Lyndsey Farmer (00:00) hey, Ruby.
Lyndsey Farmer (00:13) Hi, Lindsay. Hello. How are you?
Cara Oullette (00:17) I’m good. How are you?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:18) Doing all right… hey, Ruby?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:32) Ruby. Can you hear me? Ah I can now.
Cara Oullette (00:38) Oh,
Ruby Martinez (00:39) I’m like what’s going on with my computer?
Lyndsey Farmer (00:42) Yeah, I was like, hey, Ruby. And then you didn’t answer and I was like,
Ruby Martinez (00:47) yeah, I definitely said, hi, like three times. I’m like what is going on here? It says my microphone’s on mute. I don’t know. Sorry.
Lyndsey Farmer (00:54) No, no worries at all. I totally get it. I go from meeting to meeting and I have to adjust my audio every time because if it’s a teams meeting, I have to use this kind of speaker, but if it’s a zoom meeting, it goes through my laptop, and if it’s just like I feel like I’m constantly adjusting my audio.
Cara Oullette (01:13) Oh, yeah, all.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:16) Right. So, I sent you an email, Ruby about the updates. I don’t know if you got it yet or not. And I’m sorry that it took me this long to get what I needed from that team.
Ruby Martinez (01:30) Oh, you did good.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:32) I’m sorry?
Ruby Martinez (01:33) Sorry, I did. Okay. Just got it. It came, not so long ago.
Lyndsey Farmer (01:39) Okay. Awesome. I just wanted to make sure that you got that. So everything is.
Ruby Martinez (01:48) Still,
Lyndsey Farmer (01:48) being processed, the 22 applications that we still have outstanding are being processed, they were all followed up on this week. There are some applications that are client needs needing client attention. So, if you guys could just check those, and once we get the information needed on those, then we can begin processing those ones.
Ruby Martinez (02:11) Okay. I will double check on these.
Ruby Martinez (02:19) For example, one of them that says, needs attention, it was for the malpractice which I had updated a month ago.
Cara Oullette (02:29) Okay. So.
Ruby Martinez (02:31) Just an example of not sure why it’s still in needs attention.
Lyndsey Farmer (02:36) And who is that? Can you give me the name of that provider?
Ruby Martinez (02:40) Sure. Dominique Khalil is the provider, the payer is regency blue shield Washington? Okay?
Ruby Martinez (02:51) We don’t have to go line by line. I’m just confirming that some of them, I did provide the information.
Lyndsey Farmer (02:58) Yep. I will have them go back through those 18 that are outstanding and have them do a thorough check on those.
Cara Oullette (03:14) Ruby. I didn’t get a chance to check before today, but are we still waiting for Angie Simpson to do some items or did she eventually get to those?
Cara Oullette (03:26) No.
Ruby Martinez (03:28) I don’t see anything, and I checked earlier in the week and I didn’t see anything, and… I was going to follow up with Lindsay if they were still waiting because it doesn’t show here that we’re waiting on provider. So I’m going to assume that she completed what was required let.
Lyndsey Farmer (03:45) Me, look and see if I can see she.
Cara Oullette (03:48) Had some outstanding stuff for quite a while, yeah.
Lyndsey Farmer (03:51) I remember she’s on my list to talk to you guys about. I think we’ve talked about her in every meeting.
Cara Oullette (03:58) Actually, we have a meeting with her and the team after this. So I’m going to.
Cara Oullette (04:10) I’m putting it on the agenda for the next meeting, not specifically to call her out, but just to tell her that we need tasks to be paid attention to and mocingbird I mean, not mocingbird medallion.
Ruby Martinez (04:23) Kara, that’s what I’m saying but I don’t there’s nothing here that.
Cara Oullette (04:26) I see it. It.
Lyndsey Farmer (04:28) Looks like there’s three outstanding tasks for her assigned to her, yeah.
Cara Oullette (04:36) And then, because she hasn’t done them and it’s been so long, we consequently have two org admins tasks assigned to us to basically say, can you get her to do this yeah?
Cara Oullette (04:53) Do you see them on the standard task list? Ruby?
Ruby Martinez (04:58) Well, I went into hers under payers, and then enrollment requests. And then I see the three stopped. Is that what you’re referring to?
Cara Oullette (05:08) No, Lindsay, would you mind screen sharing and just showing what it’s in a different spot and I want to make sure you’re seeing it because that’s where… so.
Lyndsey Farmer (05:18) I went to it. I got to it from her actual. So if you go and you might not be able to see it this way through my view, but a quick way is to go to your providers. And then if, do you see this, the little red… yep. Okay. So, yeah, if you hover over that, it’ll say three outstanding tasks and then you can click on it.
Cara Oullette (05:45) But if you don’t see them, I want to know that too, because that means that there’s an issue with you not seeing it yep.
