Collette Waddell (00:00) Brittany. Hello? Hi. How are you? Hello? Hi. How are you?

Mikel Sprawling (00:16) Pretty good.

Collette Waddell (00:18) I can hear you now. Can you hear me? Okay. I just needed a.

Mikel Sprawling (00:24) headset in.

Collette Waddell (00:25) Fingers crossed. I make it through the whole call without getting dropped. I’ve been like cut out like of two of my earlier calls. I kept getting disconnected… so hopefully no issues today.

Mikel Sprawling (00:39) Oh, are you having internet issues, Collette?

Collette Waddell (00:42) Well, I guess so. But like my router’s like up there and the light’s on like it doesn’t like, so I’m blaming my computer. I don’t know.

Mikel Sprawling (00:53) Oh, okay. I don’t know, just curious. Yeah, I was having some internet issues yesterday, just curious how widespread it is.

Collette Waddell (01:02) Oh, yeah. Yeah. I know. And like every time I start to have like issues, I’m like I need to change from like this service provider to somebody else. Yeah. But then it’ll be really good for a while and I’m like I don’t have to worry about that, you know, just like calling and having the person come to that. It’s just.

Mikel Sprawling (01:20) Like, I don’t even, but, okay. Yeah, no, I get it. Yeah, I was curious because I have one that I use directly for work is Cox communications, and I know that they kind of like are all over the U. S. And that one was out completely yesterday. So I had to switch to a different one that I use and that’s windstream. I don’t know if that’s everywhere that’s like a smaller company. So, yeah. And it didn’t come back on until like late last night. Well, no, early this morning, they fixed it. So, yeah, every.

Collette Waddell (01:52) Now and then I think about getting like a starlink or something instead.

Mikel Sprawling (01:56) Oh, yeah. Yeah, I.

Collette Waddell (01:59) don’t know that just sounds expensive. So.

Mikel Sprawling (02:03) Yeah. Oh man. Okay.

Collette Waddell (02:08) Well, yeah. I, we have a couple of things to kind of work through Mikel. Okay. I did just send you, so I have, I sent you an encrypted link with the report that was from that was pulled earlier this month, but I have somebody, they just told me that as soon as they’re out of a meeting, they’re going to try to grab you like a current version of that. Okay? But I figured I’d at least get that one over to you, okay? And let me know if you have any issues opening it.

Mikel Sprawling (02:42) Okay. I’m going to try and see if I can get into it.

Collette Waddell (02:47) And… then, I know you had sent an email about some, the medicare enrollments and so I wasn’t able to get my colleague who I was going to see if she could join me. She actually had a conflict at this time, but she connected with me. I read her your email. We kind of chatted through it. And so if, after what we chat about, if there’s still like more open ended questions, then maybe I can just pull her in and we can just have like a separate call like I don’t know tomorrow early next week, just to get that expertise, you know?

Mikel Sprawling (03:30) Okay. So.

Collette Waddell (03:31) You’re feeling good?

Mikel Sprawling (03:32) Okay. Thank you.

Collette Waddell (03:33) Yeah, yeah. No worries. But I was just going to screen share because I did actually take notes from what she was telling me, okay here?

Collette Waddell (03:52) Okay. So let’s… see. I’ve got you the older version of the report. Hopefully a newer version. I can get over to you later today… the enrollment questions. So I just copy and pasted what you had from your email. But so she… said exactly what she confirmed and validated what you had heard about.

Mikel Sprawling (04:17) Oh, okay. That.

Collette Waddell (04:20) In order to support our… team, she just kind of was explaining the process like as it relates. So we go in and I’ve never been in Pecos but I hear about it a lot.

Mikel Sprawling (04:34) Okay. So.

Collette Waddell (04:35) That our team, when they’re going in there, they’re going to select other for the location type and then specifying either telehealth or home location. And she said by doing that, it automatically prevents it from going into the directory. That’s how she explained it to me. Okay? So then I said, okay, well, when the customer is submitting like enrollment requests in medallion, like what should we do like to kind of reference that? And so she recommended that like in the future because I think you’ve already have these submitted, right?

Mikel Sprawling (05:12) Yeah. That was prior to us finding out the issue that well, finding out how we certainly need to have them, yeah, have them directed so we can avoid the site visit. Yeah.

Collette Waddell (05:25) Exactly. And so that’s exactly what she said. So by the team doing that in Pecos, it’s going to prevent the directory and the site visits. Okay? And so… moving forward when you’re like adding a new enrollment request, she kind of walked me through this is just for new… and I, it’s like when you have to do like a provide I’m just, I’m not going to actually like finalize anything here but I’m just doing it for the sake of.

