, rockville center.

Kristen Hanly (18:24) All right, Jeanette, you want to connect and we’ll do that together. Yeah. Okay. But.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (18:28) Let me ask you just one follow up question. Are we all being connected in New York to the rockville center location? That is the uc, because we shouldn’t be connected like our corporate because the other address is just a rental.

Kristen Hanly (18:47) So, are we not doing? Are we getting rid of the 100 north village avenue?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (18:51) No, no, we’re not. But but if everybody’s if everybody like it used to be manhasset, and… now we don’t have manhasset. I don’t know what address we’re using to credential, our folks… because it used to be manhasset. And now it’s not, I guess, right? For.

Amy Barfield (19:15) Rockville center, we have 100 north village is what we’re.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (19:17) using, right? 100 north village, is our rental? Okay? But the uc on sunrise highway is the brick and mortar, right? So.

Kristen Hanly (19:29) That’s the address that we would use for them, correct?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (19:32) Correct. Thank you.

Amy Barfield (19:33) Yeah.

Janette (19:35) What’s the, what was the address? You said? The sunrise?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (19:38) It’s sunrise highway. Rocco said, I don’t know the number off the top.

Janette (19:41) Of my head.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (19:42) It, it should.

Kristen Hanly (19:43) Be on my site sheet, Jeanette. Okay. But we’re going to have to Sheena, did you ask them to add another rockville center in ecw? No, I don’t know if that’s that might cause issues. I don’t not that it’s going to cause issues. I just don’t know how they’re going to do that. So that’s might be something we want to ask because like I said, there’s already a, BH, a rockville center in ecw. So… maybe we’d just have to ask Christy.

Sheena (20:19) So, you want me to start an email with just Christy,

Kristen Hanly (20:23) Maybe just like, maybe, add it on, to the, email that she had already sent that the facilities were, finished, and then you had added the npi number and the tin,

Janette (20:37) Maybe we.

Kristen Hanly (20:38) could just add it on instead of adding a new,

Janette (20:43) You know?

Kristen Hanly (20:43) Starting a new chain because, yeah, because in ecw, it’s pmb, it’s PM, behavioral health, rockville center, New York with the 100 north village ave, so they’re going to have to add another one with the brick and mortar site, address, if that, if I’m making sense?

Janette (21:07) What are the other?

Amy Barfield (21:08) Additional locations?

Janette (21:11) And I’ll pull?

Amy Barfield (21:11) Just so you can see which ones are added.

Janette (21:18) It’s Selden, forest hills, bensonhurst, syosset, riverdale, marmonick?

Janette (21:28) Rockville was the last one, but we need to fix that one.

Amy Barfield (21:31) I think I missed one. Forest hill, marmonick.

Janette (21:34) Selden, forest hills, bensonhurst… syosset.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (21:40) Riverdale.

Janette (21:41) And marmonick?

Sheena (21:46) And, and Janet, we are going to proceed with rockville center, right? Because initially, I was getting these sites up because we’re almost full at our own location. So, we are considering, yes, phase one, right? We.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (21:58) We can certainly link it. We don’t have to use it because it’s linked, but if it’s not linked, we can’t use it. So it’s okay. I mean,

Sheena (22:05) you know?

Janette (22:06) Well,

Sheena (22:07) that’s why I was asking because if we’re going to hold and we’re just getting it set up, I’m not going to have… oh, but you guys are saying I need ecw to create it so you can create the name in this. Okay? Alrighty. I’ll send the email, Amy.

Janette (22:24) Aside from this on a separate note, can you send me a video of bulk enrollment for a provider adding the payers as well? I know we went over, but I couldn’t find any, my notes for that?

Amy Barfield (22:37) Bulk enrollment for?

Janette (22:39) Adding provider to the locations and the payer, I was trying to show Diana, the one who’s helping me add all the providers and I couldn’t recall bulk. So, I know she was doing it individually. Okay? One two.