Ruby Martinez (06:03) So, Kara, I think we could.
Ruby Martinez (06:16) Because I’ve been trying to review what is the ask here… so.
Lyndsey Farmer (06:21) It looks like for the one on the bottom, the third one down, it’s missing items needed to complete. This is for licensing. So she needed the malpractice carrier name for south coast physicians group.
Cara Oullette (06:37) Which is her old employer. I can’t go get that for her. Yeah. Okay. I looked at them thinking, let me just do this for her.
Lyndsey Farmer (06:45) Right. Yeah. Some stuff you just can’t do.
Cara Oullette (06:48) I can’t I need her to do it. One of them is an email change.
Ruby Martinez (06:52) Yeah, that’s perfect. Something like that. I could do. I don’t see that other one. What is it? What’s the task title, additional profile information?
Lyndsey Farmer (07:01) The task title on this one, it’s this one right here, dr, Angela Simpson, New Jersey request.
Ruby Martinez (07:08) Okay. I got it. Okay. We’ll follow up with her today. Okay? And I’ll follow up with her tomorrow if I go in today by end of day and it’s not completed? Okay? Especially because of licensing we want to get those out. Yeah.
Cara Oullette (07:36) Just making a note for the next meeting. Sorry?
Ruby Martinez (07:52) Lindsay, I’ll go review these, but if the team can go in also to check, yes, because for some of them, I was uploading the document or providing the requested information. Okay? Yep?
Lyndsey Farmer (08:06) I will have them. I will flag them as soon as we get off this call and they can start going through those.
Lyndsey Farmer (08:21) All right. Anything else on your list?
Cara Oullette (08:33) Nothing on my end? Ruby? What about you?
Ruby Martinez (08:38) No. Is there any, I wanted to get clarity on some of these group ones? Okay. Are we still waiting? This regency one has looks like it’s just been revolving?
Lyndsey Farmer (08:53) Let me see. Is this for what group is this for?
Ruby Martinez (08:57) For the Washington group? And then it’s the payers, regency blue shield. Okay?
Lyndsey Farmer (09:04) Give me one second, okay?
Ruby Martinez (09:09) Lindsay, is it okay if we do that not necessarily today, but going forward if we highlight and just, I think that’s what’s going to work best for us on our end is just line by line… just because like I said, we’ve had them outstanding for more than 30 60 days.
Lyndsey Farmer (09:27) For the group or for the providers?
Ruby Martinez (09:29) For any of the line items that are just outstanding, we want to get them through to finish. Yep. I think that’ll be more productive… with our time, Kara. Do you see an issue with us doing that? Is that okay? Okay?
Lyndsey Farmer (09:50) Yeah, absolutely. But.
Ruby Martinez (09:53) Just because I think that’s where we’ll get more responses and then you can take notes and then I will add notes from our end like discussed with Lindsay please, you know? And then next steps because I think there’s probably just some miscommunication somewhere and like I want to get these done.
Lyndsey Farmer (10:17) Yeah. I’m taking a look at the, it looks like the Washington regents is pending client attention. Let me see what it’s for.
Lyndsey Farmer (10:53) This one is pending dependencies. So,
Lyndsey Farmer (11:13) I will check and see what that one is. Well, wait a minute. There’s two here. No, it’s the group one. Yeah, that one’s pending dependencies. So we would have to enroll you in either a medicare or a medicaid before we can get that one in process.
Ruby Martinez (11:39) Probably medicare. Yeah.
Lyndsey Farmer (11:41) It doesn’t tell me what one, but it’s always a government payer that it’s pending.
Lyndsey Farmer (11:51) But, yeah, that’s why that one is on hold.
Ruby Martinez (11:57) Unless it’s an mco contract. I don’t see why they would require that though.
Lyndsey Farmer (12:02) I’m trying to go through and see if they have any additional information in any of these.
Ruby Martinez (12:16) Lindsay, let me take this one back to review.
Lyndsey Farmer (12:20) Okay. Yeah, I’m just going through all the old emails and stuff that they have listed on here just to see if I can find out anything.
Ruby Martinez (12:43) Okay. Other than that, I didn’t have anything else. Okay there?
Lyndsey Farmer (12:46) Was not anything except for dr Simpson?
Cara Oullette (12:51) Okay. Can you just remind me what other groups we have right now? I don’t have it pulled up in front of me so, I know the regency was one that we started last fall.
Lyndsey Farmer (13:01) Yep. That one was started do?
Cara Oullette (13:04) We have the others that are open right now or are they all closed or stopped?
Ruby Martinez (13:09) Uhc, one for New York yep?
Cara Oullette (13:14) Where are we with that one?
Lyndsey Farmer (13:16) Give me one second. We can get back to that.