Collette Waddell (06:03) For the sake of hold on… I guess I don’t know what happened here. She said like when you get down to this additional notes section, okay?

Collette Waddell (06:22) Well, I was trying to just give you a visual.

Collette Waddell (06:29) She said this is new, it is.

Mikel Sprawling (06:32) Yeah.

Collette Waddell (06:33) Yeah. She was like they.

Mikel Sprawling (06:35) Just added that. I noticed that when I was doing some other submissions. Yeah, I did see that. And then.

Collette Waddell (06:42) You know, maybe whatever here, but she said here, like in this notes section, of course, it’s optional. She was like, this is where you could also add. And she gave me just the little blurb that you and phrase it however, you know, kind of fits. But I was just like as she’s talking to me, I’m like typing it all out.

Mikel Sprawling (07:06) Yeah. So she just said.

Collette Waddell (07:06) To, you know, you could put this in the notes of that request saying use the provider’s home address as the physical location, specifying the location type as other, slash telehealth. So more of just like another place like a, almost just like a way to kind of log it as like a reminder to our team that that’s how we’re handling this, right?

Mikel Sprawling (07:30) Okay. So.

Collette Waddell (07:32) That’s just more of like on, in moving forward again, it’s totally fine. If you don’t add that note, we can always go back and just flag it and remind it to the team after the fact. And I hadn’t had a chance to go through this, make sure that you had already. So, yeah, requested these in the platform. So after this, I am going to just flag the list to this list that you have here to our team and just say, make sure you’re selecting this in order. Thank you. Yeah. So I’ll just get that flagged… back to them to make sure that they’re fully aware.

Mikel Sprawling (08:15) Okay.

Collette Waddell (08:17) Did you have anything else about?

Mikel Sprawling (08:21) Additionally, with those enrollments, I saw a request for, I think I still have it open. I saw a request for a document to be signed. They needed a signature on this form and I’m not familiar with seeing this form for the medicare application, not that it’s well, let me rephrase that. I’m not familiar with seeing this form for the group applications that we’re trying to do. They uploaded a 460 and I can show you what I’m talking about. And then I’ll also show you this.

Collette Waddell (08:57) One here.

Mikel Sprawling (08:59) It’s yeah. And you see my note, is that the one where I put the note, I didn’t add it to all of them. I didn’t add it to all, but I added it there because I wanted to know if it’s required because this form leaves me, leads me to believe that it may be in reference to direct billing and we don’t bill medicare. And so I wanted to make sure that form is required because typically, I just see where the ao has to sign the application just to, you know, acknowledge. And I wanted to confirm that we should be completing that form. So I added that question on one of the enrollments. I’m sorry, one of the notifications that we received. So I added that there.

Collette Waddell (09:47) Okay. Let me.

CHC Brittani Summers (09:58) And you,

Collette Waddell (10:00) didn’t mark this as complete yet, right?

Mikel Sprawling (10:03) No, I didn’t yet because I wanted to go like to show it, yeah.

Collette Waddell (10:09) Let me,

CHC Brittani Summers (10:10) just see if I can, actually, I know she was my colleague that was helping kind of explain all of this to me… send another call, but I’m just going to send her a quick message.

Mikel Sprawling (10:24) No worries.

Mikel Sprawling (11:01) While we wait, I do have some other questions. I’ll try to skip over the enrollment piece and I haven’t looked back to see if that request is still there. But it was one of the things we didn’t get to from last time. One of the questions I had was, is there anything else we need to provide to clear the request for a group official? Because our medical director’s information is listed in medallion well in the platform… I’m going to go back. So it was under groups. So if you go to groups and I’m going to see if it’s still, that alert is still showing, went to groups. I went to profile external, yeah, external accounts.

Mikel Sprawling (11:47) I think that’s where it was no, sorry in group officials. Yeah. So if you click, yeah… in group officials, do, you see where it says? This group needs at least one complete group official for pay enrollment? So I added it. Again. The only difference is I did it the official types just in a different order. So I was like, I don’t know why that won’t clear. And that hasn’t always been there. Once I added his information before it wasn’t there, then I think maybe some update happened but.

Collette Waddell (12:23) Yeah, I was gonna say I have never, I don’t remember seeing that alert… okay?

Collette Waddell (12:51) And it’s… it says 100 percent over here too.