Amy Barfield (22:59) Yeah, I’ll put together a video for.

Janette (23:01) you?

Amy Barfield (23:01) Thank you.

Janette (23:02) Yeah. Do you?

Amy Barfield (23:05) Want me to pull this report for you, Sheena, so you can see all the providers and what they’re added to for each location?

Sheena (23:14) Are these, where are the provider names, right?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (23:18) Here are those who?

Sheena (23:21) Is that, is that our provider?

Amy Barfield (23:22) Hold on, hold on. Hold on. I keep clicking in the wrong. Yeah, these are in your providers, yeah.

Janette (23:30) Sheena, Diana added two providers for onboarding by mistake to the new location. So she’s already requested to stop it.

Sheena (23:39) Oh, okay. Yeah.

Janette (23:41) There are two new providers. Yeah, she just a creature of habit and we went over that. So it was two that are coming on board and I told her not to add them to those six, do.

Amy Barfield (23:52) You want to tell me those names and I can remove them from?

Janette (23:54) This, the one you’re looking at right there? Yep. I’m going to.

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (24:00) Hop to my next. Thank you guys. Thank you very much.

Kristen Hanly (24:03) Thanks, Diana. Thank you.

Janette (24:05) And Cha, was the other one?

Sheena (24:12) Now, Cha, is Jay… Juan, Jonathan, he is supposed to start with us. So, are you?

Janette (24:21) Sure. Well, it’s the six main locations. I thought you were specific that you only wanted those five providers to that, to those locations. So we were not adding anyone else. So she added them to those locations?

Sheena (24:35) Oh, to that location? Okay? Right?

Janette (24:37) Right. To those six locations, so.

Amy Barfield (24:39) Do I need to remove all these?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (24:41) Yes, yes, or?

Janette (24:42) Otherwise, I say chaa, for those specific locations?

Janette (24:50) Okay. I’ll stop these?

Janet Kahn-Scolaro (24:56) All right. Anything else?

Janette (24:59) That’s it… Sheena has anything else? I don’t think so?

Sheena (25:06) I think the last thing was just for you. You and Kristen, are you guys all set with that optum provider express thing?

Kristen Hanly (25:18) I didn’t make Jeanette, did you make a new login for her? No, I.

Janette (25:22) can’t make new logins? What I do is right now, the only one that I have linked is Jennifer weber. And I just added an additional provider… but it has to be your individual login to do that. Yeah, but.

Kristen Hanly (25:39) she needs a login. She doesn’t have anything that one that she has. I don’t even know whose it.

Janette (25:45) Is then she has to have it reset. You have to do a password I.

Kristen Hanly (25:49) Tried it already. I don’t know who it’s linked to.

Sheena (25:55) You need to know.

Amy Barfield (25:56) Who a provider is? No?

Kristen Hanly (25:59) Sheena. I’ll do it. Let me see what I can do. I’m going to try it right now.

Sheena (26:05) Okay. And the number I provided yesterday, they were just saying someone can call who has a login and ask for the provider to be a part of a group practice. It has nothing to do with a contract. Yeah, that’s.

Janette (26:22) what I did adding the other provider that I was working on, which is what I’ll continue to do is adding them where the one I have for New Jersey for Jennifer. Okay?

Sheena (26:35) And, yeah, if Kristen can get it, Jeanette, I can take this off your plate. I just don’t have anything. Okay? Thank you guys. I’m sorry, I wish I could be more helpful, but if y’all, get me something some way, I can help you. I’m happy to help.

Kristen Hanly (26:53) I’m going to give it a go. I’ll.

Janette (26:54) let you know I’ll connect with Kristen.

Sheena (26:56) Okay. Thank you.

Kristen Hanly (26:57) Thanks, Amy. Thanks, Sheena. See ya.

Sheena (27:00) Thank you. Bye.

Janette (27:01) Amy.