Lyndsey Farmer (13:26) Back to your groups here?
Ruby Martinez (13:29) Yeah, but I thought we signed this contract because I remember this one came out when I started.
Cara Oullette (13:35) I think you signed it three times at this point?
Ruby Martinez (13:38) Yeah. I remember this one. I don’t know why it keeps revolving for that.
Lyndsey Farmer (13:43) It looks like you guys don’t have anything for the New Jersey?
Ruby Martinez (13:50) No, New York?
Lyndsey Farmer (13:51) Yeah, I’m pulling it.
Lyndsey Farmer (14:05) New York. All right. So, for New York, we’ve got.
Lyndsey Farmer (14:20) The medicare, which shows complete on our end.
Ruby Martinez (14:28) I have a uhc, one on my dashboard.
Lyndsey Farmer (14:32) Let me go back and look it.
Ruby Martinez (14:34) Doesn’t need attention. It’s under client need.
Lyndsey Farmer (14:39) Let me look, hold on.
Cara Oullette (14:47) It’s a group Ruby, it’s the group one.
Lyndsey Farmer (14:49) Correct.
Lyndsey Farmer (15:17) This is what I’m looking for… okay?
Lyndsey Farmer (15:53) The ones I’m seeing are expired, let me look.
Cara Oullette (16:03) I mean, they just put a task to sign the contract on 226, but we have signed this contract. Okay? So many times already?
Lyndsey Farmer (16:14) You said that was on 226? Okay?
Ruby Martinez (16:18) Yeah. And I just added a note now for.
Lyndsey Farmer (16:21) Them to, okay, you did… I can follow, I can go off of that note and follow up with the team to see what exactly we’re waiting for on this, because you guys have signed this numerous times. If.
Cara Oullette (16:37) you look at the history there, there’s an insane amount of us having signed this actual contract all the way back to 2023. Okay. We keep signing and signing. Something is not right with how it’s getting processed at this point. So I, we need a deep dive. We can get a deep dive on this by next week. That would be what we need absolutely.
Lyndsey Farmer (17:02) I will.
Lyndsey Farmer (17:08) See, I’m just looking at one more thing that we… okay. Yeah, I can get this.
Lyndsey Farmer (17:22) And I will get you guys an update on that. Okay? I.
Cara Oullette (17:26) think at this point, it makes sense to have some groundwork for how we want to do workflow moving forward. So, a lot of things that we’re working on is getting smaller. Okay? I think that in the interest of all three of our valuable time, I wonder if we can get on this cadence where we do some weekly updates kind of like what you just sent before. But if we can do weekly updates and there’s nothing new to add, then it’d be nice to give 30 minutes back to our calendars. I think I.
Lyndsey Farmer (18:04) can, yeah, I can absolutely do that or I can move this particular meeting to a bi weekly or a monthly if that, and then provide updates in the interim. I.
Cara Oullette (18:15) Would be okay with that, but I would need to see sure we need to see those updates weekly, just because otherwise, I think we’re gonna just slog, we’re gonna slog right down. Yeah, I don’t think it makes sense for the three of us to be on these 30 minute calls when we could do this via email at the volume that we have. So let’s trial it with bi weeklies with the cadence that every week though we’ll get an email update on outstanding items. Ruby will definitely let you know which ones we’re really hair on fire about. Yeah. But just there, I think that might make more sense for everyone’s time at this point, yep.
Lyndsey Farmer (18:57) Absolutely. So just to clarify, so Ruby, you will send me kind of what you’re looking for as far as priority items, and then I can take those back, research them and then provide you with a weekly update, correct. And then I’ll meet bi weekly that’ll.
Ruby Martinez (19:15) work. So I’ll send it out by end of day tomorrow, perfect.
Lyndsey Farmer (19:20) And then,
Ruby Martinez (19:21) just in the interest of time, we might cancel or stop some. So if your team does see that, that’s me putting those requests in, okay? Because it might be an issue with the contract where we no longer need it. Okay, stop those, if it’s just been revolving for a while, it’s probably on the payers end, okay?
Cara Oullette (19:41) No.
Lyndsey Farmer (19:42) Problem at all. I will alert the team that they may be seeing some of those coming through, okay?
Ruby Martinez (19:48) Thank you. Perfect.
Lyndsey Farmer (19:51) All right. Awesome. Well, I will move this to bi weekly. I will in the off weeks provide a weekly update, and then we will connect here, virtually, okay, if.
Ruby Martinez (20:06) at.
Cara Oullette (20:07) any point in time you feel like we need to get back to a different cadence, let’s just chat that out. But this seems like a better move with the volume that we’ve got at this point. So, yeah.
Lyndsey Farmer (20:16) Absolutely. Thank you. Awesome. Thank you so much. I’ll talk to you soon. All right. Bye.