Mikel Sprawling (12:56) Yeah. So I wanted to make sure I’m not doing anything, you know, incorrectly. And while we’re here, I think I need to go, let me do that now, cause I need to go ahead and just change his number to my number for the moment.

Mikel Sprawling (13:08) Well, no, I have his cell still in there, but, yeah… I’ll change that. But yeah, I was like, I don’t know if I need to do something different or am I doing that incorrectly? Just wasn’t sure why that alert still shows because it didn’t always show.

Collette Waddell (13:28) There’s something… but we haven’t you haven’t been tasked for this.

Mikel Sprawling (13:37) At one point, it was one, I did see one now. I don’t remember. It’s been maybe a couple of weeks back. And yeah, because I was also telling them that I put in, you know, not applicable like in slash a for the city there.

Mikel Sprawling (14:03) And then they, that was, I was told that it was okay to do that, but I was trying to figure out why that edit went well. I guess that alert went clear. Maybe it’s standard. I don’t know, but I know I didn’t always see it.

Collette Waddell (14:18) So, I mean, I was going to say like if there’s something in their profile that’s like missing and needed as the team is working through, they’re going to task you for it. But then, yeah, you’ve completed all of this here and it looks like it’s no longer. It just might be a technical thing that all follow up on. Yeah, I mean, even here, you get this like profiles complete 100 percent having all like the information.

Mikel Sprawling (14:52) Okay. I haven’t received anything else since then, but it was just me, you know, wanting to make sure, you know, I appreciate.

Collette Waddell (15:03) It, let me ask. I’ll ask. I don’t think it’s going to be again if the team needed anything for the work that they’re doing, you know, that’s you’ve already kind of addressed it there. So it might just be like something technical that’s… understood. Yeah.

Mikel Sprawling (15:24) Okay. I’ll.

Collette Waddell (15:25) do some research on that. Thank.

Mikel Sprawling (15:28) You for doing that. I think there might have been one other.

CHC Brittani Summers (15:34) Oh,

Mikel Sprawling (15:36) yes. So the other thing was the email that was sent to us and that Brittani replied to for detania and Latricia. I wanted to confirm that there’s nothing else needed for Latricia. Have anybody said anything to you? Because it looks like Latricia is moving along except for the RN for Virginia… but we did, I don’t believe Brittani received a reply. I haven’t received anything. So, I just wanted to, you know, make sure we’re square sure.

Collette Waddell (16:10) We’re good. Yeah.

CHC Brittani Summers (16:11) Yeah, I was actually just pulling up that thread right now to see because I don’t think I ever got a reply unless I just missed the latest one. I did check Virginia for both detania and Latricia and I need to double check, but it looks like at least at first glance that maybe the RN licenses went through and.

Mikel Sprawling (16:31) Were.

CHC Brittani Summers (16:33) approved because, well, do you see anything on your end there? Let me pull up the site too.

CHC Brittani Summers (16:45) The computer’s going very slow all of a sudden when I need to find something.

CHC Brittani Summers (16:57) Okay. So we’ve got… Texas and Florida.

Collette Waddell (17:11) So, they’ve been adding updated notes, I mean, yesterday and today. So this is the Texas. So the application has been submitted. They did like a quality check. They’re working through the verification sources that they need to pull.

Mikel Sprawling (17:33) Okay.

Collette Waddell (17:40) License verification requested through the nurse’s portal on the 20 fifth. Looks like they tasked something… to the provider about their jurisprudence… exam. Okay?

Mikel Sprawling (18:06) And we’ll definitely make sure she follows up.

Collette Waddell (18:13) Yeah, it looks like they’re I mean, they’re active on this. I mean, this one. Okay? The 20 fourth and the 20 fifth, they’ve added these notes here. That was the first.

CHC Brittani Summers (18:25) And that was for Texas, right?

Mikel Sprawling (18:26) Texas, yeah.

Collette Waddell (18:28) And then Florida.

Collette Waddell (18:33) Okay. So let me scroll up just a bit. So, the nineteenth, they had the full application prepared and they mailed on the nineteenth via usps. They’ve got like the package information listed here, tracking number.

Collette Waddell (18:58) And then it looks like it was delivered yesterday. Okay?

CHC Brittani Summers (19:04) And is it showing on here? Is that licensed by endorsement? I’m assuming so, because I just want to make sure they’re not using her compact license to get that, which I don’t think they are, if it’s an, if they’re doing the RN, it should be licensed by endorsement, but.

