Kyle Rice (00:00) hey Anne. How are you doing today?
Anne Lauria (00:01) Good. How are you doing?
Kyle Rice (00:03) Very well. Thanks. How’s the week going for you?
Anne Lauria (00:06) Pretty good. So far. How about for you?
Kyle Rice (00:09) Pretty good. I am excited to get into some full on spring weather here?
Anne Lauria (00:13) Yes, it was nighty here yesterday, so, yes.
Kyle Rice (00:17) Please send some of that warmer temperatures my way, please?
Anne Lauria (00:20) It’s coming. Give it a day or two.
Kyle Rice (00:23) Awesome. What’s new in the accomplished health world this week?
Anne Lauria (00:26) I think obviously, we’ve had those issues with the lovely licenses, but I think as far as what’s new, I haven’t even had a chance to look at any of this in like two weeks.
Anne Lauria (00:37) And so one of my focuses today is to get caught up on everything, but I do have the collaborative agreement going in process right now waiting for signatures from the providers, and then I’ll send that over, but.
Kyle Rice (00:53) Awesome. Yeah, I believe Rachel’s was the last renewal we needed to complete for March and then just wanted to provide an update for April as well. But I know for Sean Lucan, I did flag for the team, they’re showing that the license was active on the Texas medical site and they’re following up with the imlc and Texas just for double confirmation. I’m hoping to close the loop for you today on that.
Anne Lauria (01:17) Okay. That sounds good. Just so you know, the provider as well as some of our admins were pretty frustrated about that situation especially after all the other issues we had with the Texas renewals. So just so you know, it was definitely a hotspot for them?
Kyle Rice (01:35) Okay. Gotcha. Totally understand. Yeah, and I understand that’s a huge priority for you guys.
Kyle Rice (01:38) So I’ll keep you in the loop as soon as I get an update from the team there. Perfect. Awesome. Did you want to touch on any April renewal updates or anything I can assist with for today?
Anne Lauria (01:50) I don’t think so. I think that was, I did have one other question. Sure for Oklahoma, is that another state that will backdate it? If there’s like a grace period, is there a grace period? I guess I was going to get that collaborative agreement to you guys today, but I’m just worried about a possible gap.
Kyle Rice (02:09) Oh, for Rachel’s license. Yep. I, in terms of backdating like the expiration or issue date there or the collaborative agreement?
Anne Lauria (02:19) Just the, I just want to make sure she doesn’t end up with a gap in her license basically, I.
Kyle Rice (02:28) Don’t believe, I don’t believe she should have a gap. I just believe the collaborative agreement is just needed to just complete the renewal process, but, they should complete update the issuance as soon as we receive that and get it submitted.
Anne Lauria (02:38) Okay, perfect. Yeah, we’ll get that hopefully today if I can get everybody to do what they need to do. So, yeah, perfect.
Kyle Rice (02:46) I know we talked loq about two weeks ago for dr Lucian and dr Albert. I just want to flag to you. Both of those are in intake.
Kyle Rice (02:53) Our, dr Lucian is still in intake just pending his upload of fingerprints. It looks like dr Albert completed his fingerprints as of this week, and I have the team confirming those right now and that should be able to move forward to the applications team. Okay? That is a pretty quick application. They should issue that in about 60 days or less just depending on the background check volume at the board.
Anne Lauria (03:14) What is loq?
Kyle Rice (03:15) Letter of qualification… that’s for the imlc license that we’re processing for him? Okay? Perfect. Anything else? Top of mind for you this morning?
Anne Lauria (03:31) Honestly, no… I know. Sorry, I was just looking at the rest of your notes here. I really don’t have anything for this meeting because I haven’t had a chance to look at any of it. I will… shoot.
Kyle Rice (03:46) You a summary with all the agenda updates for today, just so you’re tracking. And if there’s anything else top of mind for you, just let me know and if you want, we can keep it short and sweet today.
Anne Lauria (03:55) Yeah, that sounds good as far as like the virtual medical partners portion down there bank… letter with business. We actually changed banks. So I’ll have to send that over. I don’t even know the effective date or the group officials. So, perfect.
Kyle Rice (04:15) Yeah, no worries. If you want to send those over to me, I can get those uploaded for you and complete the tasking for you guys. And I believe Samantha Malley is in process with soonercare and the team had just followed up this week and that was still in process pending issuance.