Collette Waddell (19:26) Here, Florida, right? Is that right right there?

Mikel Sprawling (19:30) Florida. Yeah, mobile endorsement, paper app. Yeah, you know, internally, that might be the correct. Well, verbiage, I’ll say only because internally, one of our reps was telling me that there was a mobile app that they could do so because she’s working on converting our telehealth, Florida license to full Florida license. So that might be the correct verbiage. It’s just that’s not something I’m familiar with but it looks, is that, well, that’s the app. So, yeah, that’s okay. And that’s what she did tell me that they have a mobile app versus what she was saying, a mobile.

Collette Waddell (20:12) App that gets mailed. Yeah, right. I mean.

Mikel Sprawling (20:17) I don’t understand. Oh, my goodness. Yeah. Because when she, I thought she meant like an app on your phone and she was like, no, it’s a mobile, she says it’s labeled mobile app and I was like kind.

Collette Waddell (20:33) Of like, I mean, yeah, it’s an interesting, I guess how they’re calling it.

Mikel Sprawling (20:42) Yeah… we learn something all the time like every minute, yeah.

Collette Waddell (20:49) Brittani, that should answer your question though, right? What we just saw, I think so. Yeah.

Mikel Sprawling (20:54) That looks right.

Collette Waddell (20:56) Okay. All right. Thank you. Yeah, they’re pretty good about like trying to keep that trail of, you know, things. Yeah. Oh, I love it. I love it. It’s the trail that like gives peace of mind and, you know, allows us to check the status of the detail without causing undue panic. And like what does that?

Mikel Sprawling (21:12) Mean or where are we?

Collette Waddell (21:14) Absolutely, it helps.

Mikel Sprawling (21:15) Yeah, yeah.

Collette Waddell (21:17) And I don’t recall off the top of my head, what the cadence of like the follow ups and outreach, are I want to say it’s like every two weeks for just a standard. But then I think if there’s like a request that’s been, if we’ve tagged it as like a priority, then it’s the frequency is like shorter of follow up. So, if at any point there is kind of an urgency priority, we need to kind of prioritize and, you know, try to move something more quickly along. Let me know because I can come in here bye.

Collette Waddell (21:58) There’s a way for me on my end to kind of tag it as like a priority. So it almost kind of like pushes itself up to the queue. And then I can kind of flag that back to the team to make them aware.

Mikel Sprawling (22:13) Okay. If at,

Collette Waddell (22:14) any time, you know, and you can also reach out to our support team too and just be like, hey, we just submitted a license application request for this provider in this state, you know, if there’s any way we can mark it as a priority that’d be great. And then they can also go in and back in and just kind of tag it that way.

Mikel Sprawling (22:34) Okay. So then there,

Collette Waddell (22:39) was the other provider? This was Latricia and then who was the other one?

Mikel Sprawling (22:43) Detonia, but she applied for hers on her own. So I did let them know that they could cancel that. I didn’t know that she did it. Yeah, she went ahead and did it and you will, we might have some that are super helpful in that own right and going to do it on their own. But yeah, she told me she did it on her own. So I know it’s so much easier because I feel like they have the answers to everything right then and there and it’s just, it makes the process and, you know, of course, it’s their information and they’re more familiar with it. So yeah, I guess that was great that she did that. I do have another question about and it’s enrollments. So, but this one is more platform based. So, I know we talked about adding in pending enrollments and we talked through how I was telling you that we on our team, like we looked at, we’ll just use inactive for billing and for our pending ones because that was kind of the only way we can do it. However, I wanted to know if there’s an option to add enrollments that are not tied to a location. And what I mean by that is we are receiving, so in some of our states, we have a location that we’ve added to the platform. In other, in other areas, we don’t have a location that we’ve added to the platform because we haven’t set up a location yet. So I’m wondering if there’s a way that I can add like say an approval that I receive for a location that we do not have an enrollment tied to our goal is to come out of our spreadsheet and let the platform be our source of truth. Yeah. But with those like little nuances, we can’t quite yet, right? And.

Collette Waddell (24:38) So if… I mean, what happens if I do this? Nothing or is that just, I guess just an idea?

Mikel Sprawling (24:49) Yeah, I tried to. So I entered everything in and I tried to save it and it kept making me for the practice location area. It kept telling me that I needed to add a location well in this particular provider. She isn’t licensed in California. And for some of our rosters, we use our corporate address, which is a California address for the enrollment for the roster submission. And since she’s not licensed, I think that that’s why in California, I think that’s why it wouldn’t let me tie a California address to her profile because she wasn’t licensed.

Mikel Sprawling (25:37) I’m just.

Collette Waddell (25:38) trying to think of how it’s all connected. So, if I.

Collette Waddell (26:02) so this gets grayed out for.

Mikel Sprawling (26:06) that, I think it might be for that. So I’ll tell you. So, for instance, in the provider section, I think it was with her. So… cause she, these are licensed there. I can’t remember which one it was, which one was it? This was yesterday? Sorry, Collette, I had the example and now I’m looking like these are.

Collette Waddell (26:27) I don’t know the answer to this question, but I like would love to figure it out.

Mikel Sprawling (26:32) I’m trying to see which one was it? Because these are the ones I got today. This one was yesterday and I was testing it just to see if I could add. So, it’s not, this one, not this one. Oh, you know what? Though? Because that’s a Michigan one. So she’s licensed there. So we have a location there. Oh, you know what? It may be hers? Let me see real quick if she’s licensed there and she may be a good example. I don’t think she is okay.

Mikel Sprawling (27:07) If not, I’ll go to the spreadsheet. Sorry. Looks like stuff is moving slow for me too.

Mikel Sprawling (27:16) Oh, she has an RN, we can test it, and if not, I can send you an email of the person that I was trying to do it for. So for example, in the, do you want me to show you? Yeah.

Collette Waddell (27:28) I was like trying to drive and then I was like it just makes more sense.

Mikel Sprawling (27:32) Okay. All right. Not a problem. So let me pull this here. And then I’ll share and show you. I’m hoping it works with this one. So I can show you exactly what I mean. Well, I guess it’ll make sense if I were to share the right screen, it’s weird like it tells me to share one screen but it’s not one, two three, it’s three, one two. And I don’t know how I got that set up. So I have to take a look at that again in this example. So I was trying to add and I’m only knowing so let’s see. So here I would have selected spinner medical, west PC, Washington… and then Molina… and so line of business, this one would have been medicare advantage. Okay? It usually just clicks. Okay. And then because we don’t have a location in Washington, then I was trying to attach a different practice location there, but I’m going to show you first if I was trying to do it without the location, I did active, we didn’t do, id, did provide a link to the group effective date, just use this. And then I think this was the date that I’m receiving. I won’t save it. I’ll just select this and I’ll see if it’ll let me add it without the yeah, okay. You see where it was telling me to fill that out. But then I tried to type in.

Collette Waddell (29:12) What if you?

Mikel Sprawling (29:13) And see she’s not even, I don’t know if she even has this particular location attached to her profile? What?

Collette Waddell (29:20) If you, what happens when you select the thing at the bottom that says add new practice location?

Mikel Sprawling (29:27) So… so yes, this, but this one, I mean, it is a California address, but it’s not this one we want to add. We want to add the CA one. I don’t know if it’ll let me, no, I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to add like a new one because it’s already in the profile. Do you know if that still can be… maybe in some question?

Collette Waddell (30:00) Right now to people. So trying to figure out if there’s a way to add existing ones without it being tied? Yeah.

Mikel Sprawling (30:13) If it can be, I mean, because for those that we have them, we’ll definitely do it, you know, but it’s like when we have those type of nuances because we’re not even live in that state yet, but we, but, you know, we, I was requested, I was asked to submit. So I just want to store it because, you know, we want to have the one database all.

Collette Waddell (30:34) The data yeah.

Mikel Sprawling (30:36) Okay. I,

Collette Waddell (30:38) will let you know as soon as I get an update on that, I’ve already got the question typed out there and it’s out there. So hopefully somebody knows the answer.

Mikel Sprawling (30:49) Yeah. Okay. To me. Okay, I wonder what?

Collette Waddell (30:54) It was that I was selecting differently, where it, did it grade out that practice location?

Mikel Sprawling (30:58) I think it was the payr, oh, yeah. If, if it’s a, you know, I don’t know if it’s like a system wide issue, not issue, but system wide requirement, but if that requirement can be like free text for us, that would be awesome just because of the way our organization is set up. You know, I don’t know if they’ll allow that, but they’re.

Collette Waddell (31:21) trying to eliminate free texting and it’s really, it’s as they’re continuing to kind of build automation tools like, okay… and just to kind of prevent free text that can kind of like muddy up, the data really and just to kind of maintain that data consistency, and things like that on the back end, all of the features that they’re trying to work on for, you know, automatic form filling for parent woman applications and all of that. So there’s.