Anne Lauria (04:30) Perfect. I do anticipate just so you’re aware to start pushing into that credentialing side more heavily now that the licensure is starting to calm down because we do want to get our providers credentialed.
Kyle Rice (04:45) With.
Anne Lauria (04:46) quite a few different as of right now, it’s mostly just two of our providers that are credentialed across the board utilizing the supervising, not ideal. Obviously. So we’ll likely have a large swath of those incoming for the credentialing?
Kyle Rice (05:03) Awesome. We’ll be on the lookout for those and I’ll continue to flag those moving forward.
Kyle Rice (05:07) And then if there’s anything else in the meantime that you wanted to flag or raise, just let me know or needing any additional updates. No.
Anne Lauria (05:12) I’ll reach out, I,
Kyle Rice (05:14) know you will. I’ll get you taken care of there. And then I’ll shoot you an email with all this information as well, just so you’re tracking all the pertinent updates.
Anne Lauria (05:22) Yeah, this is actually really helpful. This is like one of my favorite parts of the week because your agendas are always very helpful.
Kyle Rice (05:29) No worries. Happy to flag, happy to keep it organized. Yeah, if there’s anything else, just let me know and then I will keep you in the loop on dr Lucan as well.
Anne Lauria (05:36) Yeah, hope some warm weather gets your way because it was hot yesterday.
Kyle Rice (05:42) And then on over, yeah, it’s been like, I think it’s I think it’s like the northeast. We get like the like fall spring, then back to like fool’s winter and then like the second roar and we just continue that cycle throughout March. So, just hoping it’ll stick for a little bit, you know? Yeah.
Anne Lauria (05:56) I actually was thinking about turning my sprinklers on, so that’s where we’re at. We’ve had no winter. We didn’t even have like a false spring like we just had no winter.
Kyle Rice (06:06) No winter. I know, I remember you telling me it was like pretty light snow wise. So, are you guys queuing up anything for spring break at all? Or so?
Anne Lauria (06:12) We actually had spring break last week. Oh, nice. Like more early spring break. So we actually did quite a few fun things. We went to dinosaur ridge which is like a place in the mountains that you can go to when they were using dynamite to create a road, they found a bunch of like dinosaur tracks and dinosaur bones that’s awesome. Literally right in the mountains so you can see like the dinosaur tracks from where they were walking. And they explained like how it used to be a beach there and how they know, and like, so that was really cool. I really enjoy that and we also went to the zoo, but, yeah.
Kyle Rice (06:45) You gotta love it. How old are your kids? He’s six six? Okay. Yeah, yeah.
Anne Lauria (06:50) Do you have any fun plans for some sort of a spring break? I know yours is a little younger.
Kyle Rice (06:56) We are going to, we’re taking my five year old and one and a half year old to a phillies game next week. During the day, we figured like since the games start like kind of later here, like around seven, that like our youngest would never make it through like the first hour or two of that. So there’s a one o’clock game. So we’re hoping to struggle through that as best as possible. And then I know they’re off the following week as well. So it’ll be fun times here. So, just hoping the weather stays nice and probably get like the bounce house blown up in the backyard and just get them outside as much as possible.
Anne Lauria (07:27) Yeah. Last summer, I asked my son if he wanted to do a summer camp for a week or if he wanted me to buy an inflatable water slide because they were the same price. And he absolutely chose that inflatable water slide that’s like nine feet tall.
Kyle Rice (07:43) Yep. Have one of those, it pays for itself after a little while and it’s just, it’s kind of like you can kind of just chill in the backyard and just watch them do their thing for a little bit. And that’s just, what is, you wouldn’t know the difference if they’re not at summer camp, I.
Anne Lauria (07:54) Just worked from deck and he had a blast and.
Kyle Rice (07:57) That’s it right there. Yeah. Well.
Anne Lauria (07:59) I hope you guys have a super nice spring break and I hope the kids really enjoy the game too.
Kyle Rice (08:04) Thanks, Anne. I appreciate you. Yeah, I’ll get this done over here in just a couple minutes, and then just let me know if there’s anything else in the meantime.
Anne Lauria (08:11) All right. Sounds good. Have a great day.
Kyle Rice (08:12) Thanks. Take care.