Mikel Sprawling (32:04) a lot. Okay. Happening.

Collette Waddell (32:06) And I think that’s why there’s they’re putting a lot of kind of guard rails in place.

Mikel Sprawling (32:10) But.

Collette Waddell (32:12) I will find out about the existing enrollment data and whether it’s an option or if there’s a roundabout way to get in there.

Mikel Sprawling (32:27) Or just things that we would submit because we would do those roster submissions, right? I mean, eventually, we’ll have an address. It’s just right now, it’s not a live state so, and I just, you know, again was just hoping I can store everything in there.

CHC Brittani Summers (32:45) Mikel, how does this fit in with? Like the medicare stuff like the, or not that it’s a change, but like how we would be doing medicare? Like is this, are your questions also taking that into account? Or is this more specific to like the medicaid enrollments?

Mikel Sprawling (33:05) Not sure. Are you asking like traditional medicare? Yeah.

CHC Brittani Summers (33:09) So, like if we were to do the traditional medicare where we don’t use… our Rj was given an update like, but it’s like we wouldn’t be using the group anymore and we would be entering NP addresses. But I don’t know if this is, this might be a different topic, but I’m just curious like if that, if they’re related at all to what we’re talking about right now, no.

Mikel Sprawling (33:31) So, no, for that one, because if we use the NP’s address, it would be an address most likely for that. It would have to be addressed for that state. So we’ll have to use an NP and tie that NP to their home state. It’s replacing dr V with the NP in their home state. So if we do a medicare enrollment now, we need to have, so I’ll use Liz for example, if we do a medicare enrollment in Ohio, she has to sit on there as the, that the rendering and use her home address. So, like, and for Ohio, we would have an address for the medicare ones. This one is… mainly for those addresses. Like we’re not live yet, and also mainly for rosters because I ran into it before and we have like we have a humana roster too where we don’t put specific addresses. And in that case, we just use a corporate address again. And that was running into pushback and well kick back in the system because some of our MPS aren’t licensed in California. And when I was adding, it was triggering your caqh team to look for a California license. So I had to explain to them why we use that address. And I feel like I don’t want to open up a can of worms. Yeah, you know, if I can just make it a option where I don’t try any tie any address to it. So that’s the fear because I think it’s going to throw other teams off if, you know, we do that. So, yeah, but, I understand, you know, call it, but if there’s anything that can be done, yeah. Well.

Collette Waddell (35:10) And I’m thinking about, you know, customers where there might have been a location that is like since closed and the location profile still is there, but in like brackets, they just put like closed, do not use.

Mikel Sprawling (35:28) Got it. You. Okay?

Collette Waddell (35:30) I’m almost, I’m just trying to think of like, is there a workaround?

Mikel Sprawling (35:33) Yeah, that would be awesome. Something like that because we’ll know internally and then we will just update it once we do get a location. But yeah, I was, and.

Collette Waddell (35:43) really? Like man, you’re submitting an enrollment request, you’re selecting what location to tie it to. So, if there was like a fake… location that’s not really a location, the platform that was like pretty in the name like it was pretty obvious like do not use, I don’t know, just kind of, you know, kind of.

Mikel Sprawling (36:06) Then at.

Collette Waddell (36:08) Least you could get this data loaded and you would just assign it to that.

Mikel Sprawling (36:14) Yeah.

Collette Waddell (36:15) I’m just trying to like think out loud.

Mikel Sprawling (36:17) Yeah, no, that would be great because our goal is to move away from the spreadsheet just because not all, you know, it’s so many other, I guess like stakeholders within our organization that need that. And then you saw where Forrest is in there doing the integration piece and he’s working on a project to have a system on our side to just read what’s in the platform. So that way it can avoid like tons of questions. And the sooner we get that, the better, so.

Collette Waddell (36:46) We can.

Mikel Sprawling (36:48) Have that live.

Collette Waddell (36:49) You know, I mean, you could probably come in here and just try to create a new location.

Mikel Sprawling (36:54) Yeah. Okay. I’ll play around with it to see if I can do that. Like maybe just do one for the corporate like well for California and then internally make a note, you know, or.

Collette Waddell (37:06) Like, and then, and like you just said like you’re not ready. There are those maybe it’s like not live yet. So you could essentially create the location in the platform and in brackets in the name, you know, so like an identifier of some way. So it’s so when you’re looking at this list here, you like know that that’s maybe.

Mikel Sprawling (37:25) A future. Yeah, I’ll definitely play around with it and just use like, I see a lot of stuff is optional. So I’ll definitely try that. And, yeah.

Collette Waddell (37:34) And then that way you at least have the shell already created because then you can always come back after the fact and edit the existing one when you’re like ready to, you know, when it’s to go live with it or what have you on?

CHC Brittani Summers (37:50) Here it is. Like you said there’s a lot of optional fields. So like you don’t have to add an address necessarily, you could just do like, yeah, a name or like, yeah.

Collette Waddell (38:01) Office?

CHC Brittani Summers (38:01) Pending New Mexico or just office pending period as long as we know where it’s pending. And then that way like I don’t know, but if it’s not requiring an address, that might actually work since we don’t have one anyway. But to be able to at least like do a.

Collette Waddell (38:17) Placeholder like that. Yeah. And then I mean, you would just know that any of these manual ones that you’re adding like the existing ones you’re you know, in within platform right now, it’s kind of tied to this fake location. But then it’s an easy update, you know, in the future when, and then if at any time like you need, if you create a new location and then you’re like, okay, Collette, we’re no longer using that. You just reach out to me and I can delete it and it’s completely out of there. So got it. Yeah. Okay. It might work. I’ve got, so one one person responded and they’re like, yeah, they can add them in the existing enrollment section in the provider’s profile. And I was like we just tried that.

Mikel Sprawling (39:03) Yeah, I’ll play around with this because I have a few from Washington that I can, you know, update or add to the system. So it’ll definitely let me test it. And I mean, this will be awesome. So I’ll play around with that. You can consider.

Collette Waddell (39:16) This idea and see if at the very least it kind of fixes like an interim, you know, way for you to start, yeah, to add the information in there. Cause again, we can always go back after the fact and update.

Mikel Sprawling (39:30) This, yeah, cause it looks like only one thing is required so far. I didn’t scroll down. Yeah. See this? That’s awesome. Looks like only the practice location name even though it says optional, it has the red asterisk. So I will definitely try that. I’ll try this option and see what I.

Collette Waddell (39:45) Can do, yeah, play with this, and then we’ll see how that goes. Okay. I know we have our sync next week the following week is, oh, do you need to?

Mikel Sprawling (39:58) I may have to cancel. I’m traveling that day and I’m coming that in time from California to Florida and I think I will. Yeah. So, God, I’m not looking forward to that piece that’s.

Collette Waddell (40:15) the worst?

Mikel Sprawling (40:15) Not hearing about all this tsa stuff. Yeah, cause I’m like I’ll be going back in time. Yeah, I looked at that and I was like, la, I should be there around 11. So, yeah, I think it, I think my flight comes back late from Atlanta. So, yeah. So.

Collette Waddell (40:30) You’re out the earlier part of that week too?

Mikel Sprawling (40:33) This, that Thursday is when I’m coming back. So, yeah, we, I may not make that meeting. I don’t think so. I need to check my time just to be sure, but I might have to.

Collette Waddell (40:43) Are you working Monday through Wednesday?

Mikel Sprawling (40:47) Monday and yes, Tuesday as well. Wednesday and Wednesday too, I’ll be in office. Well, Brittani will be there as well. So we might have some time I haven’t looked at. I know I’ve got some requests for some meetings that I haven’t looked at all the times yet. What about Friday? Because I’ll be, are.

Collette Waddell (41:06) you available? I’m out starting Friday the third, I’m actually driving to Florida for spring break. Oh, okay. So.

Mikel Sprawling (41:17) I’m out. Okay, we’re leaving.

Collette Waddell (41:18) Friday afternoon, we’re breaking up the drive and only we’re going halfway and then finishing the drive on Saturday. Yeah. So I’m going to be out the fall like the whole following week, got it. But I do have flexibility like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of next week, if you wanted to bump it up. Sure if it works and if it fits and if you need, then… if not, then… we could just think back on the week after.

Mikel Sprawling (41:52) Yeah, understood. Okay. Yeah, I’ll take a look at that and see. Yeah, I forgot all about that and I made a note to say something and then still forgot. So I’m glad you brought it up about you being off. Thank you for that. I’ll do that. Call it. I’ll take a look at our schedules and see like maybe when we can see that’s not.

Collette Waddell (42:13) Yeah, you let me know, like look at, okay, what your calendar looks like next week and then if there’s pockets of time, just send them over and I can just move it up from Thursday to whenever it works, got.

Mikel Sprawling (42:28) It. Okay. All right. Thank you so much Colette.

Collette Waddell (42:32) You’re so welcome, I will let you know about I’m waiting for the updated streamline report. Okay? But you have the link, were you able to open it or did I?

Mikel Sprawling (42:46) Yeah, it looks that way. I didn’t have any issues. Yeah, this is it, right? Yep. Okay. Thank you for that.

Collette Waddell (42:53) There’s a second tab of the report.

Mikel Sprawling (42:56) Oh, okay. I didn’t download it yet. I just opened it to see if I could.

Collette Waddell (43:01) Yeah, no, I’m glad. Okay. I just want to call out the second tab because after… the fact is usually when.

Mikel Sprawling (43:15) can I just open, let’s see if I just drag it over here to the default to my hold on. I’m just going to have it default to my, I don’t know if it defaults to my drive. I’ll try to open it really quick. No, no. My phone’s gonna call over there. We go. All right.

Mikel Sprawling (43:39) This tab here, yep. So.

Collette Waddell (43:41) This is going to show you the source list of all of those databases, all of the different state medicaid exclusions and all of that stuff. I think death masters on here.

Mikel Sprawling (43:53) It’s.

Collette Waddell (43:56) yeah, it’s called dmf but if you click over like the hyperlink, it actually shows you the actual source, you know?

Mikel Sprawling (44:02) Got it.

Collette Waddell (44:03) But I just wanted to call this out because a lot of people don’t they’re like, you know, they think that we’re not doing all the checks and I’m like, no, no, you have to go to the second tab. It’s going to show you everything that’s being queried. So.

Mikel Sprawling (44:16) That.

Collette Waddell (44:18) just wanted to point this out here. But then, yeah, thank you. That’s going to be all your providers. And then all of like the things that these databases if they found anything so awesome. Thank.

Mikel Sprawling (44:30) You for that. Yeah.

Collette Waddell (44:31) No worries. And again, as soon as I get an updated version of this, I’ll shoot that over to you. And then anything else that I can learn from some of these questions that we had. And I’m also going to just flag to the payer team about the medicare with making sure that they’re selecting that option for those from that list.

Mikel Sprawling (44:49) Got it. Okay. All right. Yeah, if they haven’t started any of their enrollment submissions, I know, and I wasn’t sure if I was going to catch them in time because these were submitted prior to us finding out about the NP piece. Yeah. So, you know, I’m definitely open to having a conversation just so I can talk to them about how we want them enrolled. But yeah, I was, yeah, I did express that, I don’t know if we’ll catch it in time, but we’ll definitely try what.

Collette Waddell (45:15) I didn’t try… is when you, are… you able to add a note to an existing enrollment request?

Mikel Sprawling (45:26) Or can you, I think so. I think that’s what I did with the, did I still have that open? I don’t think so. Nope. That’s not, it. I had it open somewhere. I know I just, I’ll have to go find it again. I don’t want to lose track. Now. Let me take a look at this and… Brittani, they have processing times for licenses here. Yeah, I saw that last week, let me test.

Collette Waddell (46:01) I have to remember how to get that. Yeah. But when you’re like if you’re like looking at a request that’s in flight and you select the… like, if you scroll over to the right a little bit… and then like click on the one where there’s like a note where the one like right there. Yeah, click on that. And then, so over the right hand side, like where you would normally hit like get support, I think you can add it.

Mikel Sprawling (46:28) Yes, I’ve done that before. Okay?

Collette Waddell (46:30) You could say, yeah, please make sure you use the end this NPS and make sure you select this. You know what I mean? And just as like another layer, another place to kind of log the notes. So like we can have it kind of coming from different places just so like they’re catching these.

Mikel Sprawling (46:50) Got it. So, yeah, I’ll do that. Then I’ll do I’ll go back and I’ll make those updates then and I’ll add the NPS we want to utilize there. Okay. Awesome. All right. Well, thank.

Collette Waddell (47:01) You so much. And if you have any other enrollment related questions, just send them over in an email and I’ll just sync with somebody who can give me some guidance and expertise on it and, you know, get that back with you. So.

Mikel Sprawling (47:13) Okay. And let.

Collette Waddell (47:14) me know about scheduling next week’s call too. Yeah.

Mikel Sprawling (47:17) I will, I’ll definitely do that. Thank you. Thank.

Collette Waddell (47:20) You have a good rest of your week, you?

Mikel Sprawling (47:24) Too. You too. We’re almost there.
